Transfer to Hard Rock Live for the Blake Shelton Concert

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Blake Shelton at Hard Rock Live on Saturday, October 24, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The show starts at 8:00 PM, and one bilingual chauffeur handles dinner, the drive, and the ride home in the same car all night.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur to Blake Shelton Cost From Miami? 📋

Every vehicle is priced by the hour, and each booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

That hourly figure covers the whole evening: the vehicle, your chauffeur, and every minute the car stays reserved for your group. Couples and small friend groups usually settle into the Black SUV XL, while bigger crews choose a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter so everyone arrives together instead of splitting across several cars. The Platinum SUV tier suits a birthday, an anniversary, or anyone who wants the night to feel like an occasion from the first pickup. When you count hours, add up four parts of the evening: dinner in Miami, the drive north to Hollywood, the concert itself, and the trip home. Only two things decide which line of the list applies to you: how many people are in your group and the kind of ride you want.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to the Ride Home After the Concert? 🌆

Yes. Daytime runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The SUV surcharge is one fixed add-on per trip. The Sprinter surcharge is a share of the trip value, so it stays in proportion for bigger groups sharing one private van. Nothing else changes after dark: the same chauffeur, the same vehicle, and the same hourly rate carry you from dinner to the encore and back to your door. Leaving the Seminole Hard Rock with a late-night crowd is exactly when having your own car matters most. The surcharge is simply the cost of keeping that car on duty after daytime hours end.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work for Concert Night? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then set the plan.

You book on WhatsApp: send your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind, such as a dinner spot, the concert, and maybe a late bite after. We match the vehicle to your headcount and confirm the hours. The same car and chauffeur then stay with you from the first pickup until the final drop-off. You decide the order of stops and how long you stay at each one, and the plan can change at any time. The booking runs a minimum of five hours. After that, every extra hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare and nothing to renegotiate. If the encore runs long or the group wants one more stop, keep the car. You pay for the extra time after the night is over.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami?

Your chauffeur picks up at any Miami address you choose, and the exact spot is agreed when you book. That can be a hotel lobby in Brickell, a home in Coral Gables, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. If you arrive by cruise ship that day, you can ride straight to dinner and the show. There is no fixed departure point and no single meeting spot.

What Should You Know About Blake Shelton’s October 24 Show in Hollywood? 🎤

Blake Shelton headlines Hard Rock Live on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 8:00 PM.

The venue is the indoor showroom at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, in Broward County, so this is a South Florida night out rather than a show inside Miami city limits. Expect a full headline concert from one of country music’s biggest names. He plays a long run of radio hits, from his early country-pop singles to his newer songs, with the easygoing humor TV audiences know from his years as a coach on The Voice. The crowd mixes longtime country fans, couples on a date night, and friend groups who create the evening a celebration with dinner first. The showroom is inside a busy casino resort, and on a Saturday the property fills up well before showtime, so it pays to plan your arrival.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Live From Miami on Show Night? 🏟️

The simplest option is a private vehicle that leaves Miami early and waits through the show.

On concert nights at the Seminole Hard Rock, pre-show traffic backs up on the approach roads and in the parking areas, and a Saturday headline show adds casino and hotel guests to the mix. Riding with your own chauffeur takes care of the three hardest parts of the evening: finding parking, timing the drive, and getting home once the lights come up. The drive heads north out of Miami toward Hollywood, and your chauffeur picks the route based on that evening’s traffic rather than a fixed path. Inside the car, the pre-show mood stays relaxed, with the group together and tickets pulled up on someone’s phone. Everyone rides home together at the end of the night, and no one in the group has to be the designated driver.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for the Blake Shelton Show?

Leave Miami well ahead of the 8:00 PM start, earlier than a normal evening drive would need. Saturday concert traffic, casino guests, and entry lines all build up close to showtime. The easiest plan works backward from the show: dinner in Miami first, then a relaxed departure. Your chauffeur suggests the exact departure time when you confirm, based on your pickup and dinner stop.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Live?

Your chauffeur brings the group as close to the entrance as access allows that evening, using whichever drop-off area is open to private vehicles on show night. Arrangements at a busy casino resort can change from one event to the next, so your driver confirms the spot on arrival. Before you walk in, the driver also sends you the pickup point on WhatsApp.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Drive Us Home?

Yes. Because the booking runs by the hour, your chauffeur stays with the vehicle through the entire concert. Nobody has to request a ride in the after-show crowd or search a packed lot for a parked car. Message the driver as the encore starts and walk to the agreed pickup point. The same vehicle then takes the group home or on to one last stop.

Where Can a Group Eat in Miami Before the Concert? 🥂

Brickell, Coral Gables, Wynwood, and Coconut Grove are all easy choices for dinner before the show.

Brickell suits groups who want a polished dinner with skyline views and a cocktail before the drive north. Coral Gables and its Miracle Mile area lean toward a relaxed, sit-down meal at a slower pace, which works well for couples marking an anniversary. Wynwood has street art and a lively, casual feel, a good fit for friend groups who want photos in front of the murals before heading out. Coconut Grove has a waterfront feel for an easygoing early dinner. Little Havana is another favorite for visitors who want a taste of the city’s Cuban heritage before a country show. Your driver drops you at the restaurant, waits while you eat, and has the car at the curb when you are ready, so there is no parking to locate and no second ride to arrange. These are only suggestions, and the group books its own tables.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner, the concert, and the ride home all fit into one hourly booking with the same car and chauffeur. Tell us the restaurant when you reserve so the start time leaves room for a relaxed meal before the drive north. A quick stop for drinks or group photos along the way works the same way. Just ask your chauffeur.

