Transfer from Coral Gables to Miami Dolphins v New England Patriots at Hard Rock Stadium

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coral Gables to Miami Dolphins v New England Patriots on Sunday, November 1, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Kickoff is 4:25 PM in Miami Gardens. Your bilingual driver handles the traffic, the stadium approach, and the ride back to Coral Gables after the final whistle.

How Much Does an Hourly Chauffeur From Coral Gables to the Dolphins Game Cost? 🚙

You pay one flat hourly rate per vehicle, based on your group size and the tier you pick.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every booking covers a minimum of five hours, and that fits an NFL Sunday well. The pickup in Coral Gables, the drive north, the pregame hours outside the stadium, the game and the ride home all happen inside one reserved block. Couples and small groups of friends commonly take the Black SUV XL. Families and full fantasy-league crews commonly move up to a Sprinter, and anyone who wants the most polished ride of the day picks the Platinum SUV. The price is per vehicle, not per seat, so a full car splits the same hourly cost across more fans. That’s why many Coral Gables groups fill every seat for a rivalry game like this one. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Stadium From Coral Gables on a Dolphins Sunday? 🏟️

A private chauffeur drives your group from your Coral Gables door north to Miami Gardens and back.

Coral Gables is in the southwest part of the city, and the stadium is up in Miami Gardens near the northern edge of Miami-Dade. On game day, that means crossing most of the county on a hectic NFL afternoon. If you drive yourself, you also face a line to obtain into the parking lot, a search for your space and a slow exit after dark. With a chauffeur, your group gets in outside the house or hotel. The driver handles the expressway merges and the stadium approach, and nobody has to think about where the car ends up. Patriots fans visiting from New England obtain a local driver who knows the roads. Dolphins regulars obtain a Sunday where the only thing they need to watch is the scoreboard. Either way, leave plenty of extra time, because the approach roads fill up well before kickoff.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Usually Take From Coral Gables?

The usual route goes north on the Palmetto Expressway (State Road 826) toward Miami Gardens. When traffic is better elsewhere, I-95 or Florida’s Turnpike are the alternatives. Your chauffeur checks live conditions before leaving Coral Gables and adjusts along the way, so your group can just ride while the driver finds the fastest lanes that afternoon.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coral Gables? 🌆

Pickup can be at any address in Coral Gables you select, and we agree on it when you book.

If visiting Patriots fans are staying at the Biltmore Hotel, the chauffeur can meet them at the front entrance below its landmark tower, ready to load up and go. Hotels near Miracle Mile and the downtown Coral Gables business district work the same way: tell us the property, and the driver pulls up at the lobby entrance. Local Dolphins families frequently favor a pickup at home. That could be a house on a quiet, tree-lined street near the Venetian Pool, a condo close to the Shops at Merrick Park, or an apartment near the University of Miami campus. The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, so the pickup can also be split. The driver can collect one couple at the Biltmore and then stop at a friend’s place a few blocks away before heading north. Your group starts the day together and settles in for the drive.

Can Patriots Fans Landing at Miami International Airport Stop in Coral Gables First?

Yes. Miami International Airport is just north of Coral Gables. If you fly in on game morning, the driver can meet you at the arrivals curb and take you to your Coral Gables hotel. The driver waits while you check in and change into navy and red, then heads north to the game, all within one booked block of hours.

Where Should You Eat in Coral Gables Before the Dolphins–Patriots Kickoff? 🥂

Coral Gables has several classic spots for a pregame meal, and a late Sunday brunch works well with an afternoon kickoff.

Giralda Plaza, the pedestrian street of outdoor tables just off Miracle Mile, is a sought-after place for local groups to meet for a relaxed meal before heading north. Miracle Mile itself has cafés, steakhouses and Latin kitchens within a short walk of each other, so it’s simple to meet friends coming from distinct parts of the city. For something more unique, Sunday brunch at the Biltmore Hotel turns a rivalry game into a real occasion, especially for visitors from New England. Groups who would rather shop and snack can start at the Shops at Merrick Park. Because you’re booking by the hour, the car stays close by while everyone eats, then picks the group up at the curb once the check is paid. These are just ideas for your booked hours. The restaurants take their own reservations, and the driver gets you there and back.

Can the Group Enjoy the Pregame Party Without a Designated Driver?

Yes. Nobody in your group has to stay sober to drive, because your chauffeur drives every mile from Coral Gables and back. Fans can join friends at the parking-lot cookouts, explore the Dolphins’ pregame fan area and raise a toast to the rivalry. When the day is over, the ride home is already taken care of.

