Transfer from Bal Harbour to the Brand New Concert at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Bal Harbour to Brand New at Hard Rock Live on Sunday, October 25, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same car and bilingual driver stay with you from your Bal Harbour pickup through the 8:00 PM show and the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Bal Harbour Cost by the Hour? 📋

Every rate below is per vehicle, per hour, with a minimum of five hours per booking.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The price comes down to one decision: which vehicle fits your group, not how far the night stretches or how long the encore runs. A couple or a small circle of friends heading to the show commonly settles into the Black SUV XL, while a larger crew that wants to reach together picks one of the Sprinter tiers. The Platinum SUV suits riders who want a more polished cabin for a milestone night out. Whatever you select, the total merely follows the number of hours you keep the car, and the sections below explain exactly what those hours feature.

  • You set the stops and the pace, and can adjust them mid-booking.
  • Service runs every day of the week, in daytime or evening hours.
  • Bookings are reserved and confirmed directly with us over WhatsApp.

Is There Private Transportation From Bal Harbour to Brand New? 🎤

Yes, a private hourly chauffeur runs your group from Bal Harbour to the October 25 show.

Brand New, the Long Island band behind some of the most devoted emo and post-hardcore records of its era, brings its anniversary celebration of The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me to Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood. The crowd skews toward fans who wore out that album years ago and now plan the night like a reunion: old friends flying in, couples booking a sitter, a group chat that has been counting down since presale. A Sunday night show with work waiting Monday morning deserves better than a scramble for the car keys. With a chauffeur reserved for the evening, the plan becomes one continuous night — dinner in Bal Harbour, the concert itself, and perhaps a late stop on the way back — with the same vehicle carrying everyone from the first toast to the last goodbye.

How Does Concert Night at Hard Rock Live Work From Bal Harbour? 🏟️

The night runs on a simple rhythm: leave early, reach relaxed, ride home together.

Sunday show traffic funnels toward the Seminole Hard Rock resort from every direction, and the arrival lines build well before the band takes the stage. Your chauffeur plans around that from the moment you book. Tell us when you want to be inside, and we work backward to a Bal Harbour departure that leaves room for dinner, a calm arrival, and a drink before the lights drop. On the drive up, the group can trade setlist predictions and argue over which song opens the night while the driver handles lanes, merges, and the resort’s busy approach roads. The whole evening is built on one idea: the car belongs to your group from pickup until the final drop-off, so timing flexes around the show instead of the other way around. The three questions below cover the moments people ask about most.

How Early Should We Leave Bal Harbour for the Brand New Show?

Leave Bal Harbour in the late afternoon or early evening and allow a generous cushion. Sunday traffic toward Hollywood typically thickens before doors, and the resort approach slows as the crowd arrives. Because the car is already yours for the booked hours, an unhurried arrival with time for a drink simply makes better use of them.

Where Does the Driver Drop Us Off at Hard Rock Live?

Your chauffeur brings the group as close to the venue entrance as resort access allows, using the drop-off point the property directs cars toward on show night. Everyone steps out together, tickets ready, without circling a garage or walking across a parking lot. If the approach changes on the night, the driver adjusts and tells you where to meet afterward.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take Us Home After?

Yes, waiting is the whole point of booking by the hour. While Brand New plays, your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle, reachable on WhatsApp. When the encore ends, message the driver, walk out with the crowd, and head straight to your own car while everyone else hunts for a ride home through the after-show rush.

Which Roads Does a Chauffeur Take From Bal Harbour to Hollywood? 🌆

Most show-night runs cross the Broad Causeway and head north on I-95 toward Hollywood.

From the Bal Harbour stretch of Collins Avenue, the causeway is the most direct way onto the mainland. The chauffeur then picks up I-95 north past North Miami Beach and Aventura into Broward County, leaving the highway for the local roads that feed State Road 7 and the resort. On a light evening the journey is typically a simple run; on a busy Sunday, the driver watches live traffic and takes whichever approach is moving best at that moment. Nothing about the route is locked in. If someone wants to collect a friend in Sunny Isles Beach or pick up something in Aventura first, that detour merely joins the plan, and the evening carries on without a second booking. The same judgment applies on the ride home, when late-night roads commonly open up and the drive back to the beach feels quicker.

What Happens If I-95 Is Jammed on Show Night?

