Transfer from PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Detroit Pistons at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Detroit Pistons at Kaseya Center on Saturday, November 14, 2026 (8:00 PM tip-off) in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The rate is locked at booking with no surge, and the same car and chauffeur stay with you from the port to the final buzzer and back.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From PortMiami to the Heat Game Cost? 🚙

Each vehicle has its own hourly rate, and every booking runs a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Select your tier by headcount, not just budget. A couple or a small family fits the SUV comfortably. A group of friends or a company outing rides together in a Sprinter, so nobody has to split into separate cars. The hourly figure covers the vehicle and the chauffeur for your whole booking, starting at your PortMiami pickup and ending when the last passenger steps out. There is no per-stop fee, so a pre-game dinner, the arena, and a nightcap afterward all fit inside the same hours. A game that ends late only moves the clock forward. It never resets the price.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Heat Game? 🚐

Four private tiers cover every group, from a couple to a full office outing.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It suits couples, families, and small groups of friends heading to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (mid-size): a private van for a medium-sized group that wants to ride in together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (large): the bigger private van, for a full birthday party or an office outing.
  • Platinum SUV: a luxury full-size SUV for 1 to 5 passengers. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier arrives clean and is reserved for your party alone. The Platinum SUV has a more polished cabin for a birthday, an anniversary, or a client you desire to impress. A Sprinter helps most when a group would otherwise require several cars: everyone leaves PortMiami together, sits together at dinner, and rides home together.

How Many People Fit in the Van From PortMiami?

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two private layouts. One seats 6 to 9 passengers and the larger one seats 10 to 14. Either one carries your whole group from the PortMiami curb to the arena in a single vehicle. Nobody waits for a second car, and the group stays together through dinner, the game, and the ride home.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for the Heat Game Instead of Driving? 🕴️

A private chauffeur makes game night a premium service that starts at the port. Nobody else rides in your vehicle, so the cabin is yours for pre-game music, a jersey change, or a quiet word with a client. The hourly rate is locked when you book. A packed arena, a rain shower, or heavy Biscayne Boulevard traffic never raises it, because there is no surge. One chauffeur stays with you for the entire booking, so you deal with one person, use one WhatsApp thread, and never explain the plan twice. Your driver speaks English and Spanish, which helps mixed-language families and visiting friends feel at ease. Nobody in the group has to stay sober to drive, circle for a parking space, or walk back to a distant garage. The result is a better experience from the first pickup to the last drop-off, and your attention stays on the Heat instead of the logistics.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate From PortMiami? 📋

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate. Your booking covers the private vehicle, the chauffeur, and every mile driven while the clock runs, whether you go straight downtown or loop through several neighborhoods before tip-off. The driver pays any expressway tolls and parking fees along the way, so nobody reaches for a card at the end of the night. There is room for what fans usually carry, like team signs, a change of clothes for dinner, or merch from the team store. If you plan to bring something bulky, tell us in advance so we can match the vehicle. Two things can add to the total. The first is the evening surcharge in the next section, which matters for a game that tips off at 8:00 PM. The second is any time you add beyond your reserved hours. That time is billed at your vehicle’s usual rate and is not included.

Does a Late Game Night Add a Surcharge After 6:00 PM? 🎆

Daytime trips between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge, but trips outside that window do. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

We list it here so the total we confirm on WhatsApp has no surprise charge in it. The surcharge is added on top of the booking and never changes your hourly rate. Your reserved hours, and any hours you add, are still billed at your vehicle’s usual rate. For the SUV it is a fixed amount per trip. For the Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value, as listed above.

Which Payment Methods Secure Your Game-Night Booking? 📋

Paying for game night is simple, and you can use any of three common methods.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum sets your reserved block. You can keep the car longer whenever you like: every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and it is settled after the day.

Need the Key Facts Before Your PortMiami Pickup? 🏙️

  • You can add, drop, or extend stops on the day without a new fare.
  • A short comfort stop during the booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • Service runs every day, for both daytime and evening bookings.
  • You book and confirm everything by WhatsApp, directly with our team.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🏙️

You select a vehicle, reserve at least five hours, and one chauffeur drives you all evening. Start by telling us your group size so we can match the right tier. Then pick a start time that leaves room for dinner before tip-off. Your chauffeur can pick you up at any Miami address agreed at booking: a hotel lobby, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or your front door. The clock starts at pickup, and the car is yours until the booking ends. You set the stops and their order, and the chauffeur drives you and stays with you between each one. If overtime, a late dinner, or one more round keeps the night going, just say so. Every extra hour after your reserved block is added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate. You don’t pay for it on the spot. The extra time is settled after the day.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of Tip-Off?

