Our private hourly chauffeur from Surfside to Eros Ramazzotti at Kaseya Center on Friday, October 8, 2027, puts your group in a Black SUV XL with a bilingual driver at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Surfside, waits through the 8:00 PM show and drives everyone home. The rate is locked when you book and never surges.
Each rate below is charged per hour for the whole vehicle and its chauffeur, never per seat.
Every booking has a five-hour minimum, and a concert night fills that time easily. It covers a Surfside pickup, dinner along the way, the drive downtown, the show itself and the ride back to the beach. Within each tier the price is the same whether a couple rides alone or every seat is filled. Many groups split it evenly among friends to keep things simple. You choose a tier based on headcount and the kind of cabin you want, and the vehicle guide further down describes each option. One price covers the whole group from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in your hourly rate.
This matters downtown on a show night, when event parking near the arena and tolls on the route would otherwise be extra costs for your group. Your chauffeur takes care of both, and you never obtain a separate receipt. The price you confirm on WhatsApp is the price for the vehicle, whatever route the chauffeur takes. Your hours also cover all the time the car waits between stops, because you are reserving the car and driver for the evening rather than paying by the mile. Two extra charges may apply. A night surcharge covers travel outside daytime hours (explained further down) after the first has an extra fee that we confirm when you book. Fans often bring flowers, a sign for the stage or a bag for tour merch, and there is room for all of it; just tell us in advance if you are bringing something big.
You pay the full fare by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link, at booking.
Eros Ramazzotti plays Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami on Friday, October 8, 2027, at 8:00 PM.
He is one of Italy’s most celebrated pop singers, and his romantic ballads have filled arenas across Europe and the Americas for decades. The show is part of his world tour for his latest studio album. The set mixes new songs with the classics fans have sung along to for years, performed mostly in Italian and Spanish. The Miami date was rescheduled to this Friday in 2027, so many fans have held their tickets and planned the evening for months. People dress up for a concert like this: couples celebrating an anniversary, friends who grew up on his records, and families bringing parents who first heard these songs on the radio. A private chauffeur suits that mood and turns the whole evening into one relaxed outing instead of a rush.
For much of his career, Eros Ramazzotti has recorded Spanish versions of his albums, which earned him a loyal following across Latin America and Spain as well as in Italy. In Miami, that means a crowd that sings the choruses in Spanish, with plenty of Italian heard in the aisles too. The night has a warm, nostalgic feel, with several generations in the audience.
Your chauffeur drives south out of Surfside, crosses Biscayne Bay on a causeway and heads downtown.
Surfside sits on the barrier island just north of Miami Beach, so every route downtown crosses the bay. The most common route runs south on Collins or Harding Avenue through North Beach, west over the Julia Tuttle Causeway, then toward the bayfront on Biscayne Boulevard or the I-95 and I-395 connectors. When Miami Beach traffic is heavy, the driver can head a few blocks north instead, cross the Broad Causeway through Bay Harbor Islands to the mainland and take Biscayne Boulevard south all the way downtown. The MacArthur Causeway is a third option if your group has a stop in South Beach first. Your chauffeur checks live traffic before pickup and again on the road, so the route changes with conditions that evening instead of following a fixed plan. Nobody in the car has to watch a map or worry about which exit to take.
Yes. You set the stops, so you can add pickups for friends staying in Bal Harbour, North Beach or Edgewater as the car heads south. List each address when you book. The chauffeur puts them in a sensible order so nobody backtracks and the group reaches dinner or the show with time to spare.
Yes. A dinner stop fits in the same booking, and the car waits outside while you eat.
Many groups start the evening close to home. Harding Avenue, Surfside’s small downtown strip, has relaxed neighborhood restaurants and cafés a few steps from the beach. Next door, Bal Harbour Shops has upscale sit-down dining, including Carpaccio, a long-running Italian restaurant that fits a night built around an Italian singer. For something dressier, the restaurants at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club set an elegant tone before a romantic concert. Other groups prefer to eat closer to the arena, in Brickell or around Bayside Marketplace, so the last stretch to the show is short. Either way, you reserve your own table and tell us the time. The chauffeur then plans the pickup, the dinner drop-off and the departure for the show as one sequence. Nobody has to look for parking, and nobody has to split into separate cars after dessert.
Brickell is just south of downtown and stays busy late, with cocktail lounges and rooftop bars that suit a post-show toast. Wynwood has a more casual bar scene. Groups ready to wind down often prefer a quiet nightcap back in Bal Harbour or Surfside. Tell the chauffeur where to go next and the evening carries on.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena entrance as access allows.
