Transfer from Brickell to Miami Heat vs. Atlanta Hawks at Kaseya Center on December 1

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Brickell to Miami Heat vs. Atlanta Hawks at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects you at any address in Brickell before the 7:30 PM tip-off and keeps the same car ready for your group until the night is done.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Brickell to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

Pricing runs per vehicle, per hour, and every booking starts with a minimum block of five hours, whatever the size of your group.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate covers the whole vehicle, not each seat, so a full SUV or Sprinter splits the hourly cost across everyone riding. Five hours fits a Heat game night from Brickell well: an early dinner near your building, the short run into Downtown, the game itself, and the ride back across the Miami River once the crowd spills out. Groups who desire a slower start, like drinks on a Brickell rooftop or a stop to pick up a friend in Coconut Grove, just book a longer block. Pick the tier by headcount first, then by feel. The Black SUV XL suits a small crew, the Platinum SUV gives a more polished arrival, and the Sprinter carries the whole office or family. Evening surcharges, when they apply, are explained in the next section.

Does a Game-Night Ride Back to Brickell Carry an Evening Surcharge? 🌆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carries no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Planning around the clock keeps the total predictable. SUV groups pay a single add-on for the trip, while Sprinter groups pay a percentage of the trip value. The vehicle, the chauffeur, and your stops stay exactly the same. When you confirm on WhatsApp, we explain exactly how the surcharge applies to your start time, so the full total is clear before December 1.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur From Brickell for Miami Heat vs. Atlanta Hawks? 🎤

Miami Heat vs. Atlanta Hawks is a Tuesday-night Southeast Division game on December 1, 2026, with tip-off at 7:30 PM.

The Heat host it at their home arena on the Biscayne Bay waterfront, just across the Miami River from Brickell. The official Kaseya Center site lists arena policies and event details. Heat crowds look like Miami itself: Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican families, Haitian and Jamaican fans, young professionals from the Brickell towers, and longtime regulars, with plenty of Spanish in the stands. On a weeknight, many Brickell groups go straight from the office, and that’s when having your own car pays off most. Nobody circles Downtown looking for a garage, nobody gets stuck as the designated driver, and the whole group arrives together with jerseys on, ready for a divisional matchup that brings out a loud home crowd.

What Is Game Night Like Around the Arena in Downtown Miami?

On game night, the Biscayne Boulevard waterfront turns into one big pregame. Fans drift between Bayside Marketplace and Bayfront Park, grab a bite along the bay, and head toward the arena as tip-off approaches, with red and black jerseys everywhere. Traffic builds on the boulevard and side streets as Downtown office workers leave while fans arrive, which is why a chauffeured arrival is so much easier than hunting for parking.

Which Route Does a Chauffeur Take From Brickell to Kaseya Center? 🏙️

Most chauffeurs drive north on Brickell Avenue, cross the Miami River, and follow Biscayne Boulevard to the arena.

That route stays on surface streets the whole way and brings you in along the waterfront side of Downtown. When Brickell Avenue backs up, your driver can switch to South Miami Avenue or take a quick hop on I-95 toward the Downtown exits, deciding on the night based on live traffic. The Brickell Avenue Bridge is a drawbridge that opens for boats on the river, and a local driver keeps that in mind when timing the departure. In ordinary traffic the drive is typically short, since Brickell and Downtown sit side by side. On game night, allow a generous cushion, because weeknight rush hour overlaps with the crowd heading in for tip-off. To beat the traffic, leave earlier than seems necessary. If you reach Downtown ahead of the rush, your group can stroll the bayfront or settle into seats while other fans are still waiting to get into garages.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows, usually on the Biscayne Boulevard side.

On game nights, traffic control around the arena can close lanes or redirect cars, so the driver picks the best drop-off point on the spot and tells you exactly where you’ll step out. Before you walk in, agree on a pickup spot for after the game, often a nearby side street or corner a short walk from the crowd, and save the driver’s WhatsApp. During the game, the car parks nearby instead of joining the post-game scramble, so there’s nothing for you to locate or sort out. When the final buzzer sounds, everyone leaves at once and Downtown slows to a crawl. That’s when a waiting car earns its keep: you walk to the agreed spot, climb in, and head back to Brickell or on to a post-game stop while the boulevard clears around you.

