Transfer from Coconut Grove to the UB40 Concert at Hard Rock Live

A private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coconut Grove to UB40 at Hard Rock Live on Sunday, November 15, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects you anywhere in the Grove, heads north well before the 7:00 PM show, waits through the concert, and brings everyone home. You have no parking to locate and no surge to dodge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coconut Grove to UB40 Cost? 📋

You pay by the hour for your vehicle, and every booking covers at least five hours. That is enough time for dinner, the drive, the show, and the ride home.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Locate the line that matches your group size and the math is simple: your vehicle’s hourly rate times the hours you keep it. Couples and small groups of friends usually book the Black SUV XL. A birthday crew or a few couples sharing the night tend to book a Sprinter, so everyone arrives together and nobody splits into separate cars. The Platinum SUV suits riders who want a more polished cabin for an anniversary or a milestone night. Every tier comes with the same chauffeur service, and only the cabin size and finish change. A concert evening that starts with an early dinner in the Grove and ends back at your door usually fills the booking without anyone watching the clock. The rate you pick is the one you pay for every hour of the night.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on UB40 Night? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours and set the stops. The car stays yours until the night ends.

Start by sending your group size, a rough start time, and the places on your list: dinner, the show, and maybe a nightcap. We match the vehicle to your group and agree on the pickup spot when you book. Most riders reading this page start in Coconut Grove, but the driver can pick you up at any Miami address. That could be a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal if you step off a ship that morning and go straight to the show, Miami International Airport, or a private home. Every booking starts with a block of five hours, and your chauffeur stays with the group the whole time. The car sits ready while you eat, drives north when you’re set, and stays close while the band plays. You can add or drop stops along the way, so the plan fits your night instead of the other way around.

Can You Keep the Car Longer Than Five Hours?

Yes, you can keep the car as long as the night needs. Each hour after the first five is simply added at your vehicle’s same flat hourly rate. You don’t negotiate a new fare, and you don’t pay on the spot. The extra time is settled after the day, with your driver or over WhatsApp, once everyone is home.

Which Key Facts Matter Before You Reserve? 🕴️

  • Each booking keeps one dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur for the whole block.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day of the week, around the clock, daytime or evening.
  • You choose the stops and the pace; nothing on the itinerary is locked.
  • Your vehicle carries only your party, never strangers or another booking.
  • Group size, start time, and wish-list stops are all confirmed over WhatsApp.

Is There a Late-Night Surcharge on the Ride Home From UB40? 🌆

Yes. Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For the SUV it is a flat add-on per journey, and for the Sprinter it is a percentage of the journey value. Either way, the amount is confirmed in writing when you book, so there are no surprises in the total. Nothing else changes once the sun goes down. The same chauffeur, vehicle, and hourly rate carry the group from an afternoon pickup in the Grove through dinner, the drive north, the concert, and the late ride home. Some groups book a mid-afternoon pickup to obtain more daylight for a relaxed dinner.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for a Concert Night Out? 🥂

A private chauffeur turns the whole evening into one smooth, premium service: your own car, your own driver, and a price fixed before you leave home.

The flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book. It doesn’t surge on a sold-out night or change for traffic, weather, or a packed resort. The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so jackets, a birthday card, or merch from the show can stay safely in the car. You have the same driver from the first pickup to the last drop-off, so you deal with one familiar face and one set of plans, and nobody has to explain where you’re going twice. You also obtain a direct WhatsApp line to adjust timing, add a stop, or let the driver know the encore is running long. The driver speaks English and Spanish, which helps when family visitors join the group. For couples marking an anniversary or friends reliving the songs they grew up with, it’s a better experience than putting the evening together one ride at a time. It’s calmer, more comfortable, and runs on your schedule.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Live From Coconut Grove on UB40 Night? 🎤

Your chauffeur drives the group north from Coconut Grove to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood and leaves early enough to beat the pre-show traffic.

The usual route leaves the Grove on US-1 or goes through Brickell to I-95 north, past Downtown Miami. From there it heads west toward State Road 7 (US-441), where the resort sits just over the county line on the way to Fort Lauderdale. On a heavy evening, the driver may take the Palmetto Expressway and Florida’s Turnpike instead, adjusting to traffic as it happens so you don’t have to. This is usually the longest leg of the night, and traffic builds near the resort entrance as showtime gets closer. Leave the Grove with plenty of time to spare. Because the car is yours by the hour, arriving early costs you nothing. You can obtain a drink at the resort, locate your seats calmly, and settle in well before the lights go down. November 15 is also the last night of the tour, so anticipate an enthusiastic crowd.

