Transfer from PortMiami to Bethel Music at The Fillmore Miami Beach

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from PortMiami to Bethel Music’s 7:00 PM show on Sunday, October 11, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One dedicated bilingual driver stays with you all evening, and the rate is locked the moment you book, so a busy Miami Beach Sunday never pushes the price up.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From PortMiami to Bethel Music Cost? 🍾

Hourly rates depend on the vehicle your group needs, and every booking runs a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Your total is the hourly rate of the vehicle you select multiplied by the hours you keep it. The rate covers the whole vehicle and its chauffeur rather than each seat, so a larger church group or family shares one figure among everyone aboard. For a Sunday show with a 7:00 PM start, a natural plan pairs an afternoon pickup at the port with an unhurried dinner, the show itself, and the ride home, and you size the block to match. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

Which Details Matter Most Before You Book an Event Chauffeur? 📋

  • One dedicated vehicle and chauffeur stay with your group for the whole block.
  • Your group rides alone; the vehicle is never shared with other passengers.
  • Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Service is available around the clock, every day of the week.
  • Chauffeurs gladly suggest routes, dinner districts, and scenic detours on request.

Why Do Church Groups Choose a Private Chauffeur for a Worship Night? 🕴️

A private chauffeur keeps a whole church group together and in one vehicle all evening.

Worship nights are shared experiences, and arriving in several separate cars splits a group before the first song. With us, the vehicle is reserved for your party alone, and the same bilingual chauffeur stays with you from the port to the last drop-off, so elders, teenagers, and first-time visitors all move as one. The hourly rate is flat and fixed at booking, with no surge on a crowded Sunday in South Beach, which lets a ministry leader set the budget once and stop thinking about it. You message your driver directly on WhatsApp — about a late dinner, a friend joining at the theater, or a change of plan — and obtain an answer from a real person who already knows your itinerary. That is what upscale service means here: a clean vehicle, a courteous chauffeur, and a calmer, better experience of a night built around worship rather than logistics.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Ride From PortMiami? 🚐

Match the vehicle to your headcount, starting with the Black SUV XL for smaller parties.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers — a natural fit for a couple, a family, or a few friends stepping off the same ship.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (6-9): seats 6 to 9 passengers, a comfortable choice for a small group or ministry team riding together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (10-14): seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a full church group or youth ministry arrives as one.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers for a more polished arrival. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

When a headcount sits right on the line between tiers, sizing up keeps a long evening relaxing for everyone aboard. Bringing merch boxes, banners, or anything bulky for the group? Tell us in advance, and the right vehicle is set aside for the night.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Event Night? 🎭

The hourly rate includes the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and parking for the whole block.

Parking is the piece that matters most on a Miami Beach concert night: your chauffeur handles it, so no one in the group circles side streets or walks back to a distant spot in the dark. Tolls and fuel for every loop you add are covered the same way. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, handy for sharing photos or pulling up digital tickets on the drive. One brief comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy mid-booking and does not change the rate. Traveling with little ones? Beyond any added hours, the only other charge that may apply is the night surcharge for a trip outside the daytime window.

What Payment Methods Does a Booking Need? 📋

Payment is simple: the full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid when you book, reserves your date.
  • Hours: the 5-hour minimum is your starting block, and you can keep the car longer at any point — every extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day wraps up.

What Should You Know About Bethel Music at The Fillmore Miami Beach? 🎤

Bethel Music plays a Sunday worship night on October 11, 2026, starting at 7:00 PM.

Bethel Music is a worship collective and record label born out of Bethel Church in Redding, California, and its 2026 Tour brings that congregational sound to The Fillmore Miami Beach, the historic theater on Washington Avenue a short walk from Lincoln Road. Anticipate a night that feels closer to a packed church service than a typical concert: a full house singing along, spoken reflection and prayer between songs, and a catalog of beloved songs such as “Goodness of God,” “Holy Forever,” and “Raise a Hallelujah,” alongside newer material. Because the evening is so communal, it draws church groups, youth ministries, families, and friends who plan the outing together, sometimes including members who step off a cruise that same day. A single hourly booking lets that whole group arrive together and leave together, instead of scattering across the neighborhood at the end of the night.

