Transfer from Brickell to Don Omar at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Brickell to Don Omar at Kaseya Center on Sunday, October 4, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or larger vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur picks up at any address in Brickell, drops you close to the arena for the 8:00 PM start, and stays on call until the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Brickell Cost Per Hour? 📋

Each rate below is per hour, per vehicle, for a booking of at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Because the price attaches to the car rather than to each rider, a full SUV or a packed Sprinter spreads one hourly figure across the whole group, which is exactly how most Brickell friend groups and families plan a concert night. The hours tend to fill themselves on a show evening: an unhurried pickup, dinner in the neighborhood, the short run downtown, the concert, and the journey back to your building. Pick the tier by headcount first and by feel second — the Platinum SUV sits at the same hourly figure as the largest Sprinter, trading extra seats for a more upscale cabin aimed at a smaller party. A couple heading out alone and a crew of cousins filling every row are priced the same way: one vehicle, one hourly figure, one chauffeur.

Why Book a Private Driver From Brickell for Don Omar? 🕴️

A private chauffeur gives your group one reserved car, one driver, and one fixed price.

That fixed price is the flat hourly rate locked when you book, so nothing climbs when a full arena empties onto Biscayne Boulevard and demand for every ride spikes at once. The vehicle belongs to your party alone for the whole night, which turns the cabin into a private pre-show lounge: your playlist, your pace, your people. Your bilingual chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, a small detail that matters when grandparents, parents, and cousins who all know every word of the same reggaeton anthems ride together. You keep direct WhatsApp contact all evening, so a new stop or a change of plan is one message away, not a phone tree. And the chauffeur who brought you is the one who brings you home. That is premium service on a large night out — a better experience from the Brickell lobby to your own front door.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate for a Concert Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are covered by the hourly rate for the whole booking.

That means no garage ticket downtown, no toll surprise if the chauffeur swings onto the highway, and no fuel line tacked on at the end of the evening. Require a quick restroom, snack, or stretch stop on the way downtown? Ask the chauffeur; one brief comfort stop mid-booking leaves the rate untouched. The hours the car spends waiting for your group are merely part of the booked block, not a separate charge ticking in the background. Only a few items can add to the total: the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, and any hours you select to add past your booked block. Knowing that list up front means the full cost of your concert night is clear before anyone in the group gets in the car.

Which Facts Matter Most Before Booking Your Brickell Chauffeur? 🚙

  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group the whole block.
  • Nobody in your group has to drive, park, or track down the car.
  • You choose every stop, and the plan can change during the night.
  • Service runs every day, in daytime and evening hours alike.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed directly with our team over WhatsApp.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, handy for digital tickets.

Is There Private Transportation From Brickell to Don Omar on October 4? 🎤

Yes — our hourly chauffeur covers the Sunday, October 4, 2026 show from Brickell.

The concert is part of Don Omar‘s The Last King World Tour at Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami, with an 8:00 PM start. Anticipate a full-volume arena party: a crowd singing every word of the early reggaeton classics, flags from Puerto Rico, Cuba, Venezuela, and the wider Caribbean and Latin America waving from the seats, and dramatic lighting in the tour’s black-and-gold king styling. It is a Sunday night, which matters for anyone with an early Monday — a clean, direct ride home beats a long wait on a crowded curb. A private chauffeur fits that rhythm. Your car collects the group in Brickell, keeps the evening moving through dinner and arrival, and has everyone headed back across the river once the last song fades, with nobody stuck behind the wheel after a long night of dancing.

Who Usually Books a Chauffeur for This Concert?

Typically groups who want the night to feel like an occasion: friends who came of age with reggaeton, couples celebrating, and families bringing several generations to the same show. Many dress the part in denim or cargos, jerseys, sneakers, and statement jewelry, and a private car means arriving looking sharp rather than worn out from a long walk.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Kaseya Center From Brickell? 🏟️

A private chauffeur is the simplest route, since Brickell sits just across the river from the arena.

