Transfer from Coral Gables to AEW – Dynamite and Collision at Watsco Center

Our private hourly chauffeur drives your group from Coral Gables to AEW – Dynamite and Collision at Watsco Center on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, for the 7:00 PM start, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. The rate is locked when you book, with no surge, and one bilingual chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the ride home.

How Much Does a Coral Gables Chauffeur for AEW Dynamite Cost? 📋

Rates are set per vehicle, per hour, with a 5-hour minimum on every booking.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The size of your group decides the tier, and that tier sets one hourly figure for the whole evening. Two couples coming from a Coral Gables dinner fit effortlessly in the SUV. A full crew of wrestling fans, a birthday group, or a friends’ night out commonly moves up to the Sprinter, so everyone rides together instead of splitting across cars and meeting up later. The Platinum SUV is for riders who desire the most polished cabin of the night. The number of stops, detours, or waiting time doesn’t change the hourly figure. Because the opening bell rings at 7:00 PM, part of your block will probably run into the evening. Check the night-surcharge section further down before you pick a start time.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate on Show Night? 🥂

The hourly rate covers your vehicle, your chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and parking.

You won’t pay for a campus lot, validate a garage ticket, or top up a toll account on the way. The car arrives fueled and ready. Waiting time is part of the rate too. While you linger over dinner or watch the matches, the vehicle stays reserved for your group instead of leaving for another job, and an hour counts the same whether the car is moving or parked. Your chauffeur does all the driving from the first pickup to the final drop-off, so nobody in the group has to deal with event-night traffic or figure out where to leave the car. Two things can add to the total. The first is the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, which has its own section below. Nothing else is added on top.

Which Payment Methods and Terms Apply? 🍾

You pay the full fare when you reserve. The terms are below.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: After the five-hour block, each extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate. We never renegotiate the fare, and you settle those hours once the night is over.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Wrestling Night? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a couple to a full fan club.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the usual choice for couples, small friend groups, and families heading to the show.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together without splitting into two cars.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a big crew stays in one vehicle from dinner to the final match and home again.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a top-tier luxury SUV class. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Select by headcount first, then by comfort. If your group sits right at the edge of a tier, for example a crew that might grow once a cousin hears about the show, book the next size up so a late addition never means a second car. Every tier is private, so the vehicle carries only your party.

Is There Private Transportation From Coral Gables to AEW – Dynamite and Collision? 🎤

Yes. Our hourly chauffeur takes your Coral Gables group to the October 21 show and back.

All Elite Wrestling brings its Wednesday-night television show to the University of Miami campus for AEW – Dynamite and Collision, with the opening bell at 7:00 PM. This is the first Dynamite after the WrestleDream pay-per-view, so expect a crowd that has followed every storyline and wants to be loud for the cameras. Fans show up in faction shirts, carry hand-painted signs, and plan the whole evening around the card: dinner first, then the show, then a drink or a late bite after the last match. The venue is an indoor arena where the crowd sits close to the action, so the atmosphere is intense and everyone leaves at once. The arena is inside Coral Gables, so the trip is local. Even so, campus streets and lots fill rapidly when the whole crowd arrives together. With a chauffeur by the hour, your car is already reserved, so arriving and leaving go smoothly.

Why Does a Wednesday Wrestling Night Suit a Private Driver?

A midweek show usually has a workday before it and another one after it, so nobody wants to hunt for parking or be the designated driver. With a chauffeur, the group leaves together and rides home together. The person who usually drives gets to enjoy the entrances, the finish, and a drink after the show like everyone else.

How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for the 7:00 PM Bell? 🏟️

Leave Coral Gables with a generous buffer before the 7:00 PM start.

The drive to Watsco Center is typically short, because the arena sits on the University of Miami campus inside Coral Gables. Event nights still take longer than usual. The approach roads slow down as the crowd arrives, campus streets fill up, and security screening and finding your seats take time of their own. Permit extra time if the group wants merchandise before the show or doesn’t desire to miss the opening match. The easiest plan is to finish dinner without watching the clock, have the chauffeur bring the car to the restaurant door, and leave with time to spare. Your driver keeps an eye on timing and traffic so the group can unwind. After the final bell, the same vehicle takes everyone home, whether that’s a hotel lobby, a house on a quiet residential street, or the next stop of the night, and nobody has to look for a car in a dark lot.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Coral Gables?

From most Coral Gables addresses, the chauffeur takes Ponce de Leon Boulevard south toward the University of Miami campus. If US-1 (South Dixie Highway) is moving better that evening, the driver uses it instead. Starting from the Biltmore side, the driver usually heads south through the residential streets. The route depends on where you start and on live traffic.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Watsco Center?

The chauffeur drops you as close to the venue as access allows that night, at the drop-off point that campus and arena staff designate. From there the group walks to the entrance without crossing a parking lot. Before you get out, the driver confirms exactly where you’ll meet after the show, so nobody has to guess later.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. The driver waits through the whole show, and the vehicle stays reserved for your group the entire time. When the crowd starts heading out, send the chauffeur a quick WhatsApp message and the car will be at the agreed meeting spot. If you leave before the main event, it works the same way, and the car is ready whenever you are.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coral Gables? 🌆

Your chauffeur meets you at whatever Coral Gables address you select.