How Early Should You Leave Coconut Grove for the 7:00 PM Show?

Plan to leave Coconut Grove by late afternoon. The drive north is usually the longest part of the evening, and traffic into the resort builds as showtime approaches, so allow plenty of time. Leaving early also gives you time for a relaxed drink before the 7:00 PM start. Your chauffeur will suggest an exact departure time once your dinner plans are set.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Live?

Your chauffeur takes the group as close to the venue as resort access allows and uses the theater’s designated drop-off point. You step out together and head for the entrance while the driver moves to a waiting spot nearby. Before you go in, you and the driver agree on a pickup point for after the show, so nobody hunts for the car later.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take You Home After?

Yes. Waiting is the point of booking by the hour. Your driver stays nearby for the whole show. When the last encore ends, you send a WhatsApp message, meet at the agreed pickup point, and head straight home to Coconut Grove while the rest of the crowd is still figuring out how to leave. You don’t re-book anything or wait at the curb.

Where Should You Eat in Coconut Grove Before the UB40 Concert? 🍸

Coconut Grove’s waterfront and village streets create an easy place for a pre-show dinner, and your car stays available the whole time you eat.

Many groups start by the bay. Monty’s Raw Bar on the bayfront near Dinner Key serves seafood with marina views. Glass & Vine in Peacock Park has a relaxed patio surrounded by green lawn. For a livelier start, the blocks around CocoWalk, Commodore Plaza, and Main Highway are packed with casual restaurants and cocktail bars close together. That suits friend groups who want to toast the night before they go. Couples who want something quieter can stroll the village near Mayfair before sitting down. Because this is a Sunday show, an early dinner fits the timing well. You can eat, finish a last drink, and obtain into the car without anyone paying for parking or checking a map. Your driver can suggest spots that fit your group size and departure time. These are ideas for your booked hours only, so you create your own restaurant reservations.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner simply becomes the first stop of your booking. The driver picks you up, drops you at the restaurant, stays close while you eat, and heads north when you’re ready. Include the restaurant in your WhatsApp message when you book, so the pickup time leaves room for both a relaxed meal and the drive to the show.

Who Is Playing at the UB40 Show on November 15, 2026? 🎭

UB40 closes The Unstoppable Tour 2026 on Sunday, November 15, 2026, at 7:00 PM, with the founding members of the Birmingham reggae band on stage.

This is the final date of the band’s North American tour, at Hard Rock Live, the main theater inside the Seminole Hard Rock resort. Founding members Robin Campbell, James Brown, Earl Falconer, and Norman Hassan lead the lineup, with Matt Doyle on lead vocals. Anticipate the songs that made UB40 a radio staple, including “Red Red Wine,” “Kingston Town,” and their version of “(I Can’t Help) Falling in Love With You.” The crowd leans toward adults who grew up with those hits, so anticipate couples on a date night, old friends reuniting, and a lot of singing along. People create a full night of a concert like this, and that’s where an hourly chauffeur is most useful: dinner, the show, and a relaxed ride home with nobody stuck as the designated driver. Check the official listing for opening acts and door details before you go.

Is This the Same UB40 Lineup That Played South Florida in April?

No, it’s a different group. The November show features UB40 with founding members Robin Campbell, James Brown, Earl Falconer, and Norman Hassan, with Matt Doyle on vocals. The spring South Florida date was the separate “UB40 featuring Ali Campbell” act. If you saw that show, this one offers a different take on the same well-loved songs.

Where Does the Chauffeur Pick You Up in Coconut Grove? 🏝️

The driver picks you up at any address in Coconut Grove you choose, agreed when you book: a hotel lobby, a home, or a restaurant curb.

Guests staying at Mr. C Coconut Grove or Mayfair House Hotel & Garden usually meet the driver at the front of the hotel. The car pulls up at the agreed time and the group simply walks out. If you live on the leafy streets off Main Highway, in the bayfront condos along South Bayshore Drive, or on the quieter lanes near Kennedy Park, the driver can pick you up at your door. If your group is gathering at Dinner Key Marina, the driver can meet you in the marina region. Some groups prefer to start at the restaurant: tell us where you’re having dinner, and the curb outside becomes the pickup point. Wherever you start, the chauffeur arrives with the vehicle ready, confirms the plan over WhatsApp, and handles the timing from the first pickup to the last drop-off back in the Grove.