On a quiet evening the drive is typically short: north on Brickell Avenue or South Miami Avenue, across the Miami River, and on to Biscayne Boulevard, where the arena faces the bay. On a large concert night the same streets fill with fans, pedestrians, and event traffic control, so allow noticeably more time than the map suggests. When the downtown grid clogs, your chauffeur can switch to I-95 to get around the surface-street backup, and that call is never yours to create. The real advantage is everything around the drive: no circling garages near Bayside Marketplace, no scanning for a spot, no hike back to a parked car at the end of the night. Your chauffeur reads the traffic and picks the approach while your group finishes dinner, fixes outfits, and starts the singalong early.

How Early Should You Leave Brickell for the 8:00 PM Start?

Leave well ahead of the 8:00 PM start. Build in a comfortable buffer beyond what the short drive needs, because the blocks around the arena slow down as showtime approaches. Many groups plan the evening backward: dinner in Brickell first, then roll out with enough margin to clear the entry line, find seats, and settle in before the lights drop.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

Your chauffeur gets the group as close to the venue as access allows, using the drop-off point nearest the entrance on the night. Street access around the arena shifts during big concerts, so the exact spot is set in the moment. Before you step out, the chauffeur confirms on WhatsApp where the car will meet you afterward.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show and Drive You Home?

Yes — waiting is the point of an hourly booking. While the show is on, your chauffeur stays with the car and can be reached on WhatsApp. When the lights come up, you walk to the agreed meeting spot instead of fighting the crowd for a ride. The same driver then takes everyone back to Brickell or on to a late stop.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Brickell? 🏙️

Your chauffeur picks up at any address in Brickell you select when booking.

Hotel guests commonly meet the car at the lobby entrance of their Brickell hotel, whether that is a tower along Brickell Avenue or one of the properties around Brickell City Centre. Residents can be collected at the front drive of their condo building, with the chauffeur waiting at the curb while the last person finishes getting ready. Staying on Brickell Key? The island’s bridge links straight back to Brickell Avenue, which makes it a simple starting point. Send the pickup address and a rough time over WhatsApp, and the car arrives ready for photos before anyone steps outside. Because the vehicle is yours for the block, nobody rushes the pickup: load up, take the group shot in front of the building, and roll out when everyone is ready. There is room for the flags, signs, and black-and-gold merch fans bring along; just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large.

Can the Driver Collect Friends From Different Brickell Buildings?

Yes — you set the stops. The chauffeur can collect one friend on Brickell Key, another at a hotel lobby near Mary Brickell Village, and the rest at your building before heading downtown. List every pickup when you book. Those extra minutes come out of your reserved hours instead of creating a new charge.

Where Should You Eat in Brickell Before Don Omar? 🍸

Brickell has some of Miami’s liveliest pre-show dinner spots, all a short hop from downtown.

Komodo is the classic pick for a group that wants the night to start with energy — multi-level, fashionable, and made for photos before a large show. For something more relaxed, the restaurants and terraces of Mary Brickell Village let a group wander, share plates, and decide on the spot. Brickell City Centre puts several dining rooms and a last-minute shopping stop under one roof, useful if someone still needs black-and-gold for the outfit. Just across the river and already on the way downtown, Zuma at the EPIC Hotel suits a polished dinner with water views. Wherever you book, the car stays ready outside, so dessert never turns into a scramble for a ride. Reservations are yours to create, and your chauffeur will gladly suggest a spot that fits the group’s mood and budget.

Can You Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes — dinner, the concert, and the ride home fit naturally inside one hourly booking, and many groups use it exactly that way. Start the block with a pickup early enough for a relaxed meal, let the chauffeur run you downtown afterward, and the same car carries on with you for the rest of the night.

Where Can You Go After the Concert Before Heading Home?

