Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Design District to Miami Heat vs. Detroit Pistons at Kaseya Center on Saturday, November 14, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks you up at any address in the Design District, drops you near the arena before the 8:00 PM tip-off, and waits to bring everyone home.
Your hourly rate depends only on the vehicle, and every booking covers at least five hours.
A Saturday game night fits easily inside that window. It covers pickup in the Design District, an unhurried dinner, the drive downtown, four quarters of basketball, and the ride home. Rates are per vehicle, not per seat. Friends sharing a Black SUV XL or a larger party filling a Sprinter split one hourly figure instead of each person paying for a seat. The Platinum SUV sits at the top of the lineup because it has the most polished cabin we offer. It’s a good choice for a birthday, an anniversary, or a client you desire to impress. No separate event-day fare is added on top, so the list above is what an hour costs on November 14. Only two things can raise the total: extra hours you choose to add and the time of night. The surcharge section further down explains the time-of-night charge.
Four private vehicle types cover every group size, from a couple to a large group of friends.
Every vehicle arrives clean and is reserved for your group only. Choose based on how many people are coming and the kind of night you desire.
Couples and families commonly book the SUV. A birthday group, or two families traveling together, can move up to a Sprinter so nobody has to split into separate cars. Choose the Platinum SUV when the ride itself is part of the celebration.
Your group gets one private vehicle and one chauffeur, reserved for the whole night.
That’s what premium service means here. The car never carries anyone outside your group, and your bilingual driver speaks English and Spanish. Your flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book. There’s no surge pricing, and the rate doesn’t change for traffic, weather, or a sold-out arena. The chauffeur who picks you up in the Design District is the same one who brings you home, so you never re-explain the plan or look for a new car on a packed curb. During the game, your driver stays with the vehicle instead of leaving for another job. You can reach them directly on WhatsApp, in the same chat you used to book. The better experience starts well before tip-off. Nobody has to be the designated driver, nobody circles downtown looking for a garage, and the whole group walks in together, relaxed.
No. Every booking is private, and the vehicle carries only the people in your group. We don’t run shared rides, shared seats, or fixed-schedule service to the arena. If you searched for a private shuttle to the Heat game, you get a private Sprinter van or SUV with its own chauffeur, working only for your group from pickup to the last stop.
Choose a vehicle and a start time, and the car and driver are yours for the evening.
First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then tell us when the evening should begin. For an 8:00 PM tip-off, many groups start in the late afternoon so dinner isn’t rushed. The time starts at pickup, and your booking covers a five-hour block with the same chauffeur throughout. You set the stops and the order: dinner first, a detour to pick up a friend, the arena, then a late bite. Most riders on this page start in the Design District, but the driver can pick you up at any Miami address you agree on at booking. That can be a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re arriving on a cruise and heading straight to the game, Miami International Airport, or a home. If the game goes to overtime or dinner runs late, just keep the car. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same per-hour rate and paid after the night is over.
Yes. Your plan is never locked. You can stop at your hotel to change into jerseys, swing by Midtown to pick up a friend, skip a stop that no longer fits, or stay longer at dinner. You never renegotiate the price for any of it. Your hours keep running, with the same car and driver with you.
Your chauffeur drives south from the Design District to Downtown Miami, commonly a short journey.
The arena sits on the waterfront along Biscayne Boulevard, and on a quiet evening the drive from the Design District is commonly short. A Saturday 8:00 PM tip-off is not a quiet evening, though. Dinner crowds, game traffic, and police traffic control near the bay all build up in the hour before the game, so permit plenty of extra time and let your chauffeur pick the approach. This is where booking by the hour pays off: nobody in your group has to look for a garage, pay for event parking, or stand in a crowded pickup area after the final buzzer. Check the latest arena guidance and bag policy on the official Kaseya Center site before you leave. Then relax while your driver handles the drive downtown. When the game ends, the same car is ready for your group, so the ride home is as simple as the ride in.
Biscayne Boulevard is the most direct route, running straight south from the edge of the Design District to the waterfront arena. When the boulevard backs up, drivers often take I-195 to I-95, then I-395 toward the bay. Your chauffeur picks the route that night based on live traffic, so you don’t have to think about it.
Your driver drops the group off as close to the venue as access allows. That’s usually on Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street, depending on how police direct traffic that night. Before you get out, you’ll agree on a post-game meeting point, so everyone knows exactly where the car will be after the final buzzer.
Yes. Waiting is part of the hourly booking. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle nearby for all four quarters instead of leaving and coming back. When the game ends, send a WhatsApp message and the driver moves to the meeting point you agreed on. Your group walks out of the arena and straight into the same car.
Pickup is at any address in the Design District you offer us when you book.
That could be a home on a side street, the door of a boutique on one of the district’s shopping blocks, or Palm Court under the Fly’s Eye Dome, where friends often meet before dinner. If you’re coming from an afternoon at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami, the car can meet you right outside the museum. If you’re staying in Midtown or Wynwood, you can start there just as easily and keep the rest of your Design District plans. Your chauffeur arrives at the agreed time, pulls up at the curb, and greets the group. If friends are coming from distinct places, list every pickup when you book. The driver can pick up one person at a hotel lobby and another at an apartment, then bring everyone together before dinner. Your first stop is your choice, and so is every stop after that.
