Transfer from Brickell to Aitana at The Fillmore Miami Beach

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Brickell to Aitana at The Fillmore Miami Beach on Sunday, November 29, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. From the lobby pickup to the ride home, one bilingual driver stays with you, and the rate is locked at booking, so show-night traffic never moves the price.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Brickell Cost by the Hour? 📋

Rates are set per vehicle, and every booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Start with your headcount. A couple or a small circle of friends heading to the concert fits easily in the Black SUV XL. A birthday crew or a full group chat of fans moves into one of the two Sprinter sizes, so everyone arrives together and sings the same chorus on the way over. The Platinum SUV is the step up for riders who want a more polished cabin for a dressed-up evening. Whichever tier you pick, the hourly figure covers the whole vehicle, not each seat, so splitting it across the group is simple math. The only late-hour adjustment is the night surcharge, explained further down, and nothing on this list changes because it happens to be concert night.

Who Is Aitana, and What Is Her Miami Beach Night Like? 🎤

Aitana is a Barcelona-born pop star bringing her Cuarto Azul World Tour to Miami Beach.

She first won over fans on a Spanish TV talent show, and the album behind this tour earned Latin Grammy recognition. The Miami date falls on Sunday, November 29, 2026, with the show starting at 8:00 PM at The Fillmore Miami Beach, the historic Jackie Gleason Theater stage near Lincoln Road. Expect a devoted crowd, mostly Gen Z and millennial fans: groups of friends, couples, and mothers with teenage daughters, all singing every lyric in Spanish word for word. Miami’s Venezuelan, Colombian, Argentine, Cuban, and Spanish communities turn out in force, and fans from across Florida are likely to journey in for the night, so South Beach will be busier than on a typical Sunday. For a Brickell group, that energy is the whole point. Dress up, take photos in the lobby before you leave, and let a chauffeur handle the bay crossing while your playlist warms everyone up for the night ahead.

How Do You Get to The Fillmore Miami Beach From Brickell? 🏙️

Your chauffeur heads north out of Brickell and crosses Biscayne Bay on a causeway to South Beach.

The usual route runs up Brickell Avenue or onto I-95, then east on I-395 across the MacArthur Causeway, past the PortMiami cruise terminals, before turning north through South Beach toward the theater district near Lincoln Road. When that approach backs up, a local driver can switch to the Venetian Causeway, a slower drawbridge route through the islands, or swing up to the Julia Tuttle Causeway and come down into Miami Beach from the north. Picking the route is the chauffeur’s job, not yours. They watch the evening’s traffic and take the clearest option while you finish your makeup, queue up the setlist, or teach a friend the chorus. A concert Sunday on South Beach is rarely quiet, so the real advantage is a driver who knows these bridges by heart and never has to circle the block looking for a space.

How Does Sunday-Night Traffic Affect the Drive From Brickell?

Traffic toward South Beach gets heavier on concert nights, because the show pulls in fans from across the region on top of the usual weekend visitors. Evening traffic around the Brickell Avenue bridge and the I-95 ramps can also slow the first stretch. Leave yourself plenty of extra time, and your driver will plan the departure around how the roads look that evening.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Brickell? 🚙

Pickup happens at any Brickell address you choose, agreed when you book.

Most show-night groups meet the car at the covered entrance of their hotel or the front drive of a residential tower along Brickell Avenue, on Brickell Key, or on the streets around Brickell City Centre. Concierges and valets in these buildings are used to chauffeured pickups. The driver simply pulls in, confirms your name over WhatsApp, and waits while the last friend finishes getting ready. If your group is staying in a vacation apartment in one of the newer high-rises, share the building name and the best entrance so the driver heads to the right side of the block. Groups that start the evening at a restaurant can be picked up there instead, since the pickup point is yours to set. For a Sprinter, let us know whether the building drive fits a larger vehicle, and the driver will use the nearest workable curb on the street.

Can the Driver Collect Friends From Several Brickell Towers?

Yes. The driver can stop at more than one Brickell building before heading to the beach, because the route for your booked hours is yours to plan. Send the addresses in order over WhatsApp, and the chauffeur loops through them so the whole group rides over together and nobody has to hunt for a meeting point.

What Should You Do in Brickell Before the Concert? 🍸

Brickell’s dinner scene makes an easy first stop before the ride to South Beach.

Brickell City Centre puts restaurants, rooftop bars, and shops in one place, so a group can eat, pick up a last-minute outfit piece, and step straight back into the car. Mary Brickell Village is a more casual cluster of spots for a quick bite with friends. Komodo on Brickell Avenue suits a dressed-up group that wants a dinner people will talk about all night. Couples who prefer something calmer can try the waterfront dining on Brickell Key. Because the chauffeur is booked by the hour, the car does not leave while you eat. It stays close and pulls up when the table is cleared. That changes the pace of the evening: nobody rushes dessert to beat a parking meter, and nobody has to be the designated driver. These are suggestions for spending your hours well. You make your own reservations, and the driver is happy to share favorites along the way.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner and the concert fit naturally into one hourly booking. Start the clock at your Brickell pickup and stop for dinner in Brickell or closer to the beach. The same driver then takes the group on to the show and back home afterward, all within your reserved hours or a few more you add on the night.

When Should Your Group Leave Brickell, and How Does Drop-Off Work? 🎭

Leave Brickell early, ride to the drop-off point, and your driver waits through the show.

