Transfer from Brickell to Miami Heat vs. San Antonio Spurs at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Brickell to Miami Heat vs. San Antonio Spurs at Kaseya Center on Monday, February 15, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 5:00 PM, and the same bilingual driver and car stay with your group from the pregame meal to the ride home.

How Much Is a Private Chauffeur From Brickell to the Heat Game? 📋

Pricing is per hour for the whole vehicle, with at least five hours per booking.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

That hourly figure covers the whole vehicle rather than individual seats, so it stays the same whether two friends ride in the SUV or a full office crew fills a Sprinter. Pick the tier that seats everyone comfortably, count the hours you want the car for the pregame, the game, and the ride back to Brickell, and you know your total before anyone leaves the lobby. Splitting one vehicle across a group often makes a Sprinter the easiest choice for a large birthday or client outing at the arena. The Platinum SUV fits fans who want a more polished arrival for a national-TV holiday game. The four tiers above are the complete hourly rate card for this game day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Heat vs. Spurs From Brickell? 🚙

Match the vehicle to your head count, and the whole group rides together.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the everyday choice for couples, families, and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room for a bigger party of friends or coworkers.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, keeping an entire office outing or extended family in one cabin.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a top-tier luxury SUV class. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private, so your vehicle carries only your party from the Brickell pickup to the arena and home again. The Sprinter tiers create sense when a birthday, a client night, or a visiting family would otherwise split across several cars and lose each other in the Downtown crowd. Choose the Platinum SUV when the arrival itself matters, such as a guest you want to impress. If your head count changes, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm whether a larger vehicle is free that day.

Which Details Should You Know Before Booking a Brickell Game-Night Driver? 🏙️

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group for the entire booking.
  • Bookings are available every day, around the clock, for day or evening games.
  • You choose the stops, their order, and how long you linger at each.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot for the length of your booking.
  • A quick comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes your rate.
  • Booking and confirmation happen over WhatsApp with your group size and stops.

Does a Surcharge Apply If Your Game Night Runs Past 6 PM? 🎆

Trips between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge at all. Outside that window, a surcharge applies by vehicle type, as listed here.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

A 5:00 PM tip-off puts much of this game inside daytime hours, but whether the surcharge applies depends on how you plan the day. A block that starts with a late lunch in Brickell and ends with the ride home can wrap up before the window closes. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Tell us your rough plan when you book and we will point out whether it is likely to apply, so the full cost is clear before you leave for the arena.

How Can You Pay? 📋

Yes. You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only the starting point. Keep the car longer whenever you like: every extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on a Heat Game Day? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into the hourly rate.

You never hand the driver a garage fee, a toll receipt, or a fuel charge at the end of the night, and the driver takes care of where the car sits. The rate also pays for the chauffeur’s time across every booked hour, whether the vehicle is rolling down Brickell Avenue or parked while your group finishes dinner. Signs, a spare jersey, and bags of team merch fit effortlessly, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. Two things can add to the base booking: the night surcharge for time outside daytime hours and any hours you choose to add beyond your block.

Why Do Brickell Fans Book a Private Chauffeur for Heat Games? 🕴️

A private chauffeur makes game day a premium service instead of a parking problem.

The vehicle is reserved only for your group, and your bilingual chauffeur fits right in with a Miami crowd that cheers in English and Spanish. The flat hourly rate is locked at booking, so the price doesn’t surge when the arena empties and every phone in Downtown lights up at once. You message us directly on WhatsApp, and on the day you talk to the person driving, not a call center. That is the better experience a Heat game deserves: the same clean, polished car from the lobby to the arena and back. Nobody circles a garage, and nobody has to stay sober to drive. For a holiday game against a star-powered visiting team, arriving together and relaxed sets the tone for the evening, and leaving the same way ends it well.

What Should Fans Know About San Antonio Spurs vs. Miami Heat on February 15, 2027? 🏟️

The Heat host the Spurs on Monday, February 15, 2027, with a 5:00 PM tip-off.

It is a Presidents’ Day game on national TV, played at the Heat’s waterfront home on Biscayne Bay. Check the official Kaseya Center site for arena policies and entry details. With Victor Wembanyama in town, this is one of the most talked-about visits on the Heat’s home calendar, and Heat home games draw a loud, packed crowd. Expect the Downtown Miami streets around the arena to fill early with fans in Heat red and black, families making a holiday afternoon of it, and visitors who planned a long weekend around the game. The crowd looks like Miami: many Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican fans sit next to visitors from across the country, and you hear Spanish and English all through the stands. An early holiday tip-off also leaves more of the evening free afterward, and that is where a booking by the hour pays off.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Brickell? 🏙️

The driver picks up at any address in Brickell you name at booking.

Most game-day groups start from a hotel lobby along Brickell Avenue, a residential tower on Brickell Key, or an office building in the financial district, whether they are coming from home or leaving work early for the holiday game. Condo residents often choose the building’s front drive or motor court, and the driver pulls up there so you don’t have to walk to a busy corner. If your group is spread across several Brickell buildings, the chauffeur can collect everyone in turn. Send the order and the addresses, and it becomes part of the plan. If a friend is flying in the same afternoon, their arrival can be the first stop before the car swings through Brickell for everyone else. Share the pickup time and the name on the reservation, and the driver messages you on WhatsApp when the car is outside, so nobody waits on the sidewalk in the afternoon sun.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Brickell on Game Day? 🌆

The chauffeur typically heads north on Brickell Avenue, crosses the Miami River, and follows Biscayne Boulevard.

