Transfer from Miami to Bengals vs Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium

Our private transfer from Miami to Hard Rock Stadium for Bengals vs Dolphins on October 11, 2026 carries your group to the 1:00 PM kickoff in a private vehicle from $110. A vetted bilingual chauffeur collects you in Miami and drives door-to-door to the venue’s drop-off point in Miami Gardens, in a Black SUV XL or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for your group alone.

How Much Does a Private Transfer From Miami to Hard Rock Stadium Cost? 🚙

The fare is per vehicle, never per seat, and it is fixed at booking.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $110
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $170
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $200

Pick your tier by headcount, because the fare belongs to the vehicle and not to the people inside it. Couples and small friend groups fit effortlessly into the SUV. A watch-party crew or a family reunion dressed in aqua and orange fills one of the Sprinter sizes. Every figure above is the full fare for the vehicle on the ride from Miami to the stadium, so splitting it across a group is simple arithmetic, and nobody pays for an empty seat in a second car. Enter your pickup address and the quote confirms the figure for your group before you commit to anything. Select the tier, share your pickup time, and the vehicle is held for you on October 11.

What Does the Transfer Fare Include for the Dolphins Game? 🥂

The driver, the fuel, and the tolls are all built into the fare for your vehicle.

That covers the vetted bilingual chauffeur who drives you, the fuel for the trip north, and any toll roads between your Miami pickup and Miami Gardens. You never settle a toll bill in the car, and nothing is added at the curb when you step out at the stadium. Any extra, such as the night-hours fee for pickups outside the daytime window, is shown in the quote before you book. If none applies to your Sunday, the figure in the fare list is the whole story. Game tickets, food, drinks, and team merchandise are yours to arrange. We supply the private vehicle and the chauffeur, and your driver will gladly share a local tip or two on the way up.

How Does Booking a Private Transfer to the Game Work? 📋

You book online in a few steps: vehicle, pickup address, fare, confirmation.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group. Next, enter the pickup address in Miami and the time you would like to leave. The quote then shows the fare for your vehicle, together with any optional extras you have selected, so the total is clear before you pay. When everything looks right, you book online and pay securely, and the confirmation arrives with your details. On October 11 your chauffeur pulls up at the agreed address at the agreed time, greets the group, helps everyone settle in, and sets off for Miami Gardens. From that moment the job is simple: a smooth, private drive to the venue’s drop-off point, with your group together in one cabin and your attention already on the game.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami?

Your pickup can be a hotel, a home or any Miami address, and you enter it when you book. The chauffeur arrives at that exact door, so the group gathers in one familiar place instead of meeting on a busy corner. Add a short note if the building has a particular entrance or a concierge desk, and the driver will follow it.

Can We Reach the Chauffeur Before the Pickup?

Yes. You can message on WhatsApp when plans shift, whether someone is running a little late or the group decides to gather at a different door of the same building. A quick note keeps the pickup smooth, and your chauffeur confirms the details so everyone knows where to stand when the vehicle arrives.

When Does the Night Fee Apply to a Game-Day Transfer? 🌆

Pickups during daytime hours, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, carry no night fee, and a 1:00 PM kickoff keeps a Dolphins Sunday transfer comfortably inside that window. Trips outside daytime hours add the fee listed below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$20 USD surcharge per trip outside daytime hours.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the trip value for trips outside daytime hours.

For this game the night fee is mostly a footnote, since an early-afternoon start means a morning or midday departure from Miami. It matters only for a group that plans an unusually early pickup, ahead of the daytime window. The SUV fee is a single add-on for the trip. The Sprinter fee is a percentage of the trip value, so larger groups can plan for it with no surprises. Nothing else about the service changes at any time of day: the same standard of chauffeur and the same class of vehicle arrive at your door. When the fee applies, it appears in your quote alongside the fare, so everything is settled before you pay.

Why Choose a Private Transfer for the Dolphins Game? 🕴️

A private transfer makes the trip to the stadium a calm, upscale part of game day.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin is yours for pregame playlists, matchup debates, and loud predictions on the way north. Your chauffeur is bilingual, which helps when half the group are cousins visiting from out of town and the other half grew up in Little Havana. The fare is locked the moment you book, with no surge for a packed Sunday, heavy traffic, or a weather delay. Every chauffeur is vetted, drives professionally, and knows how an NFL Sunday reshapes the roads in the northern suburbs. The vehicle arrives clean, cool, and ready at the time you chose. Nobody in your party has to take the wheel, study the route, or hunt for a parking pass. With privacy, a professional at the wheel, and a door-to-door plan, you get a far better start than juggling several cars on a hectic game day.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Stadium From Miami on October 11? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives the group north from Miami to Miami Gardens, straight to the drop-off.

