Transfer from Miami to Miami Heat vs. Portland Trail Blazers at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Miami Heat vs. Portland Trail Blazers at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, January 19, 2027. You ride in a Black SUV XL or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver stays with you from dinner before the game to the ride home, so you never have to find parking Downtown.

How Much Does a Private Hourly Chauffeur Cost From Miami? 🚙

Each rate below is per hour for the whole vehicle and its chauffeur, not per seat, and game-night bookings have a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

One hourly price covers both the car and the driver. A group of friends sharing a Sprinter splits one number instead of each person paying their own way. The Black SUV XL suits couples, small families, and a few coworkers. The two Sprinter tiers keep mid-size and larger groups in one cabin. The Platinum SUV is the step up for a client night or a courtside celebration. Pricing follows the vehicle, not the head count, so adding a friend late in the week costs nothing extra as long as the tier still fits everyone. Your final total is the hours you utilize at your tier’s rate, plus the evening surcharge explained further down. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami on Game Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives the group to the Biscayne Boulevard waterfront in Downtown Miami, where the arena sits next to Bayside Marketplace.

The Kaseya Center sits on the bayfront edge of Downtown. In the hour before tip-off, traffic from every part of Miami heads for the same few blocks of Biscayne Boulevard. That is why it helps to have a driver who knows the streets. Your chauffeur watches live traffic, takes the approach that is moving, and changes course if an exit backs up. From most Miami neighborhoods the drive is short on a quiet evening. On a Heat night, allow noticeably more time, because the weekday evening commute and a full arena’s worth of arriving fans utilize the same streets. Nobody in your group has to follow a map, merge across a causeway, or circle a garage looking for a space. Everyone rides together and keeps talking while the chauffeur handles the drive.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Miami Beach, Brickell, or Doral?

The route depends on where your evening starts. From South Beach or Miami Beach, the MacArthur Causeway turns into I-395, which lets out close to Biscayne Boulevard. From Brickell, Brickell Avenue crosses the river into Downtown. From Coral Gables or Coconut Grove, the driver heads north on US-1 or I-95. From Doral or the airport area, the Dolphin Expressway (SR 836) runs east into I-395.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for Heat vs. Trail Blazers?

Plan to leave well before the 7:30 PM tip-off and allow extra time beyond a normal evening drive. Tuesday rush hour overlaps with fans arriving Downtown, so the last few blocks near the arena are typically the slowest. Leaving early also gives you time for warmups, a stop for merch, and finding your seats without rushing.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near Kaseya Center? 🏟️

The chauffeur drops your group as close to the venue as access allows, on the Biscayne Boulevard side of the arena.

Traffic control on event nights can change where cars are allowed to stop. Your driver works with whatever access is open that evening and picks the drop-off point closest to the entrance. Before you get out, you and the driver agree on a pickup spot and how you’ll check in on WhatsApp later. The car then stays neighboring for the whole game, so nobody in your group has to find a Downtown garage or walk blocks back to one. Beating tip-off traffic starts well before the drop-off. If the pickup leaves enough time, you are in your seats watching warmups while late arrivals are still stuck on the boulevard. When the game ends, the whole crowd pours onto the same streets at once. That is when having a private car already waiting matters most.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game at the Arena?

Yes. Waiting is the whole point of booking by the hour. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle nearby for every quarter, halftime included, instead of leaving and coming back. If someone feels unwell or a child is ready to go home early, send a WhatsApp message and the car comes back to the agreed spot.

How Do You Meet Your Driver After the Final Buzzer?

Send a WhatsApp message late in the fourth quarter or when the final buzzer sounds. Your chauffeur then moves to the pickup spot you agreed on at drop-off. Since the same driver brought you in, you won’t be searching the crowd for an unfamiliar car. You walk out, see a familiar face, and get in.

Where Should You Eat in Miami Before Heat vs. Trail Blazers? 🍸

Brickell, Little Havana, and the Bayside waterfront are the natural places for dinner before a Heat game.

A Heat home game is one of Miami’s signature nights out, and the crowd reflects the city. You’ll see Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican families, young professionals on a weeknight date, Caribbean fans, and longtime regulars, with Spanish and English heard in every row. Numerous groups start the evening with a meal. Brickell’s restaurant row and the dining around Brickell City Centre suit a polished dinner a short drive from the arena. On Little Havana’s SW 8th Street, Versailles is the landmark Cuban restaurant, and croquettes with strong coffee there feel like part of the pregame. Bayside Marketplace is right next to the arena for a casual bite on the water, and Miami Worldcenter has newer spots within an easy walk. Wherever you eat, your chauffeur waits outside and then drives the last stretch, so nobody has to leave dinner early to beat traffic.

Can the Chauffeur Stop in Wynwood or Coconut Grove for Drinks First?

Yes, any stop fits within your booked hours. Wynwood’s murals and bars make a lively start for a younger crowd, and Coconut Grove’s bayside cafes suit a slower family meal. The driver moves between stops and waits at each one, so you can stay for another round without thinking about parking or tip-off time.

How Long Should You Book for a 7:30 PM Tip-Off? 🎆

A five-hour block that starts in the late afternoon usually covers dinner, the full game, and the drive home.

Think of the evening in three parts. First comes the pickup and a meal somewhere in Miami, with enough time to eat without watching the clock. Second is the drive Downtown and the game itself. An NBA regular-season game with timeouts and halftime fills most of an evening, and close games can run long. Third is the ride home, including the exit after the game when the whole arena empties at once. Starting at a relaxed dinner hour lines those three parts up well. Your plans might grow, with a birthday toast at a Brickell rooftop, a late bite in Wynwood, or overtime that keeps everyone in their seats. If so, you simply keep the car, and the extra time is billed as the how-it-works section below explains. Families with younger kids often start a little later, skip the long dinner, and head home right after the buzzer.

