Transfer from Coral Gables to Los Angeles Chargers at Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Coral Gables to Los Angeles Chargers at Miami Dolphins on Sunday, December 27, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking with no surge, on a 5-hour minimum. Kickoff is 1:00 PM at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, and one chauffeur stays with you from your Coral Gables door to the ride home.

How Much Does a Game-Day Chauffeur From Coral Gables Cost? 📋

You pay one hourly rate for the whole vehicle, never a fare per seat.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every game-day booking covers at least five hours. That gives the group room for the drive north, the pregame scene, the game itself, and the trip back to Coral Gables. The rate is tied to the vehicle, not the headcount, so a carload of friends splitting the Black SUV XL or a big family filling a Sprinter can divide the total however they like. Only two things change the final amount: how many hours you keep the car, and whether the pickup is between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Both are explained further down this page.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group of Dolphins Fans From Coral Gables? 🚙

Four private tiers cover every group size, from a couple in jerseys to a full crew of fans.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It suits a family, a couple, or a small group of friends heading north together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a larger family or a group of neighbors can ride as one party instead of splitting into separate cars.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger configuration: seats 10 to 14 passengers, so the whole watch-party crew stays together from the first stop to the last.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in our most polished cabin, a good fit for hosting clients or celebrating a milestone at the game. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Fans often bring more than a ticket on game day. If you’re carrying a cooler, signs, or a bag of team merch, tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big and we’ll match the vehicle to it.

What If Your Headcount Changes Before December 27?

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as the group grows or shrinks, and we’ll confirm which tier is available for the date. The hourly rate follows whichever vehicle you end up in, so moving from the SUV to a Sprinter, or the other way, never means negotiating a new price.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on a Dolphins Game Day? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate for the entire booking.

That covers the expressway tolls between Coral Gables and Miami Gardens, the fuel for every leg, and the parking the car needs while your group is inside the stadium. You pay for a chauffeur and a vehicle held for you, not a meter that ticks by the mile. If someone needs a restroom break, a snack, or a chance to stretch on the way north, just ask the driver. One brief comfort stop is easy and doesn’t change the rate. Only two things can add to the bill, and each is explained on this page: hours you choose to add beyond your block and the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours. Nothing else is added at the end of the day.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply to a Sunday Game? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside that window carry a small add-on that depends on the vehicle:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For the SUV it is charged once per trip, not per hour. For the Sprinter it is calculated on the trip value, so either way you know the cost in advance.

What Happens if the League Moves the Kickoff Time?

The NFL’s flexible scheduling means the announced 1:00 PM kickoff can shift, so watch the schedule as December 27 approaches. If the time moves, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm a new pickup time for the same date.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for Game Day? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then you run the day.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your group, then tell us your start time, your stops, and the order you want them in. The driver picks up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re getting off a ship that morning and heading straight to the game, Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact pickup spot is agreed at booking. From there the car is yours for the whole five-hour block, whether that means a pregame brunch, a quick stop to pick up a cousin, the stadium, or dinner on the way back. The same chauffeur stays with the group throughout, so nobody has to decide who drives, find parking, or figure out how to regroup after the crowd leaves.

What Happens When Your Five-Hour Block Runs Out?

You keep the car. Each additional hour after the five-hour block is added at your vehicle’s same flat hourly rate, never a renegotiated fare. Those added hours are settled after the day, with the driver or over WhatsApp. If the game goes to overtime or dinner runs long, just tell the driver you want more time.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Stadium From Coral Gables? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives north from Coral Gables on the expressways toward Miami Gardens.

The usual route runs up LeJeune Road to the Palmetto Expressway or the Dolphin Expressway, then north toward Miami Gardens. Florida’s Turnpike and I-95 are the alternatives when one road backs up. Hard Rock Stadium sits in Miami Gardens at the northern edge of Miami-Dade, so the trip crosses much of the county. On December 27, a full stadium’s worth of fans will be using the same few approach roads. Allow noticeably more time than an ordinary Sunday drive, because on game day the trip typically takes much longer, particularly near the stadium. Your driver picks the route that morning based on live traffic, and the group relaxes in the back instead of watching the map. That’s the point of a chauffeur for Los Angeles Chargers at Miami Dolphins: you arrive rested and ready, not worn out from the drive.

