Transfer from Miami to the Usher & Chris Brown Concert at Hard Rock Stadium

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Usher & Chris Brown at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens on Saturday, December 5, 2026, in a Black SUV XL, Platinum SUV, or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Dinner in Miami, the 7:00 PM show, and the ride home all happen with one bilingual driver and one car reserved just for you.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami to the Concert Cost? 🥂

Each rate below is per vehicle and per hour for your whole group, and every concert-night booking runs for at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The price is set by the vehicle, not by how many people ride. A Sprinter full of friends shares one hourly figure instead of paying for each seat. Couples and small groups usually select the Black SUV XL. Birthday crews and bigger circles coming up from Brickell or South Beach settle into a Sprinter, and anyone who wants the most polished arrival of the night picks the Platinum SUV. Map out the evening before you book: dinner in Miami, the drive north to Miami Gardens, the show, and the ride back. A full concert night with a sit-down meal often runs past the minimum block, and the hourly model is built for that. You never have to squeeze dinner or rush out after the encore to beat a deadline.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work for Concert Night? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and the night follows your plan.

First, select the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us your headcount, a rough pickup time, and the stops you’d like over WhatsApp. We confirm the booking and the chauffeur. On the night, your driver arrives, helps everyone in, and stays assigned to your group from the first pickup to the final drop-off. The car is never sent off to another customer between stops. You set the pace: stay for dessert, stop by a hotel to change, or add a stop on the way home. The clock starts at pickup. After the first five hours, each extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, so you can keep the car as long as the night lasts. There is no new fare to discuss, and you don’t have to decide ahead of time when the evening will end.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami?

Your chauffeur picks up at any Miami address you choose. That can be a hotel lobby in Brickell or South Beach, a home in Coral Gables or Coconut Grove, the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if your ship docks that day and you want to go straight into the evening. We agree on the exact spot when you book.

Which Quick Facts Should Your Group Know Before Booking? 🚙

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group for the whole booking.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Bookings are available every day, whether your plans start in daytime or evening.
  • You choose the stops, the order, and how long you stay at each one.
  • Bookings and confirmations happen directly over WhatsApp with our team.
  • Your chauffeur can suggest routes and timing, but your group makes the final plan.

Does a Late Concert Night Add a Surcharge? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside that window carry the surcharge listed below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For the SUVs it is one flat addition per trip. For the Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value. In both cases it is added on top of the flat hourly rate and does not replace it, and you’ll see it before you confirm. Nothing else is added for a late finish, and the ride home still happens with the same driver who picked you up. If you’re unsure how it applies to your timing, ask on WhatsApp when you book and we’ll explain it before anything is final.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving Yourself to the Show? 🕴️

A private chauffeur takes the drive, the parking, and the late exit off your group’s hands.

Driving yourself to a packed stadium show means someone has to stay sober, someone has to find parking, and everyone sits in the exit line long after the last song. Booking with us replaces all of that with a premium service built around your group. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you confirm. A crowded concert night, heavy traffic, or rain never changes the price, and there’s no surge to watch. One vehicle is reserved only for your party, with a bilingual chauffeur who stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. You reach our team directly on WhatsApp, so a change of plan takes one quick text. Everyone gets to enjoy the night, including the friend who usually drives. It’s a calmer, more comfortable evening planned entirely around you.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Four private vehicle types cover everything from a couple’s date night to a large group of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It suits couples and small friend groups heading north for the show.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so the whole crew rides together and arrives together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (larger group): seats 10 to 14 passengers. It suits birthday groups and big circles of friends.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in our most refined cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

The reference cars show the class of the Platinum SUV, not a guaranteed create. Send your headcount when you message and we’ll match your group to the right vehicle. If you’re bringing something large for the night, such as big signs, tell us in advance so we can plan the space.

What Payment Methods Does the Booking Accept? 📋

Payment is simple: the full fare at booking, with extra hours settled after the night.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, secures your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting block, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night ends.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate for your vehicle.

Toll roads north of the city, fuel for a night of driving between stops, and parking while your car is on standby are all part of the price. They won’t show up later as separate charges. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which helps when everyone is pulling up digital tickets on the way in or sharing videos on the way home. A short comfort stop for restrooms, a snack, or a stretch is easy to add. Just ask the driver, and it doesn’t change the rate. Only two things can add to the total: the after-hours surcharge explained above and any hours you select to add beyond your booked block. You know both before you commit, so the final amount won’t surprise you. The whole group can focus on the music, the company, and where to go after the show.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami to Usher & Chris Brown on December 5? 🎤

Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur takes groups from Miami to the show on Saturday, December 5, 2026.

The R&B Tour brings Usher and Chris Brown to one stage at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, with the show starting at 7:00 PM. For Miami fans who grew up with both of their catalogs, this is a night to dress up for, and the ride should match. Your chauffeur picks up the group in Miami and handles the drive north while everyone gets in the mood. The same car stays available all evening, so nobody has to arrange a way home. Friend groups create it a reunion, couples create it a real date night, and birthday crews build the weekend around it. Because the booking is by the hour, the evening can include dinner, the concert, and a late stop, all with one car and one driver who already knows the plan.

What Kind of Night Is The R&B Tour in Miami Gardens?

The R&B Tour is a co-headlining stadium concert from two artists with long lists of hits, including Usher’s “Yeah!”, “U Remind Me,” and “OMG” and Chris Brown’s “Run It!”, “With You,” and “Under the Influence.” Expect big choreography, a crowd singing along, and an adult audience that dresses up and wants the whole night to feel special.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Stadium From Miami on Concert Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives north from Miami to Miami Gardens on whichever road is moving top.

