Transfer from Miami Design District to Miami Heat vs. Atlanta Hawks at Kaseya Center on December 1

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Design District to Miami Heat vs. Atlanta Hawks at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM. The same bilingual driver stays with your group all night, and your rate is locked at booking with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Design District Cost per Hour? 📋

Rates are set per vehicle, not per passenger, and every game-night booking runs for at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The hourly rate covers the vehicle and the chauffeur together. Four friends in the Black SUV XL and a dozen coworkers in the larger Sprinter each pay one rate for the evening, not a fare per person or per leg. With a 7:30 PM tip-off on a Tuesday, a typical plan starts with an early dinner in the district and ends after the final buzzer, all in one evening block. The time-based surcharge for late rides is explained further down the page, so you know every possible charge before you commit.

Which Payment Methods Secure Your Game-Night Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book to reserve the date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare is paid at booking and locks in your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only where the booking starts. You can keep the car longer at any time, and every hour after the block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare. Those extra hours are settled after the night ends.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book a Game-Night Chauffeur? 🚙

  • Every booking covers one continuous block of at least five hours.
  • Service runs every day, around the clock, for daytime and evening plans.
  • Onboard WiFi comes from a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • A quick comfort stop for restrooms or snacks never changes the rate.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Heat vs. Hawks? 🚐

Choose by group size: two SUV tiers for smaller parties and two Sprinter layouts for bigger ones.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It suits couples, friends, and small families going to a weeknight game.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin, for hosts, clients, or a special night out. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: a private van in two sizes for larger groups, covered just below.

Every tier comes with a chauffeur, so nobody in your group has to be the designated driver or hunt for a downtown parking space. The SUV XL works well when everyone fits with room to spare. The Platinum SUV makes sense when the ride is part of the occasion, like a birthday or a client night in premium seats. There’s room for what fans usually bring, like jerseys, signs, and team merch, and if you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance.

How Many People Fit in the Private Van From Miami Design District?

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two private layouts: one seats 6 to 9 passengers and the larger one seats 10 to 14. Either way, the whole group rides together from the district to the arena and back. You don’t have to split across several cars and then try to find each other outside after the game.

Why Is a Private Chauffeur the Premium Way to Reach Game Night? 🕴️

A private chauffeur makes the ride part of the night instead of a chore.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the pregame playlist and the post-game debate stay among friends. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which fits a Heat crowd as mixed as Miami itself: Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, Caribbean, and longtime local fans. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge on a busy downtown night. One chauffeur covers your whole block, from the first pickup to the last drop-off, so nobody is hunting for a ride when the game ends. You also get a direct WhatsApp line to your driver, so changing the plan takes one message. That’s what premium service looks like on a December game night, and it makes for a better experience from the district to your front door.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🌆

You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours and use them however you like.

First, choose the tier that fits your group and a rough start time. Then send the plan over WhatsApp: group size, where to start, and the stops you want. The driver picks up at any Miami address, whether that’s a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. The pickup spot is agreed at booking. After that, you choose the stops and the route. Dinner first, a swift stop for a jersey, or a friend picked up on the way downtown all fit your schedule. The chauffeur stays with you for the whole block and waits while you’re at the game, so the car is ready whenever you are. Once the hours are confirmed and the fare is paid, the car and driver are reserved for your evening.

Can You Keep the Car Longer if the Group Heads Out After the Game?

Yes. After the five-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated fare. You can keep the car for a late dinner in Brickell or a nightcap by the bay. The extra hours are settled after the night ends, either with the driver or over WhatsApp.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Design District? 🏟️

Your chauffeur typically heads straight south on Biscayne Boulevard to the arena on the bayfront.

The route runs from the district through Edgewater and past the Adrienne Arsht Center into Downtown Miami, where Kaseya Center sits on Biscayne Boulevard facing the water. If the boulevard backs up, the driver can take I-195 and I-95 and come into downtown from the west. In normal traffic the drive is typically short, but permit extra time on December 1. On a Tuesday night, evening commuters and arriving fans are on the same downtown streets as tip-off gets closer. Heat vs. Hawks is a Southeast Division rivalry, and a busy weeknight crowd fills the nearby blocks early. Your chauffeur watches traffic and chooses the best approach, so your group can talk about the game instead of checking a map.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Design District for a 7:30 PM Tip-Off?

Leave with plenty of spare time instead of aiming to arrive right at 7:30 PM, because downtown traffic gets heavier as tip-off approaches. An easy plan is dinner in the district, leaving in the early evening, and then having time to find your seats, get food, and watch warmups before the opening tip.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The driver gets the group as close to the venue as access allows on game night and agrees the drop-off point with you on the way in. You also set a meeting spot for after the game. Downtown closures and traffic patterns can change from event to event, so your chauffeur adjusts on the spot and you just step out and walk in.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game and Collect You After?

Yes. Your car is booked for your block of hours, so your driver stays nearby for the whole game. When the final buzzer sounds, send a WhatsApp message and meet at the pickup point you agreed earlier. You skip the garage exit line and the search for a ride in the crowd, because the same car and chauffeur are ready to go.

Can the Chauffeur Handle a Suite or Club-Seat Night?