Can the Pickup Be Split Between Two Coconut Grove Addresses?

Yes. Picking up friends from more than one address is just another stop on your hourly booking. The driver can pick up one couple at a Grove home, stop at a hotel for the next, and head to dinner with everyone on board. List each address in your WhatsApp message so the start time allows for every pickup.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on a Concert Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, so the drive north and the wait at the resort cost nothing extra.

That matters on a show night, when parking near a major venue can be one of the most frustrating parts of the evening. With a chauffeur, it isn’t your problem. The cabin has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets, sharing photos, or checking messages on the way. If someone needs a restroom break, a snack, or a stretch during the booking, just ask the driver. One brief comfort stop doesn’t change the flat rate. The chauffeur’s time, the vehicle, and every mile of your route are covered by the hourly price in the list above. There’s room for jackets, signs, or merch from the show; tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. The only extra charge most concert nights see is the late-evening surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, covered earlier on this page. It’s confirmed in writing when you book, so your total is clear before the night begins.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the UB40 Show? 🚐

Four private vehicle types cover everything from a couple to a large celebration, and each comes with the same bilingual chauffeur service.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural fit for a couple or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers and keeps a mid-size group together in one cabin.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (larger configuration): seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a big celebration can ride together.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

The choice comes down to group size and the kind of night you want. A couple celebrating an anniversary might prefer the Platinum SUV’s finish, while four friends reliving their favorite songs fit easily in the Black SUV XL. Once your group is too large for one SUV, a Sprinter keeps everyone in the same cabin. That way the conversation, the pre-show excitement, and the ride-home replay of every encore happen together instead of in separate cars.

Can a Larger Group Ride Home Together After the Concert?

Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter takes the whole group home in one vehicle. Instead of splitting up at the end of the night and waiting for separate rides, everyone gets into the same private van and heads back to Coconut Grove together, still talking about the setlist. Friends staying elsewhere in the Grove can be dropped off one by one.

What Payment Options Secure Your UB40 Ride? 📋

Payment is simple, and you arrange all of it over WhatsApp.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare is paid at booking and locks in your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Each hour after that block is added at the same flat hourly rate, never a renegotiated fare, and is settled after the day.

Still Have Questions About Your Coconut Grove Concert Ride? 🎊

These are the questions Coconut Grove riders ask most often before booking a chauffeur for UB40.

They cover the practical details: whether a private ride exists for this show, where the service runs, traveling with a pet, booking on short notice, and adding a stop on the way home. If your question isn’t here, send it with your booking details on WhatsApp and the answer comes back in the same conversation.

Is There Private Transportation From Coconut Grove to UB40?

Yes. A private chauffeur by the hour is the most direct way to get to UB40 from Coconut Grove. Your group rides in a reserved SUV or private van, never shared with strangers, from a Grove pickup to the theater and back home. Send your group size and preferred start time on WhatsApp to check availability for November 15.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Cover?

The hourly service stays local and covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport. It also covers nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, which includes the Hollywood resort hosting this show. It’s an on-call, unhurried service that stays close to the city, so it doesn’t run out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. Once the day and time are agreed for a ride within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for you. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead exactly as planned. You can always add more hours on the day.

Can We Stop Somewhere Late on the Way Back to Coconut Grove?

Yes. A late stop is just another point on your route. Some groups stay at the resort for a post-show drink. Others ask the driver to drop them on Commodore Plaza or Main Highway for a nightcap back in the Grove. Your chauffeur waits while you toast the last night of the tour, then takes everyone home.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

Ready to Reserve Your Chauffeur for UB40 Night? 🎆

Send one WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough pickup time in Coconut Grove, and your dinner plans, and we’ll confirm your vehicle for November 15.

Closing-night concerts fill calendars quickly, so the earlier we have your details, the easier it is to hold the vehicle your group wants. Tell us where you’re staying or living in the Grove, whether dinner comes first, and anything special about the night, such as an anniversary, a birthday, or friends flying in for the show. We’ll reply with the right vehicle, your chauffeur’s recommended departure time for the drive north, and the payment link to lock everything in. After that, the evening is set: one car, one bilingual driver, and a plan built around the band, the food, and the people you’re sharing it with. Check availability now and create the last night of the tour the easiest part of your weekend.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
