Transfer from Miami Design District to The Neighbourhood Concert at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Design District to The Neighbourhood at Kaseya Center on Thursday, November 12, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same driver works through the pre-show traffic ahead of the 7:00 PM start, and your car is ready for the ride home when the encore ends.

How Much Does a Concert-Night Chauffeur From Miami Design District Cost? 🚙

Each vehicle has one hourly rate for your whole group, and every booking carries a 5-hour minimum, which leaves time for dinner, the show, and the ride home.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate is per vehicle, not per person. Six friends in a Sprinter share one hourly figure instead of each paying for separate rides. Select your tier by headcount first, then plan the timing. A booking that starts in the late afternoon typically covers a Design District group through an early dinner, the drive downtown, the whole show from the opener to the encore, and the journey back north. Couples frequently pick the Black SUV XL. Bigger birthday groups and friend groups commonly move up to a Sprinter so everyone arrives at the show together and leaves together.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on a Show Night? 🥂

The hourly rate covers the vehicle, your chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and parking for the whole block.

You won’t pay extra for fuel, you won’t require your own toll transponder on the expressway, and nobody has to circle downtown looking for a garage while the opener is already on stage. Your group just rides. You decide how to use the hours you book: a pre-show dinner, the concert, and a late stop afterward all fit inside the same block with the same car. There’s room for what fans commonly bring, like a garment bag with a change of outfit, handmade signs, or a bag of merch. If someone is bringing something large, tell us in advance. Everything that’s included stays included from the first pickup to the last drop-off, whether you end early or keep the car well past midnight.

Which Extra Charges Can Apply to a Concert-Night Booking?

Two charges can apply on top of the hourly rate, and you’ll know about both before you ride. First, any time outside daytime hours carries the night surcharge listed further down this page, which matters for a show that starts at 7:00 PM.

Which Facts Matter Most Before Your Design District Pickup? 🏙️

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all night.
  • Every chauffeur on our team speaks English and Spanish.
  • Onboard WiFi comes from a mobile hotspot, so you can keep playlists going and upload photos.
  • A quick comfort stop during the booking never changes your rate.
  • You choose the stops and the pace, and you can change the plan at any point.
  • Service is available 24/7, for daytime and evening bookings every day.
  • Everything is booked and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work for a Concert? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and you set the schedule.

Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind, such as a dinner spot, the arena, and maybe a late lounge. We match the vehicle to your headcount, confirm the pickup, and your booking is set. On the night, the driver stays with your group from the first pickup to the last drop-off and waits at every stop, so nobody has to call a car or hunt for a curb. Plans frequently change during the evening: add a stop, skip one, or stay longer over dessert. If the encore runs late or the group wants one more stop, just keep the car. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate. There’s no new fare to negotiate, and you settle those hours after the night is over.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Design District?

Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Miami Design District, whether that’s a hotel lobby, a residence, a gallery, or a restaurant door. We agree on the exact spot when you book. Guests coming from elsewhere can be picked up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight into the concert night.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Four private vehicle types cover everyone from couples to large friend groups heading to the show.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. The easy choice for couples and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger group rides downtown together in one private van.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, keeping a large friend group together from dinner to the encore.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a more luxurious full-size cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Headcount decides most bookings, but the kind of night you want matters too. Two friends celebrating a birthday may favor the quieter, more polished Platinum SUV. A college group planning to sing the whole setlist on the way downtown will have more fun in one Sprinter than split across two cars. Pick by headcount first, then by the mood of the evening.

Is the Platinum SUV Worth It for a Date Night at the Show?

The Platinum SUV suits couples and small groups who want the night to feel special from the moment they’re picked up. It’s our luxury chauffeured option, so if you’ve been searching for an executive or limo-style car service, this is our answer: a polished full-size SUV with a dedicated driver instead of a stretch limo.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Design District? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives south from the Design District into Downtown Miami. Leave early on show night.

The chauffeur picks the route based on live traffic. Biscayne Boulevard runs straight south past Edgewater and the Arts & Entertainment District toward the bayfront. When the boulevard is backed up, the expressway choice is I-95 south to I-395 east. On a quiet evening the journey is typically short. On a Thursday night, though, a headline arena show adds concert traffic on top of the downtown commute, so offer yourself plenty of extra time. Your driver knows where the backups form near the arena and changes the route as needed, so nobody in your group has to deal with it from a phone. Because the car is reserved by the hour, a slow stretch doesn’t cost you anything extra. It just means a few more songs on the pre-show playlist.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Design District for The Neighbourhood?

Aim to leave the Design District well ahead of the 7:00 PM start so you stay ahead of the pre-show traffic building downtown. Most groups set their pickup for the late afternoon, eat nearby first, and then head south. That leaves enough time to get to the entrance, get through entry, and find your seats before the lights go down.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center? 🎤

Your chauffeur drops your group as close to the venue as show-night access allows.