If you’re staying at The Biltmore Hotel, the driver meets you at the lobby entrance, and pickups work the same way at the hotels along Ponce de Leon Boulevard and around Miracle Mile. If you’re staying with family on one of the neighborhood’s tree-shaded residential streets, the car pulls up at the house, so nobody has to walk to a corner or wait on the sidewalk. If you’re finishing work at an office on Alhambra Circle, book a start time right after work and go straight from your desk to dinner to the show. The Shops at Merrick Park is a convenient meeting point if part of the group has spent the afternoon shopping. We agree on the pickup spot when you book, the driver arrives with the vehicle ready, and everyone gets in together instead of arranging separate cars and arrival times. At the end of the night, the chauffeur can also drop each person at a different Coral Gables address.

Can Friends Staying Outside Coral Gables Join the Pickup?

Yes. Add a stop, and the chauffeur picks up friends staying in Coconut Grove, South Miami, or Brickell on the way to the show. You’re paying for the vehicle by the hour, so a second or third pickup is just another stop on your route, and the whole group arrives together.

Where Can Your Group Eat in Coral Gables Before the Show? 🍸

Miracle Mile and Giralda Plaza are the classic Coral Gables spots for dinner before the show.

Miracle Mile has restaurants, cafés, and bars along a walkable stretch, and numerous Coral Gables groups meet there before a night out. Just off it, Giralda Plaza is closed to cars and full of outdoor tables, which works well for a relaxed group dinner before the drive to campus. Families and shoppers frequently prefer the restaurants at The Shops at Merrick Park, and the Biltmore’s lounges are a quieter choice for a drink as a couple. If someone wants Cuban food, Little Havana is an easy detour on a longer booking. Your chauffeur drops you at the restaurant door, waits nearby while you eat, and comes back around when you’re ready. There’s no valet ticket, no parking search, and nobody skips dessert to go get the car. These are suggestions for your booked hours. We provide the car and driver, and you select and reserve the table that suits your group.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner and the show fit easily into one hourly booking. After pickup, go to a restaurant on Miracle Mile or in Coconut Grove, then ride to the arena once you’ve eaten. The same vehicle covers every leg, and the dinner stop is simply part of your booked hours, with no separate fare.

Where Can You Go After the Show Ends?

Coconut Grove is the natural stop after the show, with CocoWalk and the bars and restaurants along Main Highway close to the Gables. Groups who want a later night often head to Brickell for a rooftop drink, and others go straight home. Tell your chauffeur the plan as you leave the arena, and the car goes wherever the night takes you.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the night however you like.

First select the vehicle that fits your headcount. Then message us on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind, such as dinner, a second pickup, the arena, and a last drink. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. That means you can reach on a cruise ship the same day and go straight to the event. We agree on the pickup spot when you book. After that, you set the stops and the pace. You can add a detour, drop a plan, or take your time at dinner. The itinerary is never locked, and there’s no new fare to work out. After the five-hour block, each extra hour is added at your vehicle’s same per-hour rate. If the celebration after the show runs long, you keep the car as long as you need.

What If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

If you book a service that happens within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead exactly as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Why Ride With a Dedicated Chauffeur on Event Night? 🕴️

A private vehicle reserved only for your group makes the event night calmer and more relaxing.

Nobody else rides with you, and nobody else’s schedule affects yours. One bilingual chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, knows the Coral Gables streets and the routes onto campus, and is reachable directly on WhatsApp from the moment you book. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book. It doesn’t rise when the whole arena empties at once, and it doesn’t change for traffic or weather. That’s a big part of why it’s a better experience: the budget is settled before the first match, and nobody spends the evening checking a fare. The vehicle arrives clean and ready, the driver handles the timing, and the group stays together from dinner through the final bell and the ride home. To us, premium service means fewer decisions for you, no scramble to regroup after the show, and a car that’s already yours when the crowd pours out.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply When the Show Ends Late? 🎆

Daytime hours, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, have no surcharge. Trips outside that window add the amount below for your vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For the SUV, it’s a single flat add-on per trip. For the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the trip value, so it scales with the size of the booking. The hourly rate itself doesn’t change after dark, and the surcharge is the only evening adjustment. When we confirm your booking over WhatsApp, we’ll show how it applies to your start and end times, so you know the full total before the day. Whatever happens before 6:00 PM falls inside daytime hours.

Which Facts Matter Most Before the Ride? 📋

  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • The service runs every day, for daytime or evening bookings.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes your rate.
  • Your driver speaks English and Spanish.
  • Signs and merch ride along easily; tell us in advance about anything big.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Coral Gables to Watsco Center? 🎊

Yes. Every booking is a private vehicle and chauffeur reserved for your group alone.

Numerous fans search for a private shuttle to the arena. What we provide is a private van or SUV that carries only your party. There are no shared seats, no fixed departure times, and no waiting for strangers to board. A couple coming from a Coral Gables hotel has the Black SUV XL to themselves. A bachelor-party crew or a family reunion fills a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and a group that wants the most refined cabin books the Platinum SUV. The vehicle leaves when you’re ready, follows your stops, and holds your spot between them, so nothing gets left behind or mixed up with another group’s things. On a fan night built around a big television show, that privacy matters. The group can talk through the card on the way in, relive the finish on the way home, and keep celebrating with nobody else in the car.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Service Cover?

The hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s an on-call service that stays around the city, so hourly bookings don’t go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can You Bring a Pet Along for the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Mention it in your first WhatsApp message along with your group size. That way we can check the vehicle and the plan for the night before we confirm your date.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