On an ordinary Sunday the drive north is routine. On a Dolphins game day, permit ample extra time, because traffic builds across the northern suburbs long before kickoff as fans arrive from every direction. The home crowd shows up in aqua, orange, and white, and visiting Bengals supporters bring their orange, black, and tiger stripes, so the ride up already feels like part of the game. The official Hard Rock Stadium site is the place for game-day guidance, and your chauffeur checks that plan against live traffic before choosing a route. You relax while the driver handles merges, lane changes, and event-day detours. Out-of-town fans frequently stay in South Beach or Downtown, and the ride from either becomes an easy start to the afternoon, with nobody in the car reading a map or watching the clock.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take North From Miami?

Most drives from Downtown, Brickell, or Miami Beach head north on I-95 toward Miami Gardens. From Doral, the Palmetto Expressway and Florida’s Turnpike are the usual choices, and NW 27th Avenue works as a surface-street alternative. Your chauffeur picks the route on the day based on live traffic and the event-day access plan.

Can You Follow Dolphins Pregame Coverage During the Ride?

Yes. The vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, so the group can stream the pregame show, check the latest Dolphins news and injury reports, or settle fantasy lineups before the 1:00 PM kickoff. The chauffeur handles the road, so every passenger is free to watch, listen, and argue about the matchup.

When Should You Leave Miami for the 1:00 PM Kickoff? 🏙️

Leave Miami with plenty of spare time before the 1:00 PM kickoff on October 11.

A late-morning departure suits most groups heading straight to their seats. Fans who want the full pregame atmosphere usually choose an earlier pickup, because the build-up outside the stadium is a big part of a Dolphins Sunday. Two things deserve a cushion in your plan: the traffic that thickens near Miami Gardens as kickoff approaches, and the security line at the entrance once you are on foot. Groups with children, older relatives, or first-time visitors tend to enjoy the day more when they arrive unhurried. If you are unsure which pickup time fits your plans, tell us where you are starting and what you want to do before the game, and we will suggest a comfortable departure. It is always easier to arrive early and soak up the atmosphere than to watch the opening drive on a phone in traffic.

Is There Time for the Dolphins Fan Zone Before Kickoff?

Yes, if you plan for it. The Dolphins Fan Zone opens well before kickoff, so fans who want to explore it simply book an earlier pickup. Choose your departure with that extra time in mind, and you can enjoy the pregame scene, find your entrance calmly, and still be in your seats for the anthem.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Stadium? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows on game day.

The stadium sets its own traffic and access plan for every NFL game, and your driver follows that event-day routing to the drop-off point that best serves your entrance. Tell the chauffeur which side of the stadium your tickets are on, and the approach is chosen with that in mind. The door-to-door promise means you step out at the venue’s drop-off point with your group together, your tickets ready, and the stadium right in front of you. There is no lot to find, no pass to show an attendant, and no long walk between rows of parked cars. Staff and signs around the venue guide fans from the drop-off toward the entrances, and the walk is part of the fun as the crowd in aqua and orange thickens around you. From the curb you head straight for security and your seats.

Can the Driver Drop Us Near Our Entrance?

Your chauffeur aims for the drop-off point most convenient for your entrance, within the access plan the venue sets for that game. Share your section or entrance name during the ride, and the driver will choose the best approach available on the day and point you in the right direction as you step out.

Where Can Your Group Eat in Miami Before the Pickup? 🍸

A Sunday brunch in Miami is the classic warm-up for an early-afternoon kickoff.

Brickell is the simple choice for groups staying downtown, with brunch terraces near Brickell City Centre where a table of jerseys fits right in. Wynwood adds color: a morning coffee, a walk past the Wynwood Walls murals, and a team photo in aqua and orange before the car arrives. For a true Miami send-off, Versailles on SW 8th Street in Little Havana is a Miami institution for Cuban coffee and pastries. Coconut Grove works well for a slower, shaded breakfast near the bay. Whichever you choose, set your pickup time so the meal ends without a rush and the drive north still has a healthy cushion. Reservations and tables are in your hands, and an early seating is the safest way to keep the morning relaxed.

Is Stadium Parking Worth It for Cincinnati Bengals at Miami Dolphins? 🚙

With a private transfer, your group skips the game-day parking search entirely.

Parking at an NFL home game means sorting out a pass, finding the right lot in a sea of cars, and walking from wherever you end up. Splitting a big group across several cars multiplies every one of those steps, and it usually means half the party arrives well before the other half. Riding in one chauffeured vehicle removes that job completely: the driver takes you to the drop-off point, and you head inside together. Pregame parties in the lots are a big part of Dolphins Sunday culture, and fans who ride with us can savor that atmosphere on foot, with nobody in the group assigned to drive. The venue sets parking rules and pass sales for each game, so friends driving separately should check the official guidance before they meet you there.

