Yes, one: when the pickup time falls between 6 PM and 7 AM, a night fee is added to the booking — $50 for the SUV, 10% of the hourly total for the vans. Nothing else changes about the service at night. As for stops, there is no fee on hourly service: every stop inside the service area is covered by the rate, and the driver waits at each one.
The SUV seats up to 5 with their luggage; the 6-9 and 10-14 passenger vans keep bigger groups together. Send the head count and bag count and the vehicle is matched to them.
Plans move, and the booking can move with them up to 24 hours before the pickup: a longer block, another passenger, a distinct start time on the booked date are all fine. Anything you add is priced at the same hourly rate. The one thing that does not change is the date, which is locked at booking and cannot be moved to another day, so check it attentively before you confirm. Once the day is under way, extra hours are agreed directly with the chauffeur.

Yes. The full fare is paid online when you book, and that holds the chauffeur and the hours.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 4% processing fee that is shown before you pay. International cards are welcome, and we answer on WhatsApp in English and Spanish if you have a question first.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Details such as an extra passenger or your first stop can be updated until 24 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 24 hours before the ride, subject to chauffeur availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds; message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm your hours.
Nothing complicated. If you want to keep the car past your booked hours, simply arrange the extra time directly with your chauffeur on the day, at the same hourly rate as your booking. Most drivers can stay on when their schedule allows, so mention it early in the day if you can.
You can end the day whenever you like and your chauffeur drops you wherever you choose. The booked hours are reserved for you alone, so the minimum you paid for still applies and unused time is not refunded. Plan a little generously and you will never feel rushed.

Tipping is not required and is entirely at your discretion. If your chauffeur made the day easier, a gratuity at the end is always appreciated, and it goes entirely to the driver. There is no right amount; give what feels fair to you, or nothing at all, and nobody will mind.
