Transfer from Brickell to Miami Heat vs. Los Angeles Lakers at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Brickell to Miami Heat vs. Los Angeles Lakers at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, March 23, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 8:00 PM, and one chauffeur stays with your group from the Brickell pickup to the ride home, never sharing the car with anyone else.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Brickell Cost per Hour? 📋

Pick the tier that fits your party; each booking covers at least five hours of your chauffeur’s time.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Five hours fits a Heat game night neatly: dinner in Brickell, the short drive north into Downtown, the full game, and the ride home all sit comfortably inside one block. Choose the tier by headcount, or step up to the Platinum SUV when the evening calls for a more polished arrival at the arena. The night surcharge for late returns has its own section further down this page, so the complete picture is visible before you book.

Is the Price Charged per Person or per Vehicle?

The price is per vehicle, never per person. Your whole party shares one hourly figure, so four friends in the Black SUV XL or a dozen coworkers in the larger Sprinter each see a single rate for the car and chauffeur rather than a stack of individual fares. Filling the seats simply lowers what each guest effectively pays.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for an NBA Game Night? 🕴️

A private chauffeur turns Heat vs. Lakers night into one continuous evening with no parking or pricing surprises.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, from the first pickup to the last drop-off, so no stranger joins the ride and no one else sets the schedule. Your flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book, and it never jumps because traffic is heavy or half of Miami is heading Downtown for a Lakers visit. There is no surge, ever. One dedicated chauffeur handles the entire block, so the person who greets you in a Brickell lobby is the same person driving you home at the end of the night. You reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the booking, which keeps every change quick and personal. That is the premium service game-night regulars notice: a clean, spacious vehicle, a driver you already know by the second stop, and an evening that moves at your pace. It is merely a better experience, from the first dinner plan to the last mile home.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply After the Game? 🌆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside that window carry the night charge listed below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV it is a single fixed amount per trip, not per hour, while a private van adds a percentage over the trip value. Starting the evening earlier does not remove it, because the charge follows the late return rather than the length of your block. We spell out the complete total over WhatsApp before you pay anything, so the figure you approve is the figure you settle, and nothing about the late finish comes as a surprise once the crowd starts heading home.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🚙

You pick a vehicle, reserve a block of hours, and your chauffeur follows the stops you set.

Send your group size, a rough start time, and your wish list of stops on WhatsApp, and we confirm the right vehicle for the date. Once the block begins, the car and chauffeur belong to your evening: dinner first, a detour for a friend coming from Coconut Grove, the arena, then home or on to a nightcap. Nothing is locked, so adding or dropping a stop is just a word to the driver. If the game goes to overtime or the celebration keeps going, keep the car: every additional hour after the five-hour block is merely added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate. The driver picks up at any Miami address — a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home — and the pickup spot is agreed at booking.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Brickell?

Pickup can be any address in Brickell: a hotel lobby on Brickell Avenue, the motor court of a residential tower, an office building letting out after work, or a residence on Brickell Key. Share the building name and any valet or loading-zone notes when you book, and the chauffeur arrives there at the agreed time, ready for the whole group.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate on Game Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.

That matters in Downtown Miami on game night, when parking near the arena becomes part of the budget for anyone driving themselves; with us, the parking your chauffeur needs is already covered. Every stop you add belongs to the same booking, whether it is a pre-game dinner, a quick return to the hotel for a forgotten jersey, or a late bite after the buzzer. Only a few items can change the total, and you know each of them up front: the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours and any hours you add past your reserved block. There is room for what fans usually carry, such as signs, jerseys, and team gear; tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.

Which Payment Methods Secure a Brickell Game-Night Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book, and your date is secured well before tip-off.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare up front locks in the booking.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting block; stay out longer whenever you like, and each extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, settled once the night wraps up.

How Many People Fit in the Private Van or SUV From Brickell? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers cover every party, from a pair of fans to a full office group.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the go-to choice for couples, friends, and small families heading to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, ideal for a birthday crew or two families traveling together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, the private van for office outings and larger fan groups.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, for a more polished arrival. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Choose by headcount first and comfort second. A group sitting right at a tier’s limit often enjoys the next size up, especially when everyone plans to change into jerseys on the way. Every tier comes with its own chauffeur and is never shared with another booking. If your party grows during the week of the game, message us and we will confirm whether a larger vehicle is open for your date.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Brickell? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives north from Brickell into Downtown Miami, a short run that slows down on game night.

On Tuesday, March 23, 2027, the Heat host the Lakers at Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena on Biscayne Boulevard, with tip-off set for 8:00 PM. From most Brickell pickups the natural route follows Brickell Avenue over the Brickell Avenue Bridge across the Miami River and continues up Biscayne Boulevard. When the boulevard backs up, the chauffeur can switch to South Miami Avenue or a short stretch of I-95. The distance is short, but allow generous extra time: a Lakers visit is one of the most sought-after nights on the home schedule, and the drop-off lanes fill with cars from Brickell, Miami Beach, and beyond. Expect a loud crowd that reflects Miami itself, with Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican families in red and black alongside a big purple-and-gold contingent of visiting Lakers fans and travelers staying in Brickell and Downtown hotels.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center? 🏟️

The chauffeur drops your group as close to the arena entrance as game-night access allows.