The chauffeur switches to a different route instead of sitting in the jam. Alternatives include staying on Biscayne Boulevard, which is US-1, north through Aventura, or running up Collins Avenue through Sunny Isles Beach before cutting west toward Hollywood. The driver reads conditions as you go and keeps the group posted, so a slow stretch never turns into guesswork about making the opening song.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour? 🏝️

Your chauffeur meets you at any Bal Harbour address you select when booking.

Most concert-night pickups happen at a hotel lobby or residence entrance along Collins Avenue. Guests at The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour commonly meet the car at the main entrance, where the doorman can point the driver your way; guests at smaller hotels do the same at the front drive. Bal Harbour Shops is another natural meeting spot, especially when the group wants to browse or grab a coffee before dinner. The pickup point and time are set when you confirm the booking, and you can message the driver on WhatsApp as the car arrives, so nobody waits on the sidewalk guessing which car is theirs. If your group is split between two addresses in Bal Harbour or neighboring Surfside, both pickups fit easily into the start of the booking, and everyone heads toward dinner in one vehicle.

Can the Chauffeur Collect Us From an Oceanfront Condo on Collins Avenue?

Yes, the car can meet you at the front drive of any oceanfront tower along Collins Avenue. Many Bal Harbour residents and seasonal visitors live in these buildings, and each one handles arriving cars a little differently. Share the building name and any front-desk instructions when you book, and the driver arrives prepared for your building’s routine.

Where Should You Eat in Bal Harbour Before the Brand New Show? 🥂

Bal Harbour Shops is the natural pre-show dinner stop for a group starting nearby.

Its open-air walkways hold some of the neighborhood’s best-known tables, including Carpaccio, a longtime Italian favorite where groups settle in for pasta and a glass of wine before a large night. Couples who want something quieter often select a hotel restaurant at The St. Regis or The Ritz-Carlton, while friends who favor a casual start head just south to the cafés along Harding Avenue in Surfside. Another option is to eat closer to the show: the chauffeur can leave Bal Harbour a little earlier and let the group dine at one of the restaurants inside the Seminole Hard Rock resort. Whichever you pick, reserve your own table in advance, since weekend evenings get busy. The driver merely builds dinner into the timeline, so the only thing anyone needs to track is the check.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner, the concert, and the ride home all sit inside the same hourly booking, with no second reservation and no separate fare. Share the restaurant and your table time when you confirm, and the chauffeur times the Bal Harbour pickup so you sit down unhurried, then gets everyone to the show with room to spare.

Can You Get a Car Service From Bal Harbour to Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood? 🎆

Yes, our hourly chauffeur service reaches Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood from Bal Harbour.

The resort is far more than a concert hall. Its guitar-shaped hotel tower lights up the Hollywood skyline after dark, and the property wraps a casino floor, lounges, and shops around the venue. Plenty of fans reach early to have a cocktail at one of the bars, try their luck at the tables, or take photos beneath the glowing tower before heading inside. Your booking makes that simple, because nobody has to think about garages, parking queues, or finding the car again later. Couples marking a milestone sometimes turn the evening into a full resort outing, while friend groups like arriving together in one vehicle. Whatever the plan looks like, the chauffeur works around it: an early arrival for the casino, a later one timed for doors, or an extra stop in Hollywood before the show if the group wants one.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Concert? 🕴️

You reserve a vehicle and a chauffeur for a block of hours, not a single ride.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group, then tell us where the evening begins and which stops you have in mind. The driver can pick up at any Miami address — a Bal Harbour hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you are stepping off a ship and heading straight to the show — and the exact spot is agreed when you book. From that moment the car and driver are yours for the entire block, moving when you move and holding while you eat, drink, and sing along. Once the first five hours are used, every additional hour is merely added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate. If the after-show conversation runs long or a late bite sounds right, keep the car; the extra time is settled after the night wraps.

Which Vehicle Fits a Couple or a Whole Friend Group? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a date night to a full friend group.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the natural choice for couples and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, keeping a large crew in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a more refined luxury cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Choosing well is mostly about comfort on the ride home, when everyone is tired, hoarse, and still replaying the setlist. Pick the tier that leaves a little breathing room rather than the tightest fit, and tell us on WhatsApp if your headcount changes before the show so the right vehicle is held for you. The Sprinter tiers make the ride part of the night, with enough room that the drive back feels like an extension of the show rather than a squeeze.

