Transfer from Coral Gables to the Silvestre Dangond – El Baile de Todos Concert at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coral Gables to Silvestre Dangond – El Baile de Todos at Hard Rock Live on December 5, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver stays with you from dinner on Miracle Mile through the 8:00 PM show and the late ride home to the Gables.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coral Gables Cost on Concert Night? 📋

Every vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and each booking has a 5-hour minimum, which comfortably covers dinner, the show, and the drive home.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate is charged per vehicle, not per person, so a full SUV or a packed Sprinter splits one hourly figure across the whole group. A typical Coral Gables concert night usually fills that opening block on its own: the pickup, a dinner stop, the drive north, the show, and the return. Any time beyond it simply becomes extra hours. Choose the tier by headcount first and finish second. The Platinum SUV suits couples and small groups who want the most refined cabin. The Sprinters keep a big birthday crew or an extended family together in one vehicle so nobody has to split into several cars and regroup at the door.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on a Concert Night? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one driver, and the evening runs on your schedule.

Start by matching the vehicle to your headcount. Then send us a rough start time and the stops you have in mind. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, and the exact pickup spot is agreed when you book. That could be a hotel, a home, or Miami International Airport. It could also be a PortMiami cruise terminal if you step off a ship that morning and want to go straight to the show. From there you set the route and the order: dinner first, a quick stop for a friend, then north to the concert. The same chauffeur stays with you for the entire block and waits wherever you stop, including through the show, so nobody has to rebook anything between legs. Plans can shift mid-evening too. Add a stop, drop one, or stay longer at dinner, and the driver simply adjusts.

Can We Keep the Car Longer If the Night Runs Late?

Yes. After the 5-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at your vehicle’s same per-hour rate. There is no new fare to negotiate and nothing to pay on the spot, because the extra time is settled after the night wraps up. If the encore runs long or the group wants a late bite, you never need a second booking.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate From Coral Gables? 🍸

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, along with onboard WiFi.

That covers the expressway tolls on the run north and parking during your stops, so nobody in the group pays at a toll plaza or a lot. Each vehicle has a mobile hotspot for onboard WiFi, which helps when you pull up digital tickets or share photos on the drive. One brief comfort stop for the restroom, a snack, or a quick stretch is easy to fit in mid-booking. Just ask the driver, and the rate stays the same. If you’re bringing signs, merch, or gifts for an after-party, there’s room for what fans carry. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. The one extra charge to plan for on this date is the night surcharge, explained below.

Why Ride With a Private Chauffeur From Coral Gables Instead of Driving? 🕴️

A private chauffeur gives your group a better experience from the first toast to the last drop-off.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and is never shared or pooled. The same bilingual chauffeur, fluent in English and Spanish, stays with you for the whole block. Your rate is flat and locked when you book, so a packed Saturday crowd, a rainstorm, or slow traffic on the turnpike never changes the price. Nobody has to be the designated driver, nobody circles for parking, and nobody ends the night arguing over who calls a car. You message the driver directly on WhatsApp, so a change of plan reaches the person behind the wheel in seconds, whether it’s an extra friend, a later dinner, or a new stop. On a concert night, premium service means a clean vehicle, a chauffeur who knows the roads between Coral Gables and Broward County, and an evening that runs at your pace.

How Do You Pay for an Hourly Chauffeur Booking? 🥂

You pay the full fare up front, and any extra hours are settled after the night.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The booking covers at least five hours, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and is settled after the day.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

If the service is within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside. On that short notice the date and time stay as agreed, and we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day at the same hourly rate.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Silvestre Dangond Show? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a date night to a full extended-family outing.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. It’s the usual choice for couples and small friend groups heading to the show.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in the most refined cabin we run. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition. These are examples of the vehicle class.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a birthday group rides together instead of splitting into separate cars.
  • Larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers for the big crews: cousins, coworkers, or a whole circle of fans.

