Transfer from Coconut Grove to Florida State Seminoles at Miami Hurricanes at Hard Rock Stadium

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coconut Grove to Florida State Seminoles at Miami Hurricanes on Saturday, October 17, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same driver brings you north for the 8:00 PM kickoff, waits through the game, and takes the whole crew home to the Grove afterward.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coconut Grove to the FSU–Miami Game Cost? 📋

Each vehicle has its own hourly rate, and every booking runs for at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Pick the row that matches your headcount. Each tier is priced by how many people it seats, and the rate shown applies to every hour you book. Most Coconut Grove groups going to an evening kickoff plan their hours around an afternoon pickup, a relaxed meal in the Grove, the drive north, the game, and the ride home. The Platinum SUV costs the same per hour as the larger Sprinter because it has fewer seats and a more upscale, executive-style cabin. A small group that wants that feel pays for the upgrade instead of for empty seats.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Game-Day Crew From Coconut Grove? 🚐

We have four private vehicle tiers, sized for anything from a couple to a large reunion group.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. A good fit for a family or a small group of friends dressed in orange.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with a roomier cabin so the whole crew can talk on the way north.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, so a large alumni or family group arrives together in one private van.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in a more upscale, executive-style cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Mixed households are welcome. A Canes fan and a Seminoles fan can share the second row, and nobody has to drive. There is room for what fans commonly bring, like a cooler for tailgating, signs, and a bag of Orange Out merch. If you’re bringing something large, just tell us in advance.

When Does a Night Surcharge Apply to an 8:00 PM Kickoff? 🌆

Service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM has no surcharge, and trips outside those hours add one.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For an SUV, the surcharge is one flat amount added once to the journey. It doesn’t add up hour by hour. For a Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the journey value, so it grows with the size of the booking. Both amounts are listed right here, so you can work out your full game-night cost before you book.

Which Quick Facts Should Coconut Grove Fans Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Chauffeurs are available 24/7, every day of the week.
  • You set every stop and the pace, and the itinerary is never locked.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole ride.
  • Tell us ahead so we can confirm it for your booking.
  • Every booking is arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🚙

You pick a vehicle and reserve a block of hours, and the chauffeur is yours until the block ends.

First, choose the tier that fits your headcount. Then send us a rough start time and the stops you have in mind. We agree on the pickup spot when you book, and it can be any Miami address: a hotel lobby, a home, the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if your ship docks that morning and you desire to go straight to the game. From the first pickup, one car and one chauffeur stay with your group for every hour you booked. The driver waits while you eat, shop, or watch the game and leaves only when you’re ready. After the first five hours you can merely keep the car. Every extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle it after the day.

What Payment Options Secure a Game-Day Chauffeur? 🕴️

You pay the full fare when you book, and that reserves the date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare when you reserve locks in your booking.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer any time. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Stadium From Coconut Grove? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives north from the Grove to Miami Gardens on whichever expressway is fastest that evening.

On an ordinary evening the drive from Coconut Grove typically takes well under an hour, but a rivalry Saturday is not an ordinary evening. Traffic builds as kickoff gets closer, particularly on the last stretch into Miami Gardens, so permit plenty of extra time. The chauffeur handles lanes and merges while your group relaxes. Because the same car stays with you, nobody has to circle for parking or figure out how to obtain home later. The Grove is south of Downtown and Brickell, so the first part of the journey goes through the city’s busiest corridor, and timing matters most there. Before leaving your door, the chauffeur checks live traffic and adjusts the route on the way. That matters on a night when much of South Florida is heading to the same place.

Which Roads Does a Chauffeur Take North From Coconut Grove?

Most evenings the chauffeur takes US-1 (South Dixie Highway) out of the Grove, gets on I-95 north, and heads toward Miami Gardens. The stadium sits close to Florida’s Turnpike. If I-95 is backed up, the usual alternative is the Palmetto Expressway (State Road 826), which loops west of the city and then curves back toward the stadium. The chauffeur picks the route based on live traffic.

Where in Coconut Grove Does the Pickup Happen?

We can pick up at any address in Coconut Grove. That includes a hotel lobby near the bayfront, a family home on one of the Grove’s shaded side streets, a condo near CocoWalk, or the parking area at Dinner Key Marina. We agree on the exact spot when you book, and the chauffeur arrives there at the time you set, ready to go.

How Early Should You Leave Coconut Grove for the Orange Out Rivalry Game? 🎊

Plan to leave the Grove by late afternoon so you aren’t rushing to create the 8:00 PM kickoff.

