Transfer from Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. Cleveland Cavaliers at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. Cleveland Cavaliers at Kaseya Center on Friday, November 13, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. A bilingual driver collects you anywhere in Bal Harbour, reaches Downtown Miami ahead of the 8:00 PM tip-off, and stays on call for the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Bal Harbour Cost per Hour? 📋

Every booking covers a block of at least five hours, priced per vehicle rather than per person.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Choose the row that matches your headcount, and that hourly figure covers the whole vehicle, whether two friends or a full crew of Heat fans climb aboard. Nothing is billed per seat, so splitting the evening across a group takes simple math. Five hours leaves room for the pickup in Bal Harbour, the drive downtown, the game itself, and the trip back north. Each rate applies to every hour of your block, from the first pickup to the moment the group steps out at home.

What’s the Best Way to Get From Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. Cleveland Cavaliers? 🏟️

A private hourly chauffeur is the simplest way to reach Friday’s game from Bal Harbour.

The Miami Heat host the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday, November 13, 2026, with an 8:00 PM tip-off at Kaseya Center on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. It is a regular-season game that also counts toward the NBA Cup group stage, and Cleveland arrives as one of the stronger teams in the East, so expect a full, loud building. Heat crowds reflect the city itself: Cuban-American families who have followed the team for decades, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican fans, business groups entertaining clients, and visitors catching their first NBA game on vacation. From Bal Harbour, the trip crosses the bay and runs south through a string of neighborhoods that all feel the Friday rush at once. With a chauffeur at the wheel, nobody in your group has to skip a drink at dinner, watch the clock on Collins Avenue, or decide who drives home after a late finish.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Bal Harbour to Downtown Miami?

Your chauffeur typically chooses between two routes and takes whichever is moving better that evening. One heads west from 96th Street over the Broad Causeway to Biscayne Boulevard, then south along Biscayne or onto I-95 toward Downtown. The other follows Collins Avenue south through Surfside and Miami Beach, then crosses the Julia Tuttle or MacArthur Causeway, which comes off close to the arena.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour? 🏝️

Your chauffeur meets you at any Bal Harbour address you confirm when booking.

Most game-night pickups start at a hotel entrance on Collins Avenue, usually The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, or at one of the oceanfront condominium towers along the same stretch. Residents of the quieter streets west of Collins, and guests staying just over the line in Surfside or across the bridge in Bay Harbor Islands, get picked up at the front door the same way. If the afternoon was spent at Bal Harbour Shops, the car can collect the group right at the shopping center and head straight to dinner or downtown. When you confirm on WhatsApp, share the building name, the tower or entrance if a property has more than one, and the name the reservation should go under, so your driver pulls up to the right door.

Where Can You Have Dinner in Bal Harbour Before Tip-Off?

For a pre-game dinner, Bal Harbour Shops is the easy choice, with Makoto for Japanese and Carpaccio for classic Italian a short walk apart inside the open-air center. For something more casual, the restaurants along Kane Concourse in Bay Harbor Islands sit just across the bridge. Your driver waits outside while you eat and heads downtown when the table is done. You book the table yourself.

How Does Game-Night Drop-Off and Pickup Work at Kaseya Center? 🌆

Your driver brings the group downtown early, drops you near the arena, then waits nearby.

Kaseya Center sits on Biscayne Boulevard along the bay, next to Bayside Marketplace. On a Friday game night, the blocks around it fill with arena traffic, Bayside visitors, and the end of the Brickell after-work rush all at once. Timing is where a chauffeur helps most. Leaving Bal Harbour ahead of the pre-game traffic gives the car a head start on the approach lanes, so you walk in relaxed instead of rushing from a garage. Once the group steps out, the driver moves the vehicle off the busiest curb and stays close by for the rest of the game. Nobody hunts for a garage, pays for event parking, or waits in line at the exit ramps afterward. Before you head inside, agree on a meeting spot for the ride home and keep your driver’s WhatsApp handy. Send one message when the final buzzer sounds and the car heads your way.

Where Exactly Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The driver drops you as close to the venue as access allows that night, usually along Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street leading to the arena entrance. Street closures and traffic officers decide the exact curb on game nights, so your chauffeur picks the best drop-off point on arrival and tells you where the car will be waiting afterward.

Can the Driver Wait During the Whole Game?

Yes. Having the driver wait is the whole point of booking by the hour. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle nearby from tip-off through the final buzzer and can be reached on WhatsApp the entire time. If someone needs to leave early, a message brings the car back to the drop-off area, and the rest of the group can still be collected at the end.

Where Can You Go Downtown After the Final Buzzer?

Bayside Marketplace sits right beside the arena for a waterfront drink, and Brickell’s restaurants and rooftop bars are a short hop south. Wynwood suits a group that wants late-night food and street art. The same driver moves the group between stops and waits at each one, so you can stay out without worrying about parking or the ride back to Bal Harbour.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours, then plan the night your way.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your headcount, then send us a rough start time and the stops on your wish list: dinner, a friend’s apartment, the arena, a drink afterward. Bookings begin with a five-hour block. The same chauffeur stays with the group from the first pickup to the last drop-off and waits at every stop. Pickup can be any Miami address agreed at booking, whether a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can ride straight to the game. You decide the order and pace. Add a stop, skip one, or stay longer at dinner, and the driver adjusts with no new fare to negotiate. That flexibility helps on game night, when you may suddenly need to pick up a late-arriving friend or stop for jerseys.

Can You Keep the Car Longer If the Game Runs Late?

