A private hourly chauffeur from Aventura to Arcangel at Kaseya Center on Sunday, October 11, 2026, costs a flat rate from $100 per hour in a Black SUV XL, with a 5-hour minimum and the same bilingual driver all evening. The show starts at 8:00 PM. Your driver picks you up at any address in Aventura, the rate is locked when you book, and there is no surge.
Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every booking is for at least five hours.
Five hours is enough for an evening like this one: pickup in Aventura, an unhurried dinner, the drive south, the whole show, and the ride back north. The hourly figure covers the vehicle and the chauffeur together. It is not charged per person, so a bigger group splits the same rate more ways. Select your tier by headcount first. The Platinum SUV is for couples or small groups who want the most refined cabin we offer. Trips outside daytime hours carry a separate night surcharge, which is explained further down this page so the full picture is clear before you reserve.
You pay the full fare up front to reserve.
Daytime service runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside that window carry a night surcharge that depends on the vehicle type.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV it is one fixed add-on for the journey, not an hourly charge. For a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter it is a percentage of the journey value. Nothing else changes after dark: same chauffeur, same hourly structure, and the route home is still yours to set. You can go straight back up to Aventura or stop for a late bite first. When we confirm your booking on WhatsApp, we give you the complete total with the surcharge included.
You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours and spend it however the evening goes.
Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your headcount. Then send us your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind. The block begins at pickup and runs at least five hours. During that time the chauffeur follows your plan: dinner first, a detour to collect a friend, a swift stop for water before the arena. The pickup spot is agreed at booking and can be any Miami address, including a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. That means a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the concert. If the five hours run out and the evening is still going, you don’t need to renegotiate anything. Every additional hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, you keep the car as long as you require it, and those extra hours are settled after the day.
A private vehicle reserved for your group alone makes a packed Sunday arena night calmer and more relaxing.
The car belongs to your group for the whole evening. It is never shared and never swapped partway through. The same goes for the chauffeur, a bilingual driver who stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. The hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge, so heavy show traffic or a long encore never raises the price. Nobody in your group has to drive, circle for parking, or skip a drink to get everyone home, so the whole group can sing every chorus. All your plans go through one direct WhatsApp thread with us. A changed dinner time or an extra friend takes one swift message. One car, one driver, one fixed rate, and direct contact add up to upscale service, and a better experience than piecing the evening together yourself.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, along with the vehicle and your chauffeur.
Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which helps when you require your digital tickets or want to share videos on the way home. A short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy to fit in. Just ask the driver, and the flat rate doesn’t change. There’s room for what concertgoers commonly carry, like merch bags, a change of shoes, or a homemade sign. If you’re bringing something large, tell us in advance. The only other charge that can apply is the night surcharge for time outside daytime hours, covered above. Waiting time between your stops is part of the hours you’ve already booked.
Arcangel plays the arena on Sunday, October 11, 2026, in an 8:00 PM reggaeton and Latin trap concert.
The tour celebrates a long career that helped shape reggaeton and Latin trap. Anticipate a mix of younger fans and longtime listeners who grew up on his early records. Groups of friends and couples create a night of it, and the room turns into one large Spanish-language singalong under dramatic lighting. The dress code is black graphic tees, tour merch, denim, sneakers, caps, and chains, and some fans go all in on glittery concert outfits. Those are not outfits you want to walk several blocks in or crush into a crowded back seat. Downtown Miami fills up early on a show night, and Bayside Marketplace and the waterfront get busy around the arena. Check the official Arcangel event page for entry details, and your chauffeur will take care of everything between Aventura and the show.
Leave plenty of margin. Plan to leave Aventura well ahead of the 8:00 PM start, and earlier still if dinner comes first.
Traffic into Downtown Miami commonly gets heavier as showtime approaches on an arena night, and the last stretch around the venue moves more slowly than the highway before it. Getting inside also takes time: security screening, a stop at the merch stand, finding your section. Nobody wants to hear the opening song from the concourse. Tell us when you want to be inside, and your chauffeur plans the departure backward from that time, allowing for Sunday-evening traffic coming down from the north end of the county. Groups who want a sit-down meal first commonly plan an earlier pickup, and the hourly block handles that effortlessly. Since you’re never circling for a space or walking in from a distant garage, any time you save goes to the evening itself. Leaving a little too early is consistently better than leaving a little too late.
I-95 south is the usual main route from Aventura into Downtown. Biscayne Boulevard is the steady surface-street alternative and runs the whole way down the bay side. Your chauffeur picks between them based on live traffic that evening. The drive usually takes longer on an event night than on a quiet Sunday, so allow extra time and leave the route to the driver.
