Transfer from Coral Gables to The Neighbourhood Concert at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Coral Gables to The Neighbourhood at Kaseya Center on Thursday, November 12, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects you anywhere in Coral Gables, drops you for the 7:00 PM show, waits through the encore, and drives you home. Your rate is locked at booking, with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coral Gables Cost? 🚙

Every rate below is charged per vehicle, per hour, on a booking of at least five hours, so select the tier that fits your group.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

You pay for the vehicle, not for each seat, so a group of friends splits one hourly figure however many people ride along. A concert night fills the minimum block without effort. It covers the pickup in Coral Gables, an unrushed dinner, the drive across town, the full show with the opening set, and the ride home once the house lights come up. Pick the tier first, then build the rest of the night around it with your driver. The only evening extra is the night surcharge, explained further down this page.

Need the Quick Facts Before Booking From Coral Gables? 📋

  • Every booking runs a minimum of five hours, priced per vehicle.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Your party rides alone, and the vehicle is never shared with strangers.
  • Your driver waits between every stop, so nobody has to book another ride.
  • Each chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service runs 24/7, so a late concert night is routine for our drivers.

Is There Private Transportation From Coral Gables to The Neighbourhood? 🎤

Yes. A private chauffeur hired by the hour takes your group from Coral Gables to The Neighbourhood’s Miami show on November 12, 2026.

The band brings its Wourld Tour to Kaseya Center, Miami’s main indoor arena on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami, for a Thursday show that starts at 7:00 PM. The tour supports their fifth studio album, Ultrasound. The setlist leans on the moody mix of alternative rock, indie pop, and dark R&B that made “Sweater Weather,” “Daddy Issues,” and “Softcore” into singalongs that fill the whole arena. Nessa Barrett, an alt-pop singer with a enormous online following, opens the night, so many fans want to be inside early. For a group starting in Coral Gables, a private chauffeur turns the plan into one continuous evening. The same car collects everyone, carries you across town, and stays on call until you are back home. Nobody drives, nobody hunts for a downtown garage, and nobody spends the encore worrying about how to obtain out.

Who Goes to a Neighbourhood Concert, and How Do Groups Plan the Night?

The crowd skews young: friend groups, couples, and longtime fans who know every word. Most of them make a full night of it.

Expect dark outfits, plenty of phone lights during the slower songs, and a room that sings louder than the band on the big choruses. Groups from Coral Gables usually plan around three moments: dinner together, getting inside in time for the opener, and an easy exit afterward.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Coral Gables on Concert Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur takes whichever route across town is fastest that evening, commonly US-1 or the Dolphin Expressway.

From Coral Gables, the drive typically heads north on US-1 (South Dixie Highway), past Coconut Grove and through Brickell onto Biscayne Boulevard. The other option is LeJeune Road up to the Dolphin Expressway (SR 836), then east into Downtown on I-395. On an ordinary evening the journey across town is simple. A Thursday show, though, lands right on top of the weekday commute, and the streets around the arena fill quickly as the crowd arrives. Your driver watches live traffic and picks the approach that is moving. The driver also handles every lane change, detour, and road closure on event night while your group relaxes in the back. The arena sits on Biscayne Bay beside Bayside Marketplace, and that last stretch is commonly the slowest part of the journey, which is where a local chauffeur makes the biggest difference. Timing, the drop-off, and the ride home are covered in the three answers below.

How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for The Neighbourhood?

Give yourself plenty of extra time and leave Coral Gables well before the 7:00 PM start. Leave earlier still if you want to catch the opening set.

On show night, weekday rush hour and pre-show traffic hit at the same time. An early dinner in Coral Gables followed by an easy departure works best. Your driver will suggest a departure time when you confirm.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Arena?

Your driver drops you as close to the venue as access allows that night, usually on the Biscayne Boulevard side of the building.

Event traffic control can move the exact drop-off point. The driver confirms the spot as you approach and agrees on a meeting point for later before you step out.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take You Home?

Yes. Because you hire the car by the hour, your driver stays nearby for the whole show.