On a quiet evening this drive is routine, but on a stadium night it isn’t. Fans from all over South Florida head for the same few exits, and traffic typically builds well before the 7:00 PM start. From Brickell, Downtown Miami, or South Beach, the usual route is I-95 north. From Doral or Coral Gables, the Palmetto Expressway or Florida’s Turnpike can be the better choice. Your driver picks the route on the night based on live conditions, so the group can focus on the playlist and last outfit checks. Allow plenty of extra time. Leaving earlier than you would for a normal drive is the biggest difference between walking in relaxed and rushing through security. If you arrive early, you merely head inside and find your seats before the lights go down.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for the Show?

Leave Miami earlier than feels necessary. Plan to be on the road in the late afternoon if you want an easy arrival before the 7:00 PM start. Stadium-night traffic typically builds early, and security lines add more time. Tell your driver when you want to be inside, and they’ll plan the departure around that.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Stadium?

Your chauffeur gets the group as close to the venue as access allows, using the drop-off point event traffic control assigns to private vehicles that night. Before you step out, agree on a pickup spot and save the driver’s number. Finding the car after the encore then takes one quick message.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take You Home After?

Yes, and that’s what the hourly booking is for. Your driver stays with the vehicle through the whole show and meets the group at the agreed pickup spot when you come out. While others wait for a ride in the post-show crowd, you walk to a car that’s already yours and head back to Miami.

Where Can You Eat in Miami Before Heading to the Show? 🍸

The Design District, Brickell, Wynwood, and Little Havana are all easy places for dinner before the show.

For a 7:00 PM show, dinner works top close to the route north. The Design District is a natural choice, with stylish spots like Swan that suit a dressed-up group. Brickell has a dense mix of restaurants and rooftop lounges, including Komodo, if your group is staying downtown. Wynwood mixes casual food with its street-art walls for friends who want a relaxed start. Little Havana, where Versailles has served Cuban food and strong coffee for generations, is the classic Miami choice. These are ideas, not reservations: book your table directly, then add the restaurant to your plan. Your driver drops everyone at the door and pulls up again when you’re ready to leave. Nobody circles for parking or splits the group across cars, and you head north together once the check is paid.

Can You Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner fits inside the same hourly booking. The clock starts at your first pickup, not when the concert begins. Share the restaurant and your reservation time when you book, and the driver will time the drive north around it so the evening goes straight from dinner to the show without a second car.

Can the Night Keep Going With a Late Stop After the Concert?

It can. If the group wants a late bite in Wynwood or one more drink in Brickell after the show, tell the driver on the way back. They’ll take you there, stay nearby, and finish with a drop-off at each home or hotel. You decide in the moment, and the extra time is simply added to the booking.

What Should Your Group Prepare Before Leaving Miami? 🎊

A little planning before pickup helps the whole concert night go smoothly.

Load your mobile tickets before the car arrives, because phone signal can get weak in a big crowd. Charge every phone too. The onboard hotspot helps during the ride, but a full battery matters at the end of the night. Check the stadium’s current bag policy on its official site before you pack. If friends are spread across Miami, list each pickup address in order and the driver will collect everyone in one loop. Select one person to be the group’s contact with the driver and have them save the number before you leave. Agree on a meeting spot inside the venue in case anyone gets separated. Then leave the driving and timing to your chauffeur and enjoy the ride north with your friends.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Miami to Hard Rock Stadium? 🏙️

Yes. Book directly over WhatsApp with your group size, pickup time, and planned stops.

Send us your headcount, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind. We’ll confirm the vehicle, the pickup point, and your chauffeur for December 5 well before the day. Booking early gives your group the widest choice on a busy concert weekend, especially if you want a Sprinter or the Platinum SUV. Out-of-town guests can book from anywhere and just share the hotel or home where they’re staying. If plans change in the weeks before the show, for example a friend joins or dinner moves across town, one message updates the booking. The questions below cover what Miami concertgoers most often want to know before they book, from how far the service goes to what happens if you book at the last minute.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Usher & Chris Brown From Miami?

For a group, a private chauffeur booked by the hour is the most comfortable way to go. One car carries everyone, nobody drives or looks for parking, and the ride home is already arranged. Friends can have a drink, dress up without worrying about a long walk from a far-off lot, and leave together at the end of the night.

Does the Hourly Service Cover All of Miami?

The hourly service stays local and on call around the city. That includes Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It doesn’t go out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, which keeps your driver close and unhurried.

Can You Bring a Pet Along for the Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

A booking for service within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so on such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the night runs as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Concert Night From Miami? 🍾

Message us on WhatsApp to check availability and confirm your booking for December 5.

Tell us how many people are coming, where in Miami you want to be picked up, any dinner or pre-show stop, and which vehicle you’d like. We’ll reply with a clear plan covering the vehicle, the hours, and the timing for the drive north, so your group can confirm and get back to planning outfits and playlists. Once the payment is in, the night is set. Your chauffeur arrives at the agreed time and handles the route, and all that’s left to decide is which song you most want to hear. Usher and Chris Brown on one stage in Miami Gardens is a big night out, and a private car with your own driver lets your group enjoy all of it, from the first toast at dinner to the drive home.

No. In addition to the airport, we also serve hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private addresses.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