Yes, you can keep the car as long as you need. After the five-hour block, each additional hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated fare. Overtime, a post-game dinner in Brickell, or one more stop on the way back to Bal Harbour simply adds hours, which are settled after the night wraps up.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Heat Game? 🚐

Four private tiers cover every group size, from a couple to a large party of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, a natural choice for a couple, a family, or a few friends leaving a Bal Harbour hotel.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, a private van that keeps a mid-size group together from dinner to the final buzzer.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, with room for a birthday party, a team outing, or several families traveling as one group.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers, an upscale cabin for clients or a special night out. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Signs, jerseys, and team-shop merch all fit easily; tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. If your headcount falls between two tiers, send it on WhatsApp and we will recommend the vehicle that seats everyone comfortably, with room for a friend who decides to join at the last minute.

Is There a Night Surcharge for a Late Game in Downtown Miami? 🎆

Trips outside daytime hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, carry a surcharge that depends on vehicle type. It works as follows:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV it is a single fixed amount per trip, not an hourly add-on. For either Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value. Because it depends only on the vehicle you choose, you can easily add it to the total before you confirm. All other pricing matches the list at the top of the page.

Why Do Bal Harbour Fans Book a Private Chauffeur for Heat Games? 🕴️

A vehicle reserved only for your group turns game night into a upscale service.

The hourly rate is flat and locked the moment you book, so there is no surge even when a packed Friday crowd spills onto Biscayne Boulevard. One bilingual driver handles the whole evening, so the person who drops you off is the same person you message on WhatsApp when the game ends. You get direct contact and never deal with a new driver at each pickup. The vehicle is private and reserved for your group alone, so jackets, team-shop bags, and a spare jersey can stay on board while you are inside. Everyone rides together, argues about the fourth quarter on the way home, and gets back to Bal Harbour without anyone missing out to be the designated driver. A fixed price, one accountable chauffeur, and a car that is there when you require it make this a better experience and a better service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Which Service Facts Should You Know Before Booking? 🥂

  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are already built into the hourly rate.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Bookings are available every day of the week, around the clock.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • Your whole group rides together in one private vehicle, start to finish.
  • Booking and confirmation happen directly over WhatsApp with our team.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include for Game Night? 🍸

The hourly rate covers your vehicle, your chauffeur, and every stop within the booked block.

Waiting time is part of your booked hours, not a separate charge, whether the car sits outside Bal Harbour Shops during dinner or stays downtown through four quarters. A brief comfort stop, such as a restroom break, a snack run, or a swift stretch, fits easily mid-booking. Just ask the driver, and it never changes the flat rate. Only two things can add to the total, and none of them is a surprise: the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, and any hours you choose to add past your block, billed as described in the payment terms below.

How Do You Pay for a Game-Night Chauffeur? 🍾

The full fare is paid at booking, and you can utilize any of three methods.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: paying the full fare when you book locks in your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Each hour past that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the night wraps up.

Does the Hourly Service Cover Bal Harbour and the Rest of Miami? 🏙️

Yes. The hourly service stays local, covering Bal Harbour and the greater Miami region.

This is an on-call, unhurried service that stays around the city, so your chauffeur is never far from the next stop. Besides Bal Harbour and its neighbors, the regular region includes Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the region around Miami International Airport, plus nearby communities up toward Fort Lauderdale. That covers everything a Heat night could involve: dinner on the beach side, the game downtown, a late bite in Wynwood, and dropping a friend off in Coconut Grove before heading home. The hourly service does not run out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. Keeping the cars close to the city is what lets the same driver stay with you and respond rapidly between stops.

How Early Should You Leave Bal Harbour for Miami Heat vs. Cleveland Cavaliers? 🎊

Leave Bal Harbour well ahead of the 8:00 PM tip-off. Friday evening traffic and the arena crowd head into Downtown at the same time. The drive typically runs well under an hour on a quiet evening, but permit noticeably longer on game night, plus time to walk in, clear security, and settle into your seats.

A comfortable plan is to start the booking in the late afternoon or early evening, have dinner at Bal Harbour Shops or along Collins Avenue, and head south after the meal. Arriving early also gives the group time to watch warm-ups, get food and drinks inside, and savor the NBA Cup atmosphere before the building fills. If your group would rather skip the pre-game meal, a later start works too. Send us your target arrival time and the driver will plan the departure around that evening’s traffic.

How Many Fans Fit in a Private Van From Bal Harbour?

Once your party is too big for an SUV, a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the right call. Which of our two Sprinter sizes you need depends on headcount, as shown in the vehicle guide above. The group boards in Bal Harbour at once and comes back the same way, so no one has to arrange a separate ride after the game.

Can You Bring a Pet on the Ride From Bal Harbour?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a booking within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so on such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the evening goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day itself.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Bal Harbour to Kaseya Center? 🎤

Yes. You book a private chauffeur from Bal Harbour directly over WhatsApp. Send your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind, and we confirm the vehicle and your pickup. Booking ahead lets the group plan dinner and arrival around a confirmed pickup time.

The more detail you share, the smoother game night runs. Feature the hotel or building name, whether dinner comes first and where, whether anyone is joining from a second address, and any post-game plans in Brickell or Wynwood. If there is a birthday or a client in the group, mention it so we can plan the timing around a toast or a surprise. A group that only wants the car for the arena trip and back is just as welcome, and the booking works the same way. Nothing is locked until you confirm, and every rate you require is listed on this page.

Does the Same Service Work for Other Heat Home Games?

Yes. The same private hourly service works for any Heat home game or concert at the arena this season, with the same Bal Harbour pickup, vehicle tiers, and rates shown on this page. If you have several nights planned, you can arrange them all in one WhatsApp conversation and keep the same routine each time.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
