The surcharge is one fixed line on your booking. It is not a meter that keeps climbing as the night goes on. SUV groups pay a single set amount per journey. Sprinter groups pay a percentage of the journey value, so the charge matches the size of the vehicle you chose. We confirm it on WhatsApp when you reserve, next to your hourly price, so you know the full cost of the night before anyone picks an outfit. Daytime plans have no surcharge, such as a beach lunch on the Broadwalk, an early afternoon pickup, or an early dinner.
Payment has three parts, and you pay the full fare upfront.
If you book service for the next 24 hours, the date and time are locked in and your slot is held just for you. A chauffeur and vehicle are already set aside for you. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day at the same hourly rate.

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
