Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. LA Clippers at Kaseya Center on Friday, December 18, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur picks you up anywhere in Bal Harbour, gets you downtown ahead of the pre-tip-off rush, and has the car ready for the ride home.
Every rate below is per vehicle and per hour, and every booking is at least five hours.
You pay for the vehicle, not for each seat. A group that fills a Sprinter splits one hourly rate among everyone aboard, which often makes the larger vehicles the smart choice for a Bal Harbour group heading to a Friday game together. One booking covers the whole evening: the pickup, any dinner stop, the drive downtown, the game, and the ride home. For a night game, the add-on you’re most likely to see is the after-hours surcharge, explained in its own section below. That way you can see the full cost of your evening on this page before you book.
You pay the full fare at booking, and you can use any of three methods.
We have four private vehicle options, from a date night for two to a big group of friends.
Every vehicle is private, so your group is the only party on board from pickup to the last drop-off. Picking the right size matters more on game night than on an ordinary evening. If your group splits across two cars, you’ll have to find each other on a crowded Downtown sidewalk after the final buzzer. If your group size falls right between two vehicles, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll assist you pick one that fits everyone.
A couple, or two couples, usually books the Black SUV XL because it keeps the evening relaxed and simple. Groups celebrating something, or hosting guests they want to impress, often choose the Platinum SUV for its more refined cabin. If your group is too big for an SUV, a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter keeps everyone together from Bal Harbour to the arena and back.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with no surcharge. Trips outside that window add the charge below.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Most game-night bookings should expect this charge on the final total. It works differently for each type of vehicle. SUV bookings pay one fixed amount per trip, and Sprinter bookings pay a percentage of the trip value. Nothing else about the service changes after dark. You keep the same chauffeur, the same vehicle, and the stops you planned, and this surcharge is the only extra charge for late hours. Because you know about it in advance, your total won’t surprise you.
With a private chauffeur, you have nothing to manage on game night: no driving, no parking, no rides to book.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. The same bilingual chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off and waits through the game itself. You never ride with a stranger or have to find a new car. Your flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book. It doesn’t surge on a busy Friday night, and it doesn’t change for traffic, weather, or holiday crowds downtown. No one in your group has to hunt for a garage or be the designated driver. You can reach us directly on WhatsApp before, during, and after the game. That’s what we mean by premium service: a better experience in the small moments, like settling into a clean, quiet car after a loud, close fourth quarter.
You book a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours and decide how to spend them.
First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind on WhatsApp. The booking covers at least five hours, and you decide how to use them: an early dinner, a quick stop, the game, a late bite afterward. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, and the exact spot is agreed when you book. That can be a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (if you arrive on a cruise that day, you can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. If the night is still going when your five hours are up, just tell your chauffeur. Each extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate, you don’t negotiate a new fare, and you settle the extra hours after the day ends. You can add or drop a stop at any point.
Yes. Once we agree on the day and time for a booking in the next 24 hours, that slot is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so at such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the evening goes ahead as planned. You can still add more hours on the day.
Your chauffeur drives you from Bal Harbour to Downtown Miami, then waits to take you home.
The arena is on Biscayne Boulevard, on the bayfront next to Bayside Marketplace. On a Friday night the blocks around it fill up fast with fans and foot traffic. When you leave Bal Harbour matters more than which route you take, because the last stretch downtown is where game-night traffic backs up. December also brings holiday visitors and shoppers, so allow a lot more time than you would for an ordinary weeknight drive. Your chauffeur keeps an eye on traffic along the way and adjusts the route if needed while your group relaxes in the back. Before you head out, check tip-off details and arena policies on the official Kaseya Center site. After the final buzzer, the same car takes you home to Bal Harbour or wherever you desire to go next.
Most trips head south on Collins Avenue through Surfside and Miami Beach, then cross Biscayne Bay into Downtown on the Julia Tuttle Causeway or the MacArthur Causeway. If traffic on the beach side is bad, the chauffeur can cross west on the Broad Causeway and take Biscayne Boulevard south instead. The route is chosen on the day, based on live traffic.
The chauffeur drops you on the Biscayne Boulevard side, as close to the venue as access allows. On a busy night that may mean a short walk to the entrance rather than a stop right out front. Before you get out, your driver will point you toward the entrance and settle where to meet after the game.