Can We Make a Late Stop After the Concert?

Yes. If your booked hours allow, or you choose to add more, your chauffeur can take the group for a late bite or a nightcap before the final drop-off. Heading back toward South Beach or Brickell for a late-night spot is an easy way to keep the celebration going, and you can change the plan anytime with a quick word to your driver.

How Does Payment Work for an Hourly Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare when you reserve.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: the booking has a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you pay for it after the day.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book a Concert Chauffeur? 🕴️

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group for the whole block.
  • Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate.
  • Every vehicle has a mobile hotspot, so onboard WiFi comes standard.
  • A brief comfort stop during the booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Service is available 24/7, from early pickups to late concert nights.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving to the Concert? 🍾

A private chauffeur makes the drive, the parking, and the ride home part of the celebration.

If you drive yourself, one person in the group spends the night watching the clock, circling for parking, and staying alert for the late drive home. When you book with us, a chauffeur whose only job that evening is your group takes all of that off your hands. The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and never shared with strangers or another booking. You can reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the night, so plans can change without phone menus or call centers. That is what we mean by upscale service: a clean upscale vehicle, a courteous bilingual chauffeur, and a plan built around your evening rather than a dispatch queue. It is simply a better experience than juggling keys, parking, and a tired drive after the encore.

Why Does a Flat Hourly Rate Matter on a Big Concert Night?

Your hourly rate is locked the moment you book, so it never goes up because of traffic, weather, or a crowd leaving the showroom at once. On a Saturday headline night, demand for rides tends to spike after the encore. A flat rate with no surge pricing means the hourly rate you planned for is the one you pay. The night surcharge is listed openly on this page.

What’s Included in the Hourly Rate, and What Costs Extra? 🎊

The hourly rate covers your vehicle, your chauffeur, and all the running costs of the night.

Your chauffeur’s time and the vehicle’s driving costs are both part of the hourly price, so the rate on the list is not a starting price that grows with the route. There is room for signs, merch bags, or an extra layer, and if you are bringing something big, tell us in advance. Two things can add to the total, and each one is named on this page: extra hours beyond the booked block and the night surcharge for time outside daytime hours. Changing the order of stops or staying somewhere longer never creates a new fare, because you are paying for time, not distance.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Concert Night? 🚐

Four private vehicle options cover everything from a couple’s date night to a large friend group.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5, the easy pick for couples and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9, so a mid-size group rides together in one private van.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14, keeping a big crew in a single private van.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 in a luxury full-size SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every option is a private vehicle that comes with its own chauffeur. None is ever rented out for you to drive yourself or shared with another party. If your group is right on the line between two sizes, choosing the larger vehicle keeps everyone comfortable, with room for jackets and merch after the show. Tell us your final headcount when you book, and we will match the vehicle to it.

Which Vehicle Works Best for a Couple’s Date Night at the Concert?

The Black SUV XL keeps a couple on the entry-level option with plenty of room. The Platinum SUV makes the evening feel more like an occasion, which suits an anniversary, a birthday, or a first concert together. Both come with the same private chauffeur. The difference is the cabin and the feel of the ride.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Service Cover? 🏝️

The hourly service covers Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Hollywood. That means Miami itself, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport.

Staying local is what keeps the service on call and unhurried. Your chauffeur knows these neighborhoods, stays close for the whole booking, and can move between a hotel, a restaurant, and the concert without long empty drives. Destinations farther away, such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, are outside this hourly service, so it stays focused on the city and the stretch north toward Fort Lauderdale. A Blake Shelton night fits effortlessly in that area. A pickup in Key Biscayne or Doral, dinner in Coconut Grove, the show in Hollywood, and a late stop back on Miami Beach can all be part of one booking.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami to Hard Rock Live? 🚐

Yes. Our private shuttle is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved by the hour for your group. It carries the whole group from Miami to the concert and back with no other passengers, no fixed schedule, and no shared seats. Smaller groups get the same private service in an SUV.

People who search for a shuttle usually want a way to move a group together without anyone driving, and a private Sprinter does exactly that. Your group sets the pickup address, the departure time, and every stop, and your private van leaves when you are ready rather than on a timetable. On the way home there is no line to join and no waiting for other riders to board, because the private van belongs to your party for the whole booking. Birthday groups, old college friends, and extended families heading to the show together frequently choose this option.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Evening?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show? 🎊

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. When the day and time are agreed for a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group. The booking then goes ahead exactly as agreed, because we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund on such short notice.

Late decisions are welcome. Plenty of concert plans come together the week of the show, and a same-day or next-day booking works like any other once the time is confirmed. That certainty works for you too: the car and chauffeur you reserved are committed to you, not to whoever asks next. The evening also stays flexible where it counts. You can consistently add more hours on the day, right up until the final drop-off, at the same flat hourly rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