Is the Palmetto Always the Fastest Road on a Dolphins Sunday?

No single road wins every game day. The Palmetto Expressway is often the most direct route north from Coral Gables, but crashes, construction, and pregame traffic can change that quickly. Your driver compares the Palmetto, the Turnpike, and I-95 using real-time traffic before and during the drive.

How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for Chargers at Dolphins? 🏙️

Plan a late-morning departure from Coral Gables to reach Miami Gardens well before the 1:00 PM kickoff.

The pregame action starts long before kickoff. The Dolphins Fan Zone opens hours ahead, fans in aqua and orange fill the parking lots with grills and music, and visiting Chargers supporters in powder blue join in. As game time gets closer, traffic on the final approach gets heavier, and every fan still has to get through stadium security. Leaving early lets your group enjoy the atmosphere instead of watching the clock in stop-and-go traffic. We set the exact pickup time with you when you book, working back from how much pregame time the group wants. Nobody in the party has to drive, so the adults can enjoy the parking-lot celebrations without anyone staying sober to take the wheel. The car is there when it’s time to go inside, and again when the day is done.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Stadium?

Your chauffeur takes the group to the drop-off point where game-day traffic control directs private vehicles, as close to the venue as access allows. Before you get out, you and the driver agree on a meeting spot for after the game and exchange WhatsApp messages, so finding each other in the crowd is easy.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Game and Drive Everyone Back?

Yes. The driver stays with the car for the entire game and is ready when you are. Send a WhatsApp message as the final whistle approaches, walk to your agreed meeting spot, and ride home to Coral Gables in the same vehicle with the same chauffeur.

Where Should You Eat in Coral Gables Before a 1:00 PM Kickoff? 🍸

Miracle Mile and the blocks around it are Coral Gables’ classic spot for a pregame brunch.

An early-afternoon kickoff turns the usual pre-event dinner into a late breakfast or brunch, and Coral Gables has good options for both. Miracle Mile is lined with restaurants and sidewalk tables where a group can meet in team colors before heading north. The Shops at Merrick Park has a relaxed, open-air setting for families who want an easy meal and some room for the kids. For a special occasion, Sunday brunch at the Biltmore Hotel is a long-running Coral Gables tradition. Wherever you go, the chauffeur drops you at the door and is back at the curb when you’re done, so nobody circles for parking or worries about timing. We don’t book tables; these are just ideas for the first part of your day.

Where Can the Group Go for Dinner After the Final Whistle?

Coconut Grove is a popular choice for a waterfront dinner around CocoWalk. Little Havana offers Cuban food at Versailles, a Miami institution, and Brickell works well for rooftop drinks. The same driver takes you from one stop to the next, so a victory dinner or a consolation meal can move between neighborhoods without any planning.

Where Does the Chauffeur Pick You Up in Coral Gables? 🌆

We pick up at whatever Coral Gables address you offer us when you book.

Hotel guests usually meet the driver at the front entrance or lobby. The Biltmore Hotel and the Hotel Colonnade are two common starting points for visitors in town for the game. Locals are picked up at the curb outside their home, whether that’s a house on a quiet, tree-lined street off Coral Way or an apartment near the University of Miami campus. You can reach your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp the whole time, so nobody waits outside wondering where the car is. Starting in Coral Gables also keeps the first leg short if your group wants brunch on Miracle Mile before heading north. Send us the exact address, any building access notes, and the name of the person the driver should look for, and we’ll plan the morning around it.

Can the Driver Collect Friends From Several Coral Gables Addresses?

Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can pick up one friend near Miracle Mile, another off Coral Way, and a third near the university before heading north. Each extra pickup uses time within your booked hours. List the addresses in order when you book so the morning route runs smoothly.

Why Do Coral Gables Fans Choose a Private Chauffeur for Dolphins Games? 🎊

A private vehicle reserved only for your group turns game day into a premium service.

