Our private hourly chauffeur service takes your group from PortMiami to Lindsey Stirling at Hard Rock Live on November 18, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or a larger vehicle, at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual chauffeur stays with you all evening, from dinner near the port to the 7:00 PM show and the ride home. Your rate is locked in when you book.
Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every concert-night booking runs for at least five hours.
The price is for the vehicle, not for each passenger, so your group can split the cost however it likes. That makes the larger vehicles simple for friend groups: everyone rides together, arrives together, and leaves together on one booking. Plan your hours around the whole evening, not just the show. Count the pickup at the port, an early dinner, the drive north, the concert itself, and the trip back south, then choose a block that covers all of it. Couples on a holiday date night usually pick an SUV. Office parties and extended families often fill a Sprinter so nobody has to ride in a second car. The night surcharge listed further down is the one time-of-day add-on to keep in mind for a concert evening.
We have four private vehicle types, sized for anything from a couple to a large friend group.
Choose by the number of people first and by the mood of the night second. The Black SUV XL keeps a small group close enough to talk on the drive north. A Sprinter lets a bigger group ride as one instead of splitting into two cars that arrive at different times. The Platinum SUV is the more polished choice for an anniversary, a birthday, or a first concert together. Winter coats, merch from the show, and a few holiday gifts fit effortlessly. If you plan to bring something bulky, tell us in advance so we can send the right vehicle.
Lindsey Stirling opens her Snow Waltz Holiday Tour on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 7:00 PM.
The show takes place at Hard Rock Live, the concert hall inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood and one of South Florida’s main concert venues. Anticipate a big theatrical production. She plays electric violin over electronic and dubstep beats, with choreographed dance, pop and classical crossover, and plenty of Christmas standards and originals from her holiday albums, including Warmer in the Winter and Snow Waltz. Many fans go to her holiday tour every year, and this date is the first night of the run, which adds to the excitement in the room. For a group leaving the port, it’s a festive night worth dressing up for: dinner first, then the show, then a simple ride back while everyone talks over the best moments.
The electroacoustic duo ARKAI opens the night before Lindsey Stirling comes on stage. The audience includes longtime fans who found her violin videos online, families who make the holiday show a yearly tradition, couples on a festive date, and friend groups in holiday sweaters. It’s a warm, all-ages crowd out for a big holiday night.
The venue is north of the city in Hollywood, in Broward County, so getting there from the port is a real drive, not a quick trip across downtown. It falls well inside the local area our hourly service covers, which runs from Miami up toward Fort Lauderdale. Our chauffeurs make the drive north regularly.
Your chauffeur drives the group north, drops everyone near the entrance, and waits through the show.
Concert night works best as one continuous plan rather than a series of separate rides. One car handles every part of the night: port to dinner, dinner to the show, and the show back home. Your group never splits up, never looks for parking on a huge resort property, and never stands on a curb trying to figure out which car is theirs. This matters most at the end of the night. When the house lights come up, the whole audience heads for the exits at once and the roads around the resort fill up speedy. Your group already knows exactly where its ride is. The questions below cover timing, the route north, the drop-off, and the wait, so you can picture the whole evening before you book. Every detail is settled over WhatsApp before the day.
Plan to leave PortMiami in the middle to late afternoon so you’re in your seats well before the 7:00 PM start. The show is on a Wednesday, so the drive north overlaps with the evening commute and the crowd arriving for opening night. If you add a dinner stop, leave earlier still. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time based on that day’s traffic.
The usual route goes through the PortMiami Tunnel to the MacArthur Causeway and I-395, then north on I-95 into Broward County, then west toward State Road 7, where the resort is. If I-95 backs up, the chauffeur may switch to Florida’s Turnpike or another approach. The goal is to keep the group moving, not to follow one fixed route.
The chauffeur drops your group as close to the venue entrance as access allows on show night, following the resort’s event-traffic directions. Before you get out, you agree on a pickup point for after the concert. That way the meetup after the show is already settled, and nobody has to search the property for the car.
Yes. Waiting through the show is exactly what an hourly booking is for. Your chauffeur stays parked nearby for the whole concert. Send a quick WhatsApp message when the encore ends, and the same vehicle comes to your meeting point, ready to drive you home or make one more stop on the way.
Bayside Marketplace is right where the port bridge meets Biscayne Boulevard, which makes it the easiest dinner stop.