After the encore, send a WhatsApp message and walk to the pickup point you agreed on, away from the thickest crowd. The same car then takes you back to Coral Gables or on to a late stop. Nobody has to wait at a crowded curb for a ride.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coral Gables? 🌆

Your driver picks you up at any address in Coral Gables that you offer when you book.

For visitors, that is frequently the front drive of The Biltmore or the lobby of another Coral Gables hotel, where the car waits at the entrance at the time you chose. Locals are picked up at home, whether that is a Mediterranean Revival house on a leafy residential street, an apartment near Miracle Mile, or a building close to the University of Miami campus. The show falls on a Thursday, so many riders come straight from the office. A pickup along Ponce de Leon Boulevard lets someone leave work and step into the car without going home first. Send the exact spot, any building instructions, and a phone number for the lead passenger over WhatsApp, and your chauffeur arrives with the vehicle ready. If your group is spread across several addresses, your booked hours start at the first pickup and the driver collects everyone from there.

Can the Driver Collect Friends From Several Coral Gables Addresses?

Yes. Each extra pickup is simply another stop on your plan for the night, so the driver can collect friends from different homes or hotels before heading downtown.

Give us the pickup order and a rough time for each address when you book. The chauffeur loops through Coral Gables, or nearby South Miami and Coconut Grove, and every stop happens inside your booked hours.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop in Coral Gables Before the Show? 🥂

Yes. A dinner before the show fits inside the same hourly booking, and your driver waits while you eat.

Coral Gables is one of Miami’s best dinner neighborhoods, so most groups eat close to home before heading downtown. Miracle Mile has restaurants and cafés along one walkable stretch. Giralda Plaza is closed to cars and puts tables right on the street, which suits a bigger friend group that wants some energy before the show. The Shops at Merrick Park are a polished option with easy curbside access, and the Biltmore’s restaurants work for a couple who wants a quieter, more formal table. Reserve your own table, tell your driver the name and time, and the car pulls up at the door when you are ready to go. There is no circling Miracle Mile for a parking spot and no rushing the check to feed a meter. Some groups would rather eat closer to the arena. Brickell’s restaurants are right on the route, so the driver can drop you there and pick you up when dinner is over.

Where Can You Go After The Neighbourhood Show Ends?

The night can keep going in the same car.

Brickell’s lounges and rooftop bars are a short hop from Downtown, Wynwood suits a late drink among the murals, and Bayside Marketplace sits right beside the arena for a walk along the water. You can also head back to Coral Gables for a quiet nightcap. Your driver takes you to each stop and waits there.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Concert Group Best? 🚐

Select from four private tiers, from a Black SUV XL for a couple to a Sprinter for a large group.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural pick for a couple or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers and keeps a mid-size group together in one vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers for a full birthday group or a large group of fans.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers and is our most luxurious tier. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

The Platinum models are examples of the vehicle class, not a promise of one specific create. On a concert night, the ride home commonly decides it: after a full set on your feet, room to stretch out matters more than it did on the way in. Every tier arrives clean and carries only your group. There is room for merch and a sign or two. If someone plans to bring something large, tell us in advance.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply After the Concert? 🎆

Yes. Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

In an SUV, the surcharge is one fixed amount added to the journey. In a Sprinter, it is calculated on the value of the journey. Daytime hours cover the part of your booking before 6:00 PM; everything later falls outside them. We state it when we confirm your booking over WhatsApp, so the total your group splits is clear before anyone pays. Nothing else changes after dark: the same driver and the same vehicle take you through to the last drop-off.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included, along with onboard WiFi and your chauffeur’s time for the whole booking.

That covers the toll on the Dolphin Expressway if your driver takes it downtown. It also covers parking the vehicle neighboring while the concert runs, so no garage fee is waiting for you at the end of the night. The WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets or sharing videos on the way home. If anyone needs a quick stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch, just ask the driver; it does not change your rate. Only two charges can be added to your hourly total: the night surcharge described above, and any extra hours you decide to add during the evening.

