Transfer from PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Los Angeles Lakers at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Los Angeles Lakers at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, March 23, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or a larger private vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 8:00 PM, and the same car and driver stay yours from your PortMiami pickup until the ride home after the game.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur Cost From PortMiami to the Heat–Lakers Game? 📋

Pricing is per vehicle, never per seat, for a block of at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Choose the tier by headcount and by the kind of evening you have in mind. Couples and small groups of friends stepping off a cruise usually settle into the Black SUV XL. Families and office outings that want everyone arriving together fill a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and fans who want the most polished arrival on Biscayne Boulevard pick the Platinum SUV. Starting the block in the afternoon leaves room for a waterfront meal, a hotel check-in, or a Little Havana coffee before heading Downtown. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

Why Do Heat and Lakers Fans Book a Private Chauffeur From PortMiami? 🕴️

A private vehicle is reserved for your group alone, with one chauffeur the entire night.

Nobody in your party shares a seat with strangers, waits on a curb, or argues about who stays sober enough to drive home. Your rate is flat and locked the moment you book, so a packed Lakers visit, a slow Biscayne Boulevard, or a sudden downpour never changes the price. The same bilingual chauffeur who greets you at the port is the one who drives you back after the game, which means one person already knows your plans, your stops, and your pickup spot. Questions go straight to our team over WhatsApp, not through a call center. The result is a premium service built around a single evening: a clean vehicle, a calm driver, and a better experience than juggling garages, crowds, and phone apps on one of the loudest nights of the Miami season.

What Payment Options Hold Your Game-Night Booking? 📋

Three simple terms cover payment, and extra time never has to be paid upfront.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only the starting block. Keep the car longer whenever you like: every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled once the night wraps up.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Heat–Lakers Game? 🚐

Two SUV tiers cover smaller parties, and two Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tiers carry larger groups.

Every tier is a private vehicle that comes with our chauffeur. Nothing is self-drive, and no seat is ever sold to another party. The SUVs suit couples, friends, and families who want a polished arrival and a comfortable cabin for the ride back after a late finish.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers in a roomy cabin, the everyday choice for a small game-night group.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in our top luxury class, for the most refined arrival. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

For bigger parties, the Sprinter tiers below keep the whole group in one vehicle, so nobody splits into separate cars or loses each other in the post-game crowd. If your headcount sits right on the line between two tiers, choose the next tier up so the ride stays comfortable.

How Many People Fit in the Private Van From PortMiami?

Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two private tiers: one seats 6 to 9 passengers and the other seats 10 to 14. A birthday crew, an extended family, or a group of coworkers can ride from PortMiami to the game together and come back as one party instead of regrouping across several cars afterward.

Need the Short Version Before You Book a Game-Night Chauffeur? 🚙

  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day, for daytime and late-evening bookings alike.
  • Onboard WiFi comes through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes the hourly rate.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🏙️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours.

Start by picking the tier that fits your headcount. Then send a rough start time and the stops you have in mind, such as a hotel check-in, an early dinner, a quick run for jerseys, and the arena. Your chauffeur arrives at the agreed pickup spot, follows the order you set, and stays with the car between stops, so plans can shift during the day without re-booking anything. Plan the block around the whole evening, not just the drive, so the group arrives relaxed before tip-off and leaves without a scramble. Once the first five hours are used, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants a late bite in Brickell, you just keep the car as long as you need.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in PortMiami?

Your chauffeur meets you at any address in PortMiami, most often the passenger curb outside the cruise terminal where your ship docks. Starting somewhere else works just as well. The driver picks up at any Miami address, including a Downtown or Brickell hotel lobby, Miami International Airport, or a private home, and the exact spot is agreed when you book.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on a Heat–Lakers Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into the hourly rate.

Whatever route the evening takes, whether it’s the port to Little Havana, Brickell to Downtown, or a detour over to Miami Beach, tolls and fuel are already covered. So is any parking the chauffeur needs while you are inside the arena, so there is no garage ticket to chase at the end of the night. The rate also covers the chauffeur’s time for the whole block, including every minute spent waiting between stops. Two extras can apply, and both are spelled out when you book. A night surcharge applies to trips outside daytime hours, as explained in its own section below. There is room for what fans actually bring, like signs, jerseys, and a bag of merch, and if you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From PortMiami on Game Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur crosses the Port Boulevard bridge and heads straight up Biscayne Boulevard.

