Transfer from Bal Harbour to Miami Hurricanes vs Virginia Tech Hokies at Hard Rock Stadium

Our private hourly chauffeur service from Bal Harbour to Miami Hurricanes vs Virginia Tech Hokies on Saturday, November 21, 2026, puts your group in a dedicated Black SUV XL with a bilingual driver at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur collects the crew anywhere in Bal Harbour, handles the drive to Miami Gardens ahead of the 7:00 PM kickoff, and stays with you until everyone is back home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Bal Harbour Cost by the Hour? 📋

Each vehicle has its own hourly rate, and every booking starts with a five-hour block.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The 7:00 PM kickoff drives the planning. A late-afternoon pickup, four quarters of college football, and the drive home add up, so it usually makes sense to reserve more than the minimum. Choose your vehicle by headcount first, then by comfort. Couples and small families fit the Black SUV XL, bigger crews step up to a Sprinter, and anyone who wants a more polished arrival picks the Platinum SUV. The rate is per vehicle, not per passenger, so a full Sprinter of friends can split one hourly figure however they like before game day.

When Is Miami Hurricanes vs Virginia Tech Hokies, and Why Did It Move to Saturday? 🏟️

The game kicks off Saturday, November 21, 2026, at 7:00 PM in Miami Gardens.

Miami Athletics moved this ACC matchup from its original Friday-night slot to Saturday. Fans welcomed the change because a rushed weeknight became a real college football Saturday. That matters if you’re staying in Bal Harbour: instead of racing out of work or a hotel meeting, your group gets a relaxed day by the ocean before heading inland. Miami has also named this its Salute to Service game, so anticipate an especially spirited home crowd. The stands fill with current students, alumni, longtime season-ticket holders, and families spanning several generations. Visiting Virginia Tech fans bring maroon and burnt orange to a sea of orange, green, and white. The mood is loud, casual, and festive, with music, food, and pregame parties spreading across the grounds well before kickoff. Most fans wear jerseys, caps, and comfortable sneakers.

What Does the Switch From a Friday Night Mean for Fans Leaving Bal Harbour?

A Saturday date frees up your whole day, so the trip to the game can start after a slow lunch instead of a workday. With no office rush to beat, your chauffeur can pick a calm moment to leave Bal Harbour, and nobody in the group has to miss the build-up to catch a ride.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour? 🏝️

Your chauffeur meets you at any address in Bal Harbour, agreed when you book.

Numerous groups start from a hotel lobby along Collins Avenue, such as The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, where the vehicle can pull up at the main entrance and load everyone. If you live in one of the oceanfront condominiums on the same stretch, just share your building name. The driver will wait at the front drive or wherever your concierge suggests. Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, just south in Surfside, is an easy starting point too. If your crew is scattered, the first hour can gather everyone: a stop at a residence, another at a hotel, then a quick swing past Bal Harbour Shops for friends finishing lunch. Send the pickup address, headcount, and a rough start time over WhatsApp, and we confirm the plan in writing before the day. That leaves only one thing to sort out: who’s bringing the jerseys.

Where Should Your Group Eat in Bal Harbour Before Kickoff? 🍸

Bal Harbour Shops is the natural pregame meeting spot, with well-known restaurants a short walk apart.

Makoto, the Japanese restaurant at the open-air center, suits a group that wants sushi and a sit-down lunch before a long evening in the stands. Carpaccio draws a crowd for classic Italian, and Le Zoo has a lively French brasserie feel that works well for a mixed table of alumni and families. For something more casual, Harding Avenue in neighboring Surfside is lined with relaxed cafés and neighborhood spots. Booking by the hour keeps it simple. Your chauffeur drops the group at the door, stays nearby while you eat, and has the vehicle ready as soon as the check is paid, so nobody hunts for parking or watches the clock. Please reserve your table directly with the restaurant, since we provide the car and driver, not reservations. Groups who want a lighter start can walk the sand at Haulover Beach Park first, then head toward Miami Gardens with snacks and team colors ready.

