Transfer to The Fillmore Miami Beach for Aitana

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Aitana at The Fillmore Miami Beach on Sunday, November 29, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver stays with you from the pre-show dinner to the final song, the rate is locked at booking with no surge, and the 8:00 PM show starts without anyone circling for parking.

How Much Does an Hourly Chauffeur to Aitana Cost From Miami? 📋

Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every concert-night booking is reserved as a five-hour block that covers dinner, the show, and the ride home.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Your fare is your vehicle’s hourly rate times the hours you keep it, so the whole evening is priced before you leave Miami. Friends heading to the show together ride in one vehicle instead of splitting across several cars, so everyone arrives and leaves at the same time. The only charge tied to the clock is the night surcharge for hours outside daytime service. It’s explained further down this page, and every figure is listed there.

What Comes Included in an Hourly Chauffeur Rate? 🚙

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate for the whole night.

No meter runs on the causeway, and nobody has to hunt for a garage off Lincoln Road. Every vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, so you can post clips from the encore on the drive home. A quick restroom, snack, or stretch break during the booking is easy to arrange: just ask the driver. One brief comfort stop doesn’t change the rate. There’s room for the signs, merch, and outfit changes fans bring to a concert. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. Two charges can be added on top of the hourly rate: the night surcharge and any hours you decide to add.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Concert Night? 🕴️

A private chauffeur makes your Aitana night a premium service from start to finish.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin becomes your own warm-up session, and everyone is singing the choruses long before you reach the causeway. Your chauffeur is bilingual, which makes it easy for families and friend groups who switch languages all evening to plan their stops. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book, so a busy show night, a rain shower, or slow traffic on Washington Avenue never changes the price. One driver stays assigned to you for the full block and keeps the car close during the concert. You message that driver directly on WhatsApp, so your plans go straight to the person behind the wheel instead of through a call center. It all adds up to a better experience: no parking decisions, no scramble at the curb after the last song, and nobody stuck as the designated driver on a Sunday night out.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami to Aitana on November 29? 🎤

Yes, a private hourly chauffeur can take your group from Miami to Aitana on Sunday, November 29, 2026.

Aitana is the Barcelona-born pop star who first became known on a Spanish TV talent show and now headlines arenas across Spain. Her world tour comes to The Fillmore Miami Beach for an 8:00 PM show, and it’s one of very few US stops on the tour. That makes it a large night: fans will drive in from across Florida and the Southeast, and Miami’s Spanish-speaking communities will turn out in force. On a night like this, the ride is part of the celebration. Your group rides together in matching tour shirts and plays the new album on the way over. Nobody has to leave early to move a car or find a ride home. The drive becomes the opening act of the night.

What kind of show is Aitana’s Miami Beach concert?

It’s a Spanish-language pop concert in a theater, which feels far more intimate than the arenas and stadiums she fills back home. The tour celebrates her Latin Grammy-winning album. Fans treat the night as a full occasion, with coordinated outfits, photos, and dinner beforehand, rather than a quick in-and-out.

Who usually goes to an Aitana concert in Miami?

Her audience is devoted Spanish-language pop fans, many from Miami’s Venezuelan, Colombian, Argentine, Cuban, and Spanish expat communities. The crowd leans Gen Z and millennial: groups of friends, couples, and mothers bringing teenage daughters. Nearly everyone in the room knows every word, and that’s why so many groups like to ride over together.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for The Fillmore Miami Beach? 🎭

Leave Miami with plenty of time before the 8:00 PM start, ideally after an early dinner.

Even on a Sunday evening, traffic builds on the MacArthur and Julia Tuttle causeways, and the blocks around Washington Avenue and Lincoln Road fill up quickly before a show. Check your ticket for the doors time and work backward so your group has time for the merch table, photos out front, and finding seats without rushing. Your chauffeur plans the route from your pickup point and changes course if one causeway backs up. The car is yours for the whole block, so arriving early wastes nothing: you can linger over dessert nearby while the driver holds the vehicle. The real payoff comes after the final song. The whole theater empties onto the street at once, and your ride home is already arranged.

Where does the driver drop you off at The Fillmore Miami Beach?

The driver drops your group as close to the theater’s entrance as street access allows that night. Show-night traffic can mean a curb a short walk away. In that case, the driver picks the clearest spot available and points everyone toward the doors before heading off to park.

Can the driver wait during the show?

Yes, waiting through the show is the whole point of booking by the hour. While you sing along inside, the driver stays parked nearby with the vehicle and can be reached on WhatsApp. Nobody has to step out during the concert to move a car, and the vehicle is ready when the house lights come up.

How do you meet your driver after the concert ends?

Message the driver on WhatsApp as the encore wraps up, and the car will come to a pickup spot as close to the entrance as traffic allows. If you agree on that spot during drop-off, you’ll find each other quickly, even when the whole crowd heads for the street at the same moment.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Aitana Show in One Booking? 🥂

Yes, one hourly booking covers a sit-down dinner, the concert, and the ride home.

Here’s an easy plan: start the block before dinner, ride to the restaurant, then go straight on to the theater with no gap between the meal and the music. The driver drops you at the restaurant door and is ready to go when the check is paid. That fits the way Aitana fans like to celebrate: a long table, maybe birthday candles for someone in the group, and plenty of photos in concert outfits before anyone sees the stage. You select the restaurant and make the reservation, and we handle the driving, so nobody has to select between ordering a drink and driving the car home. If the group wants to stop at the Wynwood murals for photos on the way, add it to your list of stops at booking or just ask on the night. A dessert stop after the show works the same way.