The arena sits on the Downtown waterfront beside Bayside Marketplace, just across the water from the cruise docks, so the drive from PortMiami is typically one of the shortest routes to the game in the city. When the surface streets back up, the chauffeur can take the PortMiami Tunnel toward I-395 and loop in from the north instead. On a Heat–Lakers night, the extra time comes from everything around the building. Biscayne Boulevard fills with fans in red, black, purple, and gold, nearby garages max out early, and officers often direct traffic before tip-off. None of that is your problem. Nobody circles for a space, nobody walks in from a distant lot, and nobody refreshes a phone to find a ride. For arena policies and event details, the official Kaseya Center site has what you need. Timing, drop-off, and the wait are covered below.

How Early Should You Leave PortMiami for Miami Heat vs. Los Angeles Lakers?

Leave with a generous cushion so your group gets through the entrance well before the 8:00 PM tip-off. The drive itself is short. What takes time is game-night traffic on Biscayne Boulevard and the security line at the entrance. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time based on how that evening’s traffic is building.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near Kaseya Center?

The chauffeur brings you as close to the venue as access allows, usually on the Biscayne Boulevard side of the arena, depending on that night’s traffic control. Before you step out, you agree on a clear meeting point for after the game and confirm it on WhatsApp, so everyone knows exactly where to walk when the crowd empties out.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle for all four quarters, because the car belongs to your group for the full block. When the game ends, send a quick WhatsApp message and the driver pulls up at the agreed meeting point, ready for a late dinner in Brickell, a nightcap on Miami Beach, or the ride back to your hotel.

What’s Game Night Like Downtown When the Lakers Come to Miami? 🎊

A Lakers visit turns a Tuesday night Downtown into one of the loudest of the Heat season.

The crowd looks like Miami itself: Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican families, lifelong Heat season-ticket holders, young professionals coming straight from Brickell offices, and tourists who planned a trip around the game. Lakers fans travel well, so expect plenty of purple and gold mixed into the sea of Heat red and black, plus welcoming back-and-forth in English and Spanish on the sidewalks. Before tip-off, the stretch around Bayfront Park and the Freedom Tower fills with groups taking photos and finishing drinks, and the waterfront bars stay busy well after the final horn. All that energy is why a private car makes sense on a work night. Your group arrives together, leaves jackets in the vehicle instead of carrying them inside, and saves the celebrating (or the post-game debate) for the ride home instead of a crowded curb.

Where Should You Eat Near PortMiami Before the Game? 🍸

Bayside Marketplace, right beside the arena and facing the port, is the easiest pre-game stop.

Its waterfront restaurants and open-air bars look straight across the bay at the cruise ships, and groups often meet there before heading to their seats. For a sit-down dinner with more polish, Brickell sits just south of Downtown, with the restaurants and rooftop lounges of Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village. For a taste of old Miami first, Little Havana’s Southwest Eighth Street has Cuban coffee from walk-up windows and classic plates at Versailles, a longtime gathering place for the city’s Cuban community. Wynwood suits groups who want murals, craft beer, and photos before the game. Because you have the car by the hour, the chauffeur drops you at each stop, waits while you eat, and moves you on when you’re ready, with no parking and no splitting up. Reserve your own tables, and we handle the driving between them.

Is Bayside Marketplace a Good Place to Meet Friends Before the Game?

Yes. Bayside works well when your party is coming from different hotels or ships, because it is easy to find and sits right next to the arena. Pick one restaurant as your landmark and share it on WhatsApp. Your chauffeur drops the group there for a pre-game drink, and everyone rides home together in the same vehicle afterward.

Can You Go Straight From a Cruise Ship at PortMiami to the Game? 🏝️

Yes. On a cruise-day arrival, you can ride straight from the terminal into a full Miami game day.

