Transfer from Surfside to Miami Heat vs. Philadelphia 76ers at Kaseya Center on April 8

A private hourly chauffeur from Surfside to Miami Heat vs. Philadelphia 76ers at Kaseya Center on April 8, 2027, runs at a flat rate from $100 per hour in a Black SUV XL, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:00 PM. Your bilingual driver collects you at any address in Surfside, drops the group in Downtown Miami, and stays with you until the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Surfside to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

Every rate below is per hour for the whole vehicle, with a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The price covers the vehicle, not each seat, so a full car of friends splits one hourly figure instead of paying per person. Larger groups move up to a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, so everyone rides together from Surfside and nobody has to arrange a second car or meet up Downtown. The Platinum SUV tier suits couples, families, or clients who want a more polished cabin. For a 7:00 PM tip-off, most Surfside groups start their block in the late afternoon, fit in an early dinner, reach the arena in good time, and ride home in the same vehicle afterward. Pick the tier that matches your headcount. The hourly figure above is exactly what each hour of the evening costs.

Is There a Late-Hour Surcharge After a 7:00 PM Tip-Off? 🌆

Yes, pickups outside daytime hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry a surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge is one add-on for the whole trip, not a charge repeated every hour. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Most fans simply build it into the plan and enjoy having their car ready for the late drive north instead of hunting for a ride. Before you confirm, we tell you the exact amount for your vehicle on WhatsApp, so you know the full cost of the evening from the start.

Which Quick Facts Matter Before You Book Game Night? 🚙

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service is available 24/7, including late finishes after night games.
  • You set the stops, the pace, and the order of the evening.
  • The same driver waits between every stop, so nothing needs re-booking.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot throughout the ride.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Everything is booked and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Surfside on April 8? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives your group south from Surfside to Downtown Miami in one private vehicle.

On a normal evening the trip typically takes well under an hour. A Heat home game is distinct, so permit extra time: arena traffic, rideshare lines, and Downtown dinner crowds all converge on Biscayne Boulevard as tip-off approaches. On April 8, 2027, expect the building to fill early, as it does on most Heat nights. Your driver watches live traffic and changes the route as conditions shift, while your group relaxes in the back and talks basketball. Before you leave, check the official Kaseya Center page for entry rules and arena policies, and keep your tickets handy. The goal is simple: reach Downtown relaxed, with dinner already behind you and time to find your section before the opening tip.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take Out of Surfside?

Most drives head south along Harding and Collins Avenues, then cross Biscayne Bay on the John F. Kennedy Causeway or the Julia Tuttle Causeway. From there the car joins Biscayne Boulevard or I-95 into Downtown. Your driver picks whichever crossing is moving best that evening, and can swing through Miami Beach to the MacArthur Causeway when that route is smoother.

How Early Should You Leave Surfside for Miami Heat vs. Philadelphia 76ers?

Leave Surfside with a generous buffer before the 7:00 PM tip-off, and allow more if you plan a sit-down dinner first. Downtown traffic on game night builds steadily through the early evening. Tell your driver when you want to arrive, and they will suggest a departure time based on that day’s conditions.

Where Will the Chauffeur Drop You Off Downtown on Game Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena as access allows.

Downtown streets around Biscayne Boulevard get hectic on a Heat night, and traffic officers frequently manage the lanes, so the exact drop-off point depends on that evening’s conditions. Your driver knows the approach, lets you out at the most practical curb, and agrees on a meeting spot with you for later. During the game the car stays nearby rather than heading home, so it is ready the moment you walk out. After the final buzzer, a full arena empties onto the same few blocks. Message your driver as you leave your seats and head to the agreed spot, usually a short walk from the entrance where cars can actually stop. Nobody in your group hunts for a garage, pays for event parking, or sits in a post-game exit line.

Can the Driver Wait During the Entire Heat Game?

Yes. You book by the hour, so the vehicle and driver stay reserved for your group from the opening tip through the final buzzer and never pick up anyone else. Your driver can be reached on WhatsApp the whole game, so a change of plan, like leaving early to beat the crowd, takes one quick message.

Is Parking Yourself Downtown Worth It on a Heat Game Night?

For most Surfside groups, no. Garages near the arena fill early and typically charge event-night rates, and after the buzzer you crawl out of a crowded garage before the drive home even starts. With a chauffeur, nobody has to be the designated driver, so the whole group enjoys the night from tip-off to the ride home.

Where Can Your Group Eat in Surfside Before Tip-Off? 🥂

Surfside and neighboring Bal Harbour have easy pre-game dinner options close to your pickup.

Harding Avenue, Surfside’s small-town main street, has relaxed cafés and casual restaurants where friends can meet before the ride. For a more polished start, the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club draws diners with its elegant oceanfront setting. Just north across the town line, Bal Harbour Shops has well-known restaurants along its open-air, landscaped walkways. Because you book by the hour, the chauffeur can drop you at dinner, wait while you eat, and head south toward Downtown once the check is paid. Some groups prefer to eat closer to the game. In that case the car can drop you at a Downtown restaurant for dinner, then take you the rest of the way to the arena. Either way, nobody feeds a parking meter or arranges a second car.

