Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Beach to Miami Heat vs. Detroit Pistons at Kaseya Center on Saturday, November 14, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 8:00 PM. Your bilingual driver crosses the causeway, drops you near the arena and waits to bring everyone home. The rate is locked when you book and never surges.
Each vehicle has one hourly rate, and every game-night booking runs for at least five hours.
You pay the rate for the vehicle, not for each guest. Two friends leaving a South Beach hotel pay the same hourly rate as a birthday group of twelve leaving a Mid-Beach vacation home, as long as both pick the same tier. Five hours usually fits well around an 8:00 PM tip-off: a relaxed dinner in Miami Beach, the drive across Biscayne Bay, the full game and the ride home. Pick your tier by the size of your group. The Black SUV XL suits a small group, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter suits a larger group of friends or family, and the Platinum SUV adds extra polish. Game-night riders should also plan for the evening surcharge explained below.
Yes. Trips between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM have no surcharge, but trips outside those hours do. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
For an SUV group of up to five, the surcharge is one fixed amount per trip, not an hourly charge, so it stays the same even if the game goes to overtime. For a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter group, it is a percentage of the trip value. Include it when you confirm on WhatsApp so the total holds no surprises when the group gets back in the car downtown.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a set number of hours and plan the evening however you like.
First, select the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us on WhatsApp how many people are coming, a rough start time and the stops you want. From the first pickup, the car is yours for the whole five-hour block. The driver stays with you the whole time and waits outside dinner, at the arena and at any other stop. You select the order, for example a sunset drink, a quick trip back to the hotel for a jersey, the game and a late drink afterward. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants a late meal in Brickell, just keep the car. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same hourly rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to agree. You pay for those extra hours after the night ends, so no one has to stop and pay while you’re out.
Your driver can pick you up at any address in Miami Beach, such as a hotel lobby on Collins Avenue, a condo in Sunset Harbour or a home in North Beach. The pickup can also be anywhere else in Miami: a PortMiami cruise terminal (so you can go straight from the ship to the game), Miami International Airport or a private home. You agree on the exact spot when you book.
Yes. Your plan is never locked. You can add a stop at a shop on Lincoln Road, skip pre-game drinks if dinner runs long, or stay downtown for a while after the game. Just tell your driver. You are paying for time rather than a fixed route, so changing your plans never means a new fare. You simply use the hours you reserved differently.
Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the hourly rate for every vehicle.
That means you don’t pay separately for tolls along the way, the downtown parking your driver needs during the game, or fuel for any part of the evening. You won’t be splitting receipts at the end of the night. There is room for the things fans bring, like signs, a spare jersey or merchandise from the team store. If you’re bringing something large, tell us ahead of time. Only two things can cost extra: the evening surcharge explained above and any hours you add. Nothing else is added.
You pay the full fare when you book, and you don’t have to pay for extra hours on the spot.
A Saturday 8:00 PM tip-off in Downtown Miami makes for a full night out, and having a car makes it simpler.
Miami Heat vs. Detroit Pistons is a regular-season Eastern Conference game at the Heat’s home arena on Biscayne Boulevard, and Heat home games regularly fill the building. You obtain the full NBA show, with an in-arena DJ, the dance team and halftime entertainment. The crowd includes longtime season-ticket holders, families spending the weekend, and visitors staying in Miami Beach hotels who want to experience Heat culture. Numerous groups dress up and create an evening of it: dinner first, then the game, then drinks neighboring. The problem is the streets around Biscayne Boulevard and Bayside Marketplace. They obtain crowded before tip-off and again after the game, when garages empty slowly and curbside pickups turn chaotic. A chauffeur who already knows your plan keeps all of that out of your evening.
The arena’s official website, Kaseya Center, lists upcoming Heat home games along with concerts and other events. The November 14 game is confirmed for an 8:00 PM tip-off. If you plan to go to more than one home game this season, you can book the same hourly service for each one.
No. You can reserve the car first and buy seats later. We provide the chauffeur and vehicle only, never game tickets. Buy tickets through the team’s or the arena’s official ticket sellers, then tell us the date and your group size. Where you sit doesn’t change the pickup plan, so the ride and the tickets are two separate steps.
Your chauffeur crosses Biscayne Bay on a causeway and drives into Downtown Miami near the arena.
From South Beach and the South of Fifth neighborhood, the usual route is the MacArthur Causeway. It runs past PortMiami and reaches downtown close to Biscayne Boulevard. From Mid-Beach and North Beach, the Julia Tuttle Causeway takes you to the mainland, and then the route turns south toward downtown. The Venetian Causeway, which crosses small residential islands and has drawbridges, is a slower local choice your driver may utilize if the main routes are backed up. On a quiet evening the crossing is usually short. On a Saturday game night, though, arena traffic adds to weekend beach traffic, so leave plenty of extra time. Your driver checks traffic as you go and picks the top crossing that night, while you enjoy the view of the skyline across the water.