An early dinner in the Design District is the classic way to start a Heat game night.
Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink has been a neighborhood favorite for years, and its relaxed, seasonal menu works well for a group before a game. For a celebration, COTE Miami offers a Korean steakhouse dinner in a lively dining room. Just north of the district, Mandolin Aegean Bistro has a garden setting that feels like a quiet break before the noise of the arena. These are just ideas for your hours. We don’t create reservations, so book your table yourself and tell us the time so pickup lines up. Your chauffeur waits outside while you eat, so there’s no valet line and no parking meter to watch. After dinner, a short walk past the district’s lit-up shop windows gives everyone a moment before the drive downtown.
Yes. The same chauffeur can fit several neighborhoods into one evening. Some groups stop in Wynwood for photos in front of the murals. Others go to Brickell for a drink by the river before heading to the arena. The driver waits at each stop, so nobody worries about parking or timing along the way.
Saturday, November 14 brings a full NBA night to Downtown Miami’s waterfront arena.
Detroit is in town for an Eastern Conference regular-season game. A Heat home game is a full show from warm-ups on, with an in-arena DJ, the dance team, and halftime entertainment. For many fans, a Saturday game is as much a night out as it is a game. Anticipate longtime season-ticket holders, couples on date night, families with kids in jerseys, visiting Detroit fans, and companies hosting clients. The bars and restaurants around Bayside Marketplace and along Biscayne Boulevard fill up well before tip-off and stay hectic after the final buzzer. Many fans create a whole evening of it and stay by the water after the game instead of rushing home. Bring your digital tickets and wear comfortable shoes for the short walk from the car.
You have plenty of options close to Downtown. Bayside Marketplace is the easy choice after the game, and Brickell has late-night restaurants and cocktail bars. Some groups head back to the Design District or across the causeway to South Beach. Your chauffeur takes you wherever the night goes, and you can keep the car longer if the celebration runs late.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in every hour you book.
You can ask for one short comfort stop during your booking for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch, and it doesn’t change the rate. There’s room in the vehicle for signs, merch, and whatever else the group brings to the game. If you’re bringing something large, tell us in advance. Only two things can raise the total: extra hours beyond your booked block at your vehicle’s rate, and the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, which the next section explains. Everything else is covered by the hourly rate you already agreed to, including the waiting, the extra stops, and the pickup after the game.
Yes. A pickup between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM has a night surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
For an SUV, the surcharge is one fixed amount per journey, not an extra charge on every hour. For a Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the journey value, so it grows with the size of the booking. Ask about it on WhatsApp when you book, and you’ll know the full total before game night. Your hourly rate doesn’t change after dark. The surcharge is the only extra for late hours.
You pay the full fare when you book.
Yes. You get a private SUV or Sprinter van with your own chauffeur, reserved only for your group.
People search for “car service to the Heat game,” “private shuttle to Kaseya Center,” or “ride from the Design District to the arena.” Each of those searches leads to the same private hourly booking, planned around your group’s evening. Nobody else rides with you, and you control the schedule. You can choose an SUV for a few friends or a Sprinter for a larger group. It fits the way people really spend a Saturday at a Heat game: dinner out, a lively arena, and maybe a late stop in Brickell or a ride back home to Midtown. Booking early gives your group the widest choice of vehicles for November 14, especially if you need a Sprinter. The questions below cover what Design District fans most often ask before game night: timing, group size, where we drive, pets, short-notice bookings, and other home games this season.
Leave well before 8:00 PM, and earlier than you would on a normal weeknight. The drive downtown is usually short, but Saturday game traffic around Biscayne Boulevard slows the last part of the trip. Most groups have dinner in the Design District first, then leave plenty of extra time so they’re in their seats before warm-ups end.
Our private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes. The larger one carries the biggest groups we serve, so a whole group of friends can ride together. The smaller Sprinter suits mid-size groups. The price list and vehicle list near the top of this page show the exact number of passengers for each vehicle.
The hourly service stays local to Miami and its neighborhoods, including Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the Miami International Airport area, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s a relaxed, on-call service built for getting around the city, so it doesn’t go out to places like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. That early heads-up helps us plan for it properly.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a booking within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time stay as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day.
Yes. The same private hourly service works for any Heat home game, whether the Pelicans or the Timberwolves are in town. Every booking works the same way: you choose the vehicle, and the driver stays through the whole game. Message us with each game date, and we’ll check availability for the vehicle your group needs.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

To book, send one WhatsApp message with your group size, start time, and stops.
Tell us how many people are coming, when you desire to be picked up in the Design District, where you’re having dinner, and any plans after the game. We’ll confirm the right vehicle and check availability for Saturday night. Once the details look right, paying the full fare reserves your car and chauffeur. After that, the evening is simple. You get picked up at the curb, have dinner without looking for parking, get dropped off close to the arena, and find the same car waiting when the Heat and Pistons finish. If your group needs a Sprinter, get in touch early so you have the most choice. Confirm your booking today, and your group can spend November 14 enjoying the game instead of dealing with traffic.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
