Transfer from PortMiami to the Air Supply Concert at Hard Rock Live

A private hourly chauffeur from PortMiami to Air Supply at Hard Rock Live on Friday, January 29, 2027, runs on a 5-hour minimum in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour. Your driver collects the group anywhere in PortMiami, times the drive for the 8:00 PM show, and keeps the same car at your disposal until the night is done.

How Much Does a Private Hourly Chauffeur From PortMiami Cost? 🚙

Pricing is a flat hourly rate per vehicle, not per person, and it depends only on the size of your group.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Bookings start at five hours, a block that comfortably fits a concert night: the pickup in PortMiami, an unhurried dinner, the drive north, the show itself, and the ride home. Your total is simply your vehicle’s hourly rate times the hours you keep the car, so a couple and a larger group of friends can each work out their number before the night begins. The rate covers the vehicle and the chauffeur together, and the whole group splits one figure rather than paying seat by seat.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Choose the vehicle by headcount and the kind of night you have in mind, and every tier comes with its own chauffeur.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the natural pick for a couple or a small circle of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room for everyone to sit together and talk through the setlist.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger layout: 10 to 14 passengers, built for birthday crews and fan clubs traveling as one.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in a top-tier luxury SUV for an anniversary or a special date night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition, shown as examples of the class.

Soft-rock ballads draw couples marking an anniversary and longtime friends turning the show into a reunion. Most bookings for this night are either an SUV for a smaller party or a Sprinter for a bigger gathering. If your headcount sits on the line between two tiers, size up so nobody squeezes in for the ride home.

Is There Private Transportation From PortMiami to Air Supply? 🎤

Yes. A reserved car and driver can take your group from PortMiami to the concert and back.

Air Supply plays Hard Rock Live, the concert hall inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, on Friday, January 29, 2027, with the show set for 8:00 PM. The date is part of A Matter of Time, the duo’s anniversary tour. It brings Russell Hitchcock and Graham Russell back with the ballads that ruled early-eighties radio: “Lost in Love,” “All Out of Love,” and “Making Love Out of Nothing at All.” Expect a singalong crowd of longtime fans, from couples celebrating something special to groups of friends who planned this evening well in advance. That audience wants a night that feels dressed-up and unhurried, and a private chauffeur gives them exactly that. The venue is north of the city, so the evening starts with a real drive from the port. That drive is where a reserved car earns its keep.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in PortMiami? 🏝️

Your chauffeur meets you at any address in PortMiami, whether that’s a cruise terminal curb, a hotel lobby, or a residence.

At the cruise terminals, the driver waits at the passenger pickup curb outside your terminal building, and we confirm the exact terminal and meeting point on WhatsApp before the day. Guests staying at a hotel along the Downtown bayfront are met at the lobby entrance. Riders starting from a residence or a rented apartment get a doorstep pickup. PortMiami sits on its own island, joined to Downtown by Port Boulevard, so the chauffeur plans the approach ahead of time. You walk straight to the car instead of searching for each other in cruise-day bustle. For a concert night, most groups choose an afternoon or early-evening start, which leaves room for dinner before the drive north. Share the pickup spot and start time when you book, and the driver arrives ready.

Can You Go Straight From a Cruise Ship to the Concert?

Yes. If your sailing ends on concert day, the driver can meet you at the terminal, and the car becomes your base until showtime. You can spend the afternoon checking into a hotel, having lunch in Brickell, or strolling through Wynwood, then head north for the show without ever arranging a second ride.

Where Should You Eat Near PortMiami Before the Concert? 🍸

Bayside Marketplace, across the water from PortMiami, is the easiest pre-show dinner stop for most groups.