What Is the Bethel Music 2026 Tour?

The Bethel Music 2026 Tour is the collective’s run of worship nights across the country, with stops including Atlanta, New York, and Nashville alongside Miami Beach on Sunday, October 11, 2026. Each night pairs live congregational worship with moments of prayer, so arriving settled rather than rushed helps you take in the whole evening.

Is the Fillmore the Same Venue as the Jackie Gleason Theater?

Yes. The Fillmore operates inside the historic Jackie Gleason Theater, so tickets, listings, and maps may use either name for the same building. Tell your chauffeur whichever name appears on your tickets, and they will head to the same theater on Washington Avenue, near Lincoln Road and the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Where Can Your Group Spend the Hours Before the Show Near PortMiami? 🍸

Bayside Marketplace, on the downtown waterfront beside the bridge to PortMiami, is the easiest first stop.

Its bayfront restaurants and open-air walkways suit a relaxed early dinner, and Bayfront Park next door is an enjoyable place to stretch after a morning of disembarking. Groups that want more choice can head into Brickell’s restaurant scene or to Little Havana for Cuban coffee and a sit-down meal. Across the bay, the outdoor tables along Lincoln Road put dinner within walking distance of the theater, which is perfect if you would rather eat close and skip any rush later. Wherever you select, your chauffeur drops you at the door, waits while you eat, and moves on to the next stop when you are ready, so there is no parking to locate and no second car to juggle. These are merely ideas for your booked hours. We arrange the car and driver, and you select where to dine.

How Do You Get to The Fillmore Miami Beach From PortMiami? 🌆

Your chauffeur drives from PortMiami through the PortMiami Tunnel and across the MacArthur Causeway to South Beach.

The tunnel runs beneath the channel straight to Watson Island, where the causeway carries you over Biscayne Bay past the cruise ships and the downtown skyline; on the Miami Beach side, local streets lead up toward Washington Avenue and the theater. If the tunnel is busy, the driver can utilize Port Boulevard into downtown and join the causeway from there. The drive itself is typically short when traffic is light, but a Sunday concert evening in South Beach is rarely light: theater traffic, restaurant crowds, and weekend visitors all converge on the same few blocks. Allow generous extra time, and let your chauffeur select the approach that evening. They watch conditions as you ride and adjust the route for you. From the moment you step into the vehicle at the port, the route, the timing, and the parking are handled for you.

How Early Should You Leave PortMiami for Bethel Music?

Plan to leave PortMiami well ahead of the 7:00 PM start, with enough margin to eat, find your seats, and settle in before worship begins. Sunday evening traffic in South Beach can slow sharply, so a comfortable plan is to leave in the late afternoon, have dinner near the theater, and walk in relaxed.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Theater?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the theater entrance as access allows on an event night, on the streets right around Washington Avenue. Before you step out, you agree on a pickup point for after the show, so finding the vehicle later takes one WhatsApp message instead of a search through the crowd.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. With an hourly booking, your driver waits for you. While you worship, your chauffeur stays with the vehicle close by, ready the moment you need them. When the final song ends, send a WhatsApp message. The car comes to the agreed pickup point and drives the whole group to a hotel, a home, or anywhere else in Miami.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in PortMiami? 🏝️

Pickup happens at your PortMiami cruise terminal, at a spot agreed when you book.