Ships usually return to PortMiami in the morning, which leaves a long stretch before an 8:00 PM tip-off. Instead of killing hours in a hotel lobby, you can turn that gap into a highlight of the trip. Drive over the causeway for a look at South Beach, have lunch in Little Havana, spend an afternoon in Wynwood or Coconut Grove, stop at the hotel to check in and shower, then head to the game. The chauffeur keeps the day moving in your order and holds the car wherever you stop. If you board a ship the next morning, you can flip the plan: enjoy the game, sleep Downtown, and book a simple ride to the terminal after breakfast. Share your ship’s name and docking time when you write, and we’ll plan the start of the block around it.

Can the Driver Also Meet a Flight at Miami International Airport?

Yes. Fans flying in for the game, including Lakers supporters from the West Coast, can start the block at the Miami International Airport arrivals curb instead of the port. The same chauffeur then handles the whole day: the hotel, dinner, the arena, and the ride back. Share your flight number when you book so the pickup lines up with your landing.

Is There an Extra Charge for the Ride Home After the Final Buzzer? 🌆

Yes. Trips outside 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry a night surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge applies exactly as listed above and is added to the regular hourly rate rather than replacing it. Nothing else changes after dark: the same chauffeur and the same vehicle stay with you through the final drop-off. A late dinner in Brickell or a nightcap on Miami Beach after the game runs under the same terms, so you can plan the evening freely. We spell out the surcharge when you confirm your booking, so the total never comes as a surprise.

Is There Private Transportation From PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Los Angeles Lakers? 🏙️

Yes. You obtain a private SUV or private van with your own chauffeur, reserved by the hour.

People search for this ride in many ways, such as sporting event transportation, cruise terminal transportation, a car for the game, or a driver for the night, and the answer to each is the same private service. Your party is the only one in the vehicle, the chauffeur works for your group alone, and the route follows your plans rather than a fixed schedule. That matters on a night like this one, when a full arena empties onto Biscayne Boulevard all at once and every curb turns into a waiting line. The questions below cover the rest of what visitors starting from PortMiami ask most: group celebrations, larger parties, which neighborhoods we cover, traveling with a pet, and what happens when you book close to game day.

Can a Bachelor or Bachelorette Group Book the Car for the Game?

Absolutely. A Heat–Lakers night makes a memorable bachelor or bachelorette plan, and the car stays with the group from pre-game drinks in Brickell to the arena and on to a late night in South Beach. Pick an SUV for a small crew or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for the whole wedding party, and the chauffeur handles every leg while you celebrate.

Can a Big Group Book a Private Van Instead of Chartering a Bus?

Yes. Our largest Mercedes-Benz Sprinter covers what most game-night groups want from a charter: one private vehicle and one chauffeur. Everyone boards together at PortMiami and rides back together after the game. The group sets every stop along the way, and the Sprinter moves through busy Downtown streets with the flexibility of a private vehicle.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Service Cover?

Our hourly service stays local: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run it out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, so your chauffeur stays close, unhurried, and ready for your next stop.

What If Someone in the Group Is Traveling With a Pet?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. We’ll answer quickly, so your plans for the day are settled well before the pickup at PortMiami.

What Happens When You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. Once the day and time are agreed for a ride within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead as planned. You can still add more hours right on game day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Heat–Lakers Chauffeur From PortMiami? 🎤

Send your group size, start time, and stops on WhatsApp to check availability.

A short message is all it takes. Tell us how many people are riding, where you want to be picked up in PortMiami, roughly when the day should begin, and the places you’d like to fit in before and after the game, such as Bayside, Brickell, Little Havana, a hotel stop, or a late dinner. We reply with the right vehicle for your headcount, the hourly rate for that tier, and a clear plan for the evening of March 23, 2027. Once your payment is in, the car and chauffeur are held for your group, and the only thing left to decide is how loud to cheer. Lakers visits draw a full house, so settling the ride early lets everyone focus on the game instead of garages and curbside pickups. Confirm your booking today and head out from PortMiami knowing the whole night is handled.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
