Transfer from Brickell to Guaco at The Fillmore Miami Beach

Our private hourly chauffeur from Brickell to Guaco at The Fillmore Miami Beach on Saturday, November 28, 2026, puts your group in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks you up in Brickell, drops you close to the theater before the 8:00 PM show, and is waiting to bring everyone home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Brickell to Guaco Cost? 🥂

You pay per vehicle and per hour, every booking covers at least five hours, and the tier depends on how many people are coming to the show.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate pays for the vehicle and chauffeur for the whole evening, not just one leg. The drive over the bay, the wait during the concert and the ride home are all part of the same hourly price. A couple or a small family usually fits the SUV. A bigger group of cousins, parents and grandparents (common at a Guaco show) moves up to a Sprinter so nobody has to ride in a second car. The Platinum tier works well for a birthday or anniversary. The only other charges are the evening surcharge explained below and any hours you decide to add.

How Do You Get to The Fillmore Miami Beach From Brickell? 🌆

Your chauffeur heads north out of Brickell and crosses Biscayne Bay on a causeway to South Beach.

From most Brickell buildings, the route goes up Brickell Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard or onto I-95, through Downtown Miami, then onto I-395 and the MacArthur Causeway, which comes out at the southern end of Miami Beach. From there the driver heads north on Alton Road or Washington Avenue toward the theater, which sits near Lincoln Road and the Miami Beach Convention Center. The Venetian Causeway is a slower, picturesque alternative. The Julia Tuttle Causeway farther north can be the better option when the MacArthur backs up. Your chauffeur picks the route on the night based on live traffic, so you don’t have to think about it. Meanwhile the group can relax, keep the music on and arrive together instead of hunting for parking or coordinating several cars. One shared arrival is the main reason to book a vehicle by the hour.

How Long Is the Drive From Brickell to Miami Beach on a Saturday Night?

In light traffic the crossing is usually short, but Saturday evenings on the causeways and in South Beach are rarely light. Dinner crowds, valet lines and concertgoers all arrive around the same time, so leave plenty of extra time instead of cutting it close. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time when you confirm.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Brickell? 🏙️

Your driver picks you up at the Brickell address you select when you book.

That could be the lobby or motor court of a hotel on Brickell Avenue or Brickell Key, the driveway of a residential tower, a restaurant in Mary Brickell Village, or an office near Brickell City Centre if the night starts right after work. The chauffeur arrives at the agreed spot at the agreed time, and you can message directly on WhatsApp to say who’s ready and who’s still finishing up, so nobody stands on the curb wondering which car is theirs. Many Brickell towers have tight drop-off lanes. Give us the building name when you book and we’ll note where the driver should pull in. Dressed up, tickets on your phone and maybe a Venezuelan flag in hand, the group gets in, the doors close, and the evening starts there instead of in a parking garage line on Miami Beach.

Can the Driver Pick Up Guests From Different Brickell Buildings?

Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can pick up one set of guests at a Brickell Key hotel and another at a nearby residence tower before heading over the bay. Send every address when you book, along with who is waiting where, and the driver will fit those pickups into the start of your hourly booking.

What Is Guaco Night at The Fillmore Like on November 28, 2026? 🎤

Guaco, one of Venezuela’s best-known bands, headlines a theater concert on Saturday, November 28, 2026.

The show starts at 8:00 PM at The Fillmore Miami Beach, the historic Jackie Gleason Theater close to Lincoln Road. Guaco is a band, not a solo singer. It started in Maracaibo, playing the Christmas-season folk music of Venezuela’s Zulia state, and over the years it added salsa, pop, jazz and funk, backed by a full horn section. The band has been around for so long that its songs belong to several generations at once. A late-November date also lands right at the start of the holiday season, which suits a sound so tied to Christmas back home. Expect a dressed-up crowd, a lot of singing along, and families treating the concert like a reunion. A night like that calls for a ride that keeps the group together from the first toast to the last encore.

Who Usually Attends a Guaco Concert in Miami?