The show starts at 8:00 PM, and a crowd like this one tends to arrive early to soak up the atmosphere, so most groups plan their Brickell departure well before showtime. Your chauffeur brings the car as close to The Fillmore Miami Beach as access allows that night and lets everyone out at the drop-off point nearest the entrance. During the concert, the vehicle stays parked nearby and the driver stays reachable on WhatsApp. When the encore ends, message your driver, and they pull back to the agreed spot so the group can climb in without searching a crowded sidewalk for a stranger’s car. From there the night is yours again: straight home to Brickell, a late bite near Lincoln Road, or a nightcap back across the bay. The car that brought you is the same one that takes you home.

How Early Should We Leave Brickell for Aitana?

Leave Brickell early enough to arrive comfortably before the 8:00 PM start, with extra time for concert-night traffic over the causeway. Fans like to settle in early, so the streets around the theater fill up well before showtime. Share your preferred arrival window on WhatsApp, and your driver will suggest a departure time from your Brickell lobby.

Where Does the Driver Drop Us Off at the Venue?

The driver drops your group as close to the venue as access allows that night, aiming for the drop-off point nearest the entrance. Event traffic control or street closures can shift the exact curb, so before you walk in, the chauffeur confirms the after-show meeting spot with you on WhatsApp.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. The driver waits through the whole concert, because the car is booked by the hour for your group alone. The vehicle stays nearby instead of leaving for another job. Your chauffeur stays reachable on WhatsApp, ready to return to the agreed spot as soon as the final song ends.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving to the Concert? 🥂

A private chauffeur makes concert night one smooth, premium service from start to finish.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin becomes your pre-show lounge: your playlist, your conversation, your photos. One dedicated driver stays with you for the whole block of hours, so the person who greets you in the Brickell lobby is the same one waiting after the encore. Your hourly rate is fixed the moment you book. There’s no surge for a packed Sunday on South Beach and no change for traffic or weather. Every chauffeur is bilingual in English and Spanish, which fits a night when the whole room sings in Spanish. You can reach the driver and our team directly on WhatsApp before and during the evening. Together, that makes for a better experience than juggling parking, rides, and timing yourself: a clean, premium vehicle that is ready whenever your group is.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to an 8:00 PM Show? 🌆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carries no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge depends on your vehicle, not on how many passengers ride, so a full SUV pays the same flat addition as a half-full one. For a Sprinter, the percentage is calculated on the value of the trip, so it scales with the hours you book. Starting the evening in daylight doesn’t avoid it if the return runs late, but it doesn’t change your hourly rate either. Your per-hour figure stays where it was set. Ask for the full breakdown when you confirm on WhatsApp, and you’ll know the total for your concert night before you pay.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

You choose a vehicle, reserve a block of hours, and set the stops.

Match the vehicle to your headcount, then pick a start time. Every booking opens with a five-hour block, which leaves room for a Brickell dinner, the drive over, the concert, and the ride home. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, and the exact spot is agreed when you book. That can be a hotel, a home, the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if your ship docks that day and you want to go straight to the show. The same driver stays with you for the whole block and waits wherever you stop. You set the pace: add a detour, skip a stop, or linger longer. If the night is still going after five hours, just keep the car. Every additional hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate as the first five. There’s no new fare to negotiate, and the extra time is settled after the day wraps up.

Which Payment Methods Reserve Your Date? 🕴️

Payment is simple: the full fare is paid when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid when you book, secures your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is the starting point. If you stay out longer, every extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and settled after the day.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book? 📋

  • Every booking begins with a minimum block of five chauffeured hours.
  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Service runs around the clock, every day of the week.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes what you pay per hour.
  • Riders never drive, so everyone in the group can enjoy the evening.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate on every booking.

Any causeway tolls, the fuel for every loop between Brickell and the beach, and the cost of parking while you are inside the theater never show up as separate charges. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. There’s room for merch, signs, and a spare pair of shoes, but let us know in advance if you’re bringing something big. Two things can be added to the hourly rate: the night surcharge covered above and any hours you choose to add. Nothing else is added for traffic, a long dinner, or a crowded Sunday.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group of Concert Fans? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple to a large fan group.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers in a sleek black cabin, the go-to choice for friends or couples heading to the show.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger circle of friends can ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a birthday group or a whole fan club arrives in one private van.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a more refined luxury cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition, shown as examples of the class.

If your group sits right at the edge of a tier, size up for comfort. A few empty seats feel generous on the ride home after a long night of singing. Every vehicle in the fleet is private, so you never share the cabin with strangers, and none is ever handed over without a chauffeur. Tell us the headcount when you message, and we’ll match the group to the right tier so nobody squeezes into a middle seat in their concert outfit.

Is There Private Transportation From Brickell to Aitana? 🎊

Yes. A private chauffeur from Brickell is the simplest way to get to the show.

You reserve the car and driver by the hour, the chauffeur picks up your group at your Brickell address, and the vehicle is yours alone until the night ends. That works for a couple’s date night, a group of friends who have waited a long time to hear these songs live, or a mother taking her teenage daughter to her first big concert. Whether people search for a ride, a car service, or group transport to the show, the answer here is the same: a private car or private van with a chauffeur. It’s never a seat on a shared vehicle and never a vehicle without a driver. The questions below cover where the hourly service runs, how booking on short notice works, and whether a chauffeur makes sense for a smaller group.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Stay Around Brickell and Greater Miami?

Yes. This hourly service is a local, on-call ride that stays around the city: Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, Doral, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Longer trips to places like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach aren’t part of the hourly service.

What If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Concert?

You can, and your slot is locked in and held just for you. Within the final 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the date and time stay as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. On the night itself, you can always add more hours.

Is a Chauffeured Night From Brickell Worth It for a Small Group?

Yes. A chauffeured night makes sense even for a couple or a few friends. With the Black SUV XL, the cost is shared across the group, and nobody spends the concert worrying about parking or the drive home. Everyone can enjoy dinner, the show, and the walk out without checking a clock or a map.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