Every tier comes with the same inclusions and the same chauffeur standard. The difference is space and finish. If your headcount is close to a tier’s limit, such as a group that might grow by one or two, book the larger vehicle so a last-minute guest always has a seat.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Coral Gables for a Large Group?

Yes. For groups too big for an SUV, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter works as your own private shuttle for the night. It’s never shared with strangers, it follows your stops, and the whole group arrives and leaves together. That matters on a crowded concert night, when splitting into several cars usually leaves someone waiting at the curb.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply on a Concert Night? 🌆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For an SUV booking it’s one flat add-on per trip, not an hourly charge. For a Sprinter it’s a percentage of the trip value. Most concert-night bookings from Coral Gables start well within daytime hours, with dinner and the drive north before 6:00 PM. Both figures are listed right here, so you can factor them into your plans before you confirm the date.

Who Is Silvestre Dangond and What Is El Baile de Todos? 🎤

Silvestre Dangond, a Latin Grammy-winning vallenato star, plays South Florida on December 5, 2026.

Vallenato is the accordion-driven folk-pop of Colombia’s Caribbean coast, with storytelling lyrics, driving percussion, and an accordion carrying the melody. Dangond is one of its biggest stars, known for high-energy shows where the crowd sings louder than the band. His El Baile de Todos USA 2026 tour brings that energy to the indoor theater at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, with the show starting at 8:00 PM on Saturday, December 5. Earlier in 2026 he played one of Miami’s biggest arenas, so South Florida’s Colombian community has this date marked, and the room will likely be on its feet from the first song. Dress for dancing, plan for a long night, and let someone else handle the driving.

What Kind of Crowd Goes to a Silvestre Dangond Concert?

Expect a mixed, joyful crowd: Colombian families spanning several generations, friend groups dressed up for a night out, and couples who came mostly to dance. Many fans travel in from across South Florida and make the concert the centerpiece of a full evening of dinner, the show, and a late stop. That’s exactly the kind of night an hourly chauffeur is built for.

How Big Is the Hard Rock Live Theater?

The venue is a large indoor theater and one of South Florida’s main rooms for headline acts, built into the Seminole Hard Rock resort in Hollywood. A big room empties all at once, so the after-show crowd spills out together. At that moment, a car already reserved for you is far easier than looking for a ride at the curb.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Hard Rock Live From Coral Gables? 🏟️

The smoothest way to the show is a private chauffeur leaving Coral Gables early.

The venue is at the Seminole resort in Hollywood, in Broward County, so the drive heads north out of Coral Gables and through Miami-Dade. Your chauffeur typically takes the Palmetto Expressway or I-95 north, then Florida’s Turnpike or State Road 7 into Hollywood, choosing the route on the night based on live traffic. On a Saturday show night, typically allow an hour or more, and leave earlier rather than later. Concert traffic and casino-resort traffic build up together as the 8:00 PM start approaches. Before you go, check the Hard Rock Live venue page for door times and bag rules. Because the car is yours for the whole block, you won’t have to find a ride at either end of the night.

How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for the Show?

Plan to leave Coral Gables with a comfortable cushion before the 8:00 PM start. For most groups, that means late afternoon or right after an early dinner. Arriving early gives you time to clear security, find your seats, and get a drink before the opening songs, instead of hearing the first ones from the line outside.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Live?

The driver brings you to the resort’s designated drop-off point, as close to the venue as access allows on the night. Event-night traffic control decides the exact lane, so your chauffeur follows the posted routing and lets the group out together. The driver then sends you a WhatsApp message with where to meet after the show.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take Us Home?

Yes, and that’s the main reason to book by the hour. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the entire show. When the encore ends, you send a WhatsApp message and walk to the agreed meeting spot while the rest of the crowd is still looking for rides. Then the driver takes you straight back to Coral Gables, or to a late-night stop first.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coral Gables? 🏙️

The driver meets you at any address in Coral Gables, agreed when you book.