What’s the Best Way to Get From Bal Harbour to Hard Rock Stadium for the Game? 🚙

A private chauffeur is the simplest option: one car from your door to the drop-off.

From Bal Harbour, drivers typically head west over the Broad Causeway or north through Sunny Isles and across its causeway, then take I-95 or Florida’s Turnpike toward Miami Gardens. The choice depends on how traffic is building that afternoon. On a quiet day the drive is simple, but a large Saturday crowd turns the final approach into a slow, stop-and-start crawl. Allow plenty of extra time and let the driver decide when to leave. The official Hard Rock Stadium site posts game-day guidance worth checking before you go. With your chauffeur behind the wheel, nobody in the group has to be the designated driver, and nobody circles a lot looking for a parking space. You agree on a meeting point together, and the ride back to Collins Avenue starts from there.

How Early Should You Leave Bal Harbour for Miami Hurricanes vs Virginia Tech Hokies?

Plan to leave in the late afternoon for the 7:00 PM kickoff, or earlier if your group wants the full pregame atmosphere. Saturday crowds build steadily around Miami Gardens, and your chauffeur will suggest a departure time based on that day’s traffic, so everyone walks in relaxed instead of rushing to their seats.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Stadium?

Your driver takes the group as close to the entrance as game-day access allows, following the traffic directions in place that day. Before anyone steps out, you agree on a pickup point for after the game. Finding each other then takes one WhatsApp message instead of a search through the crowd leaving the stadium.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Game on a College Saturday?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle for the entire game, so there’s nothing to request when the crowd spills out. Walk to the meeting point you set together, and the same car and driver take everyone back to Bal Harbour, or on to a late stop if the night is still young.

Can the Driver Keep the Night Going After the Final Whistle? 🪩

Yes. Your booked hours are yours, so the ride home can feature a post-game stop.

A night game ends late, and plenty of groups aren’t ready to call it a night when the stadium lights go down. Win or lose, the chauffeur can take everyone to a late dinner in South Beach, cocktails in Brickell, or a quieter table back near Bal Harbour before the last drop-off, all in the same vehicle. You don’t have to decide the stops in advance. Pick them as the evening goes and change them whenever you like. Visiting Virginia Tech fans can use the extra time to see a slice of Miami they’d otherwise miss, from the glow of Ocean Drive to the murals of Wynwood after dark, without worrying about getting back to the hotel.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for Game Day? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate, along with onboard WiFi.

That means no toll surprises on the causeway or the highway, and no stadium parking fee to pay at the lot entrance. The vehicle, the chauffeur, and the running costs are all in one number. Onboard WiFi runs on a mobile hotspot, which is handy for checking the lineup or sharing photos on the way. A short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy to fit in. Just ask the driver, and it doesn’t change the rate. There’s room for what fans usually carry, like a cooler, signs, and merch, so just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. A few charges can be added on top: the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, and any extra hours you add beyond the booked block.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Game-Day Group From Bal Harbour? 🚐

Pick the vehicle that matches your headcount. All four options are private and come with a chauffeur.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the easy pick for a couple, a family, or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room for a bigger crew to ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, sized for a full alumni gathering or two families traveling as one.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

In a Sprinter everyone rides together, so the pregame energy, the chants, and the post-game recap stay in one cabin instead of being split across several cars that arrive at different times. If your group is right on the line between two sizes, go with the bigger one. A little extra room makes the ride back much more comfortable after hours on your feet.

Can Alumni Groups Book a Private Van From Bal Harbour for Game Day?

Yes. Alumni groups can book a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter so the whole reunion travels together from a Bal Harbour lobby to the game. One chauffeur handles the entire evening, and you can add a pregame gathering or a post-game toast as stops without splitting the group across separate cars.

Why Does a 7:00 PM Kickoff Trigger the Night Surcharge? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For a Bal Harbour group, the surcharge almost always applies to this game. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The SUV surcharge is a single amount per trip. The Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the trip value, so it grows with the size of the booking. We confirm exactly how it applies to your plan when you reserve over WhatsApp, so the total is clear before anyone puts on a jersey.

