Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday, February 4, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is at 7:30 PM in Downtown Miami. Your driver picks you up anywhere in PortMiami, drops you near the arena and waits for you after the final buzzer to take you back or on to dinner.
Each vehicle has one flat hourly price. Every game-night booking starts with a five-hour minimum block, which covers dinner, the drive, the game and the ride afterward.
Choose the tier by the size of your group and the kind of night you want. The Black SUV XL suits a couple or a few friends. The two Sprinter sizes keep a bigger crew together in one cabin. The Platinum SUV has a more refined interior for a client evening, an anniversary or a birthday at the game. The hourly price covers the vehicle and the chauffeur. The time your driver spends on call during the game is simply part of your booked hours.
You can pay three simple ways, and your date is held as soon as your payment arrives.
A private chauffeur turns a start at the cruise port and a Downtown tip-off into one smooth evening.
Your group rides in a vehicle reserved only for you, with the same chauffeur from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Nobody has to juggle apps, find parking or split up for the ride home. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book. It doesn’t rise on a sold-out night or change because of traffic or weather. Your driver speaks your language, keeps the cabin cool and clean, and stays on call through the game, so the car is ready when the crowd pours out. You message the driver or our team directly on WhatsApp, so an earlier start, a new dinner spot or one more stop takes a single text. That’s what upscale service means on an event night: fewer decisions, more time with your people and a better experience from the moment you leave the ship or the hotel lobby.
Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the hourly rate, so the drive Downtown costs nothing extra.
Every vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which helps when you’re pulling up digital tickets or sharing photos on the way in. You can take one short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack or a stretch. Just ask the driver, and the flat rate stays the same. The cabin has room for signs, a foam finger or new merch from the game. If you plan to bring something big, tell us in advance. The only other charges that can apply are the night surcharge explained further down and any hours you choose to add beyond your booking.
Yes. A private SUV or Sprinter with its own chauffeur can take your group from PortMiami to this game and bring you back.
The Miami Heat host the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday, February 4, 2027, with tip-off at 7:30 PM at Kaseya Center, the arena on the bay in Downtown Miami. It’s a regular-season Eastern Conference game against a team that often makes the playoffs. Weeknight games like this fill the building with Heat Culture energy, and Biscayne Boulevard gets hectic well before the first quarter. February is also peak season in Miami, so cruise passengers, snowbirds and visiting fans join the locals, and the roads around the port and Downtown get busier. A reserved chauffeur means you don’t have to think about parking. Your group rides in together, gets out close to the action and never has to decide who drives home. Reserve early, because weeknight games in peak season are popular dates.
The crowd looks like Miami itself: longtime season-ticket holders, young professionals coming straight from work, couples on a date night, families with kids and groups of friends making a night of it. Latin American fans bring huge energy, and the lower bowl tends to dress up. Many riders like arriving in a clean, cool vehicle instead of walking out of a hot parking garage.
Bayside Marketplace sits next to the port bridge and the arena, so it’s the easiest place to meet before the game for waterfront dining and drinks. For a sit-down dinner, Brickell’s restaurants around Brickell City Centre are a quick loop south. Versailles on SW 8th Street in Little Havana serves a classic Cuban meal. Your driver waits at each stop and heads Downtown when you’re ready.
Your chauffeur meets you at any address in PortMiami. Most often that’s the curb outside your cruise terminal.
We agree on the exact spot when you book, so the driver knows which terminal, which curb and roughly when your group expects to walk out. You don’t have to start at the port, either. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, such as a hotel lobby in Downtown or Brickell, Miami International Airport or a private home, and the evening runs the same way from there. The port can be hectic on days when ships dock, so we plan the pickup around your ship’s schedule and keep in touch on WhatsApp until you’re in the car. If your group is staying at a residence near Downtown, the car can wait at the lobby or front entrance while everyone gathers. After that, you set the plan: a drink by the water, an early dinner or straight to the game.
Yes. You can go from your ship straight into game night. The driver picks up your group at the terminal, and the same car can stop at your hotel so everyone can check in and change before heading Downtown. The vehicle stays with you for the whole block, so you don’t need to arrange a second ride between the port, the hotel and the game.
Your chauffeur crosses the Port Boulevard bridge onto Biscayne Boulevard, which brings you Downtown right beside the arena.
The ride is commonly short on a normal evening, but game night is different. Biscayne Boulevard and the streets around Bayfront Park fill with fans, cars dropping people off and lines for the parking garages well before tip-off. When the boulevard backs up, the driver can take the PortMiami Tunnel toward the MacArthur Causeway and I-395 and come into Downtown from the north. Either way, allow extra time. Aim to reach the arena area well before 7:30 PM so you can get through security, find your seats and watch warm-ups without rushing. Because the driver is already booked for the evening, you don’t have to find parking, wait in a garage line or walk from a distant lot. You arrive together, relaxed and ready for tip-off.