Most of the audience comes from South Florida’s Venezuelan community, including families from Doral, Weston, Kendall and Brickell, along with fans of tropical and salsa music from across Latin America. Grandparents, parents and grown children often come together, which is why one larger vehicle with one driver usually works better than splitting the family across several cars.

Which Event-Night Plan Works Best From Brickell to the Fillmore? 🎭

The easiest Guaco night leaves Brickell early, arrives together and rides home with the same driver.

Saturday evening is one of the busiest times on Miami Beach. Restaurants fill up, valet stands back up, and concertgoers all head for the theater before the 8:00 PM start. If you start in Brickell with dinner and then cross the bay with time to spare, the rush doesn’t touch you. The chauffeur deals with traffic, closures and the approach to the theater while the group finishes its stories in the back seat. When the last song ends, there’s no parking garage exit to find and nobody has to stay sober to drive. You walk out with the crowd, message the driver and get back into the same car you arrived in. If the concert runs past your first five hours, you can extend, so a late encore or photos with friends outside won’t cut the night short.

How Early Should You Leave Brickell for Guaco?

Leave Brickell well before the 8:00 PM start, with extra time for Saturday traffic on the causeway and the crowd arriving at the theater. If you’re having dinner on the Beach, leave earlier. When you book, tell us whether you want to eat first, and the chauffeur will suggest a pickup time that keeps the evening relaxed.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at The Fillmore Miami Beach?

The driver drops your group at the drop-off point nearest the theater’s main entrance, as close to the venue as access allows that night. On a busy Saturday, street closures and traffic control around Washington Avenue can move that spot, so the chauffeur adjusts on arrival and confirms where you’ll meet after the show before you get out.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Waiting is part of the hourly booking, so your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle for the whole concert. You don’t have to book a second ride or join a crowd fighting for cars on the sidewalk. When the show ends, a quick WhatsApp message brings the driver to the agreed pickup point for the ride back to Brickell.

Where Can You Eat in Brickell Before the Show? 🍸

Brickell’s own restaurant streets make an easy first stop before the drive to the Beach.

Mary Brickell Village has restaurants and lounges along a walkable strip, which suits a group that wants to decide on the spot. Brickell City Centre has a mix of sit-down restaurants under one roof, and the restaurants along the Miami River have waterfront tables with skyline views at sunset. Many Venezuelan families like to start the night at a favorite place that serves food from home. Give your chauffeur the name and it becomes the first stop. While you eat, the driver stays nearby with the car, so nobody is watching the clock or paying for a garage. When the check comes, everyone walks back to the same car and heads for the causeway. We’re glad to suggest places, but we don’t book tables, so reserve directly with the restaurant you pick.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes, dinner and the concert fit easily into one hourly booking. The chauffeur picks you up in Brickell, waits during the meal, drives the group across the bay for the show and brings everyone home afterward. A relaxed dinner and a full concert can take a while, so reserve enough hours to cover both.

What Is There to Do Near the Theater After the Concert?

Lincoln Road is close to the theater, and its cafés and terraces stay lively into the evening. Collins Avenue’s hotel lounges and the Ocean Drive strip are a short ride away. If the group wants a nightcap before heading back to Brickell, add it as another stop and the chauffeur will take you there and wait.

Is There a Night Surcharge After the 8:00 PM Show? 🎆

Yes. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The SUV surcharge is one amount for the trip, not an hourly charge, and the Sprinter surcharge is a share of the trip value. Evening service is part of our regular schedule, so a late encore is no problem. The surcharge just reflects the hour, and it is spelled out in writing when you confirm the booking on WhatsApp, so the total you agree to before Saturday is the total you pay. It doesn’t change by headcount within a tier or by how long the band plays. A family in the Black SUV XL and a group of friends in the Sprinter each see their own figure up front.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Concert Night? 📋

Fuel, tolls and parking are included in every hour you book.

