Transfer to Hard Rock Live for the UB40 Concert

Our private hourly chauffeur drives your group from Miami to UB40 at Hard Rock Live on Sunday, November 15, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver and vehicle stay with you from dinner before the show, through the 7:00 PM start, and all the way home. You select every stop.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur to the UB40 Concert Cost? 📋

Rates are charged per vehicle, not per passenger, and every booking covers a minimum block of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each figure covers the whole vehicle and its chauffeur for one hour, so a car full of friends can split the cost at the dinner table in seconds. A couple on a nostalgic date night usually books the Black SUV XL. A bigger crew of old friends who still know every word of the radio hits can share one Sprinter and arrive together instead of coordinating several cars across town. Select your tier by headcount first, then by how much comfort you want for the evening. The Platinum SUV is the step up for an anniversary or a milestone birthday. Late-evening timing adds one separate charge, which is explained in the night-surcharge section below, so you can budget the whole night before you confirm anything.

Key Facts Before You Book Your Concert Night 🚙

  • Every booking starts with a minimum block of five hours.
  • Your group keeps one private vehicle and one chauffeur for the whole block.
  • Each hour past the first five is billed at the same hourly rate.
  • You choose the stops, their order, and how long you linger at each.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day, at any hour, including after late shows.
  • Onboard WiFi comes through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.

Why Hire a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving to the Concert Yourself? 🕴️

A private chauffeur takes the drive, the parking, and the late ride home off your hands.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and never shared with strangers. A bilingual chauffeur stays with your party from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Your hourly rate is locked the moment you book, with no surge on a busy concert night and no change for traffic or weather. Nobody has to be the designated driver, nobody circles looking for a space, and nobody spends the encore wondering how they’ll get back to Miami. Questions before or during the evening go straight to us on WhatsApp, where a real person answers and passes updates to your driver. That’s what upscale service means to us: fewer moving parts, one familiar face behind the wheel, and a better experience from the moment the door opens. You’ll spend the night singing along to songs you’ve loved for decades, and the ride there and back should be just as easy as the music.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Concert Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into the hourly rate you book.

No fuel stop shows up on your bill, no toll charges from the highway north obtain passed along, and there’s no parking fee wherever the vehicle waits for you. The rate also pays for the chauffeur’s time across every hour of the booking, whether the car is moving or parked outside your dinner spot. The cabin is clean and ready for a night out. Your driver will gladly suggest a restaurant area or a route if you’d like ideas, and you’re free to take them or ignore them. You handle tickets, dinner, and drinks. We provide the private vehicle and the chauffeur, with nothing packaged on top. The only charge that can be added to the hourly figure is the night surcharge for time outside daytime hours, explained in the next section. That means you know every cost of the evening before you pay.

Can We Make a Quick Snack or Restroom Stop Along the Way?

Yes. One short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch fits easily into the booking. Just tell your chauffeur when you need it. The stop happens during your booked time and doesn’t change your hourly rate, so there’s no reason to hold on until you reach the resort.

Is There a Night Surcharge After 6:00 PM? 🌆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside that window carry a night surcharge, which depends on the vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV booking it’s a single flat amount per trip, not per hour, which keeps the math simple for a couple or a small group of friends. For a Sprinter, the surcharge is a percentage of the trip value, so it scales with the size of the booking instead of adding a separate fixed fee. We confirm the surcharge along with everything else when you book over WhatsApp, and it’s written into your plan from the start, so it never appears as a surprise at the end of the night.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Show? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple’s date night to a large group of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural fit for couples and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a larger group arrives together with room to stretch out.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger layout: seats 10 to 14 passengers for a full reunion of old friends in one private van.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a top-tier luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Every tier is private, so the vehicle carries only your party from the first address to the last. There’s room for what concertgoers actually bring, like a jacket for the evening or merch from the stand. If you plan to bring something big, tell us in advance.

Which Vehicle Suits a Couple Heading to the Show?