Which Payment Methods Work for a Game-Night Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book, and you don’t pay for extra time until the evening is over.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare when you reserve locks in your booking.
  • Hours: Bookings start at five hours, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

What Should Heat Fans Know Before Booking a Chauffeur? 📋

  • Every booking starts with a five-hour block of chauffeured time.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all evening.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, so every guest can talk directly.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot during the ride.
  • Service runs every day, including daytime bookings and late game nights.
  • Every detail is booked and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for Game Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in your hourly rate, so the car’s running costs never appear as extras.

The rate you booked covers any tolls on your route, fuel for every drive between dinner and the arena, and parking the car neighboring during the game. You can ask for one short comfort stop during the booking, such as a restroom break, a snack, or a quick stretch, and it doesn’t change the rate. There’s room for signs, jerseys, and merch you buy at the arena, and if you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance. Only two things can add to your total: hours you add past your booked block at the same rate and the evening surcharge explained further down.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🕴️

You pick a vehicle for your group and reserve a five-hour block, and the same chauffeur stays with you throughout.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group size. Then send us the group size, a rough pickup time, and the stops you desire over WhatsApp. The plan is yours to shape. You might desire dinner first, a detour to pick up a friend in Coral Gables, the game, and then a nightcap. You set the order and the pace, and you can add or drop a stop during the evening without renegotiating anything. Once your game night is confirmed, one vehicle and one driver are assigned to you for the full block. They never leave to serve another client in between. If the evening runs longer than planned, keep the car as long as you need. After the first five hours, each additional hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated fare. You settle those hours after the day, not on the spot.

Where Does the Chauffeur Pick You Up in Miami?

The driver can pick you up at any Miami address. That might be a hotel lobby in Brickell or South Beach, a home in Coral Gables, the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so you can go straight from the ship to the game. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book.

Can You Add a Stop After the Game on the Way Home?

Yes. Plans after the game are part of what makes hourly booking flexible. A celebratory round in Brickell, a late dinner in Wynwood, or dropping people at two homes in Doral and Key Biscayne all work. They just need to fit within your booked hours or any hours you choose to add on the night.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Game? 🚐

Four private vehicle types cover a Heat night, from an SUV for a couple to a van that holds a big group of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. The usual choice for couples, small families, and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group can ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, for birthday groups, office outings, and big families.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a top-tier luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every vehicle is private and reserved only for your group. The Platinum SUV is the right pick when the evening is a client thank-you or a milestone celebration and you desire the arrival itself to feel special. For larger groups, one Sprinter is better than splitting into several cars. Everyone leaves together, arrives together, and rides home together, and nobody waits for a second car stuck in traffic after the game.

How Many Fans Fit in One Private Van From Miami?

A private Sprinter holds more people than any of our SUVs. The larger of the two Sprinter sizes listed above carries the biggest groups we can seat in one vehicle. Choose the size that matches your final head count, and everyone rides to tip-off and home again in the same van.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for a Heat Game? 🌆

A private chauffeur makes game night one continuous premium service, from your first pickup to the ride home.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, and so is the driver. One bilingual chauffeur learns your plan, your names, and your pickup spot, then stays with you all evening. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book. There’s no surge on a sold-out night and no change for traffic, weather, or a slow exit. You message your driver directly on WhatsApp rather than going through a call center, so changes happen quickly when the group decides on one more stop. Guests who are more comfortable in Spanish can talk with the chauffeur directly, so everyone in a mixed-language group feels looked after. The result is a better experience on a big night out. You arrive relaxed, enjoy every quarter without checking the time, and walk out to a car that is already waiting.

Does a Late Game Add a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside those hours carry the surcharge below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For an SUV booking, it is a single charge per trip, not per hour, so it’s the same whether you leave at the buzzer or stay out for a late dinner. For either Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, it is a percentage of the trip value. Either way, you know the amount before you book, and it doesn’t change if the game runs long or traffic backs up leaving Downtown. The surcharge is listed openly next to the hourly rates, so the total you plan around is the total you pay.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami to Miami Heat vs. Portland Trail Blazers? 🎤

Yes. A private chauffeur hired by the hour takes your group from Miami to the game and back in your own vehicle.

This is the simplest way to get to the game from Miami: a reserved SUV or Sprinter, a bilingual driver, and a block of hours that covers dinner, the game, and the drive home. Nothing runs on a fixed schedule or depends on other riders. The car leaves when your group is ready and comes back when your night is done. Portland visits from the Western Conference for a regular-season game on a Tuesday night. Numerous fans come straight from work, pick up friends on the way, or bring the kids on a school night. Arriving together in one car keeps the group together, whether it’s a family’s first game or a longtime fan’s regular night. The questions below cover the practical details people check before they book.

Is a Private Shuttle to the Arena Ever Shared With Other Fans?

No. Every booking is a private vehicle for your group only, with no pooled seats, no strangers, and no fixed route. Many fans search for a private shuttle, and that’s what this is: your own van or SUV with a dedicated chauffeur who follows your plan, waits for your group, and takes only you home.

Can We Book a Driver From Miami Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Yes, if a vehicle is available, and once you book, your slot is locked in and held just for you. Within that final 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the evening goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.

Can You Bring a Pet Along to the Game-Night Pickup?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Doral?

Yes. The hourly service stays around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s a local, on-call service, so it doesn’t go out to places like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