Traffic around the arena is tightly managed on big nights, so the exact drop-off point depends on the lane closures in place. Your driver reads the situation and uses the closest workable curb near the entrance. Arriving well ahead of tip-off beats the heaviest wave of cars and gives your group time to clear security, find seats, grab food, and catch warm-ups. Kaseya Center sits right on the bay beside Bayside Marketplace, so the surrounding sidewalks fill quickly as fans arrive from every direction, and a calm curbside exit sets the tone for the rest of the night. Once you are inside, the chauffeur moves the vehicle to a nearby spot rather than circling, and the rest of the evening runs through WhatsApp.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes, and waiting is exactly what the hourly booking covers. Your chauffeur stays nearby through every quarter, halftime, and any overtime, so the group can leave early if the result is settled or stay for every last second. There is nothing to rebook for the ride home and no one to flag down on the street.

Where Do You Meet the Driver After the Final Buzzer?

You meet at a pickup point agreed before the game, usually a short walk from the arena and away from the thickest crowd. Message the driver on WhatsApp as you head for the exit, and the vehicle pulls up while the garage lines are still inching toward the street, ready to take the group back to Brickell or anywhere else.

Where Should Your Group Eat in Brickell Before Tip-Off? 🍸

Brickell’s restaurants create pre-game dinner easy, and your chauffeur stays with the group while you eat.

Komodo on Brickell Avenue is a long-standing favorite for a big group dinner, with multi-level dining rooms and a lively bar that suits a night out. Brickell City Centre gathers several restaurants in one open-air complex, which helps when the group cannot agree on a single cuisine. Mary Brickell Village offers a walkable cluster of casual spots for a quicker bite and a drink before heading north. For a taste of the city’s Cuban roots, the chauffeur can swing west through Little Havana for Cuban coffee and pastries before looping back toward Downtown. Because the same car carries you from table to arena, nobody watches the clock, splits into separate rides, or pays for parking twice. Reservations are yours to create, and your chauffeur times the drive so you leave dinner with room to spare.

Is There a Private Ride From Brickell to Miami Heat vs. Los Angeles Lakers? 🎊

Yes. A private SUV or private van with its own chauffeur, booked by the hour, covers the entire game night from Brickell.

What we run is a vehicle reserved only for your party, never a shared seat or a fixed departure time. That matters on a weeknight game, when a group often comes together from different places. Lakers fans flying in and staying at a Brickell hotel can meet Heat-loving friends from Coral Gables, with the chauffeur collecting each party in turn before dinner. Coworkers can head straight out of a Brickell office tower at the end of the workday. Families can bring older kids to their first NBA game without anyone worrying about parking or a late drive home. Every version follows the same idea: one car, one driver, and an itinerary you control, whether the night ends at the hotel, back in Brickell, or with a late celebration in Wynwood or South Beach.

When Is the Lakers vs. Heat Game in Miami?

The game is on Tuesday, March 23, 2027, with tip-off at 8:00 PM local time in Downtown Miami. Demand for a Lakers visit runs high, so reserve your chauffeur as soon as your seats are confirmed and plan dinner in Brickell around that start time to keep the evening relaxed.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book the Brickell Ride? 📋

  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish for the whole booking.
  • Bookings are available every day, around the clock, daytime or evening.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes your rate.
  • Your chauffeur gladly suggests pre-game spots and routes around Brickell and Downtown.

How Early Should You Leave Brickell for Heat vs. Lakers? 🏟️

Leave Brickell well before the 8:00 PM tip-off; most groups start their booking with dinner and ride north with time to spare.

The drive from Brickell is short, so the real variable is the crowd converging on the arena on a Tuesday night that is also a regular workday for much of Miami. Office traffic leaving Brickell and Downtown overlaps with fans heading in, and a Lakers visit draws people from across South Florida. Starting the booking in the late afternoon or early evening lets one block cover dinner, the drive, the full game, and the ride home, with slack for surprises. Groups joining from Doral or Key Biscayne merely add those pickups at the start. Your chauffeur watches conditions on the day and tells you when to wrap up dinner, so you are inside for warm-ups instead of rushing to your seats as the ball goes up.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover Areas Beyond Miami?

The hourly service stays local and on call around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach are not part of this hourly service.

Can You Bring a Pet on the Ride to the Game?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens if You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Once the day and time are agreed for a ride within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Book Your Brickell Game-Night Chauffeur? 🎆

Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, your Brickell pickup address, and the stops you have in mind, and we will check availability for March 23, 2027.

We reply with the vehicle that fits, set your start time around the 8:00 PM tip-off, and walk you through the payment so the date is secured. Ask anything along the way, from dinner timing to where the group prefers to meet after the game. The same team stays with you from the first message to the drive home. Heat regulars, Lakers fans visiting from out of town, families bringing kids to their first NBA night, and friends marking a birthday all book the same way, and each group gets a private vehicle and chauffeur for the whole evening. Confirm your booking today, and game night starts the moment you step out of your Brickell lobby.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