Its waterfront restaurants and bay views suit a group that wants a casual meal and a few holiday photos before the drive. Brickell, just south along the river, has upscale restaurants and cocktail lounges that suit a dressed-up date night. Wynwood is a good pick for a group that wants street-art murals and a lively food scene, and it’s on the way north. You can also eat at the resort itself, which has its own restaurants near the concert hall. Wherever you choose, the chauffeur drops you at the door, waits while you eat, and has the car ready when you’ve paid the check. There’s no parking garage, no valet ticket, and no splitting up. These are only suggestions for your hours, not reservations. Book your own table and offer us the restaurant name when you confirm the ride.
Yes. A dinner stop fits inside the same hourly booking, with no separate fare. Tell us the restaurant and your reservation time when you confirm, and the chauffeur will plan the departure around it, wait outside while you eat, and head north once you’re done. Any other stops along the way work the same way.
Yes, as long as your booked hours allow it. A nightcap in Brickell, a late dessert near Bayside, or a walk along the bay all fit easily on the drive back south. If your hours are running out, you can keep the car longer on the spot, and the chauffeur simply drives on to the next stop.
Your chauffeur meets the group at any address in PortMiami that you agree on when you book.
For cruise passengers, that usually means the passenger pickup curb outside your ship’s terminal, where the driver waits until your group has made it out of the building. If you’re staying near the port, in the hotels and residential towers around Bayside and Downtown just across the bridge, the driver picks you up at the lobby or the building’s front entrance. If your group split up during the day, you can all meet in one lobby first so the chauffeur makes one pickup instead of several. The exact spot, the time, and the number of guests are set over WhatsApp before the day, so you always know where to meet. On the day itself, message the same thread if dinner plans change or the group is running a little late.
Yes. If your cruise ends on November 18, your hourly booking can start at the terminal and run all the way through the encore. Book enough hours to cover the time in between, and the same chauffeur handles a hotel check-in stop, a long lunch at Bayside, the drive north, and the ride home after the concert.
A private chauffeur turns a long concert night into one seamless premium service.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. Nobody else gets in, nothing is shared, and the car is yours from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Your bilingual chauffeur stays with you for the whole booking, so the person who drives you to dinner is the same person who drives you home. The flat hourly rate is locked in when you book, with no surge on a busy opening night and no change for traffic or weather. You can reach us directly on WhatsApp before the day and during it. Most of all, the night itself feels different. Nobody has to skip drinks to drive, nobody walks across a dark parking lot in heels, and nobody spends the ride home checking the fare. It’s a better experience for everyone in the group, and that premium service is what this booking is built around.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then you set the plan.
Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group size, then book a block of at least five hours. The driver picks up at any Miami address you choose: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a home, with the exact spot agreed at booking. From there, you decide the stops and the pace. You can add a stop, skip one, or stay longer over dessert, and the plan changes without a new fare. When the first five hours are up, the night doesn’t have to end. Every extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with nothing to renegotiate, and you settle those extra hours after the day. Keep the car as long as the evening needs.
We’re glad to take your booking, and your slot is locked in and held just for you. Once a service within the next 24 hours is confirmed, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.
Payment comes down to three short terms, all handled over WhatsApp.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.
That covers gas for the drive north and back, every toll on the highway, and the parking your chauffeur needs at dinner and at the resort during the show. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which helps for pulling up digital tickets or sharing photos on the ride home. One short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is simple during the booking. Just ask, and the rate stays the same. Only two charges can be added on top of your hours. One is the night surcharge below, for trips outside daytime hours. The other is any extra hours you choose to add on the night, billed at your vehicle’s regular rate.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
Because the concert starts in the evening, plan on the surcharge if it applies so it isn’t a surprise. For SUVs it’s one fixed add-on per trip. For Sprinters it’s a percentage of the trip value. Both are set by the list above, and the rest of your booking stays at its regular hourly rate. Knowing this ahead of time keeps the budget clear when the group splits the cost.
Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter works as your group’s own private shuttle for the night.
People often search for a private shuttle when what they really want is one ride for the whole group. The Sprinter does exactly that, with one important difference: it carries only your group. There’s no fixed timetable, no stranger in the next seat, and no detour to pick up anyone else. The Sprinter leaves the port when your group is ready, stops wherever you ask, and stays yours for the trip home. Smaller groups get the same setup in an SUV. Holiday groups, office outings, and families bringing grandparents often like this option because everyone stays together from dinner to the drive back, and nobody has to sort out who rides with whom. Pick the vehicle that fits your group size, and it’s reserved just for you.
No, the hourly service stays local, around Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, so your chauffeur stays close by and nothing feels rushed. That includes Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport. We don’t run this hourly service to farther places like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
For many couples, yes. The Black SUV XL turns the concert into a real date night. Neither of you has to drive north, you can both have a drink at dinner, and you can spend the ride home talking about the show instead of watching the road. It feels like an occasion from start to finish.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