Can the Chauffeur Wait During the Game?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the whole game because the hours are yours for the full block. The driver keeps their phone on and answers WhatsApp, so the plan can change if someone wants to leave at halftime, needs something from the car, or the group decides to stay for a drink after the buzzer.

How Do You Find Your Car After the Final Buzzer?

Send a quick WhatsApp as you leave your seats, walk to the pickup spot you agreed on before the game, and your driver pulls up or shares a live location. You won’t search a garage, sit in an exit line, or refresh a screen while the arena empties onto Biscayne Boulevard. The ride back to Brickell starts as soon as the doors close.

What Can You Do in Brickell Before Leaving for the Game? 🍸

Brickell’s restaurant clusters make pre-game dinner easy before the short run into Downtown.

Brickell City Centre has restaurants and rooftop bars in one complex, so a group can eat, have a drink, and step back into the car at the same entrance. Mary Brickell Village is more casual, with sports bars and patios where fans in Heat jerseys start the night early. For something calmer, Brickell Key offers waterfront dining with views across the bay toward the Downtown skyline you’re about to drive into. Wherever you go, the chauffeur drops you at the door, waits while you eat, and has the car ready as soon as the check is paid, so nobody has to deal with Brickell’s tight garages twice in one evening. These are ideas for your booked hours, not reservations. Book your own table and tell us the spot so the driver can plan around it. Friends coming from other neighborhoods can meet you at dinner, and everyone leaves together from there.

Can the Driver Add a Little Havana Stop Before Tip-Off?

Yes. Little Havana sits just west of Brickell, and a stop there fits a Heat night well. Grab Cuban coffee from a walk-up window on Southwest 8th Street or sit down to a classic Cuban dinner at Versailles. Your driver waits nearby the whole time, then heads straight to Downtown for the game.

How Do You Pay for a Brickell Game-Night Chauffeur? 📋

You pay the full fare up front, and nothing for extra hours is due until the night is over.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Full payment at booking secures your game-night booking.
  • Hours: Bookings start with a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer any time. Every hour after the block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Why Do Brickell Heat Fans Choose Our Private Chauffeur? 🕴️

Brickell fans choose us for a private vehicle, a bilingual chauffeur, and a flat rate locked at booking.

The car is reserved only for your group from the first pickup in Brickell to the last drop-off, and the same driver stays with you the whole time. There’s no handoff and no stranger at the door. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which suits a Heat crowd where conversations switch languages mid-sentence. The hourly rate is set when you book and doesn’t surge because the arena is busy, traffic is heavy, or it rains on the way. You reach your driver directly on WhatsApp, so a change of plan at dinner or a late dash for merch takes one message. To us, premium service means a clean vehicle, a calm arrival, and a better experience than juggling parking, rides, and timing on a crowded game night. It also means one person watching your schedule so you can focus on the game.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for Game Night? 🚐

You choose a vehicle for your group, book a five-hour block, and set every stop yourself.

Start by matching the vehicle to your headcount. Then tell us roughly when you desire to leave and where you desire to go: dinner, the arena, a post-game drink, home. Pickup can be at any Miami address, and the exact spot is agreed at booking. That could be a hotel, Miami International Airport, a home, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if your ship docks that morning and you desire to go straight to the game. From the first pickup the car is yours for the full block, and you can change the order of stops as the night goes on. After the five-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at your vehicle’s same per-hour rate, with no new fare to discuss. If overtime or a late dinner stretches the evening, keep the car and settle the extra time after the day.

What Should You Send When You Book Over WhatsApp?

Send your group size, a rough start time, your pickup address in Brickell, and the stops you want, such as a dinner spot, the arena, and anywhere you’d like to go afterward. There’s room for the signs, jerseys, and merch fans bring on game night. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on a Heat Game Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, so you never pay road costs yourself.

