Transfer from Miami Design District to Los Angeles Chargers at Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium

Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Miami Design District to Los Angeles Chargers at Miami Dolphins on December 27, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or larger at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Kickoff is 1:00 PM at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens. The rate locks at booking with no surge, and one bilingual chauffeur stays with you from pregame to the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Design District Cost per Hour? 📋

Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every booking starts at five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Choosing a tier comes down to headcount and how much room the group wants. A couple or a small family usually settles into the Black SUV XL. A fantasy-league crew or two families traveling together tends to fill a Sprinter. Anyone who wants the most polished cabin of the day picks the Platinum SUV. You pay for the hours you book, and those hours cover the pregame, the game itself, and the drive home to Miami Design District, with the same car on standby the whole time. If your group likes to linger over the pregame or the ride home, book a few hours past the minimum.

Which Service Facts Matter Most for a Dolphins Game Day? 📋

  • Every booking reserves at least five hours of chauffeur time.
  • Your chauffeur stays with your group for the entire booked block.
  • Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Chauffeurs are available every day of the week, around the clock.
  • Each booking is private and never shared with another party.
  • You book and confirm every detail directly with us over WhatsApp.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Game-Day Group? 🚙

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple to a full crew of fans.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. It suits couples, small families, and friend groups heading north for kickoff.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room to spread out in team colors.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger configuration: 10 to 14 passengers, so a whole watch-party crew rides together.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in our most polished cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Fans in aqua and orange and visiting supporters in powder blue can share one vehicle instead of splitting across cars, so the group stays together at every stop. There is room for the usual game-day gear, like a cooler, signs, and new merch; just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Every tier comes with the same chauffeur and the same hourly booking, so you are only choosing space and style.

Do you have a private van for a big group of fans from Miami Design District?

Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes, and the larger one fits an entire group of fans in a single private van from Miami Design District to the stadium and back. One vehicle means one pickup and one driver, and nobody has to find a second car after the game.

Which vehicle is the most luxurious option for game day?

The Platinum SUV is our luxury tier. We don’t run stretch limos. It pairs an Escalade-class cabin with the same chauffeur and hourly booking, which suits a birthday celebration, visiting clients, or anyone who wants to arrive for kickoff in a sharper vehicle.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Stadium From Miami Design District? 🏟️

Your chauffeur typically heads north on I-95, then takes the quickest open approach into Miami Gardens.

On an ordinary afternoon the ride up from the Design District is short and simple. A Dolphins Sunday is different: allow plenty of extra time, because traffic from all over South Florida heads for the same few exits. Depending on the morning, your driver may stay on I-95 to the Golden Glades interchange and continue on Florida’s Turnpike, or switch to surface streets through Miami Gardens when the highway stalls. A local chauffeur makes that call for you, so you can watch the pregame shows on your phone while someone who knows the roads does the driving. Before you leave, check the official Hard Rock Stadium site for the latest event-day guidance on entry and what fans can carry inside.

Is there private transportation from Miami Design District to Chargers at Dolphins?

Yes. We run a private hourly chauffeur service from any address in Miami Design District to the game and back, in a Black SUV XL, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, or a Platinum SUV. The vehicle and driver are reserved for your group alone. Nobody else boards, and nothing runs on a fixed schedule.

What transportation options do fans have for a Dolphins home game?

Fans usually drive and park, order app rides, or book a private chauffeur, and the team publishes its own transportation guidance each season. Booking by the hour means no hunting for parking and no scramble for a ride after the game. One driver handles the drive up and the ride home for your whole group.

What Does Game Day Look Like From Miami Design District to Kickoff? 🏟️

Game day comes down to three moves: leave early, drop close, ride home together.

An early start makes the rest of the day simple. If you leave Miami Design District with time to spare, your group reaches Miami Gardens while the Fan Zone is busy and the lots are still filling. Leave late and you creep along the final approach while kickoff gets closer. Your chauffeur handles the drop-off and then stays nearby for the whole game, so nobody circles the lots for a space on the way in or searches for a car on the way out. After the final whistle, one message gets you back to your own vehicle, and you head south to the Design District while other fans are still looking for their cars. The answers below cover timing, the drop-off, the wait, and what happens if the league moves kickoff.

How early should we leave Miami Design District for the 1:00 PM kickoff?

Plan a late-morning pickup, or leave earlier if your group wants the Dolphins Fan Zone and the parking-lot party before the 1:00 PM kickoff. Traffic around Miami Gardens builds steadily through the morning of a home game, and leaving early means you enjoy the drive instead of racing the clock.

Where is the drop-off point at Hard Rock Stadium?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as event-day access allows, following the traffic routing set for that Sunday. Before you get out, you agree on exactly where to meet after the game, so finding your car later takes one WhatsApp message instead of a walk through the lots.

Can the driver wait through the game and drive us back?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby from kickoff through the fourth quarter, including any overtime, and drives the same group back to Miami Design District afterward. Your booked hours keep running while you watch, and that is the point of the booking: one car and one driver on call until everyone is home.

What happens if the NFL moves the kickoff time?

The NFL’s flexible scheduling can shift Sunday game times, so follow the Dolphins’ news and schedule updates as December 27 approaches. If kickoff moves, message us on WhatsApp right away and we’ll work with you to move the pickup in Miami Design District to fit the new start time.

