Transfer from Downtown Miami to the Stars and Strings Concert at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Downtown Miami to Stars and Strings at Hard Rock Live on Thursday, November 12, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One chauffeur stays with you all night: dinner before the 8:00 PM show, the concert, a late stop if you want one, and the drive home. Your rate is locked when you book.

How Much Does an Hourly Chauffeur From Downtown Miami Cost? 📋

You pay per vehicle and per hour, with a five-hour minimum on every booking.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each rate covers the vehicle and the chauffeur together, so you never see one price for the car and another for the driver. A couple or a small group of friends heading north for the show usually fits the first tier. A birthday crew or a group of coworkers who all love country music usually needs one of the Sprinter tiers. The Platinum SUV is for riders who want a more polished cabin for a big night out. Once you choose the tier and decide how many hours the evening needs, you know roughly what the bill will be before anyone picks out their boots.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for a Night Out From Downtown Miami? 🚙

We have four private tiers for distinct group sizes, and each one comes with its own chauffeur.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. It’s the natural choice for couples and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size crew rides together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for bigger groups: 10 to 14 passengers, so a big party stays in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in a luxury cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Keeping everyone in one vehicle pays off on concert night. When a group splits across several cars, someone always shows up late and the ride home turns into a long thread of texts. With one vehicle, everyone leaves together, arrives together, and gets out effortlessly after the last song. If your headcount changes between booking and November 12, send the new number on WhatsApp and we’ll check which tier fits.

Is the Platinum SUV Worth It for a Couple’s Concert Night?

The Platinum SUV is worth it when the ride is part of the occasion. Couples often choose it for an anniversary or a surprise date planned around the show, and small groups like the polished cabin for photos before dinner. If comfort and space are all you need, the Black SUV XL works just as well for a small group.

Why Book One Chauffeur for the Whole Concert Night? 🕴️

With one private vehicle and one chauffeur for the whole night, the drive becomes part of the celebration.

The car is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin is yours for the pre-show playlist, the last outfit check, and replaying every chorus on the way home. Your rate is flat and locked the moment you book, so there’s no surge when the concert lets out and fares elsewhere start climbing. The same chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off and waits through the show, so you never have to brief a stranger or hunt for a new car. Our drivers speak English and Spanish, and you reach us directly on WhatsApp, not through a call center. It’s a upscale service built around one goal: a better experience for your group from the first stop to the last, with no one stuck being the designated driver.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Reserve an Hourly Chauffeur? 📋

  • Bookings are available around the clock, every day of the week.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish with every guest onboard.
  • The same vehicle and chauffeur stay with your group all night.
  • You choose every stop and the order, and you can change them mid-booking.
  • A brief comfort stop along the way never changes your hourly rate.
  • You book and confirm directly with our team over WhatsApp.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on Concert Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate for your concert night.

That includes fuel for the trip north and back, tolls on whichever highway is moving top, and any parking fees during the evening. None of it appears as a separate line on your confirmation. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which helps when someone needs to pull up digital tickets or send the first photos of the night to friends who stayed home. Fans heading to a country show tend to bring signs and merch bags, and there’s room for them, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to the Ride Home After the Show? 🌆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge depends on the time of day, not on demand, so you know it before the night begins. For an SUV it’s one fixed amount per trip, and for a Sprinter it’s a percentage of the trip value. We feature it in the confirmation we send over WhatsApp, so the total you see before the concert matches what you pay, apart from any hours you add along the way.

Which Payment Methods Hold Your Booking? 📋

Here’s how payment works for your concert night.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, secures your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer any time. Every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night.

What Is Stars and Strings 2026, and Who Heads to It? 🎤

Stars and Strings is an annual all-star country concert on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 8:00 PM.

Audacy’s KISS Country radio station puts on the show at Hard Rock Live, the arena-style room inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood. It has become a fall fixture for South Florida country fans. This year’s lineup puts Kane Brown, Lee Brice, Brantley Gilbert, Christian worship favorite Brandon Lake, and rising artist Stephen Wilson Jr. on one stage. The show is timed around Veterans Day, so the night has a patriotic feel: expect flags, boots, and a room full of longtime radio listeners singing every word. The crowd mixes friend groups making a full night of it, couples on a midweek date, families, and veterans marking the week. Because it’s a Thursday, many people come straight from work, the highway is still busy, and nobody wants to drive home late with work the next morning.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Live From Downtown Miami? 🏟️

Your chauffeur takes I-95 north from Downtown Miami into Broward, then heads west to the resort.

The venue is inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, just off State Road 7. You’ll know you’re close when you see the guitar-shaped hotel tower lit up against the night sky. From a downtown pickup, the car joins I-95 near Biscayne Boulevard and heads north past Midtown and North Miami toward the county line. Near Hollywood, the chauffeur leaves the interstate and heads west on local roads such as Stirling Road toward State Road 7 and the resort’s entrance drive. You don’t need to know any of this, because the route is the chauffeur’s job while your group works on the setlist. The driver watches live traffic the whole way and adjusts before a slowdown becomes a problem.

How Long Is the Drive From Downtown Miami on a Thursday Evening?

Allow roughly an hour on show night. With open roads, the trip north typically takes well under that. But November 12 is a Thursday, and northbound I-95 can still be heavy with commuters as showtime approaches. Building in extra time means you arrive relaxed instead of watching the clock from the back seat.

Which Route Does the Driver Take if I-95 Backs Up?

The chauffeur can switch to Florida’s Turnpike by heading west from Downtown Miami on the Dolphin Expressway, then driving north to the Hollywood exits near the resort. The driver picks the route based on live traffic that evening, so your group never has to weigh in or check a map.