The vehicle is never shared with strangers. The chauffeur who greets you in the morning is the same one there after the final whistle: one driver and one car for the whole block. Your flat hourly rate is locked at booking with no surge, so the rate you agree to is the rate you pay on December 27, no matter how crowded the roads get. Our bilingual chauffeurs make it easy for a mixed group of relatives and friends to ride together comfortably. You can reach us directly on WhatsApp with any question, from your first message to the last stop of the night. Add a clean premium vehicle and a quiet cabin before the noise of the stadium, and it’s a better experience than juggling cars, parking passes, and a designated driver.

How Does Payment Work for a Game-Day Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare up front, and any extra hours are settled after the day ends.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare is paid at booking and locks in your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Which Quick Facts Should You Know Before Booking Game Day? 🚐

  • Every booking covers a minimum of five hours with one assigned chauffeur.
  • The same vehicle and driver stay with your group from first pickup to final drop-off.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service is available 24/7, every day, daytime or evening.
  • You choose every stop, and the plan can change during the day.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • Every detail is arranged and confirmed directly with us over WhatsApp.

Is There Private Transportation From Coral Gables to Chargers at Dolphins? 🏟️

Yes. We run a private hourly chauffeur service from Coral Gables to Los Angeles Chargers at Miami Dolphins on December 27, 2026, in a Black SUV XL, a Platinum SUV, or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Your group gets its own vehicle and driver for the day, and nobody else rides with you.

The crowd for this game includes lifelong Dolphins fans from across South Florida, visiting Chargers supporters, families bringing kids to their first NFL game, couples making a day of it, and groups of friends who would rather celebrate than argue over who drives. Every one of those groups fits a private hourly booking: put on the jerseys and caps, and let the chauffeur handle the expressways while you talk football. Visiting Chargers fans staying in Coral Gables get the same local knowledge as the home crowd.

Do You Have a Private Van for a Big Group of Fans From Coral Gables?

Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is our private van for bigger groups, and it comes in two sizes, one for a mid-sized party and one for a full watch-party crew. Everyone rides together and arrives at the same time, and nobody gets split across separate cars on the busiest Sunday of the month.

Is There a Round-Trip Private Shuttle to Dolphins Games From Coral Gables?

Yes, but only as a private booking. Your group books its own Sprinter or SUV by the hour, and that one booking covers the trip north and the ride back to Coral Gables. We don’t sell seats to strangers or run fixed departure times. The car leaves when your group is ready and heads home when you are.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Service Cover?

Our hourly chauffeurs stay local. We cover Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. This is an on-call, unhurried service that stays around the city, so we don’t run it out to farther destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can You Book a Chauffeur for the Chargers Game on Short Notice? 🎤

Yes, you can book on short notice whenever a vehicle and chauffeur are available.

Once the day and time are agreed for a service within the next 24 hours, that slot is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are set aside for your group, and the booking goes ahead exactly as planned. Because the car is already reserved on such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund inside that window, and that’s also what makes your booking certain on a busy holiday-week Sunday. You can still add time on the day: keep adding hours on top of what you reserved, at the same hourly rate, whether the game runs long or the group wants a longer dinner. If your plans are already firm, it’s easiest to send your details early, since late December is a sought-after week in Miami.

Can You Bring a Small Pet Along for the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

Ready to Reserve Your Coral Gables Game-Day Chauffeur? 🍾

Send your group size, pickup address, and game-day plan on WhatsApp to confirm your booking.

To check availability, send us a short message with how many fans are riding, which vehicle you want, the Coral Gables address where the day starts, a rough start time, and any stops before or after the game, like brunch on Miracle Mile, a friend’s place, or dinner in Coconut Grove. We’ll reply with the details for your date, and your payment reserves the car and chauffeur for Sunday, December 27. After that, everything happens in the same WhatsApp thread, so questions about kickoff changes, an extra passenger, or a longer evening come straight to us. Bring the jerseys, the signs, and the energy. We’ll handle the expressways, the parking, and the ride home, so all your group has to watch is the scoreboard.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
