Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Brickell to Freya Skye’s Stars Align Tour show at Hard Rock Live on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, in a Black SUV XL, Platinum SUV, or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur picks you up anywhere in Brickell and stays on call for dinner, the 8:00 PM show, and the ride home.
Rates are per vehicle and per hour, and every booking has a five-hour minimum.
You pay for the whole vehicle, not for each seat. A parent riding with three young fans pays the same hourly rate as a couple on a date night. Most Brickell groups going to a school-night concert book one block that runs from an early dinner to the drive home. That keeps the math simple: select the tier, count the hours, and add the night surcharge explained further down. The Platinum SUV costs more because it is a luxury SUV class with a more polished cabin. It is a good pick when the evening is also a birthday gift for a devoted fan. Concert tickets are never part of the price. We supply the private vehicle and the chauffeur, and your group buys its own seats.
Fuel, tolls, parking, and onboard WiFi are all included in the hourly rate.
These inclusions matter on a trip north out of Miami-Dade. The route to Hollywood can utilize tolled highway lanes, and resort parking on a busy concert night is covered, so nobody in your group pays at a garage. A mobile hotspot keeps teens posting outfit photos and parents answering one last work email on the way up. Your driver handles the route and the resort traffic while the group sings along. Three things are not part of the base rate, and each one is explained on this page. The night surcharge applies for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Hours added past your block are billed at your vehicle’s same rate.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and you set the plan.
First, select the vehicle that fits your headcount. Then send us your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you want. The driver picks up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (on a cruise-day arrival you can go straight to the show), Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the pickup spot when you book. After that, the schedule is yours: dinner first, a swift stop for a forgotten poster board, then the concert. The chauffeur stays with your group for the whole block and does not drop you off and leave. After the five-hour block, each extra hour is merely added at the same flat per-hour rate. There is no new quote and no renegotiated fare, and you settle the extra hours after the night ends. If the encore runs long or the group wants dessert on the way back, you just keep the car.
You pay the full fare up front, and extra hours never have to be paid on the spot.
Yes. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge, and trips outside that window add the amount below.
Plan for it from the start so there are no surprises at the end of the night. The SUV surcharge is one amount per trip. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter surcharge is a share of the trip value, so larger groups splitting the van spread it across everyone. It is separate from any hours you add. An evening concert can’t fit inside daytime hours, so most families include the surcharge in their budget from the first message. We list it here in full so you can see the whole cost of the night before you book.
A reserved chauffeur turns a long school-night drive into a upscale service for everyone.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and arrives in Brickell clean and ready. The same chauffeur stays with you from the first stop to the last. Your rate is flat and locked at booking. There is no surge and no change for traffic, weather, or a crowded event night, so the price you budget is the price you pay. You talk to us directly on WhatsApp before and during the night, so a new dinner time or an extra friend takes one message, not a new reservation. Parents like knowing exactly who is driving their kids. Teens like arriving together, with outfits intact and signs uncreased. And nobody in the group has to give up the concert to drive. Privacy, a fixed price, a direct line, and one familiar driver make this a better experience than planning the night’s rides yourself.
Yes. We run private chauffeured rides from Brickell to Freya Skye on October 14, 2026.
Freya Skye is a British singer and Disney star whom young fans know as Nova Bright in Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires. Her Stars Align Tour comes to Hard Rock Live at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood. The show starts at 8:00 PM, with Alex Sampson opening. Anticipate a happy, excited crowd: tweens and teens who grew up on the Zombies films, the parents who bring them, and young adult pop fans ready to sing every word of “silent treatment.” South Florida audiences for shows like this are mostly families, often multicultural and with several generations, and they reach in groups rather than alone. That kind of crowd is why a private car makes sense here. It is a school night, the venue is north of the county line, and the evening ends late. Settling in advance who drives, where to park, and how everyone gets home makes a large night an easy one.
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons families book. One parent can ride along with a group of young fans, or several families can share one Mercedes-Benz Sprinter so everyone arrives and leaves together. The chauffeur handles the highway and the resort traffic, so the adults get to enjoy the concert too.
Your chauffeur usually takes I-95 north from Brickell, then heads west to the Hollywood resort.
When I-95 backs up, Florida’s Turnpike is the usual alternative, and the driver chooses between them based on traffic when you leave. The last stretch runs along State Road 7, where concert traffic, hotel guests, and casino visitors all head into the resort at the same time. With a chauffeur driving that stretch, nobody in your group has to read signs, merge late, or circle a garage with a car full of excited fans. The evening has three parts: the drive up, the arrival, and the ride home after the encore. One vehicle covers all three without any rebooking. On a Wednesday the drive north overlaps the end of the evening commute, so timing matters more for this show than for a weekend date. The questions below cover each part of the night.