How Early Should You Leave Downtown Miami for the 8:00 PM Show? 🎆

Leave Downtown Miami well ahead of the evening rush for the 8:00 PM Thursday start.

A weeknight 8:00 PM start means your drive north overlaps the end of the commute. The resort also stays busy with hotel guests, casino regulars, and diners on top of the concert crowd. After you arrive, there’s security screening, will-call for anyone picking up tickets, a stop at the merch table for that tour shirt, and the walk to your seats before the first artist takes the stage. Groups who plan dinner first usually start their booking downtown in the late afternoon, eat without rushing, and head north with plenty of time to spare. Couples skipping dinner can start later, but they should still allow more time for the drive than a map app shows at midday. Your driver suggests a departure time based on your pickup and plans, and can move it earlier if the highway looks slow that afternoon.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Live?

The driver drops your group as close to the venue entrance as access allows, using the resort’s drop-off lanes and following any directions from staff on the night. You step out and walk in together. Before you go, the driver confirms where the car will meet you after the show, so the plan is set before the first song.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take Us Home After?

Yes, the driver stays nearby for the whole show. When the encore starts, send a WhatsApp message, and the car will be at the agreed meeting point while the crowd is still pouring out. Nobody stands on a curb refreshing an app, and the same driver takes everyone back to their Downtown Miami addresses.

Where Should Your Group Eat in Downtown Miami Before the Concert? 🍸

Downtown Miami and neighboring Brickell offer plenty of dinner options before the drive north.

Bayside Marketplace, on Biscayne Bay, works for a casual waterfront bite and a group photo before everyone gets in the car. For a proper sit-down meal, Brickell City Centre and the restaurants around Mary Brickell Village are a short hop from most downtown hotels, and the streets around Miami Worldcenter have plenty of newer spots. If you want Cuban food before a night of country music, Calle Ocho in Little Havana is a swift detour west. Some groups would rather eat at the resort itself, since the Seminole Hard Rock has its own restaurants steps from the show, and in that case the driver just heads north earlier. Wherever you go, the car waits nearby while you eat, so nobody has to circle for parking or split the check early to chase a ride. You book your own tables, and the chauffeur gets you between them on time.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner, the concert, and the ride home all fit in one hourly booking with the same car. Share the restaurant and your reservation time when you book, and the chauffeur will plan the pickup so you can eat at an easy pace and still make the show with time to spare.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Concert Night? 🚐

You reserve a vehicle and a chauffeur for a block of hours, not a single ride.

Start by messaging us on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your list, like dinner, the concert, and maybe a nightcap afterward. We match you with the right vehicle tier and confirm the booking. On the night, the chauffeur arrives at your agreed pickup and stays with you until the last drop-off. The itinerary is never locked, so if you want to linger at dinner or add a stop, just tell the driver. After the five-hour block, every additional hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate. You never negotiate a new fare, and you settle the extra time after the night wraps up. If the encore runs long or the group wants one more stop, you keep the car and deal with the math later.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Downtown Miami?

The driver can pick you up at any address in Downtown Miami, and you agree on the spot when you book. Most groups meet the car at a hotel lobby along Biscayne Boulevard or at the entrance of a residential tower, and nearby Brickell Key works just as well. If your ship docks that day, the driver can meet you at the PortMiami cruise terminal and go straight to the evening’s plans. Pickups at the Miami International Airport arrivals curb or a private home work the same way.

Is There Private Transportation From Downtown Miami to Stars and Strings? 🏙️

Yes, this is fully private transportation: your group rides alone with its own chauffeur.

Plenty of fans search for a shuttle to the concert. What we offer is a private Sprinter or SUV reserved for your party only. There are no shared seats, no fixed departure times, and no strangers boarding at another hotel along the way. You leave Downtown Miami when your group is ready, stop where you want, and head home when the night is done, not when a schedule says so. Privacy matters on a night like this. Friend groups want to sing along in the car, couples want a quiet ride back, and nobody wants to share a cabin with a stranger’s playlist. If you only require a one-way drop with no waiting, you can book a point-to-point private transfer in the same vehicles. For a concert that ends late, though, most groups keep the driver so the ride home is already taken care of.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Stay Local or Travel Farther Out?

It stays local and on call around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the Miami International Airport area, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, which includes Hollywood and the concert. We don’t run this hourly service to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If We Book Less Than 24 Hours Before the Show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking runs as agreed and we can’t guarantee a date change or refund on that short notice. You can still add more hours on the day at the same rate.

Can We Make a Late Stop After the Concert Before Heading Home?

Yes, as long as your booked hours allow it, or you can add time. Plenty of groups stop in Brickell for a nightcap or grab a late bite in Wynwood before the final drop-off. Tell the driver as you leave the venue, and the route will change on the spot.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Book Your Concert-Night Ride From Downtown Miami? 🎊

Book on WhatsApp by sending your group size, pickup address, start time, and stops.

Tell us how many people are riding, where in Downtown Miami the car should meet you, roughly when you want to start, and any dinner spot or late stop you have in mind. We’ll reply with the vehicle tier that fits and confirm the hours for your night, and once your payment is in, the date is yours. Your chauffeur’s details arrive before the show, so you have a real person to message if plans change during the afternoon. Booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles, particularly if you require one of the larger Sprinters for a big group of friends. If you’re still deciding between tiers, send us your headcount and we’ll suggest the top fit. Then all you have to do on November 12 is pick your boots, learn the lyrics, and let someone else handle the drive north.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
