Transfer from Miami Design District to TINI at Kaseya Center

Book a private hourly chauffeur from Miami Design District to TINI at Kaseya Center on Sunday, October 18, 2026, riding in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks up the group at any address in the Design District before the 8:00 PM show and stays with you until everyone is home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Design District Cost? 📋

Every price below is an hourly rate for the whole vehicle, not a price per person. Each booking covers at least five hours of your chauffeur’s time.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Five hours fits a concert night that starts in the Design District: an early-evening pickup, dinner or photos nearby, the drive downtown, the full show, and the ride home. The rate is for the vehicle, so friends split one price instead of paying seat by seat, and the cost per person drops further when a bigger group fills a Sprinter. The Platinum SUV suits a milestone birthday, an anniversary, or anyone who wants the most polished arrival of the night. The only other charge is a small night surcharge for late service, which has its own section below, so the group can plan the budget before anyone gets dressed.

Why Book a Dedicated Chauffeur for a Downtown Concert Night? 🕴️

A reserved chauffeur turns a busy downtown concert night into a private, unhurried evening for your group.

The vehicle is reserved for your party alone. Nobody else rides along and nobody else’s stops get added. One chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off. Your hourly rate is locked at booking with no surge, so it does not go up when the whole arena empties at once, when traffic builds downtown, or when a storm rolls in off the bay. Drivers speak English and Spanish, which suits a crowd that sings every word in Spanish. Grandparents, parents, and teenagers can all talk plans with the driver easily. You message your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, so a swift note that you are walking out goes straight to the person behind the wheel, not to a call center. In practice, upscale service means a clean vehicle, a calm and courteous driver, and a better experience from the Design District to downtown and back.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on Event Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into the hourly rate for every vehicle tier.

You won’t see toll charges added later, and no refueling stop cuts into your evening. There is room for what fans commonly bring, like handmade signs, merch bags, or a change of shoes for after the show. If you are bringing something large, tell us in advance so the right vehicle is waiting. Only a few charges can be added to the base rate, and all of them are listed up front: the night surcharge for service outside daytime hours, and any extra hours you select to add during the night. Nothing else is added to the final bill, so the group can settle the budget before anyone leaves the Design District and just savor the show.

Which Payment Methods Hold Your Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare now, at booking, and there are three ways to pay.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, holds your date.
  • Hours: The booking is a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night ends.

What Is TINI’s FUTTTURA Night at Kaseya Center Like? 🎤

TINI brings her FUTTTURA World Tour to Kaseya Center on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 8:00 PM.

Anticipate a high-energy Latin-pop night in a large downtown arena. The crowd mixes fans who have followed her since the Violetta years, plenty of adult fans, couples on a date, and whole families making a weekend of it. The tour’s colors are silver, metallic chrome, and black, so fans reach in glitter, leather, denim, boots, and Y2K-inspired outfits. Those looks deserve a proper arrival, not a long walk from a parking deck. A private chauffeur fits the mood: the group gets ready in the Design District, takes photos beside the vehicle, plays the setlist on the way downtown, and walks in together. Check the official TINI event page for entry details and venue guidance before you go. Because the show is on a Sunday night, many families also like knowing that a courteous driver is handling the late ride home while everyone talks about their favorite moments.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Design District? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives south from the Design District into downtown, where the arena faces Biscayne Bay.

The drive is typically short on a quiet evening, but a major arena night brings heavy traffic downtown, so permit plenty of extra time. The most direct surface route is Biscayne Boulevard straight south through Edgewater, which runs right past the arena. When that road slows down, the chauffeur can switch to I-195 west, I-95 south, and I-395 east into downtown. The driver checks traffic on the night and picks the faster option, so nobody in the group has to watch a map. Either way, your group rides together, arrives together, and has the same vehicle waiting when the lights come up. The questions that matter most on a concert night are answered below: when to leave, where you get out, where the car waits, and how directions and parking work.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Design District for TINI?

Leave the Design District well before the 8:00 PM start and allow extra time for event-night traffic downtown. Drop-off lines, security screening, and merch stands all take time. Many groups prefer a relaxed early-evening pickup, dinner nearby, and an arrival with time to spare. Share your plans and the driver will suggest a departure time.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

The driver takes you as close to the venue as access allows on event night, using the drop-off point that the event traffic plan opens to cars. Everyone gets out together near the entrance instead of walking in from a distant garage. The driver then confirms on WhatsApp where you will meet after the show.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Whole Show?

Yes. The chauffeur stays on call nearby for the whole concert, and that waiting time is simply part of your booked hours. When the last song ends, send a WhatsApp message and the driver comes back to the agreed pickup spot. The group skips the post-show scramble for rides and goes home together.

Do You Need Directions or Parking for the Arena?

No, the chauffeur handles both. Parking is already part of the rate, so there is no event lot to reserve and no fee to pay. You also don’t need to study downtown directions or street closures ahead of time. Just share your pickup time, and the driver takes care of the route in, the waiting spot, and the trip back.

Where Can You Eat in Miami Design District Before the Show? 🍸

The Design District is one of Miami’s favorite dinner neighborhoods, so the evening can start right here.

Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink has been a mainstay of the neighborhood’s dining scene for years, and its lively room suits a group celebrating before a concert. At the edge of the district in Buena Vista, Mandolin Aegean Bistro is a favorite garden-patio spot for a slower dinner as the evening cools. Palm Court, home to the Fly’s Eye Dome, is an easy meeting point where friends arriving separately can gather and take photos in their silver-and-chrome outfits. Your driver waits outside while you eat, then picks the group up right at the curb, so nobody has to walk back to a garage in new boots. If anyone would rather grab something swift, the district’s cafés and dessert spots are an easy alternative before heading south. You create the reservations, and we handle every drive in between.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner and the concert fit easily into one hourly booking with the same car and driver. Start with an early-evening pickup, eat in the Design District or nearby Wynwood, then ride downtown for the show. The time the driver waits during dinner simply counts toward your booked hours, so there is no separate ride to arrange.

Can the Driver Stop in Wynwood Before Heading Downtown?

Yes. Wynwood is right next to the Design District, so a stop for mural photos or a pre-show drink fits easily into the evening. You decide the order of stops, and the driver waits at each one. The group can hop out near the Wynwood Walls and climb back in without thinking about parking or timing.

Does a Late Ride Home Carry a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carries no surcharge at all. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge is a fixed charge based on your vehicle tier. It does not depend on demand, traffic, or how busy downtown gets after the encore. That makes it easy to plan, because you know the amount before you book and can split it with the group along with everything else. For SUV bookings it is one set amount per trip. For Sprinter bookings it is a percentage of the service value, so larger groups share it among more people. Your chauffeur confirms exactly how it applies to your schedule when the booking is finalized on WhatsApp, and it stays the same whether the show runs short or the crowd lingers in the lobby afterward.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, and the evening follows your schedule.

Select the vehicle that fits your group, then send us the group size, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like over WhatsApp. The driver can pick up at any Miami address agreed at booking: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the concert. From there, you set the stops and the pace. Add a detour, drop one, or linger over dessert. The first five hours are your base block. If the night runs longer, you merely keep the car: every additional hour after that block is added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle it once the day is over. It feels less like a string of separate rides and more like having your own driver on call all evening.

What If Plans Change Within 24 Hours of the Concert?

Once a booking is within the final 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the service goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours right on the day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple’s date night to a full fan-club outing.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, a popular choice for friends, couples, and small families.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room for the whole crew to ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, for a fan-club night or a large extended family.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in the most refined tier of the fleet. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Headcount decides most bookings, but the mood of the night matters too. Friends dressed head to toe in chrome frequently select the Platinum SUV for arrival photos. Families spanning three generations commonly favor a Sprinter so everyone rides together instead of splitting into separate cars. If your numbers are right at a cutoff, tell us and we will suggest the tier that keeps the group comfortable.

Is There a Private Shuttle for a Large Fan Group?

Yes. For bigger groups, the private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter works as your own reserved shuttle and is never shared with strangers. Everyone boards together in the Design District, rides downtown as one group, and returns together after the show. That keeps younger fans and older relatives in the same vehicle and on the same plan all night.

Need the Key Facts About Your Chauffeur at a Glance? 🏙️

  • Service runs every day, around the clock, including late arena nights.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot in every vehicle.
  • One brief comfort stop during the booking never changes the hourly rate.
  • Every vehicle comes with its chauffeur, and nothing is ever self-drive.
  • Bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp with group size, start time, and stops.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Design District to TINI? 🎤

Yes. Our hourly chauffeur is a fully private ride from the Design District to TINI.

Your group reserves the whole vehicle, so it leaves when you are ready and goes where you select, and no seats are sold to anyone else. That matters on a night that is all about the people you go with: top friends getting ready together, a parent bringing teenagers who have waited years to see her live, or a couple turning the concert into a date. Whether you search for a private shuttle, a private van with a driver, or a car for the night, the answer is the same: a dedicated vehicle and chauffeur reserved just for you. The driver handles the city traffic on the way down and brings everyone back the same way, so nobody ends up alone on a curb with a dying phone after the show. On a Latin-pop night that runs late and loud, it keeps the group together from the first song to the last.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Design District?

The driver picks you up anywhere in the Design District you choose: a residence, a hotel lobby, a restaurant curb after dinner, or a spot near the shops along NE 40th Street. You confirm the pickup point at booking, and the driver can collect friends from several addresses in the neighborhood before everyone heads downtown together.

Can You Bring a Pet Along for the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Does the Hourly Service Reach Beyond the Design District? 🌆

This hourly chauffeur service stays local, covering Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

The service is built for unhurried, on-call days and nights around the city. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the region around Miami International Airport, and nearby communities up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying close to the city is what lets a driver wait comfortably between stops and adjust when plans change. Longer trips to places such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach are not part of this hourly service, so the car and driver stay where your evening is happening. That covers what most groups require on concert weekend. A cousin landing at the airport, friends staying in Miami Beach, and a family in Coral Gables can all be picked up in the same booking before everyone meets in the Design District.

Can the Same Car Take the Group Out After the Show?

Yes. If your booking has time left, or you add hours, the chauffeur can take you to a late dinner or a nightcap instead of heading straight home. Bayside Marketplace is right beside the arena, Brickell is just south, and Wynwood is on the way back north. Tell the driver your next stop and the evening keeps going.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