Hotel guests are usually picked up at the front entrance or lobby. That might be the Biltmore, with its landmark tower above the golf course, or a hotel along Ponce de Leon Boulevard or near Miracle Mile. Residents are picked up at their door, whether that’s a house on a quiet, tree-lined street near the Venetian Pool or a condo near the University of Miami campus. Groups often meet first at one home or hotel so everyone rides north together. If friends are spread across the Gables, Coconut Grove, or Brickell, add each address as its own stop, and the driver picks them up in order. Tell us any entrance-free entrance details, lobby names, or building instructions when you book so the pickup goes smoothly from the first minute.

Where Should You Eat in Coral Gables Before the Concert? 🥃

Miracle Mile and Giralda Plaza are the natural pre-show dinner spots in Coral Gables.

Giralda Plaza is a pedestrian street lined with outdoor restaurant tables under string lights, which makes it easy for a group to linger over a long dinner. Miracle Mile is right around the corner, with steakhouses, Latin kitchens, and cocktail bars. The Shops at Merrick Park offer polished dining for couples who want a quieter table. Your driver drops you at the curb, waits while you eat, and has the car ready as soon as the check is paid, so you don’t have to look for a garage on a busy Saturday night. If someone wants to start with a drink at the Biltmore or a coffee in Coconut Grove, that’s just another stop. After the show, the same car can stop for a late-night bite on the way home before dropping everyone back in the Gables.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner is just another stop within your hourly block. Tell us the restaurant and a rough reservation time, and we’ll plan the pickup so you finish eating with plenty of time for the drive north. The same driver and vehicle cover dinner, the concert, and the ride home, all in one booking.

Which Booking Details Matter Most on Show Night? 📋

  • Every booking runs for a minimum of five hours, door to door.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all night.
  • Chauffeurs speak English and Spanish, so either language works on board.
  • Each hour past the opening block is billed at the same per-hour rate.
  • Service is available 24/7, every day, for daytime or evening bookings.
  • Bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp with group size, start time, and stops.

Is There Private Transportation From Coral Gables to Silvestre Dangond – El Baile de Todos? 🎊

Yes. We provide private hourly chauffeur service from Coral Gables to the El Baile de Todos show on December 5. Your group gets its own SUV or Sprinter for the night, with nothing shared or pooled. It’s a reservation for your group, not a seat in someone else’s vehicle.

Booking works the way you’d reserve a table. Send your headcount, your Coral Gables address, the dinner spot if you have one, and roughly when you want to leave. We reply with the right vehicle and confirm the evening. Because the car is yours for the whole block, the plan can change without anyone making a new booking. A friend can join late, dinner can run long, or the group can stay a little longer after the final song.

Does the Hourly Service Reach Hollywood From Coral Gables?

Yes. Hollywood is within the nearby area we serve up toward Fort Lauderdale. The service stays local around Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport. It’s an on-call, unhurried service that stays close to the city, so it doesn’t go to far destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can I Bring My Pet Along in the Car?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can We Book a Driver for Other Concerts at Hard Rock Live?

Yes. The same private hourly service works for any show at the venue and for other nights out in Hollywood. Booking works the same way: choose the vehicle by headcount, set a pickup in Coral Gables or anywhere local, and keep the car for the ride home. Check the venue’s events calendar for upcoming dates, then send us the night you want.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

Can You Reserve Your Chauffeur for December 5 Today? 🍾

Message us on WhatsApp with your group size, pickup address, and plans to confirm your booking.

Tell us how many people are riding, where in Coral Gables you’d like to be picked up, a rough start time, and any stops. That might be dinner on Giralda, a pickup for a friend in Coconut Grove, or a late bite after the show. We match the vehicle, check availability, and send the payment link so the evening is reserved. From there, the night belongs to your group: one car and one chauffeur, with nothing left to arrange once the music starts. Add hours on the night if the dancing doesn’t stop, and settle them after the evening. Your seats are waiting at the show, and the car will be waiting when it’s over.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