How Is Payment Handled? 🕴️

You pay the full fare when you book, with three simple payment options.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid when you book, locks in your date.
  • Hours: the booking is a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and settled after the night is over.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur From Coral Gables for This Show? 🥃

A private chauffeur gives your group a better experience from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, and one dedicated driver stays with you for the whole block. The person who picked you up in Coral Gables is the same one waiting when the show ends. Your hourly rate is flat and locked at booking. There is no surge after the encore and no change for traffic, weather, or a packed night downtown. A bilingual chauffeur makes it easy to coordinate a mixed group, and you reach your driver directly on WhatsApp. That direct line matters on a concert night: a changed dinner time, a friend running late from work, or a last-minute stop in Wynwood is one message away. Upscale service shows in the details: a clean, quiet vehicle, a driver who knows the routes between Coral Gables and Downtown, and a group that spends the evening talking about the setlist instead of the logistics.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

You reserve a vehicle and driver for a block of hours, and the car stays with you the whole time.

First pick the tier that fits your group. Then send us your pickup time, the stops you want, and roughly when you anticipate the night to end. Pickup can be at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (if you reach by cruise that day, you can go straight to the show), Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact spot is agreed at booking. Your block runs at least five hours from that first pickup, and within it you set the stops and the pace: dinner, a quick detour, the concert, a late drink. After the five-hour block, every extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. If the encore runs long or the group wants one more stop, keep the car as long as you require, with nothing to renegotiate. Those extra hours are settled after the night, not on the spot.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you.

For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the date and time stay as agreed. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Service Cover? 🏝️

The hourly service stays local to Miami, the area where our drivers work every day.

That covers Coral Gables, along with Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport. It also covers neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying local lets a driver spend the whole evening with you at an easy pace. They can move between a dinner in Coral Gables, the arena downtown, and a nightcap in Brickell and still be where you require them. Hourly bookings don’t go out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. This is a city service built for nights like this one, when every stop is in the Miami area. If friends are coming down from Broward, a pickup toward Fort Lauderdale can be the first stop before the car heads south for dinner and the show.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Coral Gables to Kaseya Center? 🎊

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your group size, pickup address, and plans, and we confirm your vehicle and driver for November 12.

Most riders book once they have their tickets, then adjust dinner and pickup times closer to the date. The questions below are the ones Coral Gables groups most frequently ask before a concert night downtown.

How Much Time Should You Book for a Concert Night?

Most concert nights fill the minimum block: pickup, dinner in Coral Gables, the drive downtown, the full show, and the ride home.

If you want a late stop in Brickell or Wynwood, you can extend on the night. You don’t need to guess the length exactly when you book.

Is the Ride Shared With Other Concertgoers?

No. Every booking is private.

The vehicle, the driver, and the whole block of hours belong to your group alone. Nobody else gets in along the way, and the car never leaves to pick up another rider during the show. Whether you book an SUV for two or a Sprinter for the whole group, the ride is yours from start to finish.

Is Coral Gables a Good Base for a Downtown Concert Night?

Yes. Coral Gables is a calm, leafy place to stay with some of Miami’s easiest dining before a show, and a chauffeur takes care of the one drawback: the drive across town.

Stay near Miracle Mile or the Biltmore, eat nearby, and let your driver handle downtown traffic. You’re back in a quieter neighborhood soon after the crowd pours onto Biscayne Boulevard.

Can We Bring a Pet in the Car?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Lock In Your Ride to The Neighbourhood? 🍸

Send us a WhatsApp message today to check availability for November 12 and confirm your booking.

Send us four details and we can set everything up in one conversation: how many people are in your group, your pickup address in Coral Gables, the dinner spot or other stops you want, and roughly when you want to start. Tell us whether you plan to be inside for Nessa Barrett’s opening set and whether anyone wants a late stop after the show. Your driver can then plan the timing around the evening you want. Once your payment is in, your vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for the night. After that, all that’s left is dinner, singing along to “Sweater Weather,” and an easy ride home.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