Plenty of groups keep the energy going in Little Havana, where Cuban cafés and bakeries suit a crowd still humming the setlist. Others end with a nightcap back in Brickell. Pick a place that’s still serving, tell the chauffeur, and the car heads there first. The ride home then leaves from that last stop.

How Does Payment Work for a Brickell Event Booking? 📋

The full fare is paid at booking, handled over WhatsApp.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you by WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The booking carries a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour past that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and it is settled after the day wraps up.

How Does Booking by the Hour Work on a Concert Night? 🚙

You reserve a vehicle for a block of hours, and it stays yours throughout.

Select the tier that fits your headcount, then pick a start time with room for dinner and the drive downtown. Every booking covers at least five hours, enough to span a pre-show meal, the concert, and the journey home. Pickup works from any Miami address — a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the show), Miami International Airport, or a home — with the exact spot agreed at booking. For this night, that is commonly a Brickell lobby or residence. From there the chauffeur follows your plan, not a script: you decide when to leave the restaurant, which friend’s building to swing past, and where the night ends. Between stops the car merely waits for you. Once your payment is in, the vehicle and chauffeur are set aside for your evening.

What Happens When You Want the Car Past Your Booked Hours?

You simply keep it. After the five-hour block, every additional hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and the extra time is settled after the day. One more hour costs one more hour, so a show that runs long or a final round back in Brickell never forces the night to end early.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple to a crowd of cousins.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural fit for a couple or a tight friend group heading out of Brickell.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, with room for a bigger group to ride together as one crew.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, built for family gatherings and larger friend groups that refuse to split up.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier comes with the same chauffeur-for-the-block arrangement, so the choice comes down to seats and style. Groups near the top of a tier’s capacity frequently size up, since a concert night means outfits, flags, and a little extra shoulder room on the ride home. The reference models for the Platinum SUV describe the class of vehicle rather than a promised create.

Is the Platinum SUV Worth It for a Smaller Group?

Often, yes — especially for a birthday, an anniversary, or a small group that wants to arrive in style. The Platinum SUV trades a few seats for a more upscale cabin, so you are paying for comfort and presence rather than headcount. It is a natural match for the black-and-gold, king-themed look of this tour.

Is There a Night Surcharge for the Ride Home After the Show? 🌆

Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Trips outside that window add a surcharge that depends on the vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV, the surcharge is a single add-on per journey. For a Sprinter, it is a percentage of the journey value rather than a fixed figure. The surcharge is confirmed with the rest of your booking details over WhatsApp, so the total is clear before the night begins. Nothing else changes after dark: the same chauffeur, the same vehicle, and the same cabin comforts carry through to your door.

Which Miami Areas Does the Hourly Service Cover? 🏝️

This hourly service stays local, running around Miami and neighboring areas toward Fort Lauderdale.

Brickell is where this evening starts, and the same chauffeur and vehicle move effortlessly around Miami, including Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the region around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring communities up toward Fort Lauderdale. That local focus keeps the service on call and unhurried: your chauffeur knows these streets, stays close, and never loses the evening to a long highway run. Farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach sit outside this hourly service, which is built for days and nights around the city. For a concert evening that fits naturally: Brickell dinner, the show downtown, perhaps a late stop in Coconut Grove, and home again, all inside the region your chauffeur covers every day. Neighborhood questions are simple to settle over WhatsApp while booking.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If You Book a Ride Within 24 Hours of the Show?

You can, and your slot is then locked in and held just for you. A chauffeur and vehicle are already set aside, so a booking inside the final 24 hours runs exactly as agreed. On such short notice, a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed. You can always add more hours on the night itself.

Is Don Omar’s Miami Show on a Sunday Night?

Yes — the concert falls on Sunday, October 4, 2026, with an 8:00 PM start downtown. A Sunday show rewards a slightly earlier plan. Book dinner early so the evening never feels rushed, and let the chauffeur handle the drive home so nobody in the group has to get behind the wheel before Monday morning.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
