Transfer from Miami Airport to Aitana at The Fillmore Miami Beach

Our private hourly chauffeur from Miami Airport to Aitana at The Fillmore Miami Beach on November 29, 2026, gives your group a Black SUV XL and a bilingual driver on a 5-hour minimum, at a flat rate from $100 per hour. Your chauffeur meets you on the airport side of town. The evening runs on your schedule, from the first stop to the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Airport Cost by the Hour? 📋

You pay by the hour for the vehicle, with a minimum of five hours per booking, so choose the tier that fits your group:

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The price is for the vehicle, not for each passenger. A group of friends heading to the concert together pays one hourly figure, however many seats are filled. A mother and daughter riding in the Black SUV XL pay the same hourly figure as a full car of friends. Larger groups move up to the Sprinter tier that matches their headcount. Couples who want a more polished ride can choose the Platinum SUV. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Concert Night? 🚙

We have four private vehicle sizes, from a car for two friends to a van for a fan club of fourteen.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It suits a couple or a small group of friends going to the show together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a larger group of friends can ride in and arrive together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers. It works for a fan club, a birthday group, or two families spending the evening together.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers and has our most refined cabin for a special night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every vehicle is reserved for your group alone. No other riders come along. If you’re not sure which size to pick, send us your exact headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll recommend one. A mother bringing a teenage daughter and a few of her friends might sit right between two sizes. One extra friend can mean you need the next size up, so confirm your final number before show night.

Quick Facts About Booking Your Miami Chauffeur by the Hour 🕴️

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Your chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • You choose the stops, their order, and how long you linger at each.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • A brief comfort stop for a restroom or snack is easy mid-booking.
  • Service is available every day, daytime or evening, around the clock.
  • Bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp with group size, start time, and stops.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Concert Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, so the price you book covers the car itself.

That matters on a Miami Beach concert night. The expressways out of the airport area charge tolls, and you won’t have to look for parking near a busy theater. Parking for the vehicle is covered and never appears as a separate charge. Only two things can be added to the hourly rate. The first is the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, explained in its own section below. The second is any time you add beyond your original block, billed at your vehicle’s usual rate. The route, the stops, and the driver’s time between them are all part of having a chauffeur by the hour.

Why Is Aitana’s Miami Beach Concert Worth Planning Around? 🎤

Aitana plays Miami Beach on Sunday, November 29, 2026, at 8:00 PM, one of very few US dates on her current world tour.

The pop singer from Barcelona first became known on a televised talent show in Spain. She has since built a devoted following on both sides of the Atlantic, and her latest album earned Latin Grammy recognition. Her Miami crowd reflects the city: Venezuelan, Colombian, Argentine, and Cuban fans alongside Spaniards living in Miami. Most are Gen Z and millennials, and they come as groups of friends, couples, and mothers with teenage daughters. Expect the whole room to sing every lyric in Spanish. Because so few US cities are on the schedule, many fans fly in from elsewhere in Florida and the Southeast, often landing at Miami International Airport the same day. The show also falls on the Sunday after Thanksgiving, one of the busiest travel days of the year. Having a car reserved before you land makes a crowded travel day much easier.

What Is the Jackie Gleason Theater Like for a Concert?

The Fillmore is housed in the historic Jackie Gleason Theater. It’s a theater-sized room, much more intimate than the arenas and stadiums this tour usually plays, which is one reason fans value the Miami date. It’s close to Lincoln Road, the Miami Beach Botanical Garden, and the convention center, so the neighborhood fills with fans well before showtime.

How Do You Get to The Fillmore Miami Beach From Miami Airport on Show Night? 🎭

Your chauffeur picks up the group near the airport, crosses Biscayne Bay into South Beach, and drives the whole way to the show.

On a quiet evening the drive is commonly simple, but November 29 won’t be quiet. Holiday travelers will be heading home through Miami International Airport, and a full theater of fans will be arriving in the same few South Beach blocks. Leave plenty of extra time and let the chauffeur deal with the traffic. Before you go, read the visitor page for The Fillmore Miami Beach, which covers entry policies and amenities. The ride home is just as simple. Send one message and the same car is ready. No one in the group has to drive, and no one has to look for a ride after the encore.

Which Route Does a Chauffeur Take From Miami Airport to Miami Beach?

The usual route goes east on the Dolphin Expressway (State Road 836) toward downtown, then across the MacArthur Causeway into South Beach. If that route is backed up, the Airport Expressway to the Julia Tuttle Causeway reaches the beach farther north. Your driver checks live traffic and takes whichever route is moving faster that night.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Airport for the 8:00 PM Show?

Plan to be on the road by late afternoon, leaving much more time than the drive itself needs. The extra time covers holiday airport traffic and slow causeway traffic into South Beach. It also leaves room for dinner or a sunset walk on the beach before you go inside, so the group can settle in without rushing.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Theater?

The chauffeur drops you as close to the venue as access allows on show night. Street access around the theater can change on a busy evening, so the exact drop-off point depends on the traffic setup that night. Your driver confirms the spot on WhatsApp as you get close, and you walk straight to the entrance without looking for a garage.

Can the Driver Wait Nearby While the Concert Plays?

Yes, waiting is part of booking by the hour. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle during the show and sends you a clear meeting point on WhatsApp before you go in. When the last song ends, send a message, walk to that spot, and ride home in the same car that brought you.