That depends on where you’re staying and on traffic after the game. For South Beach hotels, the MacArthur Causeway is usually the way back. For Mid-Beach and North Beach, the Julia Tuttle is often better. Your driver checks the downtown traffic after the game and picks the crossing then, so the group can just sit back and relax.
An early dinner in Miami Beach is a good start to the evening, and your driver takes care of the timing.
Joe’s Stone Crab in South of Fifth is a long-standing Miami Beach favorite and a classic pre-game dinner. Lincoln Road is a pedestrian street lined with sidewalk restaurants, which works well for a group that wants choices. Sunset Harbour, on the bay side of the island, has relaxed neighborhood restaurants and a quieter feel than Ocean Drive. Wherever you select, book the table yourself and tell us the restaurant when you reserve the car. Your driver drops the group at the door, waits while you eat, and leaves early enough to reach downtown before the crowds are at their heaviest. These are only suggestions: we provide the chauffeur and vehicle, and you create your own restaurant reservations.
Yes. Any stop just counts toward your hours. Some groups cross the bay early for dinner or cocktails in Brickell, then take the short ride to the arena. Others go to Bayside Marketplace, a waterfront shopping and dining area right next to the arena, for a drink before the game while the crowd gathers along Biscayne Boulevard.
Your chauffeur plans the drive to beat pre-game traffic and is ready when the game ends.
Your driver leaves Miami Beach with extra time built in, so you reach downtown while the crowd is still arriving, not in the last rush before 8:00 PM. You’re dropped off as close to the arena as access allows, so the group can walk straight in instead of looking for a garage. During the game, the car stays neighboring and reserved for you, and parking is already paid for. Late in the fourth quarter, send a quick WhatsApp message to confirm where to meet. When the game ends, you meet your driver there while others are still looking for their cars. Then you ride back across the bay, or go on to one more stop if you’re not ready to call it a night.
The driver drops the group at the most practical point on the Biscayne Boulevard side, as close to the entrance as access allows on game night. Street closures and traffic can change from one event to the next, so before you get out, your chauffeur confirms on WhatsApp where you’ll be dropped off and where to meet after the game.
Yes. Waiting is what an hourly booking is for. Your driver stays with the vehicle nearby for the whole game, and parking is included in the rate. Whether the group wants to leave at halftime or stay until the end of overtime, just send a message. The car and chauffeur are yours for every hour you’ve reserved.
Select your vehicle based on group size first, then on how you want to arrive downtown.
Every vehicle is private and always comes with one of our chauffeurs. Keeping everyone in one vehicle matters on game night, when the whole group needs to leave the arena together. If your group size falls between two options, send us the number on WhatsApp and we’ll recommend the better fit before you confirm.
A private chauffeur gives you one upscale service for the whole game night, from your hotel lobby and back again.
The vehicle is reserved for your group only, so the seats, the music and the conversation are yours for the whole ride. Your bilingual chauffeur is the same person all evening, so you have one familiar face and one contact, and you never explain the plan twice. The hourly rate is set when you book and never surges, even when the whole arena empties onto Biscayne Boulevard at once. You message your driver directly on WhatsApp, and the car is waiting at the end of the night instead of somewhere across town. Fans obtain a better experience: no garage lines, no scramble at the curb, and nobody in the group has to drive home over the causeway. It’s merely better service: a clean upscale vehicle, a chauffeur who knows the city and an evening that goes the way you planned.
Yes. Send us a WhatsApp message with your details to check availability for November 14.
In your first message, include your group size, your pickup address in Miami Beach, a rough start time and any stops you have in mind, such as a dinner reservation or a drink downtown before the game. We reply with the vehicle that fits your group and the payment details. Once we receive your payment, your car and chauffeur are reserved for the night. Saturday game nights are busy evenings across the city, so booking early gives you the most vehicle options. If your plans aren’t final yet, a rough outline is enough to start, and you can change stops right up to the evening itself. The questions below cover what Miami Beach riders ask most often before game day, from when to leave to bringing a pet.
Leave Miami Beach with plenty of time before the 8:00 PM tip-off, and even earlier if you’re having dinner downtown. On Saturdays, beach traffic and arena traffic meet on the causeways, so your driver will suggest a departure time based on your hotel and your plans. Arriving early also gives you time to find your seats before the player introductions.
Our larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seats up to fourteen guests, so most big groups can travel in one private van. A smaller Sprinter suits mid-size groups, and smaller parties fit in an SUV. Tell us your exact group size when you book and we’ll assign the right vehicle, so nobody has to split into separate cars on game night.
Yes, within the local Miami area. We cover Miami Beach, Miami, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. This is a local, on-call service that stays around the city. It doesn’t go to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Share the details when you reserve so you have an answer well before your driver arrives in Miami Beach on game night.
If your ride is less than 24 hours away, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day at the same flat hourly rate.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