Florida State Seminoles at Miami Hurricanes on October 17, 2026, is Miami’s Orange Out game. For hours before kickoff, the lots around the stadium fill with Canes fans in orange and visiting Seminoles in garnet and gold. Tailgating is a large part of this rivalry, and traffic on the roads into Miami Gardens picks up well before the teams take the field. Check the official Hard Rock Stadium site for the venue’s game-day guidance. Then plan your hours backward from kickoff: pickup in the Grove, an early dinner or a stop to pick up friends, the drive north, and a simple walk in. Leaving earlier than you think you require only gives you more pregame time. Leaving late on a rivalry night can mean watching the opening drive on your phone from traffic.

Where Is the Drop-Off Point on Game Day?

The chauffeur drops your group as close to the venue as access allows, following the traffic directions police and stadium staff set for the day. Before you get out, agree on exactly where you’ll meet afterward, and save the chauffeur’s WhatsApp. That way, finding each other in the postgame crowd takes one message.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Whole Game on a College Saturday?

Yes. The car and chauffeur are booked for your entire block, so the driver waits nearby through all four quarters and doesn’t leave to take another job. If your group decides to leave early, send one WhatsApp message and the car comes back to the drop-off point to meet you.

How Do You Get Home After the Final Whistle?

Walk to the meeting point you agreed on and send the chauffeur a quick message. The same car takes the group back to Coconut Grove, or to a late dinner in Brickell or a last drink in the Grove, however the game turns out. Postgame traffic moves slowly, but nobody in your group has to drive.

Where Should You Eat in Coconut Grove Before the FSU–Miami Kickoff? 🍸

Coconut Grove’s own restaurants create a simple first stop before the drive north.

CocoWalk has several restaurants and patios in one walkable place, which helps if your group can’t agree on a cuisine. The sidewalk tables around Commodore Plaza and Main Highway have more of a neighborhood feel and suit a long lunch in team colors. A bayfront restaurant beside Peacock Park adds a water view to the pregame toast. If your crew wants somewhere livelier to start, Brickell is a short drive up the road, and Little Havana is a good place for a strong Cuban coffee before the journey north. Your group chooses the place and books the table. The chauffeur waits outside and then takes you to the next stop, so nobody has to look for parking. Keep the meal early and relaxed so there’s plenty of time for the drive north.

Can the Group Meet Up Somewhere Else Before Heading North?

Yes. Each extra pickup is just another stop on your route. After the Grove pickup, the chauffeur can collect friends in Coral Gables or Brickell and still get the group to Miami Gardens in time for kickoff. List every address when you book so the timing accounts for each stop before the drive north.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include for a Game-Day Booking? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in your vehicle’s hourly rate.

That covers the expressway tolls on the way to Miami Gardens and parking while your chauffeur waits during the game. Nobody has to pay at a toll booth or a lot entrance. The chauffeur’s time is included for every booked hour, whether they’re driving or waiting. A few extras can apply, and each one is listed here. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Any hours you add beyond your booked block are billed at your vehicle’s regular hourly rate. If you have a question about any of these, ask when you book and we’ll offer you a clear answer over WhatsApp.

Why Ride With a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving to the Rivalry Game? 🕴️

With a private chauffeur, nobody in your group has to be the designated driver.

The vehicle is reserved for your group only, and one dedicated chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup in the Grove to the last drop-off at home. Your driver speaks English and Spanish. That helps when your group includes relatives visiting from abroad or grandparents who favor their first language. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge on a rivalry night and no change for traffic or weather. Questions go straight to your chauffeur or our team on WhatsApp, not through a call center. That is what we mean by upscale service: a clean upscale vehicle, a chauffeur who waits through the game, and a better experience from the pregame nerves to the ride home.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Coconut Grove to Hard Rock Stadium? 🎤

Yes. You can book a private chauffeur by the hour from any address in Coconut Grove to the game and back.

Below are answers to the questions Coconut Grove fans ask most before rivalry Saturday, including alumni vans and last-minute bookings.

What’s the Best Way to Get to the FSU–Miami Game From Coconut Grove?

A private hourly chauffeur is the simplest option. One vehicle picks your group up in the Grove, drives north on the expressways, and stays with you until you’re home again. Nobody has to look for parking, nobody skips the pregame toast because they’re driving, and the whole group arrives and leaves together.

Can Alumni Groups Book a Private Van From Coconut Grove for Game Day?

Yes. Alumni chapters, reunion groups, and large families usually choose a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, which keeps everyone in one private van from the Grove to the game and back. Send us your headcount and pickup addresses on WhatsApp, and we’ll match the Sprinter size to your group before you pay.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Service Cover Besides Coconut Grove?

The hourly service stays local. We cover Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, which includes Miami Gardens. We don’t run the hourly service out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, so your chauffeur stays on call close to the city.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a booking within the next 24 hours, a chauffeur and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time stay as agreed. On that short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on game day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