That covers the causeway crossing, any lot the driver uses while waiting for you, and every mile between Brickell, dinner, the show and home. The rate also pays for a private vehicle reserved only for your group, the chauffeur’s time for the whole booking, the waiting between every stop, and the freedom to add or drop a stop as the night goes. If someone wants to stop at a Lincoln Road café after the show, or the group decides to swing by a friend’s apartment on the way back, you don’t need a new quote. You just tell the driver. Extra charges are few and predictable: the evening surcharge covered above and any hours you add beyond what you reserved. Everything else is in the hourly price, so the group can focus on the music, not the receipts.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Guaco Night? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple to a large family group.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the usual choice for couples, friends or a small family heading to the show.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger group of friends rides over together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger configuration: seats 10 to 14 passengers, so an extended family arrives as one.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a luxury-class SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Select by headcount first, then by the feel you want for the night. A three-generation family usually fits a Sprinter better than two SUVs, because one car keeps everyone together at dinner, at the drop-off and on the ride home. Bringing a flag, signs or a gift for someone at the show? Every tier has room, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🕴️

You select a vehicle and reserve a block of hours, and the chauffeur follows your plan.

Start by picking the tier that fits your headcount, then decide where the evening begins and which stops you want: dinner, picking up a friend, the theater, a nightcap. Every booking starts with a five-hour block. Every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and settled after the day, so you can keep the car for as long as the night lasts. The chauffeur stays with your group and the vehicle for the whole booking, and you set the stops and the route as you go. This page is about Brickell, but the driver can pick up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport or a home. The exact spot is agreed at booking. Everything is arranged and confirmed over WhatsApp.

What Payment Methods Secure Your Booking? 🚙

You pay the full fare up front, and extra hours never have to be paid on the spot.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: you pay the full fare when you book, and that locks in your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled once the day wraps up.

Which Quick Facts Should You Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Every hourly booking covers at least five hours of chauffeur time.
  • The service runs 24/7, so a late finish on Miami Beach is covered.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • One quick comfort stop during the booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp with group size, start time and stops.

Why Do Brickell Concertgoers Book a Private Chauffeur With Us? 🍾

A private chauffeur makes concert night one premium service from pickup to drop-off.

Your group gets a vehicle reserved only for you, never shared with strangers, and a bilingual driver who speaks English and Spanish, so conversation is easy for every generation in the car. The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book, with no surge on a busy Saturday and no change for traffic or weather. The same chauffeur stays with you all night, so the person who drops you off is the person who takes you home. You reach us directly on WhatsApp, and a real person answers your questions about timing, pickups and stops. It all adds up to a better experience for a night that matters: everyone dressed up, everyone together, and nobody worrying about the drive back across the bay. For a band this many families grew up with, that’s the right way to arrive.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Brickell to Guaco? 🎊

Yes. You can reserve a private driver from Brickell to Guaco through WhatsApp.

Send your group size, a rough start time and the stops you have in mind, and we’ll confirm the vehicle and hours for Saturday, November 28. Booking once your tickets are in hand gives you the widest choice of vehicles for that evening, especially if your group needs a Sprinter. If plans change before then, a larger headcount usually just means moving up a tier, and we’ll walk you through it in the same chat. The questions below cover what Brickell riders ask most often before concert night: how far the service goes, traveling with a pet, booking at the last minute, getting a private Sprinter for a big group, and using the same arrangement for other nights at the theater. Each answer reflects how the service actually works, so you can plan the whole evening before you send the first message.

Does the Hourly Service Reach Beyond Brickell and Miami Beach?

Yes, within the local Miami area. The hourly service stays around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run it out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach. Staying local keeps your driver close and on call.

Can We Bring a Pet on Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. Once the day and time are agreed for a ride within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Brickell to the Fillmore?

Yes. It’s a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group. Nothing about it is shared: no other passengers, no fixed timetable and no set route. The private shuttle leaves Brickell when you’re ready, stops where you ask and stays with your group for the whole evening, at the hourly rate for its tier.

Can You Use the Same Service for Other Fillmore Shows?

Yes. The theater’s calendar mixes Latin stars, international pop acts and comedy nights, and the same hourly chauffeur works for any of them: pickup at your door, a dinner stop if you want one, the show and the drive home. Share the date, start time and group size on WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm the vehicle for that evening.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
