Transfer to The Fillmore Miami Beach for Alvaro Diaz – Omakase Tour

Our private hourly chauffeur drives your group from Miami to Alvaro Diaz – Omakase Tour at The Fillmore Miami Beach on October 22, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver and one premium vehicle stay with your party for the whole evening, so concert night runs on your schedule.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur to the Concert Cost? 🚙

Pricing is set per vehicle and per hour, and every concert-night booking covers a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate is charged for the vehicle, not for each ticket holder, so a full Black SUV XL or a packed Sprinter spreads one hourly figure across the whole group. Pick the tier that matches your headcount first, then decide whether the evening deserves the Platinum SUV for a more polished arrival on Miami Beach. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Nothing is priced per stop, per mile, or per passenger, so adding a dinner reservation or a late bite before heading home does not create a new charge. Send your headcount and a rough start time on WhatsApp and the evening is budgeted before anyone orders a drink.

How Do You Get to The Fillmore Miami Beach From Miami? 🎤

The easiest way is a reserved chauffeur who drives you over, drops you close, and waits.

The theater sits in the lively South Beach stretch near Lincoln Road and the convention center, where evening traffic builds, street parking fills early, and nearby lots get crowded on a big concert night. From Brickell, Downtown, Wynwood, Coral Gables, or Doral, your chauffeur crosses one of the causeways to Miami Beach and handles the final blocks while the group keeps the pregame playlist going in the back. Nobody hunts for a space, feeds a meter, or circles the block, and nobody gets stuck as the designated driver. Thursday crowds at a headline Latin urban show tend to reach in waves, so a car that already knows the approach turns the ride over into part of the celebration rather than a scramble. For posted bag rules, accessibility details, and venue policies, check the The Fillmore Miami Beach planning page before you head out.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for the 8:00 PM Start?

Plan your pickup so the group reaches Miami Beach with time to spare before the 8:00 PM start, especially on a Thursday evening when commuter and nightlife traffic overlap. Groups adding dinner simply start earlier, and your driver can suggest a sensible departure time once you share where everyone is coming from.

Where Does the Driver Drop Your Group Off?

Your chauffeur brings the group as close to the venue entrance as access allows that night, so the walk in stays short. If traffic control redirects cars around the theater, the driver picks the nearest workable drop-off point and confirms on WhatsApp exactly where to meet after the show.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Whole Show?

Yes. The same driver stays for your entire booked block and waits nearby while Alvaro Diaz plays. When the encore ends, message your chauffeur, walk to the agreed pickup spot, and the car you arrived in is there to take everyone home: no curbside scramble, no strangers, and no guessing which ride is yours.

What Makes the Omakase Tour Stop in Miami Beach a Big Night? 🎭

Alvaro Diaz brings his OMAKASE album tour to Miami Beach for a headline Latin urban show.

The Puerto Rican artist moves between reggaeton, Latin trap, and alternative Latin rap and pop, and the new album borrows its idea from Japanese chef’s-choice dining, where you trust the kitchen and take what arrives. His Miami Beach date falls on Thursday, October 22, and brings the new material to a headline theater crowd. Because the date lands midweek, numerous fans come straight from work or class and meet friends from Doral, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, or Key Biscayne before heading across the bay. With a private vehicle, the person who commonly coordinates everyone’s ride gets to enjoy the build-up instead: the group loads in together, the soundtrack starts early, and outfits reach looking the way they did at home. It is a premium evening, and it deserves an arrival that matches the energy inside.

What Kind of Crowd Shows Up for Alvaro Diaz in Miami?

Expect a stylish crowd that knows every lyric and dresses for the photos: friend groups, couples, and longtime fans who have followed him since his earlier albums. Most treat the show as a full night out rather than a quick concert, which is exactly when an hourly chauffeur makes the most sense.

Where Can Your Group Eat Before the Show and Still Ride Together? 🍸

Your hourly chauffeur can start the night at dinner anywhere around Miami.

Brickell’s high-rise dining scene suits a polished pre-show meal, Wynwood’s murals and casual spots fit a looser crowd, and South Beach keeps dinner close to the concert itself. With an album named OMAKASE, a chef’s-choice sushi counter makes a simple theme, and you will find them across Brickell, Miami Beach, and the Sunset Harbour neighborhood. Little Havana suits a group that wants something classic, loud, and full of Miami flavor. Because the vehicle is yours for the whole block, nobody has to rush dinner to deal with parking. The same car is outside when the check is paid, and the ride continues straight to the concert. These are suggestions for your booked hours, not tables we reserve. Select the spot, book it yourself, and send the address with your list of stops.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner and the concert fit inside one hourly booking. Start the block with the restaurant pickup, head to the show afterward, and keep the same vehicle for the ride home. Share the restaurant address and a rough start time when you confirm, and your driver plans the evening around them.

Why Do Concert Groups Book Our Private Chauffeur? 🥂

Groups book us for one private vehicle, one bilingual chauffeur, and a rate that never moves.

The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, with no strangers, no extra pickups, and no swapping cars halfway through the night. Your bilingual chauffeur makes coordinating a mixed group of friends, cousins, and visiting family simple. The hourly rate is locked the moment you book, with no surge for a packed concert night, heavy traffic, or a sudden downpour, so the figure you confirm is the figure you plan around. The same driver stays with your group through the whole evening, and you message them directly on WhatsApp whenever plans shift. Clean premium vehicles, a chauffeur who knows Miami Beach at night, and one point of contact make for a better experience and a premium service from start to finish.

Can You Reach Your Chauffeur Directly on Concert Night?

Yes. You coordinate with your driver directly over WhatsApp, before and during the evening. Send a change of plans, a new stop, or the spot where your group will regroup after the show, and your chauffeur replies in English or Spanish so everyone knows the plan.