Which Miami neighborhoods work best for a pre-concert dinner?

Lincoln Road and Collins Park keep dinner close to the theater, and South Beach along Ocean Drive adds ocean views. Groups starting on the mainland often choose Brickell for rooftop dining, Little Havana for Cuban classics, or Coconut Grove for a quieter waterfront table before crossing the causeway together.

How Many Hours Should You Book for the Show? 🎊

The first five-hour block usually covers dinner, the concert, and the drive home.

Work backward from the 8:00 PM start. Allow time for dinner and the trip over, the show itself, and the ride to wherever the night ends. Groups staying near Miami Beach often fit comfortably inside the block. A pickup out in Doral or Coral Gables, a Wynwood photo stop, or a late dessert on Ocean Drive can make the evening longer. Some fans also like to hang back after the encore, trading videos and buying last-minute merch before getting in the car. If you expect a long night, book a little extra time up front so the driver’s schedule is planned around you from the start. If the night still runs longer than planned, you can keep adding hours on the same terms explained in the booking section below. Any hours outside daytime service also carry the night surcharge.

Does an 8:00 PM Show Mean a Night Surcharge on the Ride Home? 🌆

Daytime service runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge, and trips outside those hours carry a night surcharge based on vehicle size.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For the SUV, it’s a single flat add-on per trip, not an hourly charge. For the Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the trip value. Either way, the figure is listed right here and confirmed in your WhatsApp booking, so there are no surprises when you pay.

Which Facts Should Concertgoers Know Before Booking a Driver? 🎆

  • Every booking starts with a five-hour block of reserved time.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all night.
  • Your driver waits near the venue through the whole show.
  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are already built into the hourly rate.
  • Each chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day of the week, daytime or late evening.
  • Every hour past the first five is added at the same rate.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

When you book by the hour, you reserve a vehicle and a chauffeur, then plan the night yourself.

First, select the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us your headcount, a rough start time, and your list of stops on WhatsApp: dinner, a photo spot, the theater, a late dessert. We confirm the vehicle and lock in your block of hours. On the night, the same chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off, waits at the venue during the concert, and follows the order of stops you select. Plans can change as the evening goes on. Add a stop, skip one, or stay longer somewhere if the schedule allows, with no new fare to negotiate. The driver handles the causeway traffic, the timing at the curb, and the route home, so your group can focus on the setlist. Everything is arranged in a normal conversation over WhatsApp, not through forms or apps.

Where does the driver pick you up in Miami?

The driver picks you up anywhere in Miami, at a spot you agree on when you book: a hotel lobby, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. If you’re getting off a ship on concert day, you can ride straight from the terminal to dinner and the show. There’s no fixed departure point or meeting spot.

Can we keep the car past the first five hours?

Yes, you can keep the car as long as the night lasts. Every additional hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate as the first, with no renegotiated fare. The extra time is settled after the day wraps up, either with the driver or over WhatsApp.

Which Payment Methods Lock In Your Concert Booking? 📋

Payment is simple: you pay the full fare when you book, all arranged over WhatsApp.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid up front, locks in your booking.
  • Hours: There’s a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and is settled after the night wraps up.

What happens if you book the concert ride within 24 hours?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time stay as agreed. On that short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the night itself.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Four private vehicle types cover every group size, from a couple to a full fan club.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. A good fit for a couple, a mother and daughter, or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room for a mid-size friend group to ride and sing together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers. The larger version for a big group or fan club outing.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in an upscale luxury SUV, suited to birthdays and special nights. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every vehicle is private and comes with your chauffeur. The models listed for the Platinum SUV are examples of that class, not a promise of a specific make. Select by headcount first, then by the feel you want for the night. Couples and smaller friend groups usually select the Black SUV XL, and a birthday group that wants a more upscale arrival often chooses the Platinum SUV. Bigger groups stay together in a Sprinter instead of coordinating two cars across the causeway.

Is There a Private Shuttle for Concertgoers Leaving Miami? 🚐

Yes, the private shuttle option is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for your group alone.

Fans searching for a private shuttle to the show usually want what a Sprinter offers: one vehicle, a departure time the group chooses, and no seats sold to other passengers. There’s no fixed schedule to catch and no stop list set by anyone else. The Sprinter leaves when your group is ready and goes where your plan says. It’s the same hourly chauffeur service as the SUVs, just with room for a larger group, which works well for fan clubs, birthday groups, and families combining several households for one large night. Everyone arrives together, everyone leaves together, and nobody misses the post-show setlist debate because they’re in a different car. The questions below cover the rest of what concertgoers ask before booking, from the best way out of Miami to traveling with a pet.

What’s the best way to get to Aitana from Miami?

The most direct way from Miami to the show is a private chauffeur by the hour. One vehicle takes the group over the causeway, stops for dinner on the way, handles the theater drop-off, and brings everyone home afterward. Nobody searches for parking, and the group stays together when the concert ends.

Which areas around Miami does the hourly service cover?

The hourly service stays local and on call around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It stays around town and doesn’t go to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can a pet ride along on the concert-night booking?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