If your booking is within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you. Once the day and time are agreed, a chauffeur and vehicle are set aside for your group. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening runs as planned. You can still add more hours on the day.

Why Is Miami Heat vs. Detroit Pistons a Big Saturday Night Downtown? 🏟️

Miami Heat vs. Detroit Pistons is a Saturday-night NBA game on November 14, 2026. Tip-off is at 8:00 PM at Kaseya Center, the Heat’s bayfront arena in Downtown Miami. A regular-season Eastern Conference game on a weekend frequently becomes a full night out. Expect the full home-game show: an in-arena DJ, the dance team, halftime entertainment, and fans in team colors who arrive early to enjoy it. It is also the Heat’s second meeting with Detroit this season, so regular fans will be watching closely. For cruise guests and anyone staying near the port, this is one of the easiest big nights in the city to reach, because the arena sits just across the water from PortMiami. Most groups follow the same plan: dinner first, then the game, then a drink or a late bite. Those three stops fit effortlessly into one chauffeured booking.

Is a Saturday Heat Game a Good Night Out for Groups and Families?

Yes. A Saturday Heat game draws a wide mix of people: families in matching jerseys, friends celebrating a birthday, couples on a date night, business hosts with clients, and visitors who planned their trip around an NBA night in Miami. A private vehicle works for all of them, because the whole party arrives together and leaves together.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From PortMiami on Game Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur leaves PortMiami over the Port Boulevard bridge, which lands on Biscayne Boulevard. The arena is right there, so on a normal evening this is typically one of the shortest drives in the city. A Saturday tip-off changes that. Biscayne Boulevard fills with arriving fans, cars lining up for garages, and diners heading to Bayside, so permit plenty of extra time instead of cutting it close. If the bridge approach backs up, a driver who knows downtown can take the PortMiami Tunnel toward the MacArthur Causeway and I-395 and come in from the other side. Beating the tip-off traffic mostly comes down to leaving early. The easiest way to do that is to plan dinner first, so the group is already downtown before the crowd peaks. Arriving early costs you nothing extra, because the car is already yours for the whole evening.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena entrance as game-night traffic control allows, typically on Biscayne Boulevard or the nearest open side street. Police closures change from event to event, so the driver checks conditions on arrival and picks the drop-off point that keeps the walk short and the group together.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays downtown for the whole game while your booking runs. The car waits nearby instead of leaving the area. You can message the driver on WhatsApp from your seats at any time, whether you plan to stay until the final buzzer or leave early to beat the crowd.

Where Do You Meet the Driver After the Final Buzzer?

Before you go inside, agree on a pickup point with your chauffeur. Pick a spot a short walk from the arena, away from the biggest crowds. When the game ends, send a WhatsApp message as you walk out. The driver pulls up there and takes the group to a late dinner, a nightcap, or straight home.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in PortMiami? 🌆

We can pick you up at any address in PortMiami, most frequently the passenger curb outside your cruise terminal. The port has several terminals for distinct cruise lines. Send the terminal or ship name when you book, and the chauffeur will wait at the right curb instead of driving around the island. If you are staying at a waterfront hotel just off the port or at a home nearby, we can pick you up from the lobby or front door instead. The pickup spot is set when you confirm. Your driver messages you on WhatsApp on arrival with the vehicle details, so you don’t have to search a long line of cars. Because the clock starts at pickup, the group can take its time: freshen up, put on jerseys, and obtain settled without rushing. From there, you can head straight downtown or stop for dinner first.

Can You Go Straight From Your Cruise to the Heat Game?

Yes, you can go from your cruise straight to the game. Ships usually return in the morning. Some guests reserve a longer block and spend the afternoon on lunch in Brickell, a hotel check-in, or time along the bay. Others check in first and schedule a later pickup. Either way, one chauffeur handles the whole day.