What Happens on Game Day Between Drop-Off and the Ride Home? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drops you near the stadium entrance, stays through the game and drives everyone home.

We set the pickup time together over WhatsApp, working back from kickoff and from how much of the pregame scene your group wants to see. In Miami Gardens, the driver follows the event-day traffic plan and gets you as close to the venue as access allows. After that, it’s jerseys, the fan region and a full afternoon of AFC East football while your chauffeur parks and stays on call. When the game ends after dark, you message the driver, meet at the pickup spot you agreed on, and ride back to Coral Gables with the same car and the same driver. The venue posts its current event-day policies at Hard Rock Stadium, and your chauffeur plans the day around them so your group can focus on the game.

How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for Miami Dolphins v New England Patriots?

Plan to leave Coral Gables in the early afternoon on November 1, and earlier if your group wants the full pregame atmosphere. The drive crosses most of Miami-Dade on a busy Sunday, and stadium traffic builds well before kickoff. Leaving plenty of extra time means you walk in relaxed instead of rushing for the anthem.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Stadium?

The driver drops you at the designated drop-off point closest to your entrance, as close to the venue as access allows that day. Stadium traffic control sets these areas for each event, so your chauffeur confirms the exact spot when you arrive and sends it to you on WhatsApp for meeting up after the game.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Game and Drive Us Back to Coral Gables?

Yes. That’s the whole point of booking by the hour. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle for the full game, keeps the phone close, and meets your group at the agreed pickup spot once you message after the final whistle. Your last stop can be home in Coral Gables, a late dinner in Coconut Grove or a hotel near the airport.

Which Quick Facts Should Coral Gables Fans Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Every booking starts with a minimum block of five hours.
  • You choose the stops, and the plan can change during the day.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes the hourly rate.
  • Bookings run every day, daytime or evening, NFL Sundays included.
  • Every detail is arranged and confirmed directly with us over WhatsApp.

Does the Ride Back After Dark Add a Surcharge? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside that window carry the evening surcharge below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

With a 4:25 PM kickoff, the second half runs into the evening, so most fans leave Miami Gardens after dark. For an SUV, the surcharge is a single amount per journey. For a Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the journey value. Tell us your evening plans when you book, and we’ll show you exactly how they affect the journey before you confirm.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Coral Gables Game-Day Group? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers cover every group size, from a couple to a full crew of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the everyday pick for couples, families and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, with room for the group to spread out on the drive north.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers and keeps a big watch-party crew together in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a luxury-class SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier comes with the same chauffeur arrangement, so you’re really choosing based on comfort and head count. There’s room for what fans commonly bring, like a cooler, signs and team flags. If you’re bringing something large, just tell us in advance. Groups with both Dolphins and Patriots jerseys frequently book one larger vehicle instead of two SUVs so the trash talk stays in one place.

Do You Have a Private Van for a Big Group of Fans From Coral Gables?

Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is our private van for bigger groups, and it comes in the two sizes listed above. The whole party rides together from one Coral Gables pickup, arrives at the stadium at the same time and heads home together. Nobody gets split across cars, and nobody has to arrange a second ride.

How Is Payment Handled for Game Day? 🕴️

You pay the full fare up front, and any extra hours are settled after the day.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid up front, locks in your game-day booking.
  • Hours: The booking is a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and it’s settled after the day.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate, and What Can Cost Extra? 🍾

Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the hourly rate for your vehicle.

That covers the expressway tolls between Coral Gables and Miami Gardens, parking for the car around the stadium, and all the fuel for the day’s stops. You won’t have toll charges added later or parking receipts to pay back. Only three things can add to the total. The first is time: hours beyond your reserved block are billed at your vehicle’s hourly rate, the same as the hours you booked. The second is the evening surcharge described above, which only applies to trips outside daytime hours. Tell us everything you require in your first WhatsApp message, and the confirmation you receive will reflect it before you pay.

