Transfer from Miami Beach to the Eros Ramazzotti Concert at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Miami Beach to Eros Ramazzotti at Kaseya Center on Friday, October 8, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver handles dinner on the Beach, the 8:00 PM show, and the ride home, and waits through every encore.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Beach Cost Per Hour? 🚙

Every concert booking is priced per vehicle, per hour, with a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Pick the tier by headcount. A couple or a small circle of friends fits comfortably in the SUV, and a larger party that wants to arrive together rides as one group in a Sprinter. The hourly price covers the vehicle and its chauffeur together, not a per-person seat, so splitting it across a full car of fans is easy. A five-hour window fits a typical concert evening well: an unhurried dinner on the Beach, the drive downtown, the full show, and the trip back to your door. Groups planning a longer celebration can reserve more hours up front and know exactly what the evening costs before it starts.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to the Ride Home After the Show? 🎆

Trips outside 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry a surcharge that depends on the vehicle. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The amounts follow the list exactly. The SUV has a set add-on per trip, and the Sprinter adds a percentage of the trip value. All the terms are published here, so your group can plan for them before anyone pays. Plans that stay inside daytime hours, like a beach afternoon or a late lunch in Coconut Grove, carry no surcharge at all. Your WhatsApp confirmation lists the vehicle, the hours, and the evening surcharge where it applies, so the final total holds no surprises when the concert ends.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur From Miami Beach for This Concert? 🥂

A private chauffeur puts the whole concert night into one car, one driver, and one plan.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and never shared with strangers. The music, the pace, and the conversation stay yours from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Your bilingual chauffeur speaks English and Spanish. That helps with a crowd that sings these ballads in Spanish and Italian and often comes out as a whole family.

Your flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book. There is no surge, and the price doesn’t change for traffic, weather, or a packed event night downtown. One dedicated driver stays with you for the entire block, waits through the concert, and answers you directly on WhatsApp if plans change. That is what premium service means on a concert night: fewer moving parts, a better experience for everyone in the car, and nothing to sort out when the music stops.

When Does Eros Ramazzotti Play Miami on the UNA HISTORIA IMPORTANTE Tour? 🎤

Eros Ramazzotti brings UNA HISTORIA IMPORTANTE to Downtown Miami on Friday, October 8, 2027.

The show starts at 8:00 PM at Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena on Biscayne Boulevard. It is the rescheduled Miami stop of his world tour for the album of the same name. Anticipate an arena concert of romantic Italian and Latin pop, with new songs mixed in among the classic hits, sung mostly in Spanish and Italian, and the whole room joining the choruses.

The audience looks a lot like Miami. Couples plan it as a date night, and friend groups turn it into a reunion. Families with roots in Italy, Latin America, and Spain come to hear songs that have played at their weddings and dinner tables for years. Many people dress up, book a restaurant, and make the concert the center of a full evening. On a night like that, handing the driving to someone else makes a lot of sense.

Who Is Eros Ramazzotti, for Anyone New to His Music?

Eros Ramazzotti is an Italian pop singer whose career spans decades, and he is one of the most successful Italian recording artists. He records Spanish versions of his albums, which is why his following is so strong across Latin America and here in Miami. Expect big ballads, huge choruses, and a crowd that knows every word.

Where Can You Buy Tickets for the Miami Show?

Tickets are sold through the official Eros Ramazzotti listing on Ticketmaster. If you bought seats for the original date, check that listing to see how they carry over. We provide the ride, not the tickets. Once your seats are set, send us your group size and dinner plans on WhatsApp.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Beach? 🏝️

Your chauffeur picks up the group at any address in Miami Beach you choose.

Most concert nights start at a hotel lobby on Collins Avenue in South Beach, an oceanfront condo in Mid-Beach, or a family home in North Beach or on the Venetian Islands. You name the spot and the time when you book. We confirm the details on WhatsApp so the driver knows exactly which entrance or driveway to use.

Gathering a split group is simple. The car can pick up one couple at their hotel on Ocean Drive, stop at a friend’s apartment near Lincoln Road, and collect the rest on the way, all in the same booking. When the driver arrives, a swift message tells everyone the car is outside, so nobody waits on the sidewalk in their concert outfit wondering which vehicle is theirs. For couples spending the weekend on the Beach, the pickup becomes the start of the evening instead of a chore between dinner and the show.

Where Should We Have Dinner in Miami Beach Before the Concert? 🍸

Miami Beach and nearby Downtown offer several well-known dinner areas for concertgoers.

Lincoln Road’s open-air pedestrian mall suits friend groups who want an easy dinner and a walk before heading downtown. South of Fifth, at the southern tip of South Beach, has upscale Italian restaurants, a natural fit for a night built around an Italian singer. Sunset Harbour, on the bay side of the island near the Venetian Causeway, has relaxed neighborhood restaurants. Groups who want to eat closer to the arena can dine in Brickell or at Bayside Marketplace, the waterfront shopping and dining complex right next door.

Wherever you go, the chauffeur drops you at the door, waits nearby while you eat, and pulls up again when you’re ready. Nobody circles for parking or watches the clock at the valet stand. You make the restaurant reservation, and we handle the car and the timing between stops.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner is just another stop in the same hourly booking. Your driver drops the group at the restaurant, waits while you eat, and heads downtown once the check is paid, so one booking covers the whole evening. Share the restaurant and your table time when you book, and we’ll plan the schedule back from the 8:00 PM start.

Where Can the Night Continue After the Concert?