Most couples book the Black SUV XL, and some step up to the Platinum SUV for an anniversary or a milestone birthday. Both keep the cabin private and quiet, so the ride north feels like part of the date instead of a commute. You can talk, relax, and arrive ready to enjoy the show.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 📋

You book a block of hours, and the car and chauffeur are yours for all of it.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your headcount, then send a rough start time and the stops you have in mind. Your block begins at pickup. From then on, the chauffeur follows your plan: dinner first, the concert next, and a late stop if the mood is right. You set the order and the pace, and you can add or drop a stop along the way when the schedule allows. The open end is what riders like most. Once the first five hours are used, every extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate. If the encore runs long or the group wants one more round somewhere, you just keep the car. Extra hours are added up and settled after the night is over, so nobody has to stop and pay on the spot.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami?

The driver picks you up at any Miami address you choose. That can be your home, a hotel, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can head straight to the show. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book, and your chauffeur meets you there at the set time.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept? 🍾

Payment for your concert night is arranged over WhatsApp and comes down to three points.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: you pay the full fare when you book, and that locks in your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Each hour after the block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and settled after the night.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Miami to UB40 on November 15? 🎤

Yes. Our chauffeurs cover UB40’s show on Sunday, November 15, 2026, which starts at 7:00 PM.

The concert takes place at Hard Rock Live, the headline theater at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, just north of Miami. It’s also the closing night of the tour, which gives the evening a celebratory, last-night-of-the-run feel. Most of the crowd grew up with the band’s radio hits. Many fans come as couples or groups of old friends and make a full night of it, singing along to “Red Red Wine” and “Kingston Town” together. A private hourly booking suits that kind of evening. One vehicle picks everyone up, takes the group to dinner, carries you on to the show, and brings each person home afterward, and nobody has to watch the clock or count their drinks. Booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicle for the night.

What Is UB40: The Unstoppable Tour 2026?

UB40: The Unstoppable Tour 2026 is the band’s North American run of amphitheater and performing arts center dates, and the Hollywood show closes it. This lineup features founding members Robin Campbell, James Brown, Earl Falconer, and Norman Hassan, with Matt Doyle on lead vocals. It’s a different group from UB40 featuring Ali Campbell.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for the UB40 Concert? 🏟️

Leave Miami well before the 7:00 PM start to stay ahead of pre-show traffic.

Northbound traffic builds on a Sunday evening as showtime gets closer, and the resort draws hotel and casino guests on top of concertgoers. An earlier pickup is the calmer choice. Many groups build dinner into the plan: head out in the late afternoon, eat along the way or at the resort, and arrive with time to collect tickets, locate your seats, and obtain a drink before the lights go down. Tell us what time you want to be walking in, and we’ll work backward to set the pickup. Your chauffeur watches the road and adjusts the route as conditions change. Because the car is yours for the whole block, arriving early just means more relaxed time together, not a second ride to arrange. For a closing-night show, being in your seats before the first song matters.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Live?

Your chauffeur drops the group at the drop-off point as close to the entrance as resort access allows, so nobody crosses a parking area in evening shoes. The resort sets the exact curbside spots on show night, and your driver follows its directions so everyone steps out close to the doors.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take Us Home After?

Yes. Your chauffeur parks and stays on call for the entire show, because the car is reserved for your whole block. When the encore ends, message the driver and meet at the agreed pickup spot. You won’t have to look for a ride in the after-show crowd, because the same vehicle is waiting for your group.

Where Should You Eat in Miami Before the Concert? 🍸

Brickell, Little Havana, and Coconut Grove are all easy places to have dinner before the show.

