Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets on January 12, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM Downtown, and your chauffeur collects you anywhere in Coconut Grove, handles the arena drop-off, and keeps the same car ready for the ride home.
Every vehicle runs on one flat hourly rate, with a minimum booking of five hours.
The rate is charged per vehicle, not per seat, so a full Sprinter of friends can split one hourly figure however the group likes. It covers the car and the chauffeur together, from the moment your driver arrives in Coconut Grove until the last drop-off back home. Tip-off is at 7:30 PM, so most game-night bookings start in the late afternoon or early evening. That leaves time for a relaxed dinner in the Grove, the drive Downtown, the full game, and the ride home once the crowd clears out. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Its terms have their own section below, so nothing comes as a surprise.
We have four private tiers for game night, sized by headcount and how polished you desire the ride to feel.
Every tier is a clean premium vehicle with our own chauffeur at the wheel. If your headcount changes between booking and game night, message us. We’ll confirm whether the reserved vehicle still fits, or move you up a size when one is free. Bringing a big banner or a box of team merch? Tell us in advance so the right vehicle is set aside.
Choose the Platinum SUV when the ride is part of the occasion: hosting a client, celebrating an anniversary, or treating visiting family to their first Heat game. It carries a smaller group in an Escalade-class cabin, so you arrive Downtown with a noticeably more upscale feel than a standard SUV gives you, and the ride home keeps that feel.
There’s no surcharge during daytime hours, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
For the SUV, the surcharge is one fixed amount per trip. For the Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the trip value, so it grows with the larger van and the length of the booking. We spell out the evening charge when we confirm your booking on WhatsApp, so the payment you send already reflects the full picture. The car, the chauffeur, and the stops you select stay priced exactly as shown in the hourly list above.
You pay the full fare now, when you book.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate, so you never pay a garage bill.
Beyond the car and chauffeur, the rate includes onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot. That’s handy for pulling up digital tickets or catching pregame coverage on the way in. Parking matters more than usual on a Heat night, when Downtown garages are in heavy demand, and none of that cost falls on you. Apart from the hours you keep the car, only two things can add to the bill. The second applies only to families: confirmed when you book. There are no fuel adjustments, no toll receipts passed back to you, and no new fare for re-routing between stops you select.
You select a vehicle and a start time, then keep that car and driver all evening.
Tell us your group size and we’ll match the tier. Then select a start time that leaves room for dinner and the drive before the 7:30 PM tip-off. Pickup can be at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact spot is agreed when you book. From there, the evening follows your lead: dinner first, a detour for a friend, the arena, then home. The first five hours are the base. Every additional hour after that is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and settled after the night wraps up. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants a nightcap in Brickell, you just keep the car longer.
Yes, the itinerary is never locked. Add a stop to collect a late friend, skip dinner if the afternoon runs long, or stay longer at a spot you like, and your chauffeur adjusts the route. If the schedule allows, changes never trigger a new fare, because you’re paying for hours, not a fixed A-to-B trip.
Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets tips off on Tuesday, January 12, 2027, at 7:30 PM Downtown.
It’s a regular-season Eastern Conference game at Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena beside Bayside Marketplace and Biscayne Bay. The crowd feels unmistakably Miami. You’ll see Cuban-American families who have cheered the Heat for years, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican fans shouting in two languages, office groups coming straight from Brickell towers, and visitors at their first NBA game in the city. Heat home games draw big, loud crowds, and a weeknight tip-off means fans arrive just as Downtown commuters are trying to leave. That overlap is where a private chauffeur proves its worth. Nobody hunts for a garage, nobody walks back to a distant lot after the final buzzer, and nobody in the group is stuck driving instead of celebrating. If you’re searching for this game, note that this page covers the January 12 regular-season game, not the earlier preseason game between the same two teams.
Chauffeurs usually head north on South Bayshore Drive into Brickell, or take US-1 to I-95.
The bayside route runs north on South Bayshore Drive, passes near Vizcaya, joins Brickell Avenue, and crosses the Miami River into Downtown, where Biscayne Boulevard leads straight toward the arena. The quicker choice on an open evening is US-1, the South Dixie Highway, north to I-95, exiting into Downtown for the final approach. Your driver chooses between them based on live traffic when you leave, since a Tuesday tip-off overlaps with the end of the evening rush. The drive is typically short when roads are clear, but event traffic around Biscayne Boulevard can stretch it well past normal. Allow a generous cushion rather than timing it to the minute. A slow crawl feels very different when nobody in your group is driving: jerseys go on, someone plays the pregame show on their phone, and the chauffeur handles every lane change.
Heading home, the driver usually reverses whichever road is moving better. That’s I-95 south to US-1 for speed, or Biscayne Boulevard across the river into Brickell Avenue and South Bayshore Drive for a calmer bayside ride. Leaving a little after the crowd rather than with it often makes either route smoother.
Your driver picks up at any address in Coconut Grove, confirmed with you on WhatsApp before the day.
Hotel guests are met at the lobby entrance, whether you’re staying at Mr. C Coconut Grove or Mayfair House near CocoWalk. Residents are picked up at the front door, whether that’s a home on the shaded streets off Main Highway, a condo tower along South Bayshore Drive, or a townhouse near Peacock Park. Groups finishing a day on the water can be met at Dinner Key Marina once the boat is tied up. Share the address, the building’s preferred pickup spot, and a phone number for whoever is hosting. The chauffeur plans to arrive a little early so everyone can load up calmly. If a friend is still getting ready, there’s no rush and no meter ticking against you. The hours you booked are yours to use however the evening goes.
Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can collect the group from several homes or hotels around the Grove, or swing through neighboring Coral Gables for a friend, before heading Downtown. List every pickup in order when you book, and start a little earlier so the whole crew arrives together for tip-off.
Coconut Grove has easy pre-game dinner spots, and your chauffeur stays close while you eat.
Greenstreet Cafe is the Grove’s long-running sidewalk classic, a relaxed spot for burgers, salads, and people-watching before a big night. Glass & Vine sits inside Peacock Park, with a leafy patio and shareable plates for a group that wants to linger. Monty’s Raw Bar, on the water near Dinner Key, is known for seafood and bay views. If the group can’t agree, CocoWalk packs several restaurants and bars into one walkable block. With tip-off at 7:30 PM, most fans eat early: finish dinner, pay, step back to the curb, and let the chauffeur drive while everyone argues about the starting lineup. These are suggestions from drivers who know the neighborhood, not reservations we make. Book your own table, tell us where, and we’ll plan the timing around it.
Yes. Brickell sits right on the route, so a quick drink at Mary Brickell Village or a stop at Brickell City Centre fits naturally. Groups who want to be near the arena early can be dropped at Bayside Marketplace instead, with pre-game bites and bay views a short walk from the entrance.
Your chauffeur beats tip-off traffic, drops the group near the arena, and waits to bring everyone home.
Downtown gets packed on game nights. Fans arrive from every direction, garage entrances back up onto Biscayne Boulevard, and the crosswalks around Bayside stay busy. Your driver knows the approach and times the run so you step out with room to spare before 7:30 PM and clear the entrance lines without rushing. Once you’re inside, the chauffeur moves the vehicle to a nearby holding spot and stays with it through all four quarters, reachable on WhatsApp the entire time. When the final buzzer sounds and the crowd pours onto the boulevard, you won’t be waiting in a garage line or searching for a ride. You’ll walk to a meeting point you already agreed on, where the same driver and the same vehicle are waiting. Kaseya Center empties speedy, and a plan set in advance makes getting out easy.
The chauffeur brings you as close to the venue as access allows, usually along Biscayne Boulevard near the main entrance. If traffic control changes the approach that night, the driver uses the closest open drop-off point and tells you exactly which way to walk.
Yes. Waiting is the whole point of booking by the hour. Your chauffeur keeps the vehicle nearby for the full game, so coats, jackets, and souvenirs can stay in the car. Message the driver any time, whether the group decides to leave at halftime or wants to stay for the final seconds.
Before you go inside, agree on a pickup point with your driver, usually a quieter corner a short walk from the arena, away from the main crowd. Send a WhatsApp message as you exit. The chauffeur pulls up at that spot, and the group is heading back to Coconut Grove while the garages are still emptying.
You get one private vehicle and one bilingual chauffeur reserved for your group all night.
That’s what premium service looks like on a crowded Downtown night. You get a car nobody else rides in and a chauffeur who speaks English and Spanish with the whole group. The flat hourly rate is locked at booking with no surge, however busy the city gets when the buzzer sounds. You deal with the same driver from the Coconut Grove pickup to the last drop-off, and you message them directly on WhatsApp. The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, so jackets, a birthday cake for after the game, or a sleepy kid in the back row all stay exactly where you left them. Better service here means fewer moving parts, one familiar face, and an evening that runs on your schedule instead of on traffic and garage lines. The result is a calmer, better experience than piecing a game night together yourself.
Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from the Grove to the game and home again.
Fans search for a van, a group ride, or a car service to the Heat game, and every version of that search has the same answer here: a vehicle reserved for your party, never seats sold to strangers. A crew of friends books a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, a couple or small family takes the Black SUV XL, and a client night steps up to the Platinum SUV. Each one follows the evening you plan: pickup in the Grove, dinner or drinks if you desire them, the game, and the ride home. Nobody has to skip the fun to stay sober behind the wheel. The questions below cover what fans from Coconut Grove ask most before booking a January 12 game night: timing, group size, service area, pets, and short-notice plans.
Leave Coconut Grove earlier than a normal weeknight drive would suggest, usually in the early evening. That way the group reaches the drop-off with time to get through the entrance lines, find seats, and catch warmups. When you confirm, tell us your dinner plans and your chauffeur will suggest a departure time that fits them.
The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two private tiers: a mid-size van and a larger one for the biggest groups we carry. Exact seat counts are in the price list at the top of this page. Smaller parties ride in the Black SUV XL or Platinum SUV. Share your final headcount when you book and we’ll match the right vehicle.
Yes. The hourly service stays local and on call around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Because it stays around town, it doesn’t run out to far destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. Once the day and time are agreed for a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside, so the booking runs exactly as planned. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the night.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Yes. Send your group size, start time, and stops on WhatsApp to confirm your booking.
Heat game nights are popular, so the earlier you reach out, the more vehicles you’ll have to select from. In your message, include the number of guests, the Coconut Grove pickup address, a rough start time, and any dinner or drink stops you’d like, such as Greenstreet, Glass & Vine, or a pre-game stop at Bayside. We’ll reply with the matching tier, confirm the evening surcharge, and send payment details. Once the payment arrives, your car and bilingual chauffeur are reserved for your block of hours. From then on, all planning happens in one WhatsApp thread with the same team, right up until your driver pulls up in the Grove for game night at Kaseya Center. Questions about timing, a last-minute guest, or a new dinner spot go to that same thread and get a straight answer.
