Transfer from Miami Beach to Kansas City Chiefs at Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium

Private hourly chauffeur service from Miami Beach to Kansas City Chiefs at Miami Dolphins on Sunday, September 27, 2026, runs on a 5-hour minimum in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour. Your driver picks up the group anywhere in Miami Beach and handles the game-day traffic to Hard Rock Stadium for the 1:00 PM kickoff. After the final whistle, the same driver takes everyone home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Beach to the Dolphins Home Opener Cost? 📋

You pay per vehicle, per hour, and every game-day booking has a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each rate covers the whole vehicle, not each seat. A full Sprinter of friends splits one hourly price instead of paying per person. Many Miami Beach groups book the base block and let the day decide the rest: a simple pickup near the ocean, the ride north to Miami Gardens, four quarters of football, and the drive back across the bay. If you want a late breakfast before kickoff or a seafood dinner afterward, you can reserve extra time up front or add it on the day. Game tickets and food and drinks inside the stadium are not included, because the booking covers the car and chauffeur only.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and you set the stops.

First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us your headcount, a rough start time, and your stops over WhatsApp. Your chauffeur can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the pickup spot when you book. From then on, the car is yours. The same driver stays with your group for the whole five-hour block, drives between your stops on your schedule, and deals with the highway traffic while you think about the game. When the booked block ends, every extra hour is merely added at the same flat per-hour rate. There’s no new fare to negotiate, and you settle up after the day, so staying out for one more round never turns into a debate.

Can You Keep the Car Longer After the Game Ends?

Yes. Ask your chauffeur for more time and, if the schedule allows, the booking keeps running at your vehicle’s same hourly rate. The extra hours work well for a post-game seafood dinner in South Beach or a slow drive down Ocean Drive before you head back to the hotel.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group of Dolphins or Chiefs Fans? 🚐

Four private vehicle types cover everything from a couple to a large group of fans.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. It’s our go-to for couples, families, and small groups riding up from the beach.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room to spread out for a mid-size group of friends or coworkers.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, so a larger watch-party group can stay together in one private vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers. This is our most luxurious option for a smaller party. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every vehicle comes with a chauffeur, and it belongs to your party alone for the whole booking. Mixed households are welcome too: red Chiefs jerseys and aqua Dolphins jerseys ride in the same car all the way to Miami Gardens and back, and nobody has to hunt for a parking space.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply? 🎆

Rides during daytime hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, have no surcharge. Outside those hours, the surcharge depends on the vehicle:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

With a 1:00 PM kickoff, most of this game day falls inside daytime hours, so many Miami Beach groups riding up and back never pay the surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Starts before 7:00 AM follow the same rule, though an afternoon game rarely needs one. The charge is per trip for the SUV and a percentage of the trip value for the Sprinter, exactly as listed above.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept? 🕴️

You can pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link, with the full fare paid up front to hold your date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid when you book, reserves your game-day booking.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is where you start, and you can keep the car longer any time. Every hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a new fare, and you settle it after the day.

What If You Book the Car Less Than 24 Hours Before the Game?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. Once we agree on the day and time for a ride within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside. At that point we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead as planned. You can still add more hours on the day.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate? 🥃

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in your hourly rate.

You won’t get toll bills or parking fees for the vehicle, and you won’t need to hunt for a lot. The car has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which helps with digital tickets. A short comfort stop for the restroom, a snack, or a stretch is simple to fit in. Just ask the driver, and the rate stays the same. There’s room for what fans usually bring, like signs, merch, or a small cooler, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Other than that, the only extra charges that may apply are the night surcharge and any hours you add.

Which Game-Day Facts Should Every Rider Know? 📋

  • Every game-day booking has a minimum of five hours.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all day.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps mixed groups plan.
  • You choose the stops, the pace, and the order of the day.
  • Each hour past the booked block is added at the same hourly rate.
  • Chauffeurs are available every day, around the clock, 24/7.
  • You arrange and confirm the booking directly over WhatsApp.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Stadium From Miami Beach? 🏟️

Your chauffeur crosses Biscayne Bay and heads north on I-95 toward Miami Gardens.

From South Beach and Mid-Beach, the usual route crosses the Julia Tuttle Causeway (I-195) or the MacArthur Causeway to I-95, then heads north through the city toward the stadium. If you start near North Beach or Surfside, the driver may use one of the northern causeways and join the highway farther up. On a quiet weekend it’s a simple highway drive. On the day of the Dolphins home opener, though, traffic builds across northern Miami-Dade in the hours before kickoff, and the last stretch before the stadium is usually the slowest. Permit plenty of extra time. Your chauffeur picks the route that morning and adjusts for closures or slow lanes as they come up. You never deal with maps, toll lanes, or parking. Your group just rides, talks football, and arrives ready for the day.

Is Hiring a Chauffeur Better Than Driving Yourself From Miami Beach?

For most game-day groups, yes. If you drive yourself, you deal with lot traffic, pay for parking, and have to pick one friend to stay sober all afternoon. With a chauffeur, nobody needs to be the designated driver, everyone can enjoy the pregame Fan Zone and a cold drink, and the ride home is already arranged.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Beach? 🏝️

The driver picks you up at any address in Miami Beach that you choose when you book.

Most game-day riders meet their chauffeur at the hotel’s front drive, whether that’s an oceanfront hotel on Collins Avenue, a boutique hotel near Ocean Drive, or a residential tower in South of Fifth. Condo owners in Sunset Harbour, Mid-Beach, or North Beach are picked up at the lobby door, and groups staying in short-stay apartments just share the street address. Tell us the exact door or lobby when you book, so your group can walk straight from the elevator into a cool car instead of waiting on the curb in the late-morning sun. Chiefs fans who flew in for the weekend get the same door-to-door start, whether they’re staying on the beach or a few blocks inland near Flamingo Park.