Which Facts Should Every Bal Harbour Group Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Every booking holds one dedicated vehicle and one driver for the whole block.
  • The minimum booking is five hours with the same car and driver.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • You set the stops and the pace, and the itinerary can change on the day.
  • Chauffeurs are available 24/7, including late nights after a game.
  • Every booking is arranged and confirmed over WhatsApp.

How Does Payment Work for a Game-Day Booking? 🕴️

You pay the full fare to reserve, by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid when you book, locks in your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for a Hurricanes Home Game? 🍾

A private chauffeur gives your group a premium service built around your game day.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin becomes your pregame lounge and post-game recap room, with no strangers and no switching cars. Your hourly rate is flat and locked when you book. There’s no surge on a busy Saturday, and traffic or weather doesn’t change it. One bilingual chauffeur handles the entire block, so the same person knows your pickup, your stops, and your plans for the night. You reach the driver directly on WhatsApp, so a new dinner time or an extra stop takes one message. The result is a better experience from Collins Avenue to Miami Gardens and back, with no parking hunt and no scramble for a ride through a stadium crowd. That’s what we mean by premium: the whole day runs calmly, privately, and on your schedule.

How Does Booking by the Hour Work for a Game Saturday? 🚙

You choose a vehicle, reserve a block of hours, and the same driver stays with you throughout.

Start by sending your headcount, a rough pickup time, and the stops you have in mind over WhatsApp. Your group size decides which vehicle you need. Once the hours are reserved, the car and chauffeur are your group’s: the driver follows the stops you set and waits at each one. Nothing about the plan is fixed, so you can drop or add a stop mid-afternoon with a quick word to the driver. After the first five hours, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate. If the post-game dinner runs long, you keep the car as long as you need. Pickup can be at any Miami address agreed at booking, whether that’s a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. A friend landing that afternoon or getting off a cruise that morning can ride straight to the game with everyone else.

Can You Change a Game-Day Booking Made Within 24 Hours?

When you confirm a booking for the next 24 hours, its date and time are locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside, so on such short notice we can’t guarantee moving the date or a refund, and the booking runs as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.

Is There Private Transportation From Bal Harbour to Miami Hurricanes vs Virginia Tech Hokies? 🎊

Yes. A private chauffeur can take your Bal Harbour group to the game and back.

When you book by the hour, the vehicle leaves from your lobby or residence at the time you choose, carries only the people you invite, and follows the evening you plan. That works for every kind of fan going to this game, from students out with friends to alumni hosting clients and families bringing grandparents to their first Hurricanes home game. Because the car is private, the group leaves when everyone is ready instead of working around someone else’s timetable, which helps on a day when half the party is still finishing lunch. The questions below cover what Bal Harbour guests often ask, from how far the hourly service travels to whether visiting fans and pets can come along. For anything specific to your group, send your plan on WhatsApp and we’ll check availability for November 21.

Does the Hourly Service Travel Beyond Bal Harbour and Miami Gardens?

The hourly service covers the local Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It stays around the city rather than heading out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, so your driver is always local and on call.

Can You Bring a Pet on the Ride to the Game?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Will Your Group Share the Vehicle With Other Fans?

No. Every booking is private, so the only passengers are the people in your group. From the first pickup in Bal Harbour to the last drop-off of the night, nobody else rides with you, and your group decides the seating, the stops, and the timing.

Can Visiting Virginia Tech Fans Staying in Bal Harbour Book the Same Service?

Yes. Visiting Hokies fans staying in Bal Harbour book the same private hourly service as home fans. Your bilingual chauffeur can point out Miami sights along the way, and maroon and burnt orange are as welcome in the vehicle as orange and green. Send your hotel name and group size over WhatsApp before you arrive, and we’ll match the vehicle to your party.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Booking your game-day car for Saturday, November 21, takes one WhatsApp message. Send your group size, your Bal Harbour pickup spot, and a rough start time, and we’ll check availability and confirm your booking with the right vehicle for your group.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