This open-air waterfront complex on Biscayne Bay has restaurants and bars that look back toward the cruise ships, and it’s a short drive from the terminals. Groups who want something sleeker head just south into Brickell, where rooftop lounges and steakhouses suit an anniversary dinner. Friends who want a livelier start often pick Wynwood, with its murals, galleries, and casual food spots. You can also arrive in Hollywood early and eat at one of the resort’s own restaurants, close to the show. Whichever you choose, the chauffeur drops you at the door, keeps the car close while you eat, and pulls up when you’re ready. No valet line or parking garage stands between dessert and the drive north.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner simply becomes the first stop on your hourly booking. The driver takes you from the pickup to the restaurant, stays nearby while you eat, and then continues to the concert, all within the same block of hours. You pick the restaurant and the timing, and there’s no separate ride or extra fare to arrange.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Live From PortMiami on Concert Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives the group north from the port on the interstate and times the departure around Friday-evening traffic.

Reaching a large resort venue on a concert night is harder than it looks on a map. The Friday commute out of Downtown overlaps with the pre-show rush, a full house of fans heads for the same entrances, and parking plus the walk in can swallow the time you meant to spend over a drink. A private car takes all of that off your plate. Your group rides together in a quiet cabin while the driver watches live traffic and adjusts the route. Nobody has to circle for a space, follow parking signs, or stay alert behind the wheel after a long night of singing. Hollywood sits just past the Miami-Dade line in Broward County, so the trip is a real drive rather than a hop across town.

How Early Should You Leave PortMiami for the 8:00 PM Show?

Plan to leave PortMiami before the evening rush, typically in the late afternoon, and allow a generous cushion if dinner comes first. Friday traffic heading north out of Downtown builds early. Arriving ahead of the crowd gives you time to settle in, grab a drink, and find your seats before the lights go down. Your driver suggests a departure time when you book.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From PortMiami?

From the port, the driver crosses Port Boulevard into Downtown, takes I-395 to I-95 north, and continues into Broward County before finishing on local roads toward State Road 7 near the resort. When the interstate backs up, Florida’s Turnpike is the usual alternative. The chauffeur picks the route on the spot based on live traffic.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Live?

The driver brings you to the passenger drop-off area that serves the venue, as close to the entrance as access allows on a show night. The resort sets its own traffic flow for big concerts, so the chauffeur follows the posted drop-off lanes and lets you out where the walk in is shortest. Then the driver sends you the pickup spot for later.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Concert and Take Us Home?

Yes. Because the car is booked by the hour, your driver stays parked nearby for the entire show. When the encore ends, send a WhatsApp message and the car meets you at the agreed pickup point while others are still lining up for rides. The same driver then takes you home, back to your hotel, or on to a late stop.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Concert Night? 🥂

The hourly rate covers fuel, tolls, and parking, along with the vehicle and your chauffeur’s time.

That includes the interstate tolls on the way north, parking at the resort during the show, and the fuel for every mile of the evening, so you never pay at a garage booth or watch a meter. A few extras can apply, and each one is spelled out before you pay. The first is the night surcharge for hours outside daytime service, covered further down. If you’re bringing something bulky, like a large banner, a stack of gifts for the guest of honor, or a garment bag for a change of outfit, tell us in advance so we can match the vehicle to it. You set everything else about the night, from the route to the pace.

Which Facts Should You Know Before Booking a Concert Chauffeur? 📋

  • Every booking starts with a minimum block of five hours.
  • Each hour after the first five is added at the same hourly rate.
  • Bookings are available every day of the week, daytime or evening.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • A quick comfort stop along the way never changes the price.

Why Choose a Private Chauffeur for Concert Night? 🕴️

A private chauffeur turns the concert into one smooth, upscale evening instead of a string of logistics.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin is yours for the pre-show excitement and for replaying favorite moments on the way home. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps when relatives or friends visiting from abroad are part of the group. The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book, with no surge for a busy concert Friday and no change for traffic or weather. One dedicated driver handles the entire night instead of a rotation of strangers, and you can reach that driver and our team directly on WhatsApp whenever plans shift. Together, that makes a upscale service and a better experience from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Nobody watches the clock, nobody checks prices outside the venue, and nobody gets stuck driving home.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🌆

You choose a vehicle and reserve a block of hours, and the same car and driver stay with you throughout.