Is a Private Van From Miami Better Than Driving Yourself?

For most groups, yes. A private van or SUV is reserved for your party alone, with one pickup in Miami and one professional at the wheel. Nobody in the group spends the morning driving, reading directions, or circling lots, and the whole crew arrives at the stadium together and in a good mood.

How Is Payment Handled for the Transfer? 📋

Payment is made securely online when you book, in the same few steps.

  • Secure checkout: You pay online as the last step of the booking, once the quote for your vehicle looks right.
  • Payment: The full fare is paid at checkout, in a single step.
  • Clear quote: Any extras you selected are itemized before you pay, so the total holds no surprises.

Can You Change a Transfer Booking Before Game Day? 📋

Yes. Changes are possible until 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability.

Plans move before a big game: a friend joins, the brunch table shifts, or the group decides to leave earlier for the pregame scene. Send us the new details and we will update the pickup time, the address, or the vehicle wherever availability allows. Inside the final 24 hours, your chauffeur and vehicle are firmly committed to your group, so the booking runs exactly as agreed and is not refundable. Think of that as certainty for both sides: your ride is locked in, the driver is set aside for you, and nothing about your Sunday is left open. If you expect your headcount to change, the simplest approach is to tell us early, while there is still room to move you to a different vehicle size.

Which Quick Facts Matter Most Before You Book? 📋

  • One private vehicle and one vetted chauffeur are reserved for your group.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day, including NFL Sundays.
  • The ride is door-to-door, from your Miami pickup to the venue’s drop-off point.
  • Game tickets are yours to arrange; we take care of the drive.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group of Fans From Miami? 🚐

Match the vehicle to your headcount, starting with the Black SUV XL for smaller groups.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers in a sleek black cabin, ideal for couples and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, a good fit for families and mid-size crews.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (larger): seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a whole watch-party group rides as one.

The choice comes down to space. Small parties enjoy the quiet, polished feel of the SUV, while bigger families and friend groups lean toward a Sprinter, where everyone can face the conversation. There is room for what fans actually carry, such as a cooler, homemade signs, and flags, so tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Keeping the whole group in one vehicle also means everyone arrives together, with nobody texting from a different lane of traffic to ask where to meet.

Do You Have a Van for a Big Group of Fans From Miami?

Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is our van for big groups, and it comes in two sizes. The larger one carries the biggest game-day crews in a single private vehicle. One van means one pickup plan and one chauffeur to message. Tell us your headcount and we’ll match the right size.

Is There a Private Ride From Miami to Bengals vs Dolphins? 🎊

Yes. We run private, chauffeured transfers from Miami to the stadium for this game.

The people who book this Sunday look a lot like the crowd itself. They include Dolphins season-ticket families from Coral Gables and Coconut Grove, friend groups marking a birthday with a game, companies hosting clients in upscale seating, and Bengals supporters who flew in and are staying on Miami Beach. Each group gets its own vehicle and its own chauffeur, reserved only for them, with the pickup built around their tickets and their pace. The questions below are the ones riders tend to ask once they know the ride is private: which parts of town we pick up from, whether a pet can come along, how late is too late to book, and who else could end up in the car.

Which Miami Areas Does the Transfer Pick Up From?

We pick up across the city, including Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, and Little Havana. Enter your address when you book, and the quote confirms the fare for your vehicle from that starting point before you pay.

Can We Bring Our Dog Along on Game Day?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can We Still Book the Day Before the Game?

Yes, when a vehicle is available. A short-notice booking is locked in and held just for you: a driver and vehicle are set aside for the agreed time, so the ride goes ahead exactly as confirmed. Because that commitment is made right away, a booking placed this close to pickup runs as agreed.

Will Other Fans Ride in Our Vehicle?

No. Every booking is private, so only the people you invite ride in your vehicle. We never sell individual seats or combine separate parties, and the chauffeur drives for your group alone. Your playlist, your conversation, and your pregame predictions stay yours from the Miami pickup to the stadium drop-off.

Booking a Private Transfer vs. Requesting an App Ride

Reserving a private transfer to the venue is a different thing from opening an app on event night. The fare is fixed when you book, a vetted bilingual chauffeur is assigned to your group, and the vehicle is reserved for you in advance — no surge, no crowded pickup zone, no guessing which car will show up.

Private transfer with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat fare, locked when you book A fresh fare every request, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
A vehicle reserved for your group in advance Whatever car accepts the ping, if one does
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur A stranger at every pickup
Door-to-door to the venue’s drop-off point Crowded pickup zones and re-requests on event night

On a big event night a reserved private transfer is often close to a surging Uber Black or Lyft Lux fare — and it is a calmer, more premium way to arrive.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

One stop of up to 30 minutes is included.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