PortMiami runs several cruise terminals across Dodge Island, and pickup areas differ from terminal to terminal, so share your ship’s name and terminal when you reserve. Your chauffeur confirms the exact meeting spot over WhatsApp, sends the vehicle details before you walk out, and meets you at the arrivals curb so you don’t have to hunt through a line of cars. Disembarkation can run early or late depending on the ship and the line at customs, so the driver stays in touch by message and adjusts to the time you actually walk out. If your group is not coming off a ship, any address in PortMiami works the same way. Once everyone is aboard, you decide how the evening goes: head straight to a waterfront dinner, stop at a downtown hotel to check in and change, or ride directly toward Miami Beach.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, then shape the day.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your headcount, then send us your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list on WhatsApp. The first five hours form the base block. Your chauffeur stays with the group throughout and follows your plan, adding or dropping stops as the day unfolds. Pickup can be any Miami address — a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a home — agreed at booking. Your booking keeps going after the five-hour block. Every extra hour is merely added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated fare, and settled after the day. If worship runs long or the group wants dessert after the show, just tell the driver and keep the car.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply After the Show? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and carry no surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge is easy to plan around. On the SUV it is one fixed addition for the trip, and on the Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value, so there is no meter running and no guesswork. It sits alongside the hourly rate rather than changing it, and your chauffeur’s plan for the evening stays exactly the same.

Which Miami Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover? 🏙️

The hourly service stays local, covering Miami, Miami Beach, and the neighborhoods around them.

Your chauffeur works across Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the region around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That covers everything a Bethel Music evening could need: the port pickup, a waterfront or Little Havana dinner, the theater in South Beach, and the ride back to a hotel or home anywhere in the city. Staying close to the city lets the same driver remain on call, unhurried, and a short message away for the whole booking. This hourly service doesn’t travel to far-off destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. Instead, it stays around the neighborhoods where your Miami dinners, worship nights, and late conversations happen.

Can the Chauffeur Drive the Group Toward Fort Lauderdale After the Show?

Yes. Nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale are part of the local area this hourly service covers, so a group staying north of Miami can ride home in the same vehicle after the concert. Mention the final drop-off when you book, and the block of hours can be sized for the whole evening from the start.

Is There Private Transportation From PortMiami to Bethel Music? 🎊

Yes. A private SUV or Sprinter with your own chauffeur takes you from PortMiami to the show.

Anyone searching for a private shuttle to the concert really wants one thing: a way to keep the group together from the dock to the last song. An hourly booking does exactly that. The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, collected at your terminal, and kept with you through the evening. You never share it with strangers, and there’s no timetable to meet. A church group in the Sprinter rides, talks, and prays together on the way over, and no one is left behind waiting for a second car afterward. The driver who picks you up is the one who takes you home, and every question about timing, dinner, or a detour goes straight to them. The answers below cover the details riders ask about most before they confirm a booking.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner and the concert fit naturally into one hourly booking: your chauffeur takes the group to the restaurant, then continues to the theater once everyone is ready. Because you pay by the hour rather than by the stop, a meal adds only the time it takes, and extra hours can be added right on the night.

How Many Hours Should You Book for the Concert Night?

Build the booking around your plan: pickup at the port, dinner, the 7:00 PM show, and the ride home. A group that also wants an afternoon on the downtown waterfront or a late dessert should reserve more hours up front, and further hours can still be added on the night if the evening runs long.

Can a Pet Ride Along From PortMiami?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. When a booking falls within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside, so the date and time run as agreed, and on short notice a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed. You can always add more hours on the day at the same flat rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Chauffeur for October 11? 🥂

Reserve your chauffeur for Bethel Music by messaging us on WhatsApp with your group’s details.

Send your group size, the ship and terminal if you are arriving by cruise, a rough pickup time, and the stops you have in mind: a waterfront lunch, a Little Havana dinner, the theater, the ride home. We reply with the right vehicle, confirm the pickup spot in PortMiami, and lock in your date once your payment is in. A Sunday night in South Beach draws crowds, and the closer the date gets, the more your group benefits from having its car already settled. Reserve early, share your plan, and let October 11 be about the music and the people beside you rather than traffic, parking, or who is driving home. Check availability and confirm your booking with the contact details below.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