Yes. Waiting is the whole point of booking by the hour. While you watch the game, your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle rather than leaving and coming back. Agree on a pickup point before you go in. After the final buzzer, send a WhatsApp message and the car comes to you, as close as access allows.
Bal Harbour Shops is the obvious place to start, with well-known restaurants just across Collins Avenue from the oceanfront hotels.
Carpaccio is the long-standing Italian favorite inside Bal Harbour Shops, and Makoto serves polished Japanese dishes in the same open-air setting. Your group can eat well there without driving anywhere first. Guests staying at The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour often meet at the hotel bar for a first drink, then walk out to a car already waiting at the door. Next door in Surfside, the Four Seasons at The Surf Club is another good choice for an early dinner. Your chauffeur can pick you up at the restaurant instead of the hotel, which keeps the timing tight and leaves time for dessert. We don’t book restaurant tables, so reserve dinner yourself, then send us the restaurant name and time and we’ll plan the pickup around it.
Yes, if your booking starts in the afternoon. The open-air shops are an easy first stop for holiday gifts, and your purchases can stay in the vehicle while you go on to dinner and the game. If you want a longer afternoon, book more hours up front or add them as the evening goes on.
Yes. A Friday game on December 18 is a natural centerpiece for a longer night out.
A Heat game feels a lot like Miami itself. You’ll hear Spanish and English all over the stands, fans with Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican roots cheer next to lifelong locals, and December adds snowbirds and holiday visitors to the crowd. A Friday game against the Clippers draws couples on a date night, groups of friends, and clients hosted in premium seats, and numerous of them desire the night to go on after the final buzzer. That’s simple when you have a chauffeur booked by the hour. Your group can go to Brickell for a late dinner or a rooftop drink, head to Wynwood for a livelier scene, or go back up the coast for a quiet nightcap in Bal Harbour, all in the same vehicle. No one gets separated from the group, and no one is stuck in the post-game crowd.
Yes. Bayside Marketplace is right next to the arena, so it works well as a meeting point for friends arriving separately or as a place to eat before the doors open. Your chauffeur can drop the group there instead of at the arena, and it’s a short walk along the waterfront. After the game, it’s also an easy landmark for meeting your chauffeur.
The hourly rate includes the vehicle, your chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and parking.
That means no garage fee downtown, no surprise tolls on the causeways, and no fuel charge on the bill, whichever route you take. There’s room on board for what fans usually bring, from signs and jerseys to a few holiday gifts; if you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance. You can ask for a short comfort stop for a restroom break or a snack, and it never changes the rate. Onboard WiFi comes from a mobile hotspot. A few extras can be added to the hourly rate:
Yes. A private chauffeur by the hour takes you from any Bal Harbour address to the game and back.
Whether you search for a car service, a private van with a driver, or a luxury ride to the game, from Bal Harbour the answer is the same: one reserved vehicle and one chauffeur for your group, booked by the hour. There are no fixed schedules and no shared seats. The Platinum SUV is the luxury option, and a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries larger groups. To book, send us one WhatsApp message with your group size, preferred pickup time, and any stops before or after the game. This Friday game falls in the busy holiday season, and a private vehicle keeps your group away from the crowds looking for rides after the final buzzer. The questions below are the ones Bal Harbour riders ask most before they book.
Plan to leave Bal Harbour in the late afternoon, with plenty of time before the 7:00 PM tip-off. Friday traffic during the holiday season is usually heavier than normal. Many groups include dinner in the plan, eating in Bal Harbour first or downtown near the arena, so the schedule works around the meal instead of a rush.
Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour: an oceanfront hotel lobby, a private residence along Collins Avenue, or a restaurant at Bal Harbour Shops. We agree on the exact spot when you book. If plans change on the day, just send us a WhatsApp message.
The private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes, and the larger one carries our biggest groups. The price list at the top of this page shows how many passengers each vehicle holds. Everyone rides in one cabin, so the whole group arrives together and leaves together.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Yes. The hourly service covers the local Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s a local, on-call service that stays around the city, so it doesn’t go out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

You can book your chauffeur for December 18 in a few quick WhatsApp messages.

We confirm the vehicle and send the payment details, and your evening is set. On game night, your chauffeur arrives at the agreed spot, drives you downtown, and stays with the group until the last drop-off. Friday games in December draw big crowds, so booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles and pickup times. You can change stops and add hours right up to game night. Confirm your booking today and let someone else handle the drive to the Heat game.
