Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Design District to Bethel Music at The Fillmore Miami Beach on Sunday, October 11, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or a larger vehicle, at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver covers your dinner stop, the 7:00 PM worship night and the ride home, so nobody has to drive or look for parking.
Prices are set per vehicle and per hour, and every booking starts with five hours reserved, so the list below is all you need to plan the evening.
On a Sunday concert night, that first block usually covers an early dinner in the Design District, the drive to Miami Beach, the full worship set and the drive home. Couples and small groups of friends usually choose the Black SUV XL. Larger families and church groups tend to reserve a Sprinter so everyone arrives and leaves together. The Platinum SUV suits riders who desire a more upscale cabin for a special night out. Your group size sets the tier, not the distance. The rate is per vehicle, not per person, so the more people you bring, the reduced the cost for each of them.
You pay the full fare up front to hold the date, and any extra time afterward.
We offer four private vehicle types to fit any group size, starting with the Black SUV XL for smaller groups.
Choose by headcount first, then by the kind of ride you desire. The SUVs suit a small group that wants a quieter cabin. A Sprinter keeps a bigger group together in one vehicle instead of spread across several cars. There’s room for what concertgoers usually bring, like a small sign or merch from the show. If you’re bringing something large, just tell us in advance.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and the evening runs on your schedule.
Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group and sketching out the evening: dinner, a friend to pick up, the theater and maybe a dessert stop afterward. We confirm the right vehicle and the plan with you, and your hours start at the first pickup. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport or a PortMiami cruise terminal. That means you can come off a cruise and go straight to the concert. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. After that, you decide the order of the stops and how long you stay at each one. Your chauffeur stays with the group the whole time, waits nearby whenever you go inside somewhere, and pulls up again when you’re ready to leave. You never have to book another ride or wait at the curb.
You simply keep the car. After the first five hours, each additional hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to agree on. Stay for coffee after the concert or drop friends off at different homes, and settle the extra time once the night is over.
We pick you up at any address in Miami Design District you choose, and we agree on it when you book.
The neighborhood is small and walkable, so meeting points are simple to arrange. If you live there, we usually pick you up at your building’s lobby or driveway. If you spent the afternoon shopping at Paradise Plaza or sitting in Palm Court under the Fly’s Eye Dome, you can meet the car at a curb close by instead of walking back to a garage. A group coming out of the Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami can be picked up right outside. If you’re staying at a hotel in neighboring Midtown or Edgewater, we can pick you up at the lobby. If your group is coming from several homes, the chauffeur can create a short round of pickups so everyone rides to the beach together, and those stops just utilize part of your booked hours. Send a map pin or the building name on WhatsApp, and your driver will confirm the exact spot ahead of time.
Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink is the classic Design District dinner before a night out, and Mandolin Aegean Bistro is a short walk away.
Michael’s Genuine has been a neighborhood favorite for years. Its relaxed, seasonal menu suits a group that wants a real meal before a long evening of singing. Mandolin’s leafy garden patio is peaceful and unhurried, a good place to catch up with friends before the concert. For something lighter, the cafés along the district’s shopping streets are a simple stop. If your group is coming straight from a Sunday service, an early, simple dinner keeps the evening relaxed and leaves time for the drive. Book the table yourself and send us the time, and your chauffeur will plan the pickup around it. You won’t have to look for parking when you walk out. Plan dinner so dessert is done with time to spare, and the drive to Miami Beach will be the simple part of the night.
Yes. One hourly booking covers dinner in the Design District, the drive to Miami Beach, the concert and the ride home. Your chauffeur waits outside the restaurant, then gets the group to the show on time. You keep the same vehicle all night, so jackets and anything you bought can stay in the car.
It’s usually one of the quicker drives from the mainland to the beach, but Sunday-evening traffic on Miami Beach can slow it down, so leave extra time.
The Design District sits right next to I-195, the highway that becomes the Julia Tuttle Causeway, so your chauffeur has a direct route across Biscayne Bay. On a quiet evening the drive feels short. On a show night, Miami Beach gets busy. Weekend visitors stay near the beach, restaurants along Washington Avenue and Lincoln Road fill up for dinner, and a full theater audience arrives at about the same time. All of that slows the last part of the drive more than the causeway itself. No one can promise an exact drive time that night, so the smart plan is to expect some delay and leave plenty of extra time. Booking by the hour means that extra time costs you nothing. If you arrive early, you have time for a short walk, a photo or a quiet moment before the music starts, and the car is still yours for the rest of the evening.
Most nights, the chauffeur takes I-195 east over the Julia Tuttle Causeway onto Miami Beach, then heads south through Mid-Beach toward Washington Avenue. If that route is backed up, the usual alternative is Biscayne Boulevard south to the MacArthur Causeway, which comes into South Beach. Your driver checks traffic before leaving and takes whichever route is moving.
Leave the Design District well ahead of the 7:00 PM start on Sunday, October 11, so your group is inside and seated before the first song.
Worship nights frequently open with the whole room singing together, and nobody wants to hear the first song from the sidewalk. Leave time for the drive, for slower traffic near the theater and for getting in with your tickets. The venue’s own visitor page for The Fillmore Miami Beach lists its current entry policies, which are worth checking before the day. On a night like this, it’s best to leave earlier than you think you need to, because arriving relaxed sets the tone for the rest of the evening. Tell your chauffeur what time you’d like to walk in, and they’ll suggest when to leave based on that afternoon’s traffic. When the last song ends, your ride home is already arranged, so all you have to do is walk out to the car.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows, usually on the Washington Avenue side near the entrance. On busy nights, traffic control can change where cars are allowed to stop. The driver picks the closest drop-off point that works and sends it to you on WhatsApp. That same spot is often where you’re picked up after the show.