When Does a Night Surcharge Apply to a Concert Booking? 🌆

Daytime hours, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, carry none.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For an SUV it is a fixed amount per journey. For the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter it is a percentage of the journey value, so it moves with the hours you reserve. Your WhatsApp confirmation shows the full figure before you pay, so the group knows the complete total up front and can split it however it likes. Nothing else changes after dark: the same vehicle, the same chauffeur, and the same hourly rate carry you from dinner to the encore and home again.

Which Key Facts Should Concertgoers Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Every booking reserves one private vehicle and one chauffeur for the entire block.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish all evening.
  • You choose every stop, and plans can change during the night.
  • Service runs every day, in daytime hours or late into the evening.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed directly with us over WhatsApp.
  • Your group never drives, parks, or rides with strangers on concert night.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include for Concert Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate for your whole block.

That means no garage tickets on Miami Beach and no toll receipts passed along after the night is over. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, so the group can pull up digital tickets and share clips on the way over. If anyone needs a restroom, a snack, or a swift stretch mid-booking, just ask the driver; one brief comfort stop leaves the rate untouched. There is room in the cabin for signs, merch, and whatever the group picks up at the show, so just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. All of this comes with the vehicle, so the only decisions left are the stops and the playlist.

Which Extra Charges Could Be Added to Your Total?

Two items can sit on top of the hourly rate. The night surcharge applies for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Beyond those, your total reflects only the hours your group reserves or chooses to add on the day.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🕴️

You reserve a vehicle for a block of hours, and it stays yours throughout.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group, then send us the date, a rough start time, and the stops on your list. Pickup can be any Miami address: your hotel, your home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you are stepping off a ship that day and heading straight to the concert. The exact spot is agreed when you book. The booking covers at least five hours, and from the first pickup the vehicle and chauffeur are yours: dinner, the show, a late bite, then home, in whatever order you select. After that five-hour block, every extra hour is merely added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day, so keeping the car longer is as simple as telling your driver.

Can You Keep the Car Longer After the Encore?

Absolutely. If an after-party, a late dinner on Ocean Drive, or a photo stop on the way back comes up, tell your chauffeur and the night keeps going when the schedule allows. The plan was never locked, so a new stop or a longer evening takes a quick message, not a new booking.

Which Payment Methods and Terms Apply? 📋

Payment is simple, and any extra hours are settled after the night.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid when you book, secures your date.
  • Hours: Every booking has a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Each hour past the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Show? 🚐

Four private tiers cover every group size, from a couple to a full crew.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers and suits a small group of friends heading out together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: carries 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger friend group arrives together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: carries 10 to 14 passengers for birthday crews, fan clubs, and extended families.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers for the most polished arrival of the night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier comes with its own chauffeur, and none of them is ever self-drive. If your headcount is close to a limit, size up, because a Sprinter with spare seats is more comfortable than a full SUV after hours of dancing. Couples and small groups frequently pick the Black SUV XL, while the Platinum SUV suits birthdays, date nights, and anyone who wants the arrival photos to look as good as the outfits.

Can You Upgrade to a Platinum SUV for Concert Night?

Yes. If your group fits, the Platinum SUV can replace the Black SUV XL for the evening. You get the same hourly service and the same chauffeur arrangement, stepped up to an Escalade-class ride for a birthday, an anniversary, or simply a bigger night. Mention it when you confirm, and we check availability for your date.

Does the Hourly Service Cover Brickell, Doral, and Key Biscayne? 🏝️

Yes. Our hourly chauffeurs stay local, covering Miami and its closest neighborhoods.

Bookings run around Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the region around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That keeps your chauffeur on call and unhurried, close to every dinner spot, hotel, and after-show stop your group might add. The hourly service doesn’t head out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It is a city-and-beach service built around nights like this one. On a concert evening, that local focus means a driver who knows the neighborhoods, the causeways, and the late routes back from Miami Beach. If your friends are scattered across these neighborhoods, the car can collect everyone on the way over.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami to the Alvaro Diaz Concert? 🎊

Yes. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter works as your group’s own private shuttle for the night.

Unlike a scheduled service, the private van runs only for your party, leaves when your group is ready, and follows the stops you select. Friends meeting in Wynwood, Brickell, and Little Havana can be collected one after another, enjoy the pregame on board, and reach together instead of in separate cars at distinct times. Because the vehicle stays with you, the ride home is already solved before the first song, and nobody refreshes a phone outside a packed theater late at night. Smaller groups get the same private arrangement in the Black SUV XL, just at a distinct scale. Either way, the booking runs by the hour, the chauffeur works for your party alone, and no one outside your group ever climbs aboard.

Can You Bring a Pet on the Ride to the Show?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Concert?

A booking for service within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside for your group. On that short notice we can’t guarantee moving the date or a refund, so the booking runs as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Does the Same Service Work for Concerts at Bayfront Park?

Yes. The same hourly booking works for shows at the amphitheater at Bayfront Park, since Downtown Miami sits inside our service area. You get the same private vehicle, the same bilingual chauffeur, and the same freedom to add a dinner stop in Brickell before the music starts.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

🚗 Do you only offer airport pickup?

No. In addition to the airport, we also serve hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private addresses.

🚖 What vehicle types and capacities do you offer?

We work with a black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 passengers and a larger van for 10 to 14.

Yes. We serve weddings, corporate conferences, VIP events, and other special occasions — as a direct ride to the venue, or with the chauffeur staying with you for the whole celebration on our hourly service (5-hour minimum). Contact us with the date, head count and schedule and we will set it up.

📶 Do you offer Wi-Fi on board or device chargers?

Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
