Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coconut Grove to the Sting at Hard Rock Live on Wednesday, November 25, 2026, for the 8:00 PM show, in a Black SUV XL or a larger vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual chauffeur waits through the concert and drives everyone home. Your rate is locked when you book, and it never surges.
Each rate below is charged per vehicle, per hour, and every booking covers at least five hours of service.
You pay for the vehicle, not per person, so two friends and a party of five pay the same for the Black SUV XL. A Sting night from the Grove usually goes like this: dinner, the drive north, the show, and the ride home. All of it fits inside one booking with one vehicle. Couples and small groups usually choose between the SUV and the Platinum tier. Larger groups of friends move up to a Sprinter so everyone arrives and leaves together. The math is simple: the hours you reserve times your vehicle’s hourly rate, plus the evening surcharge explained further down. Every figure you need is listed on this page, so you can plan the whole night before you send your first message.
We have four private tiers, from a date night for two to a big group of friends, and each one comes with its own chauffeur.
Every tier is a private vehicle reserved for your party alone, so the choice mostly comes down to how many people are coming and the mood of the evening. If you’re carrying tour merch home or bringing something big, like a sign for the show, tell us in advance so the right vehicle is ready.
Couples marking an anniversary or a milestone birthday at the concert often book the Platinum SUV to make the night feel more special. The Black SUV XL is just as private and comfortable for two. The choice comes down to how grand you want your arrival at the show to feel.
With a reserved vehicle and one dedicated chauffeur, the long weeknight drive becomes part of the celebration.
The vehicle is booked for your group alone, so there are no shared seats, no strangers, and no detours to pick up anyone else. Your flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book. It never surges for traffic, weather, or the rush of a concert crowd heading home. You can reach your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, so any change of plan takes one message instead of a string of calls. That covers an earlier start, a friend joining late, or a new stop. The chauffeur who drives you out of the Grove is the one who drives you back, so nobody has to give an address to someone new or wonder which car to look for. That continuity is what makes this a premium service rather than a string of rides. You obtain a clean vehicle, a chauffeur who already knows your plan, and a better experience from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Many fans have loved these songs since the days of The Police, and the evening deserves that level of care.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and you decide how the evening goes.
First, choose the tier that fits your group. Then send us your headcount, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like to make. Your chauffeur can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a home. If you’re arriving on a cruise that day, you can go straight from the ship to the show. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. From that moment the vehicle is yours for the full block of at least five hours. You decide where to go, how long to stay, and when to move on. The chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, and nobody else is picked up along the way. After the first five hours, every extra hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle. There’s no new fare to negotiate, and you settle the extra hours after the day, so you can keep the car as long as the night lasts.
Yes. The itinerary is never locked, so you can add a stop, skip one, or stay longer wherever you are, as long as the schedule allows. A quick comfort stop on the drive north for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy too. Just ask the chauffeur. It doesn’t change the flat rate.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into every hour, so the rate covers the whole cost of getting around.
This matters on a concert night. The drive from the Grove to Hollywood can use tolled express lanes or the Turnpike, and it ends at a busy resort where parking is part of the evening. None of that shows up on your bill as a separate charge. Only three things can change the total. Hours you add past your booked block are billed at your vehicle’s usual rate. Rides outside daytime hours, which run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, carry the night surcharge covered in its own section below. There’s no fuel adjustment and no charge for the time the car waits while you eat or watch the show.
We pick you up at any address in Coconut Grove you choose, and we agree on the spot when you book.
Most concert groups start from a few familiar places. Hotel guests meet the chauffeur at the lobby entrance of places like Mayfair House Hotel & Garden or the hotels around CocoWalk. The car pulls up right there, so nobody has to cross a busy street. Residents are picked up at their front door, whether that’s a home on the shady streets off Main Highway or a condo tower along South Bayshore Drive. Friends who want to meet up first can gather at a café on Commodore Plaza or by Peacock Park and step straight into the car. Your chauffeur messages you on WhatsApp when the car arrives, so you don’t have to scan the curb or guess which car is yours. If your building has a covered drive or a side entrance you prefer, mention it when you book and the chauffeur will meet you there.
Yes. Because you set the stops, the chauffeur can pick up one couple at a hotel near CocoWalk, another at a home off Main Highway, and a third at a condo on South Bayshore Drive before heading north. List every pickup address when you book. That way the route runs in a sensible order and everyone is in the car before dinner.
Coconut Grove’s own restaurants make a simple first stop before the drive north to Hollywood.