Downtown traffic control changes street by street on concert nights. The driver follows the posted traffic plan, takes you to the closest workable drop-off point, and then sends you the pickup spot for later on WhatsApp. The arena sits on the bayfront next to Bayside Marketplace. On a Neighbourhood night the plaza fills with fans in black outfits and band tees, numerous of them there to sing along to “Sweater Weather,” “Daddy Issues,” and songs from the latest album, Ultrasound. Nessa Barrett opens and brings a younger crowd in early, so it’s worth arriving with time to spare. Check the official Kaseya Center site for entry details before you go. Your group gets out together, the car moves away from the crowded curb, and nobody has to think about a garage or a parking ticket.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take Us Home After?

Yes. The driver waits through the whole show because your hours keep the car and chauffeur reserved for you. When the encore ends and the crowd fills the streets, message the driver, walk to the agreed pickup point, and ride straight back to the Design District or on to a late stop.

Where Should You Eat in Miami Design District Before the Show? 🍸

The Design District’s own restaurants create dinner before the concert easy to plan.

Mandolin Aegean Bistro is a Greek-and-Turkish garden restaurant on a quiet Design District side street and a longtime local favorite for a relaxed group dinner before a large night. Around Palm Court, under the Fly’s Eye Dome, there are polished dining rooms and cocktail bars close to the luxury boutiques, which makes for an easy start to a date night. If anyone wants some art first, the Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami, is nearby and works well before dinner. Groups who want a livelier scene can have the driver head a few blocks south into Wynwood for murals and a casual bite before going downtown. Wherever you go, the chauffeur drops you at the door and pulls back up when you’re done eating, so there’s no valet line and no parking to split.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. A dinner stop fits inside the same booking with no separate fare. Your hours start at pickup. You ride to the restaurant, eat at your own pace, and then head downtown with the same car and driver. Include the restaurant in your WhatsApp message so the plan leaves enough time for the drive.

Where Can the Night Go After The Neighbourhood Wraps? 🌆

Your chauffeur can take the group to a late stop before the last drop-off.

Plenty of fans aren’t ready to go home when the lights come up, and booking by the hour makes it easy to keep going. Brickell is a short drive south of downtown for a rooftop nightcap. Wynwood’s bars stay hectic late. Groups staying on the beach can finish the night on Ocean Drive in South Beach. The driver takes you from one stop to the next and drops each friend at their own door at the end, so the group that started together in the Design District finishes together too. One practical note: the show starts at 7:00 PM, so most of the evening falls in the late window covered in the night surcharge section below. Any stop you add simply runs on the hours you’re already using.

What Payment Methods Work for Booking Your Chauffeur? 📋

You handle payment over WhatsApp. Here’s what to know:

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: Your first five hours are booked up front, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night.

Why Do Concertgoers Keep One Chauffeur for the Whole Night? 🥃

A private vehicle reserved only for your group makes concert night a upscale service experience.

Your flat rate is locked at booking, so there’s no surge when the arena empties and everyone in the crowd is trying to obtain a ride at once. One dedicated chauffeur handles the whole evening. The person who dropped you at dinner is the same person waiting after the encore, and they already know your group and your plans. You contact your driver directly on WhatsApp, with no call center or dispatch queue in between, for swift changes like a new pickup spot or an extra stop. With a clean upscale vehicle and a driver who stays through the show, you obtain a better experience from the first pickup to the last door: calmer, more personal, and on your schedule. Friend groups, couples, and birthday groups book it for the same reason: the logistics are handled, so the night can be about the music.

Does a Late Concert Add a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Bookings during daytime hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, carry no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge is the only thing that changes after dark. Your hourly rate, chauffeur, and vehicle stay as booked, and we confirm the surcharge when you book on WhatsApp, so you know the total before your first pickup. If your group is choosing between an SUV and a Sprinter, compare the two lines above: the SUV adds a fixed amount per journey, while the Sprinter adds a percentage of the journey value.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Design District to The Neighbourhood? 🎊

Yes. A private hourly chauffeur takes your group from the Design District to the show and back.

People searching for concert transportation or a group ride downtown commonly want the same thing: to obtain everyone to the show together and home again without juggling cars. Our answer is a private vehicle and chauffeur reserved only for your party. It’s never split with other passengers, and it’s never a self-drive rental. Smaller groups take an SUV, and larger friend groups ride together in a private Sprinter van. The questions below cover what people ask most before booking: the region we cover, traveling with a pet, booking the day before the concert, and getting a large group to the arena in one vehicle.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Cover?

The hourly service stays local and on call around Miami. It covers the Design District, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Hourly bookings stay around the city rather than going out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can a Pet Ride Along With Our Group?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Include the details in your WhatsApp message when you reserve so the right vehicle is ready. A quick note ahead of time keeps the pickup smooth for everyone.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Concert?

A booking for a ride within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.

Can a Big Friend Group Ride to Kaseya Center in One Private Van?

Yes. The larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter takes a big friend group to the arena in one private van, so nobody gets split across cars or stuck after the show. Everyone gets in together in the Design District, arrives downtown together, and rides home together on the same booking with the same driver.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