Start by picking the tier that seats your group, then decide roughly when the night begins. Bookings start at five hours. The driver picks up at any Miami address, whether that’s a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a home, and the exact spot is agreed when you book. From there you set the stops and their order: dinner first, a quick hotel change, the show, a nightcap. After your first five hours, every additional hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate. Those added hours are settled after the day rather than on the spot. You never have to cut the night short. If the encore runs long or the group wants one more stop, keep the car as long as you need.

Can You Change Stops Once the Night Has Started?

Yes. The itinerary is never locked. Add a stop, drop one, or linger longer at dinner, and the driver adjusts as long as the schedule allows. Tell the chauffeur in person or over WhatsApp. The rate stays the same, and only the clock keeps running.

How Is Payment Handled? 🎊

The full fare is paid at booking, and every method works from your phone.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid up front, locks in your booking.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is the starting point, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour past that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and is settled after the day.

Is a Night Surcharge Added After the Concert? 🎆

Daytime service runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge, so a concert-night booking that continues past 6:00 PM picks up the surcharge below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The SUV surcharge is one flat addition per trip, not per hour, which keeps the math simple for couples and small groups. For the Sprinter tiers, the surcharge is a percentage of the trip value, so it scales with the size of the booking. Either way, we confirm it in writing before you pay.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Cover? 🏙️

This hourly service stays local, covering Miami and the nearby stretch up toward Fort Lauderdale, which includes Hollywood.

Your driver works across Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the neighborhoods around Miami International Airport. The service also reaches the nearby communities heading north toward Fort Lauderdale, which is why a PortMiami pickup and a concert in Hollywood fit neatly into one booking. Staying close to the city is what lets us offer an on-call, unhurried chauffeur who knows the shortcuts, the drop-off lanes, and the dinner spots by heart. Hourly bookings don’t run out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. The car and driver stay around greater Miami, so your evening flows from one nearby stop to the next. On a concert night, that local focus means more of your hours go to dinner and the show, and fewer to the highway.

Can You Book a Private Driver From PortMiami to Hard Rock Live? 🍾

Yes. You can reserve a private driver from PortMiami for the January 29 concert over WhatsApp today.

Send your group size, the pickup spot in PortMiami, a rough start time, and any dinner or after-show stops you have in mind, and we confirm the vehicle and the plan in writing. Friend groups often book the larger Sprinter so everyone arrives together. Couples tend to choose the SUV or the Platinum tier for a date-night feel. Booking early is wise for a Friday concert at a venue this popular. We reserve drivers and private vans one group at a time, so the calendar can fill around large shows. The questions below cover what fans ask once their tickets are in hand: whether the vehicle is shared, traveling with a pet, booking on very short notice, and adding a late stop after the encore.

Is a Private Van to the Concert Shared With Other Fans?

No. Every vehicle, from the SUV to each private van, carries one group only. You never share seats with strangers, never wait for other riders, and never follow a fixed schedule. Your private van leaves when your group is ready and goes only where you ask, from PortMiami to dinner, the show, and home.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Confirming ahead keeps the cabin comfortable for everyone in the group and avoids any surprise at pickup.

What Happens if You Book the Concert Ride Less Than a Day Ahead?

You’re welcome to book for the next 24 hours, and once the time is agreed, your slot is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside on such short notice, so the date and time stay as agreed and we can’t guarantee a change or refund. You can always add more hours on the day.

Can You Stop Somewhere Late After the Show Before Heading Home?

Yes. A nightcap in Brickell, a late bite on South Beach, or a walk along the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk can all follow the concert in the same booking. The driver stays with you the whole time, and the ride ends at your hotel, near the port, or at your home whenever you call it a night.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

The night is set: dinner by the water, the drive north, the show, and the ride home with the same chauffeur. If anything changes before the day, send a message and we’ll adjust the stops. 🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