Yes. Waiting through the concert is exactly what an hourly booking is for. Your driver stays nearby for the whole show, keeps an eye on WhatsApp, and comes back to the agreed spot as the crowd leaves. You don’t have to hunt for a ride late at night, and the same driver takes everyone home to the Design District or wherever the night ends.
A Bethel Music concert is a worship night: live praise music that the whole audience sings along to, with prayer and short reflections between the songs.
Bethel Music is a worship collective and record label from Bethel Church in Redding, California, and its 2026 Tour comes to Miami Beach this October. Expect the room to sing along to songs many churches already utilize on Sunday mornings, like “Goodness of God,” “Holy Forever” and “Raise a Hallelujah,” plus newer songs. The concert is at the historic Jackie Gleason Theater, now called The Fillmore Miami Beach, a well-known theater a short walk from Lincoln Road. The audience is a mix of youth groups, worship teams, families, church small groups and couples looking for an uplifting evening. Many people come with their church, so crowds arrive and leave in waves, and it helps to keep your group together. With a private vehicle, no one gets separated after the last song, and the ride home is a good time to talk about the night.
Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter keeps a small church group, ministry team or youth group together from the Design District to the show and back. Leaders can gather everyone at one address or plan a few pickups, count heads once in the van, and avoid coordinating several cars and parking spots on Miami Beach.
Yes. Buy your concert tickets first through the venue’s official channels. We provide the private vehicle and chauffeur, not event tickets. Once you have your tickets, message us with your group size and plans for the evening, and we’ll confirm the car and driver for October 11 so your transportation is set well before the day.
Yes. Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge, and any trip outside those hours has a night surcharge that depends on the vehicle.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Dinner in the Design District, the drive across the bay and the start of the concert all fall within daytime hours. The surcharge is separate from your hourly rate, which does not change. We confirm it along with the rest of your booking, so nothing on the night comes as a surprise. SUV bookings add one fixed amount per trip, and Sprinter bookings add a percentage of the trip value, as listed above.
You get a private vehicle reserved only for your group and a bilingual chauffeur, at a flat hourly rate locked in when you book, with no surge pricing on a busy show night.
That combination is what makes this a upscale service and not just a ride. One driver covers your whole booking, so they learn the plan once: who needs picking up, where dinner is and when you desire to walk in. You never have to explain it again to someone new. The vehicle arrives clean and ready, and the cabin is for your group alone, whether you desire to talk quietly, have a peaceful moment before the show or sing along on the way home. All evening you can message us and your driver directly on WhatsApp, so if plans change, one message sorts it out. The chauffeur stays on call through the concert and doesn’t leave to take other trips. For a night built around worship and time with people you care about, that makes for a better experience from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the hourly rate, along with a short comfort stop whenever you require one.
You won’t pay for gas, tolls or parking while the car is parked on Miami Beach. If someone needs a restroom, a snack or a quick stretch during the evening, just ask the driver. A short comfort stop doesn’t change the rate. Only a few charges can be added to the hourly rate, and all of them are on this page: the night surcharge for time outside daytime hours and any extra hours you choose to add on the day. There’s no fee for choosing a particular restaurant, adding a stop or changing the order of your evening.
Yes. A private SUV or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a bilingual chauffeur, booked by the hour, takes your group from the Design District to the concert and back.
The ride is fully private. The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, the chauffeur works only for you for your whole booking, and no one else is picked up along the way. If you searched for a van to take a group to Miami Beach, this is the private version: your people, your stops and your timing. Traveling privately also changes how the night feels. You can talk freely, pray together before you go in, or sit quietly on the way home without sharing the car with strangers. For a concert night, most questions are about timing, flexibility and where we drive, and the short answers below cover what riders ask most frequently when planning an evening out from the Design District.
Yes, as long as a vehicle is available. For a ride within the next 24 hours, the day and time you agree on are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. The booking goes ahead as planned, and we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund on such short notice. You can still add hours on the day.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Let us know who’s traveling and when, and we’ll confirm what works for that evening before the day.
Yes. Lincoln Road is just past the theater, and its cafés and dessert spots make an easy stop after the concert. Tell your driver where you’re going, and they’ll meet you at a convenient spot nearby. Adding a stop never needs a new fare. It just uses time from the hours you booked.
Yes. A popular plan is to spend the afternoon at the Wynwood murals, then ride north for dinner in the Design District before going to Miami Beach. Your chauffeur drives everyone between those stops and keeps anything you buy in the car, so the whole day is one booking with one driver.
This hourly service is local and on call around the Miami area. We cover Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t take it to far-off places like Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach, which keeps every evening unhurried and close to the city.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time and the stops you’d like to create, and we’ll confirm the vehicle and the plan.
A good first message includes how many people are coming, where in the Design District you’d like to be picked up, whether dinner is part of the evening, and anything special the group is bringing or celebrating. We reply with the right vehicle for your group size, go over timing for the 7:00 PM start, and send payment details when you’re ready. Once you pay, your date is held and a chauffeur is assigned. Closer to the day, you’ll be able to message the person driving you directly. If you book as soon as you have your tickets, the whole evening, from dinner to the ride home, is set well before October 11.