Can You Pick Up Friends at Two Different Miami Beach Hotels?

Yes. You set the stops, so your chauffeur can pick up one group on Collins Avenue, stop at a second building in Mid-Beach, and gather everyone before crossing the bay. List every pickup point when you book so the timing works for everyone, and the whole group heads north together.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Beach for Kansas City Chiefs at Miami Dolphins? 🏟️

Plan to leave Miami Beach in the late morning for the 1:00 PM kickoff.

An afternoon home opener draws a big crowd, and the roads around Miami Gardens fill up well before the teams take the field. Leaving in the late morning gives your group time to get through the traffic, savor the pregame Fan Zone at Hard Rock Stadium, locate your seats, and still catch warmups without rushing. If you have club or suite seats, or you want more time for the music and food outside, you may want to leave even earlier. When you arrive, everyone gets out at the drop-off point and your chauffeur stays neighboring for the whole game. After the final whistle, you send a swift WhatsApp message to tell the driver where to meet, and the same car takes your group back to Miami Beach while other fans are still looking for their cars.

Where Is the Drop-Off Point at Hard Rock Stadium?

Your chauffeur drops your group as close to the entrance as game-day traffic control and access allow. The exact spot depends on that day’s traffic plan and where you’re sitting. Tell us your ticket section when you book, and the driver will choose the easiest approach for your party.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Game and Drive Us Back?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle for all four quarters instead of leaving and coming back, so you don’t need a second booking when the game ends. Agree on a post-game meeting spot before you go in and keep your phone handy. The car will be ready when the crowd starts leaving.

What Can You Do in Miami Beach Before Kickoff? 🥂

An early breakfast or coffee on Lincoln Road is a classic way to start the day in Miami Beach.

Lincoln Road’s pedestrian mall is a simple place for a mixed group to meet. Dolphins fans in aqua and orange, Chiefs fans in red, and friends who just landed can locate each other before the car pulls up neighboring. Sunset Harbour, on the bay side of South Beach, has quieter cafes for families who want a calm start. Other groups take a sunrise walk on the beach near Ocean Drive, then meet in the hotel lobby for a team photo before getting in the car. Because you book the chauffeur by the hour, the car can go from a coffee stop to the hotel and back without anyone worrying about parking or the time. Keep the morning relaxed. A home-opener Sunday is a long day, and you’ll want your energy for the fourth quarter.

Where Can You Celebrate in Miami Beach After the Final Whistle?

Head back for a sunset dinner in South Beach, a waterfront table in Sunset Harbour, or drinks along Collins Avenue. For a change of scene, add hours and stop by Wynwood’s murals and bars before the final drop-off. The same chauffeur waits outside each stop.

Why Do Miami Beach Groups Choose a Dedicated Chauffeur for the Dolphins Home Opener? 🍾

A private vehicle reserved for your group means premium service from pickup to drop-off.

You never share the vehicle. The SUV or Sprinter belongs to your party alone, and one bilingual chauffeur stays with you from pickup in Miami Beach to the last drop-off at your door. Your flat hourly rate is locked in when you book, so there’s no surge when the whole region heads to the stadium at once, and the price never changes however crowded the day gets. Your chauffeur stays close through the game and knows the local roads well enough to locate a faster way home. You also get direct WhatsApp contact for everything, from a new meeting spot to an extra dinner stop. You skip the parking, the designated-driver problem, and the crowded exit, so the day is calmer and more relaxing. It’s a better experience for one of the biggest Sundays of the year in South Florida.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Beach to Kansas City Chiefs at Miami Dolphins? 🚐

Yes. You get a private chauffeur and vehicle, booked by the hour and reserved only for your group.

If you’re searching for a ride to Chiefs vs. Dolphins, you’ll locate plenty of crowded options. This one starts at your own door and ends there too. You pick the vehicle, the chauffeur arrives at the Miami Beach address you gave, and the same vehicle stays with your party until you’re done for the night. There are no fixed departure times, no strangers in the next seat, and no fight for a parking spot. Because the booking is private, the plan works around your group: leave early for the Fan Zone, stop for ice on the way, or go straight back to the hotel for a nap before dinner. It works for season-ticket holders, families taking kids to their first NFL game, and Chiefs fans making a weekend of the trip.

Do You Have a Private Van for a Big Group of Fans From Miami Beach?

Yes. We have two Mercedes-Benz Sprinter sizes for larger parties, so a whole watch-party group, a birthday group, or several families can ride together in one private van with room to move. Book the Sprinter that matches your headcount, and the whole group arrives, cheers, and heads home on the same schedule.

Can We Get There Together Instead of Splitting Into Several Cars?

Yes. Keeping the group together is exactly what a private booking is for. Instead of several cars trying to find each other in a packed lot, everyone rides in one vehicle, arrives at the same time, and leaves together after the game. Nobody gets stranded, and nobody has to organize a meet-up in a crowded parking area.

Can Chiefs Fans Visiting Miami Beach Book the Same Service?

Absolutely. Kansas City fans staying in Miami Beach book the same way: send us your group size, hotel, and preferred start time on WhatsApp. Your chauffeur can add a stop for photos on Ocean Drive before the game or a celebration dinner afterward, so your away-game trip feels planned instead of improvised.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Serve Around Miami?

Our hourly chauffeur service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s an on-call service that stays around the city, so Naples, Orlando, and West Palm Beach aren’t part of these hourly bookings.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Your chauffeur will handle the drive from Miami Beach to the stadium and back, so your group can savor the Dolphins home opener from the first snap to the last play.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
