Transfer from Coral Gables to the Ziggy Marley and Gov't Mule Concert at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Coral Gables to Ziggy Marley and Gov’t Mule on Friday, October 2, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Pickup is at any address in Coral Gables. Your bilingual driver waits through the 7:00 PM show, and the rate is locked at booking with no surge, whatever the concert traffic does.

How Much Does a Coral Gables Concert Chauffeur Cost by the Hour? 📋

You pay per vehicle, not per guest, so your whole group splits one hourly rate from the moment the car arrives in Coral Gables.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every booking starts with a minimum of five hours, which fits a concert night from Coral Gables well: pickup, an unhurried dinner, the drive north, the full show and the ride home. The rate belongs to the vehicle, so a full Sprinter spreads the hourly cost across more friends. A couple or a small group usually books the Black SUV XL. The Platinum SUV tier is for anyone who wants the most polished cabin for a Friday night out. Pick the tier that matches your group size, and the hourly figure listed above is what each booked hour costs.

Which Payment Options Lock In Your October 2 Concert Ride? 📋

Payment is simple, and you arrange it over WhatsApp.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your concert night.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only the starting block, so keep the car as long as the night calls for. Every hour past the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night wraps up.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate on Show Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into the hourly rate for your concert night.

That covers the real costs of this trip. The route north from Coral Gables can use toll roads, and parking at a hectic resort on a show night is the driver’s job, not a line on your bill. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, so the group can pull up tickets or share photos on the way. If someone needs a swift restroom, snack or stretch break mid-booking, just ask the driver. One brief comfort stop doesn’t change the flat rate. Only two things can add to the total: hours you choose to add past your booked block, and the night surcharge for time outside daytime hours, explained further down this page.

What Kind of Night Is Ziggy Marley and Gov’t Mule at Hard Rock Live? 🎤

Ziggy Marley and Gov’t Mule co-headline Hard Rock Live on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 7:00 PM.

The show is a stop on the Dreaming The Same Dream Tour. It pairs Ziggy Marley’s Grammy-winning roots reggae with Gov’t Mule, the Warren Haynes–led band known for long, bluesy jams and Southern-rock muscle, plus a guest DJ set from YOLA. It is one of the tour’s few South Florida dates, so anticipate a mix of lifelong reggae fans, jam-band regulars who follow Warren Haynes, and couples turning a Friday into a proper date night. The theater sits inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, north of the Miami-Dade line in Broward County. From Coral Gables that is a real road trip, not a swift hop. That’s why a chauffeur makes sense for this night: the group can start with dinner, sing the whole way north, and nobody has to worry about driving home.

Where in Coral Gables Does Your Chauffeur Pick You Up? 🌆

Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Coral Gables that you give us when you book.

Most concert nights start in one of a few familiar places. Guests staying at the Biltmore Hotel meet the car at its front entrance. At hotels along Ponce de Leon Boulevard and around Miracle Mile, the driver meets you at the lobby door. Friends gathering at a home near Granada Boulevard, Old Cutler Road or the University of Miami campus merely step out to the curb. We agree the exact spot on WhatsApp at booking, so the driver arrives knowing where to stop and whom to look for. If your group is spread across several Coral Gables addresses, the chauffeur can collect everyone in turn before dinner, and each pickup is just another stop inside the hours you booked. That helps when a couple is meeting friends, or when one person is finishing work on Alhambra Circle while the others are still getting ready.

Can the Pickup Be at Miami International Airport or a PortMiami Cruise Terminal Instead?

Yes. The pickup can be any Miami address, including Miami International Airport, a PortMiami cruise terminal, a hotel or a home. The airport sits just north of Coral Gables, so a guest flying in that afternoon can meet the car at the arrivals curb. A cruise-day arrival can go straight into the evening, with a quick stop at a Coral Gables hotel to check in and change first if you like.

Where Should You Eat in Coral Gables Before the Concert? 🍸

Miracle Mile and the pedestrian-only Giralda Plaza are the classic Coral Gables spots for dinner before a show.

Giralda Plaza fills its car-free street with outdoor tables, which suits a group that wants a long, relaxed meal before the drive north. Miracle Mile is the city’s main downtown street, with restaurants and bars within easy walking distance of each other. The Shops at Merrick Park has more polished sit-down options for couples on a date night. If your group wants a waterfront mood, Coconut Grove is right next door and works just as well as a first stop. Your chauffeur drops you at the door, waits nearby while you eat, and pulls up again as soon as you message that the check is paid. There’s no parking garage, no valet line and no rushing dessert. Book your table directly with the restaurant, and the driver plans the evening around it, with enough time to reach the show well before the lights go down.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Live From Coral Gables on Concert Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives the group north from Coral Gables to Hollywood and back, all within one booked block of hours.

The drive covers a long stretch of Miami-Dade on a Friday evening, when commuter traffic and the pre-show crowd share the same highways. With a private chauffeur, the drive is the easy part of the night. Your group rides together, the driver watches live traffic and adjusts the route, and nobody circles a crowded garage looking for a space. Think of the evening in three parts: an early departure or dinner in Coral Gables, a drop-off before the pre-show crowd builds, and a relaxed wait for the ride home after the last song. The booking is hourly, so those parts fit your group’s timing rather than a fixed schedule. The questions below cover the timing, the roads, where you get out, and how pickup works when the show ends and the whole theater empties at once.

How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for the 7:00 PM Show?

Leave Coral Gables in the late afternoon if you’re going straight to the show, or have an early dinner in Coral Gables and head north right after. The drive typically takes the better part of an hour. Friday rush-hour traffic on I-95 and the line of cars into the resort can make it much longer, so leave plenty of extra time before the 7:00 PM start. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time when you confirm the plan.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Coral Gables to Hollywood?