Why Do Coral Gables Fans Choose a Private Chauffeur for NFL Sundays? 🕴️

A private chauffeur turns a long, traffic-heavy game day into a upscale service from start to finish.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the seats, the music and the pregame plan are all yours. Your hourly rate is locked when you book and doesn’t surge on a packed rivalry Sunday. One dedicated chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off and speaks English and Spanish. That helps when your group mixes local Dolphins families with visitors from New England. You reach us directly on WhatsApp, in the same thread where you booked, to change the plan, add a stop or ask a question the night before. It’s a better experience than juggling parking passes and meeting points: fewer decisions, a calmer ride home and a driver who already knows where you’re going next.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for an Event Day? 📋

You pick a vehicle and reserve a block of hours, and the same driver stays with you the whole time.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group. Then pick a start time and list the stops you desire, such as lunch, a friend’s house, the game and a late dinner. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport or a PortMiami cruise terminal. If you reach on a cruise that day, you can go straight to the event. We agree on the exact spot when you book. Your block runs at least five hours, and the chauffeur stays with your group the whole time, following the stops in the order you set. If overtime, a late celebration or a side journey to Wynwood makes the day longer, there’s nothing to renegotiate. Every extra hour after the five-hour block is merely added at the same per-hour rate and settled after the day, so keep the car as long as you require it.

Can We Book on Short Notice or Change the Date Close to Game Day?

Yes, we welcome short-notice bookings. For a service within the next 24 hours, once the day and time are agreed, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day itself.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover? 🏙️

This hourly service stays local, covering Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Think of it as an on-call car that stays around the city. It covers Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Wynwood, Little Havana, Doral, Key Biscayne and the neighborhoods around Miami International Airport. It also covers Miami Gardens on game day and stops north toward Fort Lauderdale when your plans call for them. Staying local keeps the day unhurried: the chauffeur never has to race to a distant city and can stay wherever your group decides to spend more time. We don’t run this hourly service out to farther destinations like Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach. It’s built for event days, dinners and stops around the city, not long highway trips. For a Dolphins Sunday that starts in Coral Gables, everything you’re likely to desire is well within the region the driver covers every day, including brunch, the stadium, and a post-game dinner in Coconut Grove or Brickell.

Is There Private Transportation From Coral Gables to Miami Dolphins v New England Patriots? 🏟️

Yes. We offer private hourly transportation from Coral Gables to the game on November 1, 2026, with one reserved vehicle, one chauffeur and a single booking that covers the drive north, the game and the ride home. Select the Black SUV XL, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or the Platinum SUV, then check availability and confirm your booking on WhatsApp.

Families, Patriots supporters flying in for the weekend and longtime Dolphins regulars all book the same way. Send your group size, a rough start time and the stops you have in mind, and we’ll confirm the vehicle and the plan in the same WhatsApp thread. Many riders plan the day around more than the game itself, such as a morning at the Venetian Pool with the kids, a Cuban coffee in Little Havana or an evening drive back past Brickell’s skyline. The questions below cover what else fans commonly ask before they lock in the date.

Is There a Private Round-Trip Ride From Coral Gables to Other Dolphins Home Games?

Yes. The same private hourly booking works for any Dolphins home game: pickup in Coral Gables, the drive to Miami Gardens, your chauffeur on call during the game and the ride back afterward. Each game is booked as its own block of hours, so season regulars just reserve the dates they want and keep the same easy routine all season.

Is the Ride Shared With Other Fans or Only Our Group?

It’s only your group. Every booking is a private vehicle with its own chauffeur. It’s never a shared or pooled ride, and we never sell a seat to strangers. The people you pick up in Coral Gables are the only passengers all day, from the first stop to the final drop-off back home.

Can We Travel With a Pet in the Car on Game Day?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can Someone Help Us Plan the Game-Day Timeline Before We Book?

Yes. Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, where you’re staying in Coral Gables and what you want the day to include. We’ll suggest a pickup time, a brunch stop and a realistic plan for getting home. You only confirm once the timeline looks right to your whole group.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

When Should You Reserve the Car for November 1? 🎊

Reserve as soon as your tickets are set, so your preferred vehicle is held for the date.

Send a WhatsApp message with your group size, your Coral Gables pickup address, a rough start time and any stops you’d like, from brunch on Miracle Mile to a post-game dinner in Coconut Grove. We’ll confirm the vehicle tier, the timeline and the total for your reserved hours. Then we’ll send a secure Stripe payment link for the full fare. Once the fare is paid, the date is yours: the chauffeur, the vehicle and the plan are set for Sunday, November 1. If your group grows before kickoff, let us know and we’ll check availability for a larger vehicle. Dolphins fans, Patriots fans and friends who just come for the atmosphere all ride the same way: together, in one car, with one driver who’s still there when the game ends. Message us today to confirm your booking.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