The arena sits just up the bayfront from Brickell, so on a quiet day the drive is short. On a Heat game day, allow extra time, because Biscayne Boulevard and the streets around the arena fill with fans, garage traffic, and holiday visitors. When the boulevard backs up, your driver can take I-95 toward the downtown exits instead. That call is made in real time, so you are not the one watching a map. Either way, you sit back, the group talks through the matchup, and nobody hunts for a garage entrance or a parking kiosk. The car stays yours for the whole block, so leaving a little earlier than you think you need to costs nothing extra.

How Early Should You Leave Brickell for Heat vs. Spurs?

Leave Brickell well before the 5:00 PM tip-off and allow extra time for holiday traffic around the arena. Many groups build in a pregame meal so they arrive relaxed rather than rushed. Tell us when you want to be in your seats, and we will suggest a pickup time that fits the rest of your day.

Where Can You Eat in Brickell Before a 5 PM Tip-Off? 🍸

Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village are the classic pregame meeting spots.

Brickell City Centre has restaurants and bars along its open-air walkways, which makes it easy to fit the whole group in for a late lunch. Mary Brickell Village has a looser mix of casual spots where friends like to meet before a game. If you want a taste of old Miami, ask the driver to swing through Little Havana for a Cuban coffee before heading downtown. Because you book by the hour, the car waits while you eat, so there’s no rush to settle the check and no second pickup to arrange. After the game, the same car can bring you back to Brickell for a late dinner, or keep going to Wynwood or South Beach if the night is still young. These are ideas for your booked hours: we handle the ride, and you pick the table.

Is Bayside Marketplace a Good Pregame Stop Near the Arena?

Yes. Bayside Marketplace sits right beside the arena on the bay, and its waterfront restaurants and shops make an easy last stop before tip-off. Your driver can drop the group there, and you walk over to the game when you’re ready. That keeps the last stretch of the afternoon on foot and out of traffic.

Where Is the Drop-Off Near Kaseya Center on Game Night? 🏟️

The driver drops your group as close to the arena entrance as game-day access allows.

On a Heat night, Biscayne Boulevard and the side streets around the arena carry heavy car and foot traffic, and curb access can change as tip-off gets closer, so the exact drop-off point depends on conditions when you arrive. Your chauffeur picks the nearest practical spot, everyone steps out together, and nobody splits off to look for parking. Getting there ahead of the pregame rush is the reason to leave Brickell early. You beat the wave of cars heading into downtown garages and walk in while the concourse is still calm enough to find food and your seats. Groups with a free holiday afternoon often ask to be dropped a little earlier so they can walk the bayfront first, which is easy when the car stays with you for the whole block.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. The driver stays on your booking through the whole game and waits nearby while you watch. The car is reserved for your block of hours, so nothing needs to be re-booked when the game ends, and the vehicle never leaves to pick up other riders in between.

How Do You Find Your Driver After the Final Buzzer?

Message your driver on WhatsApp as you head for the exit, and they will send you a pickup spot that works with postgame traffic. Walk there with your group, get into the same vehicle, and ride back to Brickell or on to dinner while the garage lines inch along behind you.

How Does Hourly Booking Work for a Heat Game Day? 📋

You pick a vehicle, book a five-hour block, and set the day’s stops.

Start by choosing the tier that seats your group. Then message us on WhatsApp with the date, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind, such as lunch, the game, and a nightcap afterward. Your chauffeur picks you up at any Miami address agreed at booking: a hotel, your home, the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, where a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game. From pickup until your block ends, the same driver stays with you, waits at each stop, and follows your plan instead of a fixed route. Once the five-hour block is up, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate. There is no new fare to negotiate, and you settle it after the day, so you can keep the car as long as the night calls for it.

What Happens If the Game Goes to Overtime?

Nothing changes for your group. The driver is still waiting when you come out, because the car is booked for a block of hours rather than a set pickup time. If overtime or a postgame stop runs past the hours you reserved, just tell the driver and the booking extends on the spot.

Which Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Service Cover Beyond Brickell? 🏝️

This hourly service stays local, covering Brickell and the neighborhoods around Miami.

Your chauffeur runs anywhere across Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That covers everything a Heat game day usually needs: a morning on Key Biscayne, lunch in Coconut Grove, the game downtown, and a late drink in South Beach. The car stays on call around the city instead of disappearing for hours on a long highway run, so the day stays unhurried and your driver is close by for the next leg. We keep the hourly service in this local area rather than running it out to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It is built for moving around Miami at your own pace, from the first pickup in Brickell to the last drop-off of the night.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Brickell to Kaseya Center? 🚐

Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter works as your group’s own private shuttle for the game.

Nobody else boards. The Sprinter leaves Brickell when your group is ready, not on a timetable, and the same driver brings everyone back after the game. That suits a company outing, a birthday crew, or a family that flew in for the holiday weekend and wants to stay together from the lobby to their arena seats. Large groups also skip the Downtown headache of coordinating several cars, several parking spots, and several drivers who each want to leave at a different time. The Sprinter puts the whole party in one cabin, so you can talk through the matchup on the way in and replay the highlights on the way home. If you’re not sure which Sprinter fits, send the head count on WhatsApp and we will point you to the right tier.

How Many Fans Fit in the Private Van From Brickell?

The larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tier carries the biggest groups this hourly service handles, and the smaller Sprinter covers mid-size parties. The exact seat count for each tier is in the vehicle list above. If your group falls between two tiers, choose the larger Sprinter so nobody gets squeezed on the way to the game.

Can You Bring a Pet on the Game-Day Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Planning ahead keeps the ride comfortable for everyone in the car.

Can We Book the Game-Night Ride Within 24 Hours?

Yes, when a car and driver are free. Once the day and time are agreed inside the final 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. At that point a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. On the day itself, you can always add more hours.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