The usual route is I-95 north, which the driver reaches from Coral Gables by LeJeune Road and State Road 836, or by US-1. When I-95 backs up, the Palmetto Expressway (State Road 826) and Florida’s Turnpike are the inland alternative. Either way, the last stretch runs along State Road 7 (US-441), where the resort sits, and the driver chooses the route based on live traffic that evening.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Venue?

The driver takes you to the resort’s designated drop-off point, as close to the theater entrance as access allows on show night. You get out together, skip the parking garage entirely, and walk straight in. Before you leave the car, the chauffeur agrees with you on WhatsApp where to meet afterward, so the ride home is sorted before the first song.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Concert and Take You Home?

Yes. The booking is by the hour, so your driver stays nearby for the entire show instead of leaving after the drop-off. When the encore ends, send a WhatsApp message and head to the agreed meeting point. The same car takes you back to Coral Gables or on to a late stop in Coconut Grove or Brickell, and nobody has to fight for a ride in the crowd.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book the Ride? 🚙

  • Every booking starts with a minimum block of five hours.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all night.
  • Your chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Service is available 24/7, including late pickups after a concert ends.
  • Your vehicle carries only your group, never riders from another party.
  • You choose the stops and the pace, and can change them mid-evening.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Concert? 🕴️

You reserve a vehicle and driver for a block of hours, and the evening follows your plan.

Start by choosing the vehicle tier for your group. Then send the group size, a rough start time and the stops you want over WhatsApp. For this show, a typical plan is a Coral Gables pickup, dinner, the drive north, the concert and the ride home. All of that fits in one reservation that runs at least five hours from the first pickup. You pay for the whole evening, not just the miles, so the driver stays with you instead of dropping you off and leaving. The order of stops isn’t fixed: add a stop, skip one, or stay longer somewhere you like, and the driver adjusts. After the 5-hour block, every additional hour is merely added at the same per-hour rate, with no new price to agree and no renegotiated fare, so you can keep the car as long as the night lasts.

Is There an Extra Charge for the Late Ride Back From the Show? 🎆

Yes. A night surcharge applies to trips outside daytime hours, which run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

This surcharge depends on the time of day, not on how many hours you book. An SUV adds a flat amount per trip, and a Sprinter adds a percentage of the trip value, as listed above. We tell you about it up front so the final total has no surprises at the end of the night.

Why Is a Private Chauffeur the Better Way to Do Concert Night? 🍾

A private chauffeur gives your group a premium service that stays with you from dinner until you’re home.

The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book. There’s no surge on a hectic Friday, and the price doesn’t change for traffic or bad weather. One dedicated chauffeur handles the whole evening, so the person who greets you in Coral Gables is the same person who drives you home. You message that driver directly on WhatsApp, so a change of plan takes one message: a later dinner, one more friend to pick up, or a stop for a nightcap. The vehicle is private, clean and reserved only for your group, and you set the pace. Nobody in the group has to stay sober to drive, hunt for parking, or leave the show early to beat the traffic out. That is the better experience this night deserves: a calmer, more comfortable way to hear two great bands and get home.

Which Vehicle Suits Your Group From Coral Gables? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple’s date night to a large group of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the usual choice for couples and small groups going to the show.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group can ride together instead of splitting across cars.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, so a whole birthday group or fan club arrives together.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers, for the most polished cabin of the night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Pick by group size first, then by the kind of ride you want. Friends who want to stay together all evening usually do better in one vehicle than two, since everyone shares the same drop-off and the same ride home. If you’re not sure which tier fits, send the number of guests on WhatsApp and we will confirm the right vehicle before you pay.

Is There Private Transportation From Coral Gables to Ziggy Marley and Gov’t Mule? 🏙️

Yes: a private SUV or Sprinter with its own chauffeur, reserved by the hour for your group alone.

There’s no fixed departure time and no seat to buy. You decide when the evening starts, where it goes and when it ends. That’s distinct from a scheduled group ride, where strangers share the cabin and everyone leaves when the vehicle does. If you’re looking for a private van for a large group, book one of the Sprinter tiers. For a luxury car service for two, book the Platinum SUV. The same booking works for a birthday dinner, a date night, or old friends who follow Gov’t Mule from city to city. The show is on a Friday, so many groups make a full evening of it, and a chauffeur keeps everyone together from the first pickup in Coral Gables to the last drop-off.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner, the concert and a late stop afterward all fit inside one hourly booking. Tell us the restaurant when you reserve so the start time leaves room for the meal and the drive north. Extra stops don’t change the hourly rate. They use the hours you booked, and you decide the order.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Service Cover Besides Coral Gables?

The hourly service covers the local Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Hollywood falls in that last group, so this concert is well within the service area. We keep it local and on call, so it doesn’t go out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

If you book within 24 hours of the service, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. At that short notice we can’t guarantee moving the date or a refund, so the booking goes ahead exactly as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day at the same hourly rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Coral Gables for October 2 Right Now? 🎊

Yes. Send a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time and your stops, and we’ll confirm your concert night.

A good first message looks like this: four friends, pickup at a Coral Gables home in the late afternoon, dinner on Giralda, then the show, then home. From there we confirm the vehicle tier, finalize the plan, and send the payment details for the full fare. The concert is only days away, so booking soon gives your group the widest choice of vehicles for Friday night. Everything you need to decide is on this page: the hourly rates, what’s included, how the night surcharge works, and how extra hours are billed. When you’re ready, confirm your booking by email or WhatsApp below, and the chauffeur will handle the drive, the drop-off and the ride home.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