Where Should You Eat Near Miami Airport Before the Concert? 🍸

Versailles, the famous Cuban restaurant in Little Havana, is a classic pre-show stop on the airport side of town.

Generations of Miami families have eaten in its busy dining room and bought pastries at its bakery counter, so it’s a fitting start to a night of Spanish-language pop. For something more upscale, Miracle Mile in Coral Gables is a short drive from the airport and has plenty of sit-down restaurants. If you’d rather eat near the theater, ask the chauffeur to drop you on Lincoln Road. The outdoor cafés on this pedestrian street are an easy place to meet friends arriving on different flights. Wherever you eat, the same driver takes you from dinner to the show. You won’t need a valet ticket or a second car, and you won’t have to watch the clock over dessert. A sit-down meal plus the drive takes time, so start your booking early enough that dinner isn’t rushed.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work From Miami Airport? 🚐

You choose a vehicle for your group and set a start time, and the car and chauffeur are yours for the whole booked block.

We can pick you up at any address in the Miami Airport area. That includes the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, a hotel in Blue Lagoon or Doral, or a home in Miami Springs, and we agree on the exact spot when you book. You plan the evening in one WhatsApp conversation: dinner first, then the theater, maybe a late drink on the way home. If plans change on concert night, add or skip a stop and the chauffeur adjusts. Every booking starts with five hours. If the encore runs long or the group wants one more stop, each extra hour is added at the same hourly rate for your vehicle. There’s no new fare to negotiate, and you settle up after the night ends. Keep the car as long as you need it.

Can a Chauffeur Meet You Straight Off a Flight at Miami International Airport?

Yes. If you land on show day, your booking can start at your arrival time, and the chauffeur meets the group at the agreed curbside spot outside the terminal. Send your flight details on WhatsApp when you book so the pickup matches your landing. From there, the evening goes straight from the airport to dinner and the concert.

How Can You Pay? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book, and you can add time if the night runs long.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum. Keep the car longer whenever you want; each hour after the 5-hour block costs the same flat hourly rate, with no new fare, and you settle it after the day.

Does a Late-Night Surcharge Apply After the Show? 🎆

Yes. Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. That puts this booking under the surcharge below:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For the SUV, the surcharge is a fixed amount per trip. For the Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the trip value. Either way, it’s added to the hourly rate and doesn’t change it, and we list it when we confirm your booking on WhatsApp. It’s the only charge that depends on the time of day. Dinner, the drive across the bay, and the ride home after the encore all happen in the same car, so you have one clear total for the whole night.

Why Book a Private Bilingual Chauffeur for This Concert? 🥂

You get a premium service built around one group, one vehicle, and one chauffeur for the whole evening.

The vehicle is clean, prepared for your night, and reserved for your group alone. Your hourly rate is flat and locked in when you book. It doesn’t surge on a holiday weekend or change with traffic or weather. Your chauffeur is bilingual, which helps families where grandparents, parents, and teens switch between English and Spanish, and fans who want to talk about the setlist in the language of the songs. You message the chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, so an extra stop or a new pickup corner after the show takes one text. The same driver is on call through the whole concert, and nobody has to watch the time or look for a ride home. It all makes for a better experience, from the airport curb to the last song.

Where Does Our Hourly Service Run Around Miami? 🏙️

Our hourly chauffeurs stay local, covering Miami and the nearby neighborhoods instead of long highway trips.

That includes Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying close to the city keeps the service on call and unhurried. The driver is never in the middle of a long trip, so there’s always time for one more stop between dinner and the theater. Places farther away, such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, aren’t covered by this hourly service. That’s by design, and a night like this one stays well within the local area. If someone in your group is staying up toward Fort Lauderdale, tell us when you book and we’ll plan the start around it.

Is There a Private Ride From Miami Airport to Aitana? 🚙

Yes. A chauffeur booked by the hour takes your group from the Miami Airport area to the concert and back in one reserved vehicle.

The car carries only the people you bring. That could be two friends who flew in from Tampa, or cousins arriving from Atlanta to meet relatives who live near the airport. One reservation replaces booking a ride there, hoping to find one back, and splitting fares across several phones after the encore. If you’re looking for a private van to the show, our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles fit a larger group that wants to travel and reach together. Couples celebrating a special night may prefer the Platinum SUV, and a small group of friends fits easily in the Black SUV XL. The questions below cover what else fans flying into Miami tend to ask before they book.

Can We Fit Dinner and the Show Into One Booking?

Yes, one hourly booking covers both. Start early enough to sit down at a restaurant near the airport or near the theater, and the chauffeur takes the group from dinner to the show without a second reservation. If dinner runs long, keep the car a bit longer and the evening adjusts.

Is a Private Car Easier Than Public Transit From Miami Airport to Miami Beach?

For a concert night, a private car is the simpler option. Public transit from the airport to South Beach means fixed routes, transfers, and walking between stops, and getting home after a late show depends on what’s still running. A reserved chauffeur takes the group right to the entrance and home again, on your schedule.

How Far Ahead Should We Reserve a Car for November 29?

Reserve as soon as you have your tickets. The Sunday after Thanksgiving is a busy travel day in Miami, and booking early holds your preferred vehicle for your group. Once the fare is paid, the date is yours, and you can adjust the start time, dinner stop, and pickup point on WhatsApp as the night gets closer.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. When a booking is agreed for a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.

Can We Bring a Small Pet Along in the Car?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