Brickell suits groups who want polished dining rooms and a cocktail among the towers before a big night out. Little Havana offers Cuban cooking, strong coffee, and live music drifting out of doorways, a fitting warm-up for a band whose sound has always drawn on Caribbean rhythms. Coconut Grove is slower and leafy, with a waterfront setting for couples who want a quieter meal and some conversation before the noise of a concert. If you’d rather eat steps from the theater, the resort has its own restaurants, and you can move from dessert to your seats without getting back in the car. These are ideas, not reservations. We don’t book tables, but your chauffeur knows the neighborhoods and can suggest which one fits your group’s mood and timing. Pick one area, share it when you book, and the route to the show starts from there.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. A dinner stop fits inside the same hourly booking. Include the restaurant area when you reserve, and your chauffeur will build it into the route. The car and driver stay with you while you eat, then take everyone on to the concert, with no second ride and no new fare to arrange.

Where Can the Night Go After the Encore? 🥃

A late stop after the show fits the same booking if you have hours left or select to extend.

Some groups are ready for home as soon as the house lights come up. In that case your chauffeur drops each person at their own door, even if friends live in different neighborhoods. Others want to keep the reggae glow going a little longer. South Beach stays lively late, with Ocean Drive lounges and the sound of the ocean across the street. Brickell’s rooftop bars suit a nightcap with skyline views. Wynwood draws a late crowd to its mural-covered blocks and bars for anyone who still wants to dance. You decide on the spot, and your chauffeur heads there without a new booking or a fresh quote. Whatever you select, nobody drives after a night of drinks, and the evening ends when you say so. Many groups say the ride home, still humming “Kingston Town” together, is one of their favorite parts of the night.

What Should Couples and Friend Groups Plan Before Concert Night? 🎊

Settle your headcount, a pickup time, and your stops, and the rest of the planning falls into place.

Your headcount decides the vehicle tier, so confirm who’s coming before you book, not on the day. Select a pickup time that leaves room for dinner and an unhurried arrival, and share the rough order of your stops from the first address to the last. If friends need to be picked up in different parts of town, list each address so the route makes sense and nobody waits on a street corner. Think ahead about who shares the ride home, since dropping friends at several homes adds time to the block. Dress for a theater evening at a resort, and let the chauffeur worry about the road. With those answers ready, one WhatsApp message covers the whole plan. The questions below answer what riders most frequently ask before confirming a UB40 night.

Does the Hourly Service Run Outside the Miami Area?

The hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, which is why a show in Hollywood fits comfortably. We keep this on-call, unhurried service close to the city and don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring Our Pet in the Car?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time stay as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. The good news is that you can always add more hours on the day.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami to the UB40 Show?

Yes. We offer a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group, not a seat on a van full of strangers. Friends ride together from the first pickup and keep the same van and chauffeur all night. You leave the concert on your own schedule instead of a fixed departure time.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

How Do You Reserve Your Concert-Night Chauffeur? 🎆

Send us your group size, a rough pickup time, and your stops on WhatsApp.

We’ll reply with the vehicle that fits, walk through the timing of your evening, and confirm every detail in writing so the plan is clear before the day arrives. If you’re still choosing between dinner in Brickell and a meal at the resort, send both ideas and we’ll help shape the timing around the 7:00 PM start. Closing night of a tour is the kind of evening people recall for years, and the ride should be part of that memory, not a chore squeezed between dinner and the show. Check availability now, lock in the tier your group wants, and spend November 15 thinking about the setlist instead of the drive. Once your booking is confirmed, your chauffeur is set for the night and the only thing left is choosing what to wear. Reach us by email, phone, or WhatsApp at the contact line below.

No. In addition to the airport, we also serve hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private addresses.

🚖 What vehicle types and capacities do you offer?

We work with a black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 passengers and a larger van for 10 to 14.

🎉 Can I book transportation for weddings or special events?

Yes. We serve weddings, corporate conferences, VIP events, and other special occasions — as a direct ride to the venue, or with the chauffeur staying with you for the whole celebration on our hourly service (5-hour minimum). Contact us with the date, head count and schedule and we will set it up.

📶 Do you offer Wi-Fi on board or device chargers?

Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