What Payment Methods Secure the Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare up front, and any extra hours are settled once the night is over.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare is paid at booking and locks in your date.
  • Hours: the 5-hour minimum is only the starting point. Stay out as long as you like: every hour beyond that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and settled after the day.

Why Do Concertgoers in Bal Harbour Choose a Private Chauffeur? 🥃

Riders select us for a premium service built around one reserved car and driver.

The rate you book is the rate you pay per hour, locked in when you confirm and untouched by surge pricing, Sunday traffic, or post-show demand. Your chauffeur is the same person from the Bal Harbour pickup to the final drop-off, which means one driver who already knows your dinner plans, your timing, and the pace you like. Chauffeurs speak English and Spanish, so a mixed-language group or visiting relatives feel at home from the first hello. Throughout the concert, your driver stays on call rather than chasing other fares, and you reach the team directly on WhatsApp, with no call center and no phone menu. Small touches matter too: the car is ready when you walk out of dinner, and the driver keeps the group updated as plans change. It adds up to a better experience: calmer, more personal, and entirely on your group’s schedule.

Is the Vehicle Shared With Other Concertgoers?

No. Every booking is fully private. The vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for your party alone, and no one else is added along the way. That privacy is what lets the night flow: your music, your conversation, your stops, and a cabin that stays exactly as you left it while you are inside watching the show.

Is There a Night Surcharge for the Ride Home After the Show? 🌆

Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

That surcharge is the one extra charge if it applies, and it is spelled out here in full so the evening holds no surprises. It changes nothing about how the night runs: the same chauffeur, the same vehicle, and the same hourly structure carry through from the late-afternoon pickup to the final drop-off back in Bal Harbour. For SUV bookings it is a single fixed amount per journey, while the Sprinter tiers apply it as a share of the journey value, exactly as listed above.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for Concert Night? 🍸

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into the hourly rate for your vehicle.

That covers the causeway toll leaving Bal Harbour, the fuel for the drive to Hollywood and back, and any parking the vehicle needs at the resort while the band plays, so none of it turns up as a line item after the show. The chauffeur, the vehicle, and the waiting time between stops are all part of the same hourly figure. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Beyond those, the total is merely your vehicle’s hourly rate multiplied by the hours you keep it, with nothing tucked into fine print. There is room for the merch you pick up at the show, and if anyone plans to bring something large, just tell us in advance.

Can We Make a Quick Comfort Stop on the Way to Hollywood?

Yes. One brief stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy to fit in mid-booking. Just ask the chauffeur, and the hourly rate stays exactly the same. Groups often use it after dinner to grab water and a snack before the drive up, so everyone arrives at the show comfortable.

Should You Drive Yourself or Book a Chauffeur From Bal Harbour? 🚙

A chauffeur makes more sense when the night includes dinner, drinks, and a late finish.

Driving yourself from Bal Harbour means someone in the group spends the evening watching the clock and the drink count instead of the stage. It also means sitting in the resort’s parking queue on arrival, remembering a level and row after the show, and then joining the slow line of cars trying to leave all at once. On a Sunday night, with Monday morning waiting, that last stretch is the part people recall least fondly. A reserved chauffeur takes every one of those jobs off the table. Nobody draws the designated-driver straw, nobody hunts for the car, and the conversation about the show carries straight from the venue to your front door. For couples, it turns the concert into a proper date night; for friend groups, it keeps everyone together until the last person is home.

Is There Time for Will Call Before the Brand New Show?

Yes, as long as you mention it when booking. The chauffeur builds extra minutes into the Bal Harbour departure so whoever holds the reservation can collect the tickets at the box office without rushing. Bring the ID and confirmation the ticket seller asks for, and the rest of the group can grab a drink while you wait in line.

Can We Stay Connected Online on the Drive From Bal Harbour?

Yes. Every vehicle carries onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, so the group can pull up mobile tickets, queue the album for a warm-up listen, or send photos from dinner without draining data. It stays available for the ride home too, when everyone wants to post the night’s best clips.

Does the Hourly Service Reach Hollywood From Bal Harbour?

Yes. Our hourly chauffeurs cover Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby communities up toward Fort Lauderdale, which includes Hollywood. The service stays local, unhurried, and on call around the city rather than heading out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet on the Ride From Bal Harbour?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If We Book Our Ride Less Than a Day Before the Concert?

You can, and your slot is locked in and held just for you. For any service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside once the time is agreed. The date and time stay as planned, and we can’t guarantee a change or a refund. On the day, you can always add more hours.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