Leave Brickell before the evening rush peaks, usually in the late afternoon if you plan to eat near the venue, and allow extra time on a Wednesday. Doors open before the 8:00 PM start, and arriving early gives you time for merch, photos, and finding your reserved seats. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time when you confirm.
The chauffeur drops your group at the resort’s drop-off point, as close to the venue entrance as access allows that night. Traffic control on show nights can move the exact spot, so the driver follows staff directions. Before you go in, you agree on a meeting point for afterward, so young fans never wander the property looking for the car.
Yes. Because the booking is hourly, the chauffeur stays nearby for the whole show and is ready when you walk out. You don’t wait in a pickup line or on an app while the whole crowd leaves at once. The same driver takes everyone back to Brickell, or to a late stop first.
We pick you up at any address in Brickell you select, agreed when you book.
Most groups meet the car at a Brickell Avenue hotel lobby, the front drive of a residential tower on Brickell Key, or a condo on South Miami Avenue near Mary Brickell Village. When you confirm, send the building name and the exact entrance. The neighborhood has one-way streets, busy valet lanes, and towers with more than one driveway, so that detail keeps the group from waiting on the wrong corner. Families with younger fans often prefer their building’s own motor court or covered drop-off lane. Kids can obtain in away from traffic while a parent checks the tickets one last time. Your chauffeur meets you at the agreed spot, and once everyone is buckled in, the drive north starts right from your door.
Yes. List every address in order, and the chauffeur picks up each friend before heading north. A typical start might be one pickup at a Brickell Key tower, another near Brickell City Centre, and a third on Brickell Avenue. On a weeknight, allow a little extra time for the neighborhood’s busy streets.
Brickell has plenty of places for dinner before the concert, and the car stays close by.
Mary Brickell Village has casual restaurants within a few walkable blocks, which suits hungry tweens and a fixed departure time. Brickell City Centre has a wider mix of dining and shopping in one place, which helps when the group can’t agree on a cuisine. The restaurants on Brickell Key have a view of the bay and feel quieter, which makes them a nice choice for a birthday dinner. Little Havana is just west if you want a classic Cuban meal before the drive. Or skip dinner in Brickell: head north early and eat at one of the restaurants inside the Seminole Hard Rock resort. That puts the group steps from the show and ahead of the evening traffic. These are ideas for your booked hours, not reservations we make. Book your own table and send us the time, and we’ll plan the departure around it.
Yes. Dinner is simply the first stop on your hourly booking, not a separate ride. The chauffeur drops you at the restaurant, stays with the car while you eat, and heads north when you’re ready. Send your reservation time with the booking, and we’ll suggest when to finish dessert so you still arrive in good time.
Yes, as long as your booked hours allow it or you add more time. Some groups want a milkshake or a late bite on the way home to celebrate. Others have school the next morning and go straight back to Brickell. Tell the chauffeur when you leave the show, and the plan changes on the spot.
Select the vehicle by headcount, starting with the Black SUV XL for smaller groups.
Every tier comes with the same chauffeur and the same hourly setup, so you are really only choosing space and style. Every vehicle has room for light-up signs, merch bags, and jackets. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. If your group is right between two tiers, select the bigger one. On the ride home, tired kids and new merch take up more room than they did on the way there.
A private chauffeur booked by the hour is the easiest way. One vehicle picks up your group in Brickell, drives north to Hollywood, and stays with you until everyone is home. Nobody has to be the designated driver, and nobody scrambles for a ride when the whole crowd leaves at once.
It also keeps a family group together from the Brickell lobby to the venue and back, which matters when younger fans are in the group. It works for couples too: a relaxed dinner, the show, and a quiet ride home without having to plan any of the logistics. The shorter questions below cover what else Brickell groups ask before booking: the private van for bigger groups, where the hourly service runs, traveling with a pet, and booking close to the date.
Yes, as a private option. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group works as your own private van to the show. It is never shared with strangers and never runs on a fixed schedule. It leaves Brickell when your group is ready and brings everyone back together after the encore.
This hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the Miami International Airport area, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, which includes Hollywood. It is an on-call, unhurried service that stays close to the city, so it doesn’t go as far as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Asking early means your pickup in Brickell starts with no surprises.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the date and time stay as agreed. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough start time, and your stops.
Tell us where in Brickell to pick you up, whether dinner comes first, which vehicle from the rates at the top of this page suits your group, and roughly when you’d like to be home. We’ll check availability for October 14, send the payment details, and confirm your booking once your payment arrives. From then on, the car and chauffeur are reserved for your group. Weeknight concerts take more planning than people anticipate: the evening drive north, dinner, and the late return. Booking the ride early leaves the family free to focus on outfits, handmade signs, and learning every lyric before the lights go down. If your plans grow, just send us another message. We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.
If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.
The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.
For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.
For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.
We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.
We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