Plenty of groups keep the night going after the last encore. Brickell’s rooftop lounges are just south of downtown, Wynwood stays lively late, and on the way home you can stop for a nightcap on Ocean Drive. A post-show stop fits in the same booking. The same driver takes you there and home, so there’s no new car to find.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Beach on Concert Night? 🌆

Chauffeurs usually take the MacArthur Causeway, which comes out on Biscayne Boulevard beside the arena.

From South Beach, the MacArthur Causeway (I-395) is the most direct route to Biscayne Boulevard, where the arena faces the bay. The Venetian Causeway is a slower, picturesque route across the islands and is useful when the main road backs up. Groups picked up in Mid-Beach or North Beach often take the Julia Tuttle Causeway (I-195) and then head south. Your chauffeur chooses the route that evening based on live traffic, not habit.

On a quiet night the trip is a short causeway crossing. On a Friday concert night, allow a lot more time, because commuters, bayfront diners, and a full arena of fans are all heading to the same few blocks. The answers below cover when to leave, where you obtain out, and how the ride home works, so the group can focus on the music.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Beach for the 8:00 PM Show?

Leave Miami Beach well before the 8:00 PM start and allow plenty of extra time, because downtown traffic builds all through a Friday evening. Your chauffeur checks conditions before pickup and suggests a departure time that gets you inside before the first song, with time to find your seats and grab a drink.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

The driver takes you as close to the venue as event-night access allows, and you walk the last stretch to the entrance. Downtown streets can be rerouted on busy show nights, so the exact drop-off point may change. Your chauffeur knows the approaches and lets you out where the group can walk straight in.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take Us Home After?

Yes. Because you’ve hired the car by the hour, the driver stays nearby for the whole concert. When the last song ends, send a WhatsApp message and the driver meets the group at the agreed pickup point. Then it’s straight back across the causeway to Miami Beach while the rest of the crowd is still looking for a ride.

What Payment Methods Does the Booking Need? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your concert date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is just the start. Keep the car as long as you like. Every hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and settled after the night ends.

Which Key Facts Define Our Hourly Concert Service? 🕴️

  • Plans can change mid-booking: add a stop, skip one, or stay longer.
  • Chauffeurs are available 24/7, for daytime outings or late nights.
  • Every vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot.
  • One short comfort stop mid-booking never changes your hourly rate.
  • Everything is arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Choose the vehicle by headcount, and everyone rides together in one private car.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a good fit for couples and small friend groups going to the show.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, with room for a bigger circle of friends or a family night out.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, so an entire party arrives and leaves together.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in our most upscale tier. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

The Platinum SUV models listed are examples of the vehicle class, not a promise of one specific model. Couples celebrating an anniversary or a birthday around the concert often choose it for the extra luxury. A family bringing parents and grandparents to see the singer they grew up with usually needs a Sprinter. If your group falls right between two tiers, choose the larger one so nobody has to squeeze in wearing their best clothes.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Show Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.

That covers every causeway crossing, every drive between dinner and the arena, and the driver’s own parking during the concert, so there is no separate charge for gas or a garage at the end of the night. The chauffeur and the vehicle come together at one hourly price. There’s room for what concertgoers bring, like a jacket for the air-conditioned arena, a fan sign, or the tour merch you bought at the show. If you plan to bring something big, just tell us in advance.

A few things can add to the total. The evening surcharge applies to trips outside daytime hours, as listed above. Any hours you add beyond your booked block are billed at your vehicle’s same rate.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

Booking by the hour means you reserve a car and chauffeur, not a single ride.

First, choose the vehicle that fits your group, then reserve a block of at least five hours for the evening. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (you can go straight from the ship to the concert), Miami International Airport, or a home. The pickup spot is agreed at booking. After that, the same driver stays with you for the whole block, and you choose every stop and the route: dinner, the show, a nightcap, the ride home.

If the night runs longer than planned, keep the car. After the five-hour block, every extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no fare to renegotiate. You settle the extra time after the night ends, with the driver or over WhatsApp. Stay for one more drink in Brickell or take the long way home along Ocean Drive, and the hours keep adding up at the rate you already know.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Beach to the Eros Ramazzotti Concert? 🎭

Yes. A private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Beach to the concert and back home.

One reserved vehicle covers the whole evening: pickup at your hotel or home, a dinner stop if you want one, the drive downtown, and the trip back after the encore. You don’t need to find a parking garage, and you won’t be hunting for a car in the crowd after the show. If you’re searching for a private shuttle to the concert, the Sprinter is exactly that: a private van reserved only for your group, never a shared seat. Couples usually choose an SUV, and larger friend groups and families ride together in a Sprinter. Whatever the size of your party, the car, the chauffeur, and the schedule are yours for every hour you book.

Does the Hourly Service Run Beyond Miami Beach?

Yes, across the local Miami area: Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Doral, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. This is a local, on-call, unhurried service, so we keep it around the city instead of running it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Evening?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can I Still Book a Chauffeur for the Concert on Short Notice?

Yes, if a vehicle is available. When you book a ride within the next 24 hours, its date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and car already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. The good news: you can always add hours on the night.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Concert Night From Miami Beach? 🎊

Reserve your concert-night chauffeur by sending us your plan on WhatsApp.

Send us three things: your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind. That means your Miami Beach pickup address, the restaurant if you’ve booked one, and any stop after the show. We’ll match you with the right vehicle, confirm the hours and any evening surcharge, and lock in your date once the payment arrives. October 8, 2027 is a Friday night in Downtown Miami, with a full arena of fans all heading the same way. Booking early settles the transportation well ahead, so you can spend the weeks before the show thinking about the setlist instead of the drive. On the night, your chauffeur meets you at the agreed spot with the route already planned. All that’s left is choosing which ballad to sing on the ride home.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