Where Can Your Group Meet in Miami Design District Before the Game? 🥂

Palm Court, under the Fly’s Eye Dome, is a simple pregame meeting point everyone can find.

Friends coming in from Midtown, Wynwood, or a hotel across the causeway can find the dome easily, and the courtyard gives the group a place to gather before the car pulls up. For a sit-down meet-up, the garden at Mandolin Aegean Bistro is a long-running Design District favorite. A coffee stroll past the district’s outdoor art, or the sculpture garden at ICA Miami when it’s open, fills any spare minutes. Once everyone is together, your chauffeur picks up the group at the agreed curb and the ride north begins. These are just ideas for the first part of your booked hours. Reservations and tables are yours to arrange, and your driver can suggest a sensible order of stops that leads straight into the drive to the game.

Can Your Crew Enjoy the Pregame Scene Without a Designated Driver? 🎊

Yes. With a chauffeur at the wheel, nobody in the group has to be the designated driver.

That changes how a Dolphins Sunday feels. The lots around Miami Gardens fill with grills, speakers, and fans in aqua, orange, and throwback jerseys. Visiting Chargers supporters show up in powder blue and sunshine gold, and the Dolphins Fan Zone opens well before kickoff for pregame celebrations. Your group can take it all in, raise a toast to the season, and walk in together without anyone counting drinks or watching the clock for the drive home. Mixed groups work too, whether that means grandparents, teenagers, or a friend who flew in for the game, because everyone rides as one party. After the final whistle, anyone who wants to replay every snap can do it from the back seat while the chauffeur drives.

What Can You Do After the Final Whistle Back in Miami Design District? 🍸

Keep the car and go straight to dinner in the Design District, Midtown, or Wynwood.

Whether the Dolphins win or lose, your chauffeur can bring the group back south and keep the evening going. The Design District’s restaurants are steps from where the day started, and Midtown is right next door. Wynwood’s murals and breweries make a lively last stop for fans still in jerseys. Groups staying on Miami Beach or in Brickell can finish with a rooftop drink before the final drop-off at the hotel. The driver waits outside each stop, so nobody deals with parking or splits up to find rides, and you can add another place whenever someone suggests one. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for a Game Day? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included, so the hourly rate covers the whole driving day.

Nobody in the group pays tolls on the way north or a parking bill for the vehicle, because those costs are already included. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which helps when everyone is checking fantasy scores or sending photos from the lots. If someone needs a restroom, a snack, or a quick stretch along the way, one brief comfort stop is simple to fit in. Just ask the driver; the rate stays the same. A few extras can apply, and they are all listed here so nothing surprises you later: the surcharge for service outside daytime hours, and any hours you add past your original booking. Everything else about the ride itself is covered by the hourly rate you confirmed.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then set the stops.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your group. Then message us on WhatsApp with your headcount, a rough start time, and the places on your list, such as a pregame meet-up, the game, and dinner afterward. The minimum block is five hours, and the car and driver are yours for all of it. We pick up at any Miami address, with the exact spot agreed at booking: a hotel, Miami International Airport, a home, or a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can head straight to the game). During the day you decide the plan. You can linger, add a stop, or skip one. When the 5-hour block ends, you can merely keep the car. Every additional hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day is over. Keep the car as long as the celebration lasts.

Is There an Extra Charge for Early or Late Rides? 🌆

Service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carries no surcharge. Outside that daytime window, the following applies:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

With a 1:00 PM Sunday kickoff, a typical game-day plan fits inside daytime hours, so numerous groups never pay the surcharge. That might be a post-game dinner in Wynwood that turns into a late night, or a very early start to beat the heaviest traffic into Miami Gardens. The SUV surcharge is a single per-trip amount, while the Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the trip value, as listed above. If your plans might run late, mention it when you book so you know the full cost from the start.

When Do You Pay for a Game-Day Chauffeur? 📋

The full fare is paid up front, at booking.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: paying the full fare when you book locks in your reservation.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Why Book Our Private Chauffeur for Chargers at Dolphins? 🕴️

A private vehicle and one bilingual chauffeur make game day a premium service experience.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, from the first pickup in Miami Design District to the last drop-off of the night. Your hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge even when the whole region is heading to the game. One dedicated driver stays with you for the whole block, including the game itself, so the person who drove you there drives you home. You handle every detail directly with us over WhatsApp. The result is better service and a better experience than piecing the day together yourself: fewer moving parts, more time with your group, and a clean, comfortable vehicle ready whenever you need it.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Design District? 🏙️

Your chauffeur picks up at any address in Miami Design District, agreed when you book.

That can be a hotel lobby, a home on the leafy residential streets next door, a condo tower near Biscayne Boulevard, or the curb beside Palm Court if your group has been shopping all morning. Visiting Chargers fans staying in the neighborhood can come straight down from their rooms, and locals can walk out their own front door. Send the exact spot on WhatsApp, along with anything useful like a lobby name or a side entrance, and your chauffeur will meet you there at the agreed time. If friends are joining from Midtown or Wynwood, you can add a nearby stop before heading north, since you set the plan for the day. The questions below cover the other details fans ask about before booking.

Which Miami neighborhoods does the hourly service cover?

The hourly service stays local: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s an on-call, unhurried city service, so we don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can we bring a pet along on the ride to the game?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can we change the plan if we book within a day of the game?

A booking for service within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the day goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours right on game day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