That matters most Downtown on game night, when spaces near the arena are scarce and garages fill fast. Your driver takes care of it, and none of it appears on your bill. The time your chauffeur spends waiting between stops, like while you eat in Brickell or watch the game, is part of the hours you booked, not a separate charge. A few things can add to the total, and we explain them before game day. The evening surcharge covers time outside daytime hours, as described above. Hours you add beyond your booked block are billed at your vehicle’s hourly rate; they’re never free, just simple. Anything else you do with your hours, like an extra stop, a longer dinner, or a detour to pick up a friend, doesn’t change the rate you locked in.

Which Key Facts Should Brickell Fans Know Before Booking? 🎊

  • Every booking is one private vehicle with one chauffeur, never a shared ride.
  • Service is available 24/7, every day of the week, daytime or evening.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes your hourly rate.
  • You choose the stops and the pace, and the plan can change anytime.
  • Bookings, stop lists, and confirmations are all handled directly over WhatsApp.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Heading From Brickell to the Game? 🚙

Two SUV tiers cover smaller Brickell groups, and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter handles larger ones.

The Black SUV XL seats up to 5 passengers. It suits couples, a few friends from the same building, or a small team heading over after work, and it’s the most economical way for a small group to reach the game. The Platinum SUV seats 1 to 5 passengers and adds a more polished finish for a client night, a birthday, or anyone who wants the arrival to feel like an occasion. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition. These names show the class of vehicle, not a promise of a specific model on the night. Both tiers come with the same chauffeur experience, so the choice comes down to headcount and how polished you desire the evening to feel. If your group is too large for either SUV, a Sprinter keeps everyone in one vehicle instead of two cars, which means one drop-off and one pickup after the game.

How Many People Fit in the Private Van From Brickell?

Our private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes: one seats 6 to 9 passengers, and the larger one seats 10 to 14 passengers. That covers a family outing, a company group, or a big crew of friends from the same Brickell tower, all riding to the game and back together.

How Early Should You Leave Brickell for Miami Heat vs. Atlanta Hawks? 🎆

Leave Brickell with a generous cushion before the 7:30 PM tip-off, because rush hour and arena traffic overlap.

Doors typically open well before tip-off. If you desire to watch warmups, locate your seats, and get food inside, aim to be Downtown early, not just in time. If dinner is part of the plan, pick a Brickell spot close to your pickup and finish with time to spare, so the car leaves before the biggest wave of arrivals. On the day, your chauffeur suggests a departure time based on live traffic. You can start your booked hours as early as you like, so the extra time goes to eating or relaxing instead of sitting in traffic. On a Tuesday evening, office traffic leaving Brickell and Downtown peaks just as fans pour in, so err on the early side. Arriving with time to spare is the whole point of having a driver, and a relaxed arrival makes the game night better.

Where in Brickell Does the Driver Pick You Up?

Your driver picks up anywhere in Brickell you choose: a hotel lobby on Brickell Avenue, the driveway of your residential tower, an office building as you finish work, or a spot on Brickell Key. Share the exact address and any building instructions when you book, and the car will be there at the agreed time.

Can You Book a Chauffeur Less Than 24 Hours Before Tip-Off?

Yes, when a car and driver are available. Once you confirm, that slot is locked in and held just for you. Within the final 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for you, so we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking runs as agreed. You can always add more hours on the night.

Is There Private Transportation From Brickell to the Heat vs. Hawks Game? 🍾

Yes. We run private hourly transportation from Brickell to the game in a vehicle reserved for your group.

We never sell seats to strangers, run on a fixed schedule, or stop for anyone outside your party. You decide when the car arrives in Brickell, whether you stop for dinner or drinks on the way, and when you head home after the buzzer. If you searched for a car service, a private driver, or group transportation to the Heat game, this is it: an SUV or private van with a chauffeur who belongs to your group for the whole block. It works just as well for two friends catching a weeknight game as for a company outing with clients, a birthday crew, or a family bringing the kids to their first Heat game. Because the car stays with you, the evening can go on past the game, whether that’s a late bite in Brickell or a nightcap in Wynwood, without anyone worrying about getting home.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Serve Areas Beyond Brickell?

Yes, across local Miami: Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s a local, on-call service that stays around the city. Farther destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach aren’t part of the hourly service.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on Game Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