Your driver drops the group at the point as close to the venue as access allows that night, so you arrive near the entrance instead of walking in from a distant garage. Access around the arena can change on a show night. Your chauffeur adjusts on the spot and tells you exactly where you’ll be let out before you open the door.
Yes. The car stays reserved for you the whole time Arcangel is on stage. Your chauffeur waits nearby, and as the last song winds down you message them on WhatsApp to agree on a meeting spot. When the crowd pours out, your ride is already waiting to head back to Aventura or on to one more stop you’ve picked.
Your chauffeur meets you at any address in Aventura: a hotel lobby, a condo entrance, a private home, or another spot you name.
Numerous evenings start at a residential tower along Country Club Drive, where the driver waits in the front drive while the group finishes getting ready. Resort guests at Turnberry can walk from the lobby straight into the car, and anyone finishing an afternoon at Aventura Mall can be picked up at whichever entrance suits them. Friends staying neighboring in Sunny Isles Beach or Golden Beach are easy to add to the route. When you book, share the building name, the exact entrance, and a contact number for whoever is coordinating the group. Because the pickup is agreed in advance, you can finish getting dressed, take the group photo on the balcony, and walk down only once the car is out front. No one needs to wait on the curb in heels or keep checking a map for an approaching car.
Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can pick up one group at a condo and another at a home a few streets away before heading south. List every address when you book, in the order you want, and remember the hours start at the first pickup. Adding a friend on the day is usually just a WhatsApp message.
Aventura Mall is the simplest place for a pre-show dinner, with a broad mix of sit-down restaurants and a lively bar scene in one place.
Groups who want somewhere more upscale frequently go a little south to Bal Harbour Shops, where the open-air setting suits an early dinner before the drive to Downtown. Another option is to eat on the way. Midtown and Wynwood are right on the route south, so the chauffeur can drop you at a restaurant there and wait outside. You then arrive at the arena with less road left to cover. After the concert, Brickell is close by for a late drink before the ride home, and the same car merely keeps going. Book your own table and send us the reservation time. We don’t reserve restaurants, but your driver plans the evening’s timing around your reservation, so you never rush the check or look for parking between courses.
Select by headcount. Every tier is private, chauffeured, and reserved for your group alone.
Every tier comes with the same chauffeur and the same hourly structure, so you’re choosing on headcount and style alone. If your group size is still changing, book for the number you anticipate and tell us on WhatsApp if it grows. We’ll check whether a larger Sprinter is available for your date.
Yes. A private SUV or private Sprinter van with your own chauffeur, booked by the hour, takes your group from Aventura to the concert and home again.
Nobody outside your group rides along. There is no fixed departure time to catch, and no line to stand in after the show. That matters on a night like this, when the crowd leaves all at once. A group with its own reserved car walks to the agreed meeting point instead of competing for a ride. Booking takes one WhatsApp conversation. Send your group size, a rough start time, and your stops, and we reply with the right vehicle and the total for your hours. If you were searching for directions or somewhere to leave the car, one reservation covers all of it: the route, the drop-off, the wait, and the ride home. The swift answers below cover what Aventura fans ask most frequently before booking.
Yes. One hourly booking covers the whole evening: pickup in Aventura, dinner wherever you choose, the drive to the arena, the show, and the ride home. Five hours usually fits that plan when dinner is close to the route. If the evening runs longer, you simply keep the same car and driver.
No, you never have to deal with a Downtown garage. Your chauffeur looks after the car the whole time, and any parking the driver needs while waiting is already included in the hourly rate. That means no circling blocks near the waterfront, no pay-station lines, and no long walk back to a parking level you can’t remember.
Yes. Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, so a mixed group can talk through plans, stops, and timing in whichever language is easiest. Plenty of fans heading to this show will be singing in Spanish all night, and the conversation in the car can switch languages whenever your group does.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
The hourly service stays within the local Miami area: Aventura, Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. Staying close to the city keeps your driver on call and nearby.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a booking within 24 hours of the service, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for you. The date and time therefore stay as agreed, because on such short notice we can’t guarantee a change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the night itself.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Message us on WhatsApp with your group size, your pickup address in Aventura, and a rough start time to check availability for October 11.
Add the stops you’d like, such as dinner at Aventura Mall, a detour to pick up a cousin, or a late bite in Brickell. We’ll reply with the vehicle that fits your group and the full total for your hours. Once the payment is in, the date is held for you. Everything after that happens in the same thread, whether it’s a new dinner time, one more friend, or a request to keep the car longer. On the night itself, all that’s left to plan is what to wear and which songs to sing loudest. You get a relaxing ride in, a relaxing ride out, and a car already waiting when the lights come up. Confirm your booking by email, phone, or WhatsApp below, and your group can focus on the concert.