What Can You Do Near PortMiami Before the Heat Tip Off? 🍸

Bayside Marketplace, right next to the arena, is the classic pre-game stop from PortMiami. It sits on the bay, steps from the port bridge, with waterfront restaurants, bars, and live music, and it fills with fans in jerseys well before tip-off. For a calmer start, Maurice A. Ferré Park and the Pérez Art Museum Miami are on the water just north of the arena, a good spot for skyline photos around sunset. Groups that desire a proper sit-down dinner usually head just south to Brickell, and anyone craving Cuban food can stop in Little Havana first. Because the car is booked by the hour, the chauffeur drops you at each stop, stays close, and drives you to the next one. Nobody has to hunt for parking on Biscayne Boulevard or watch the time during dinner. These are ideas for your booked hours, not reservations we create, so book tables or museum tickets directly with each venue.

Where Should You Eat in Brickell Before a Heat Game?

Brickell is the go-to dinner neighborhood before a downtown game. It is full of steakhouses, sushi bars, and rooftop restaurants a short ride from the arena. Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre have many of them close together, so the chauffeur can drop the group at the door and be ready when dinner ends. Book your table directly with the restaurant.

Is Downtown Miami Fun for Kids Before a Game?

Yes, Downtown Miami works well for families before an evening game. Frost Science and the Pérez Art Museum Miami are both in Museum Park by the bay, and Bayside Marketplace has open-air space to walk and snack. The chauffeur can shorten or reorder stops as soon as the kids get tired. Check each museum’s hours and tickets directly before you go.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover? 🏝️

Our hourly chauffeur stays local, covering Miami and the neighborhoods around it. That keeps the service on call and unhurried. The same driver can take you between Downtown Miami, Brickell, and Miami Beach, through Wynwood or Little Havana, and out to Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Doral, or Key Biscayne, without spending your hours on a long drive. The area around Miami International Airport is part of our regular area. So are nearby communities up toward Fort Lauderdale, if a pickup or a late dinner is in that direction. Farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, and West Palm Beach aren’t part of this hourly service. It is designed to stay around the city, close to the evening you came for. For a Heat game from PortMiami, that local focus fits well, since every stop you might add to the night is easy to reach from the port and the arena.

Is There Private Transportation From PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Detroit Pistons? 🎤

Yes. A chauffeur booked by the hour is the private way to create this trip. It is also the only kind of service we offer. Your party rides alone in its own vehicle from the PortMiami curb, with no strangers to pick up along the way and no other group’s schedule to wait on. If you are looking for a van to the Heat game, the answer is the same in a bigger size: a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter that carries your whole group together. The booking covers the whole evening, not a single drop-off, which is its big advantage over a one-way ride. Dinner, the game, and whatever comes after all run on one reservation. Out-of-town guests, cruise passengers with an evening to fill, and local fans who would rather not drive downtown on a Saturday all book it the same way.

How Early Should You Leave PortMiami for the 8:00 PM Tip-Off?

Leave PortMiami well before the 8:00 PM tip-off. Ideally, have dinner downtown or in Brickell first, so the group is already near the arena as crowds build. Traffic on Biscayne Boulevard gets heavier as tip-off approaches, so leave plenty of extra time. A late-afternoon start usually covers dinner, the game, and the ride home.

How Do You Get Around Downtown Miami and Miami Beach on Game Day?

With a chauffeur by the hour, getting around Downtown Miami and Miami Beach is one continuous ride. The car takes you from the port to dinner, then to the game, then over the MacArthur Causeway for a nightcap in South Beach, all without looking for parking once. Just tell the driver your next stop, and the route changes with your plans.

Can the Group Be Picked Up at PortMiami and a Downtown Hotel?

Yes. List both stops when you book, and the chauffeur picks everyone up in order, for example the cruise terminal curb first and a downtown hotel lobby second. All the pickups are part of the same hourly booking, so the group can meet up on the way to dinner instead of arranging separate rides to the arena.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on Game Day?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Lock In Your Car for Heat vs. Pistons Night? 🥂

You can reserve with one WhatsApp message that includes your group size, start time, and stops. List your plans for November 14, such as a dinner spot, the game, and maybe a nightcap. Tell us whether pickup is at the cruise terminal, a hotel lobby, or a home in or near PortMiami. Mention anything that affects the vehicle choice, such as a birthday banner or a guest who needs extra room. We reply with the right tier, confirm availability for the date, and explain the payment that holds the car and chauffeur for your group. After that, the plan can still change: add a dinner stop, reorder the evening, or decide at halftime to keep the car for a late night in Brickell. Confirming early gives you the widest choice of vehicles for a busy downtown Saturday. Message us on WhatsApp to check availability and confirm your booking for Heat vs. Pistons night.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