Yes. The private service works the same way whether your seats are upstairs, in a suite, or near the floor. Hosts bringing clients or family to premium seats may prefer the Platinum SUV for a more upscale arrival, and a Sprinter keeps a larger suite party together. Share your evening plans with the driver so the timing fits.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Design District? 🏙️

Pickup can be at any address in Miami Design District, agreed with your driver at booking.

Many groups start from a residence in or near the district, and visitors often meet the car in their hotel lobby. Others start right after an afternoon of shopping, with the chauffeur at the curb near Palm Court and the Fly’s Eye Dome, or outside a restaurant after dinner. Send the exact spot over WhatsApp ahead of time, whether it’s a street address, a storefront, or a shared location pin, so the driver knows where to pull in on the district’s busy, walkable streets. If friends are coming from different parts of the city, the chauffeur can pick them up along the way and bring everyone together in the district before dinner. With a set pickup point, you walk out, your car is there, and the evening starts on your schedule.

What Can You Do in Miami Design District Before Tip-Off? 🍸

Dinner in the district before the game is a classic start to a Heat night.

Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink has long been a favorite with locals for a relaxed, seasonal dinner before heading downtown. Nearby, Mandolin Aegean Bistro has garden-style tables that work well for groups. If you have time before dinner, you can browse the district’s galleries, design showrooms, and the Institute of Contemporary Art, and the Fly’s Eye Dome in Palm Court is a sought-after photo stop. Because you have the car by the hour, your chauffeur waits between stops, so there’s no parking to find and no question of who drives home. These are ideas for your booked hours, not reservations we make, so book your own table in advance. When dinner is over, the chauffeur brings the car around and the group heads south to the game together.

Is Wynwood Worth a Stop Before Heading Downtown?

Yes, if your group wants to see street art before the game. Wynwood is just south of the district, and its murals make a quick, colorful photo stop. Your driver circles the block or waits nearby while you walk, then continues south toward downtown. The detour uses some of your booked hours, but you don’t have to deal with parking.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate? 🥂

The hourly rate covers the vehicle, your chauffeur’s time, fuel, and tolls for the whole block.

If the quickest way home uses a toll road, the toll is already in the rate, and you never pay for fuel. Your chauffeur’s time is covered for every hour you book, whether the car is moving or parked. A few charges can apply on top, and each one is explained on this page: the surcharge for rides outside daytime hours and any extra hours you add. Everything is confirmed in writing over WhatsApp before game day, so the group knows the full cost before anyone gets in the car. With the cost settled in advance, you can plan around the 7:30 PM tip-off and enjoy the game.

Are Downtown Parking Fees Part of the Hourly Price?

Yes. Parking is included in the hourly rate, so the group never pays for a downtown garage or event lot on game night. The chauffeur decides where the vehicle waits during the game, so you have no ticket to validate and no parking charge added to the bill later.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply After a 7:30 PM Game? 🎆

Rides between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM have no surcharge, and later trips add one based on vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Whatever happens before 6:00 PM falls inside daytime hours. For an SUV, the surcharge is a fixed amount per trip. For the Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the trip value, as shown above. Your WhatsApp confirmation lists it clearly, so the total has no surprises.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Design District to Miami Heat vs. Atlanta Hawks? 🎤

Yes. A private chauffeur booked by the hour covers the whole game night, there and back.

People searching for group transportation from the district to the game are looking for exactly this: a private van or SUV that carries only your group, leaves when you’re ready, and brings you back without a hunt at the curb. There’s no fixed schedule, no shared seating, and no waiting for other passengers. That matters on a night like this. Heat home games bring in a crowd as varied as the city: families taking kids to their first NBA game, young professionals coming straight from work, longtime regulars, and visitors who planned a Miami trip around the game. Each group wants something different from the evening, and an hourly chauffeur can adjust. Families can start early, friends can stay out late in Brickell, and a client can take a call in a quiet car. The questions below cover the details guests ask about most.

Can Your Driver Cover Other Miami Neighborhoods Before or After the Game?

Yes. The hourly service runs throughout the local Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s a local, on-call service that stays around the city, so it doesn’t go out to far destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can a Pet Ride Along on Your Game-Night Booking?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens if You Book Within 24 Hours of Tip-Off?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking goes ahead at the date and time you agreed. On that short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day at the same hourly rate.

Does the Same Hourly Chauffeur Work for Concerts and Other Arena Nights?

Yes. The same private hourly chauffeur is available for any event on the arena’s calendar, including other Heat home games, concerts, and family shows. It works the same way every time: pick a vehicle, set the stops, and keep one driver for the whole block. Find your date on the venue’s event calendar, then message us to check availability.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Miami Design District to Kaseya Center? 🎊

Yes. Send your plan on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm your booking for December 1.

Put four details in your first message: how many people are coming, your pickup address in Miami Design District, a rough start time, and the stops you want. That could be dinner at a favorite spot, a stop in Wynwood, or a late meal in Brickell after the game. We’ll reply with the right vehicle for your group and check availability for the evening. Once the payment is made, the car and chauffeur are reserved for your block. Then you just put on your Heat red or black, walk out to your car, and let your driver handle downtown. Evening slots can fill up as game night gets closer, so book once your tickets are in hand.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