On a concert night, the downtown streets around the bayfront arena fill up fast, with fans, app rides and people on foot all heading along Biscayne Boulevard toward the entrance at once. Your driver skips the line of cars circling for a garage and pulls up at whatever drop-off point traffic control allows. Everyone gets out together, and the driver then moves the vehicle to a nearby spot to wait. Before you walk in, agree on a meeting spot for after the show and save the chauffeur’s WhatsApp number in your phone. When the encore ends, send a message, and the driver brings the car to the agreed spot while the rest of the audience is still waiting for rides or looking for their parking level. Because you booked the car by the hour, it stays reserved for you throughout the concert. You don’t have to scramble for a ride afterward or search for an unfamiliar driver in a crowded curb lane.
Leave Surfside well before the 8:00 PM start, and even earlier if you are having dinner first. On a Friday, commuter traffic overlaps with concert arrivals downtown, and entry lines at the arena get longer as showtime approaches. Share your plans, and your chauffeur will suggest a departure time with a comfortable buffer so you are in your seats before the lights go down.
Yes. The car stays reserved for you for the whole concert. The same chauffeur keeps the vehicle nearby, so coats, bags and anything you buy at the merch stand can stay in the car during the show. Afterward, the driver takes everyone back to Surfside or on to a late stop of your choice.
With a private chauffeur, your group has one reserved vehicle and one driver for the whole night.
Nobody else rides with you, and nobody else sets the schedule. Your hourly rate is fixed the moment you book, so a busy Friday downtown, a rainstorm or slow traffic on the causeway never changes what you pay. The chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which suits a crowd that switches easily between languages and families whose grandparents feel more at home in Spanish. You reach us directly on WhatsApp, before the night to adjust plans and during it to message the driver already assigned to you. The same person stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off, and the whole evening moves at your pace. That is what we mean by premium service: a better experience built on attention and continuity. The only thing left to think about is which song you hope he opens with.
You choose a vehicle for your group, set the stops and keep the same driver the whole time.
Start by sending us your group size, a rough start time and the places on your wish list, such as dinner, the concert and maybe a late lounge. We choose the right vehicle, confirm the plan and reserve the car and chauffeur for your booking. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address you agree on when you book. That can be a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or even a PortMiami cruise terminal if you reach by ship that day and want to go straight to the show. After that, the plan is yours to change: add a stop, drop one, or stay longer at dinner. The booking covers a 5-hour block. If the night runs longer, you simply keep the car. Each additional hour after the first five is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the evening ends.
The driver picks you up wherever you are staying in Surfside. That could be a hotel lobby on Collins Avenue such as the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside, the entrance of an oceanfront condo building, or a family home on the quieter streets west of Harding Avenue. Share the exact spot when you book, and your chauffeur will message you on WhatsApp when the car arrives.
There is no surcharge during daytime hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
The surcharge depends on the vehicle type, not on how late the night runs. For the SUV it is a single amount added per trip, and for the Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value. Tell us your expected finish time when you book on WhatsApp so the full cost of the evening is clear from the start and there are no surprises at the curb after the final encore. Everything else in the rate stays exactly as booked.
We offer four private vehicle tiers, from an SUV for a couple to a large van for a big group of friends.
Choose by headcount first, then by the kind of night you want. A couple dressed up for an anniversary often chooses the Platinum SUV. Old friends who have sung these ballads together for years tend to fill a Sprinter and keep the conversation going all the way downtown. If your group size is right at the edge of a tier, message us on WhatsApp and we will suggest the vehicle that keeps everyone comfortable all evening.
Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Surfside to the show and home again.
People who search for a private shuttle, a car service or a driver for this concert usually need the same thing: getting everyone downtown together and back without anyone driving or looking for parking. We provide private vehicles only, reserved for your party, with no shared seats, no strangers and no fixed departure times. The booking can also fit the kind of evening this concert calls for, such as a long dinner, photos on the bayfront before the doors open, and a toast somewhere afterward. The questions below cover what people ask most before they book: traveling with a pet, where the hourly service operates, and what happens when you book at the last minute.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
The hourly service stays local and on call around the city. It covers Surfside, Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It does not go to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.
If you book within 24 hours of the show, your slot is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking goes ahead on the date and time you agreed. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, but you can always add more hours on the night.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Message us on WhatsApp with your group size, pickup address and plans for the night.
Tell us how many people are coming, where in Surfside you are staying, whether you want dinner first and whether you want a late stop after the encore. We check availability for your preferred vehicle, confirm the timing for October 8 and send the payment details so you can reserve your date. If your plans change in the weeks before the show, for example another friend joins or dinner moves to Brickell, send us an update and we will adjust the stops with you. A bigger group may just need a larger vehicle. Once your payment clears, the car and chauffeur are reserved for your night, and all that’s left is choosing what to wear and which ballad you hope to hear first.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