Where Can You Celebrate After the Heat Game Downtown?

Bayside Marketplace sits right beside the arena on the bay, which makes it handy for a quick post-game bite. Brickell’s restaurants and rooftop lounges are a short ride south. Your chauffeur can take the group to either one, wait while you celebrate, and drive everyone back to Surfside when the night winds down.

What Makes Heat vs. 76ers on April 8, 2027 a Big Night? 🎤

Heat vs. 76ers is a late-season Eastern Conference game with real rivalry history behind it.

This regular-season matchup tips off at 7:00 PM. It falls in the final stretch of the schedule, when playoff seeding is on the line for both clubs. Miami and Philadelphia have met in the postseason more than once in recent years, so the crowd tends to arrive loud and early. The game also streams nationally, which adds to the big-night energy inside the building. Heat crowds reflect the city itself: longtime season-ticket holders, young families, out-of-town visitors, and a large Hispanic fan base cheering in English and Spanish. Game nights here feel like a citywide gathering, from the pre-game buzz on Biscayne Boulevard to the roar when the clock hits zero. Whether you live in Surfside or are staying on the beach for the week, the plan is simple: dinner, the game, and a comfortable ride home.

Should You Arrive Early for Food and Team Gear at the Arena?

Yes, if you want to eat or shop without rushing. The arena has concession stands and team merchandise, and lines grow as tip-off nears. Check the arena’s official site for current food options and store locations, then tell your chauffeur, so your departure from Surfside matches the arrival time you want.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include for a Heat Game Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in your hourly rate.

That covers any tolls on the way from Surfside to Downtown, the fuel for a full evening of back-and-forth driving, and parking for the vehicle Downtown. The cabin has comfortable room for what fans actually carry, like signs, jerseys, and a haul of team merch; just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Beyond the hours you book, one charge may apply: the night surcharge described above. Everything else about the evening runs at the single hourly figure you picked from the price list above.

How Many People Fit in the Van or SUV From Surfside? 🚐

Four private tiers cover every group size, from a couple to a full crew.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a comfortable fit for friends or a family heading to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers and keeps a mid-size group together in one vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for bigger groups: seats 10 to 14 passengers, ideal for a birthday crew or a whole office outing.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every vehicle is reserved for your party alone. The Sprinter works as your own private van to the game and is never shared with strangers. Choose by headcount first, then by feel: a small group that fits comfortably in an SUV but wants extra polish for a birthday or a client evening frequently moves up to the Platinum tier. Send your final headcount on WhatsApp and we match you with the right vehicle.

How Do Surfside Riders Pay for a Game-Night Chauffeur? 📋

You pay the full fare in one simple step, and your booking is secured once the payment arrives.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: the booking is a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the evening wraps up.

How Does Booking by the Hour Work for a Heat Game? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and driver for a block of hours, then plan the evening.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your headcount. Then send your group size, a rough start time, and your wish list of stops on WhatsApp. The booking is a 5-hour minimum. That is enough for the drive Downtown, the game, and the ride home, though a relaxed pre-game dinner may call for extra time. Pickup can be at any Miami address, agreed when you book: a hotel lobby, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so you can go straight from a cruise-day arrival to the game. If the night runs long, or you want a late bite after the final buzzer, keep the car. After the 5-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate, with no fare to renegotiate.

Can You Change a Booking Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Inside the final 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening runs as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Why Do Surfside Heat Fans Choose a Private Chauffeur? 🥃

A private chauffeur turns a Downtown game night into one smooth, premium experience.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. The flat hourly rate is locked at booking, so there is no surge when a full arena lets out and every phone in the building starts requesting a car. One dedicated chauffeur handles the whole evening, from the Surfside pickup to the final drop-off, and stays with you through the game instead of disappearing after one leg. Your driver is bilingual, which matters in a city where the stands, the restaurants, and many of our guests switch easily between English and Spanish. You reach us directly on WhatsApp before, during, and after the game, with no call center in between. It is simply better service: a clean premium vehicle, a familiar face at the curb, and a group that spends the night talking about the game instead of parking.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Surfside? 🏙️

Your driver picks you up at any address in Surfside you choose when booking.

Many guests start from an oceanfront hotel or condo lobby along Collins Avenue, where the driveway makes it easy for a group to get in. Others prefer a residence on the quiet, tree-lined streets west of Harding Avenue, or the restaurant where they just had dinner. If part of your group is coming from Bal Harbour or elsewhere on the beach, the driver can collect everyone in turn before heading south. Share the exact spot, a contact name, and your preferred departure time on WhatsApp, and the plan is set before game day. Surfside is compact and easy to get around, which keeps the first leg of the night relaxed. By the time the car reaches the causeway, the group is together, settled, and ready for tip-off.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Miami Heat vs. Philadelphia 76ers From Surfside?

For a group, a private chauffeur by the hour is the most comfortable option. You get one car from your Surfside door to Downtown, no parking to find, and the same vehicle for the ride home. Your group stays together all evening and moves on its own schedule, from dinner through the final buzzer.

Can You Bring a Pet on the Ride From Surfside?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover Around Surfside?

This hourly service stays local: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It is an on-call, unhurried service that stays around the city, so hourly bookings don’t go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