Monty’s Raw Bar sits on the water by Dinner Key. It suits a group that wants a long, relaxed seafood dinner with a bay view before the concert. Glass & Vine, inside Peacock Park, works well for couples who want something a little more polished under the trees. Greenstreet Cafe on Commodore Plaza is the classic Grove choice for a quicker, casual meal. If the group can’t agree, CocoWalk has several options within a short walk of each other. Some fans prefer to eat closer to the music. The resort has its own restaurants, including Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, for a sit-down dinner steps from the show. These are just ideas for your booked hours. You reserve your own table, and the chauffeur plans the timing around it so the meal never has to be rushed.
Yes. Dinner is simply another stop in the same booking. The chauffeur drops the group at the restaurant, keeps the vehicle close while you eat, and brings it around when you’re ready to head north. Build the meal into your start time so dinner feels relaxed and you still get to your seats before the first song.
There can be, as long as your booked hours allow. Some groups want a nightcap back in the Grove or a late bite in Brickell before the final drop-off at home. Tell the chauffeur where you’d like to go as you leave the show, and the car takes you there before everyone heads home for the night.
The simplest way is a private car from your Grove doorstep straight to the resort in Hollywood.
Hard Rock Live is the theater-style concert hall at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, the resort with the guitar-shaped hotel tower. On Wednesday, November 25, 2026, it hosts the Sting. It’s a stripped-back trio show, with Sting on bass and vocals, his longtime guitarist Dominic Miller, and drummer Chris Maas. They play Police classics like “Roxanne” and “Message in a Bottle” alongside solo favorites such as “Fields of Gold.” Chance Emerson is listed as the opener. The crowd leans toward longtime fans who grew up with these songs. They treat the show as a proper evening out, often with dinner, drinks, and friends they haven’t seen in a while. On a night like that, it makes sense to hand the driving to someone else. Nobody has to be the designated driver, and the group arrives together.
Most show nights start on South Bayshore Drive or US-1 toward I-95. From there the route runs north past Downtown Miami and into Broward County, then cuts west toward State Road 7, where the resort sits. When I-95 is jammed, the chauffeur may take Florida’s Turnpike instead. You don’t need to follow any of it, because the route adjusts to that night’s traffic.
Driving yourself means weeknight traffic on I-95, hunting for a space at a busy resort, and one person staying clear-headed for the late drive home. With a chauffeur, the group rides together and nobody circles for parking. Everyone can enjoy dinner, the show, and the conversation on the way back to Coconut Grove.
A smooth show night from the Grove comes down to three things: leave early, arrive easily, and ride home together.
Weeknight concerts at Hard Rock Live draw fans from across South Florida, and most of them arrive in the same window before the 8:00 PM start. Getting your timing right is what keeps the night relaxed. Because the car and chauffeur are booked by the hour, each part of the night runs on your schedule, not the crowd’s. The questions below cover the three moments that matter most: when to leave the Grove, where the chauffeur drops you off, and how the ride home works after the last song.
Plan to leave the Grove in the late afternoon, well ahead of the 8:00 PM start. The drive crosses all of Miami-Dade into Broward during the weeknight rush. This show also falls on the night before Thanksgiving, when holiday traffic usually builds. Leave plenty of extra time, and start earlier still if dinner comes first. Your chauffeur will suggest a pickup time based on your plan.
The chauffeur takes you as close to the venue as access allows, using the resort’s designated drop-off point for the event. Before you walk in, you agree on where to meet after the show, so nobody wanders the property looking for the car. If the resort changes its traffic flow that night, the chauffeur adjusts and lets you know on WhatsApp.
Yes, and that’s the whole point of booking by the hour. Your chauffeur waits through the entire show. When the crowd pours out, you walk to your agreed meeting spot while others are still trying to get a surging rideshare. The same car takes the group back to Coconut Grove, or to a late stop first if your hours allow.
You pay the full fare when you book, and any hours you add are settled once the night is over.
Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. The show starts at 8:00 PM, and one of these surcharges applies to your booking.
The SUV surcharge is a single amount per trip, not per hour. It stays the same whether the car heads home right after the encore or after a late stop in Brickell. For the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, the surcharge is a percentage of the trip value, so it scales with the size of the booking. Either way it applies to the vehicle, not to each passenger, so a larger group splits it the same way it splits the hourly rate. Knowing this up front lets you budget the whole evening before you confirm.
Yes. You can reserve a private chauffeur from any address in Coconut Grove to the concert and back, and the vehicle and driver stay with your group the entire evening. Choose an SUV for a couple or small party, or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for a larger group. Then confirm your date on WhatsApp.
Yes, in the form of a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for your group alone. There are no shared seats, no fixed schedule, and no stops for other passengers. Your private shuttle leaves the Grove when you’re ready and brings everyone back after the show. It’s the easy way to move a big group of friends together.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a booking within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time stay as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. The good news is that you can always add more hours on the day.
The hourly service stays close to home. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport. It also covers nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including the resort in Hollywood. We keep hourly bookings local and don’t run them out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