The driver gets your group as close to the venue as access allows on game night, usually along Biscayne Boulevard near the main entrance, depending on how police are directing traffic. The driver confirms the exact drop-off point on the way in and tells everyone where the car will be after the game, so no one has to guess.
Yes. The driver stays on call for the whole game, parked nearby and reachable on WhatsApp, while your booked hours keep running. You can leave jackets or shopping in the vehicle. If you want to leave early to beat the crowd, one message brings the car to the agreed pickup spot.
Before the fourth quarter ends, your chauffeur messages you the exact pickup point, usually a short walk from the arena where traffic can move. Everyone leaves the building at the same time, so give the crowd a few minutes before heading to the agreed spot. The same car and driver will be waiting to take you back to PortMiami, to your hotel or to a late dinner.
Our private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes, so even a large group can ride to the game together.
The reference models describe the class of vehicle. They aren’t a promise of a specific make and model on game night. If your group is near a tier’s limit, choose the next size up so jackets, signs and everyone’s elbows have room. Every tier keeps your group in one private vehicle instead of spread across separate cars.
You reserve one vehicle for a five-hour block, and the driver stays with your group the whole time.
First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then send a rough start time and the stops you have in mind, such as a pickup in PortMiami, dinner, the arena and wherever the night ends. The block starts at your first pickup. Within it, you decide the order and the pace, and you can add or drop a stop. The chauffeur waits at each one, so the car is ready when you are. After the five-hour block, each additional hour is simply added at your vehicle’s same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate. Keep the car for a late dinner in Brickell or a nightcap in South Beach, and settle the extra time after the day with the driver or on WhatsApp. That makes it simple to say yes to overtime games and long dinners after the game.
If your ride is within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside for your group. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the ride goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.
A small surcharge applies to trips outside daytime hours, which run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The SUV surcharge is one flat add-on per trip. The Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the trip value. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Your booking confirmation shows the surcharge clearly, so your total won’t hold any surprises.
This hourly service stays local, covering Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.
Your driver knows the city and keeps the evening close to home: PortMiami, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Miami Beach, Wynwood, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Doral and the area around Miami International Airport. That covers almost everything a game night needs: a pickup when your ship docks, dinner in Little Havana or Brickell, the arena and a nightcap in South Beach. The service is meant to be on call and unhurried around the city, so it doesn’t go out to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach. Staying local keeps your chauffeur close whenever you need the car, whether that’s a quick move between stops or leaving before the last few minutes of the game. If your plans include a stop north of Miami toward Fort Lauderdale, mention it when you book.
The simplest way to get to this game from the port, and home again afterward, is to reserve a private chauffeur.
Driving yourself Downtown on a Heat night means competing for parking. Taking separate rides means waiting at the curb when the whole building empties at once. A booked car solves both. Your group leaves PortMiami together, stops wherever you choose and never has to search for a ride at the end of the night. If your group is arriving on a cruise or staying at a Downtown hotel, a booked car also keeps everyone together from start to finish. You never have to split up or wonder who’s riding with whom. The questions below are the ones cruise passengers and visiting fans ask most often before booking, from when to leave to pets and extra stops.
Leave PortMiami well before the 7:30 PM tip-off, and allow extra time because Downtown traffic builds early on game night. If you want dinner first, start the booking in the late afternoon so the meal, the short drive and security all fit without rushing. Your chauffeur can suggest timing based on conditions that evening.
Yes, in the form of your own private van. We don’t run shared shuttles. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is reserved only for your group, picks you up in PortMiami at the time you choose and stays with you all night. Nobody else boards, there’s no fixed schedule and the van leaves when your group is ready.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
No. We provide the private car and chauffeur, not tickets or venue tours. If you’ve booked the All-Access Tour yourself, your driver can take you there as one of your stops, wait and then continue to dinner or the game. You arrange tour and game tickets separately.
Yes. You set the stops, so the driver can take your group from the game to a late dinner in Brickell, a lounge in South Beach or back to your hotel. If the night runs past your reserved hours, just tell the driver and keep going. The same car and chauffeur stay with you until the last drop-off.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Yes. Send one WhatsApp message, and our team will confirm your vehicle, pickup and timing for February 4.
Tell us how many people are in your group, where in PortMiami or elsewhere in Miami you want to start, a rough pickup time and the stops you’d like. That could be a drink at Bayside Marketplace, a Cuban dinner in Little Havana or a straight run Downtown. We reply with availability for the vehicle that fits, confirm the details and send everything you need to secure the date. From then until game night, we stay in touch on WhatsApp, so any changes to the plan are simple to share, and your pickup at the terminal or the lobby goes smoothly. Heat nights in February are popular, especially when your ship docks the same day as a weeknight game. Check availability as soon as you have your tickets and confirm your booking early.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
